It was quiet, large rooms and hot water! The pull out bed was disgusting with pee stains and blood spots, and ripped up. There was an ice bag from the ice bucket tied over the smoke detector, the phone did not work ( I ended up fixing it), neither tv worked, and the one ac didn’t work leaving the room at 76 degrees.

Disappointing

The bottom sheet on one of the beds was torn. Breakfast was not very good. Water pressure for the shower was horrible.

The breakfast was good but the coffee wasn’t. Thankfully we found Curbside Coffee around the corner and it was awesome!

It’s not a luxury hotel, but it checks all the boxes for a family on a budget. It was clean, the staff was helpful and kind. My only complaint would be that the swimming pool had too much chlorine.

Stayed overnight for a concert in Memphis. Check-in was easy. Staff was always friendly. The bed was perfect and the breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again

The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was quiet. The HVAC system worked well and was also fairly quiet. The breakfast selections were hot and plentiful. I will definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy, bed and linens were good, hairdryer provided upon request, breakfast was good. Walls were thin, heater made noise every time it turned on, room finishes were rough (unfinished). Checkout was easy and ice machine was on 2nd floor.

The room was super spacious and great amenities! The pull out couch didn’t have linens and the mattress looked like some vomited on it recently and was never cleaned. The lady at the desk was getting fake calls when I was up getting more linens. She handled it extremely professional, while still helping me. Shout out to her! Then she was there in the morning with a couple other girls and they put out a fantastic breakfast! Besides the couch issue, this place was fantastic! Your staff is the sweetest.

Clean and roomy

Room was clean and more spacious than other places we have stayed. Nice Bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchenette had a few dishes and pots & pans. We enjoyed our stay.

Despite this, shortly before 8:00 a.m. this morning, our door to our room was opened without warning, followed by a phone call from the front desk stating there was confusion about which room we were occupying. I identified myself and confirmed that we were in the room on the 4th floor. I was informed that it was most likely housekeeping that attempted to enter the room, which abruptly woke us and was extremely unsettling.

The property seemed newer but is not being thoroughly cleaned. Dirt/dust in all corners and along edges of the floor, mold/mildew on the ceiling in the shower and shower walls

Traveling through and needed a place for the night. This location was clean and updated! The beds were comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe and was convenient to restaurants and gas. Would stay there again.

The front desk night shift was nice and fast. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was actually good, the egg was real good. Just what we needed to sleep and eat and continue our trip.

staff very rude and unconcerned. my cardwas over charged with out any explanation of why I was being over charged asked for a recipt of the details and was never given a recipt of extra charges. stayed at hotel for over 3 days and asked for manager to help with over charges never seen a manager was told every time that the manger was out office and they did not know when they would return I even left a note and no one even tried to reach out to me. Had to file a dispute with my bank to recieve the $125 that was charged extra in bill. I will never stay at this hotel again.

It was a last minute decision to stay here after making a big adjustment in my vacation. I am so grateful they had availability and I got a lovely room. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely returning.

Cleanliness was not their strong suit. I had to call the front desk to come clean our toilet when we checked in because it was visibly dirty. Spaces around the room had obviously not been cleaned in a long time.

Everything was good

We stayed here one night after driving a very long distance. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the interstate. It was very safe and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable! The gym area was ok-treadmill would not work, but I was able to get in a good workout anyway. Breakfast was average. We would stay here again as the price was good for the amenities.

The coffee/cappuccino machine was our favorite part. The bed was comfy and the hotel was pretty quiet. Our room was very clean.

Checked in late in the day and left early the next morning, I was traveling and just needed a clean and safe place to sleep. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will check Best Western Hotels in the future when traveling.

We arrived at the hotel before 5:00 PM , there were only a few cars in the parking lot. I had booked the room and paid for it online the night before. We were traveling with our two small dogs, but there was no way to pay the ridiculous fee for pets on the website. So I told the lady at the desk we had the dogs. I asked for a first floor room near the end of the building to make it easier to take the dogs out. She said no they were all full. I do not believe those rooms were taken. They simply have certain rooms they put people with dogs in. They put us on the second floor and the rooms around us were all people with dogs. I just hate being lied to.

The kitchnette was pictured as a full size fridge and it was only a mini fridge. There was vomit on the side of the small cloudy pool and when we notified the staff they did not clean it up. They left it for the morning shift to deal with. The fridge in our room did not work and we had to change rooms where there was no kitchenette like i paid for and the floors were warped. Dont stay if you are hoping to swim or need a full fridge.

We was charged by Expedia and also the hotel and we have yet to get our money back.

We had to stay here 4 days due to truck repairs. We were treated like family by everyone. I want to personally thank Kathy on the day shift, rozlynn on the night shift. We WILL be back!

Shiny and new, quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to several restaurants. It is only a 15 to 20 minute drive to Memphis, so it is an excellent choice if you are taking advantage of all Memphis has to see and do (we were touring the National Civil Rights Museum) but want to unpack your backs in a less hectic place. Good breakfast selection and a great rate. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

I felt safe. We felt like our car was safe. It was clean.

After a long day of driving, we arrived to our assigned room at about 7pm to find a Do Not Disturb sign on the doorknob. Returned to check in counter to inform them; they checked the computer and instead of physically verifying the room to be vacant, indicated that housekeeping must have forgot to remove the sign. Our keys provided access, and upon entering, noticed someone elses personal ptoperty in the room and on the bed, while the occupant may have been in the closed bathroom. We quickly exited and returned to the check in counter to inform them, and that we know longer felt safe or comfortable staying there, as our improper entry could have had very bad results for us and/or the occupants. Additionally, we were justifyably concerned the same thing could potentially happen again to us if we were in another room. We ultimately stayed at an adjacent hotel which was very nice.
