Our experience at this hotel was great.

Great Location. Desk attendant was not on duty upon arrival. Not sure if there was an emergency or shift change, but I waited about 15 minutes in the lobby for someone to arrive. Other than that, breakfast was ok, not fantastic for me, but grandkids like the items available. Lots of parking. Felt safe. Looks newly renovated from my last stay over 5 years ago. Not far from Interstate, but far enough that you won't hear traffic all night, as long as TV stays on. Did interact with staff the next morning, and had no concerns. Take note: there are three other hotels within the immediate vicinity of the lobby. So if you arrive later in the night, you may have to park in one of those lots, which I saw other drivers doing. Facility was clean. I felt comfortable. Most restaurants and store were in West Memphis Arkansas, which was about a 10 minute drive. There were a few gas stations and restaurants located right around the hotel, but most others were in West Memphis. If you want a room facing front of hotel, choose an odd number. For the rear, choose an even number. There is some construction happening in the rear, but not sure if it's related to the Hampton Inn. All in all, I'd recommend.

Very nice staff. Breakfast was great. Coffee was really good. Try the cranberry juice, I couldn't quit drinking it and I don't drink cranberry juice. Lol. It was a very nice stay.

The accommodations where amazing. I picked the wrong room and they were able to help out in geeting the space we needed. I loved the staff and the breakfast buffet was the nest anywhere I have been. Planning to be back in July and i will be staying here.

This property was wonderful to stay at. The breakfast was awesome - lots of option and fresh! The rooms we booked where great and very comfortable. The place was also quiet. We traveled with our dog for the first time and wasn't sure what to expect but the staff greeted us kindly and loved seeing our pup. Would stay here again for sure!

Walls are VERY THIN. Could hear most of what next room over was saying. Even though they were loud, we should have had more sound insulation. Kept my wife and kids up a lot of the night. Generally, I think the building was constructed w/ thinner walls than what you'd expect a Hampton Inn to have.

The room was spotless. The only annying sound was the fan in the room below us must have a bad bearing because it was very loud and noisy whenever they turned it on.

The breakfast included eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, cold cereal, waffles with a couple of choices in batter flavor, fruit, yogurt, bagels, scones, coffee, juices. It had a great variety of breakfast items!

A very nice place. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was ready at 6am and a nice variety.

The room was not spotless, however, it was presentable and smelled really great. The construction of a new hotel adjacent to the hotel was in progress. It was very noisy. Also, the workout room was off limits due to renovations. I was not told of either of these issues prior to reserving my room.

Check in was a breeze, and breakfast was delicious, fresh, and had a lot of options. Will definitely be adding this location to our rotation for long trips.

I understand they're working on remodeling rooms so problems can be expected. TV wouldn't work. Maintenance had to get it working, then it wouldn't turn off at night. Had to unplug it. Road noise is also an issue, highway is close.

I was on my way home to Dallas from Chicago and decided to call it a night in Marion, Arkansas. The staff were very friendly and curtious. Really enjoyed our stay!

Couldn’t be happier with our stay at this hotel. We were greeted by friendly staff and I thought the location was easy to get to. Although the hotel looked like it was under some construction, it didn’t affect us at all. Hotel was quiet! The room was clean and had all we needed for a one night stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Was just a single night while traveling home from Texas with wife and 7 month old puppy. This hotel may not have the location or fancy lobby as their more expensive cousins (Hilton owned) but was just as nice and even better in some ways. Free buffet breakfast, where my $300 a night Hilton stay provided continental breakfast for $10.

nice and comfortable. the only thing is when you took a shower the tub itself while moving in the shower was very loud. not sure if it was newly installed or what. other than the sound the shower was wonderful. but everything else was great.

The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The breakfast left much to be desired.

New property as well as other motels, building more. The bed and chair were hard, the desk chai seemed broken. The young man who checked me in was in training and did a great job. He needs to speak up, he seemed temid.

One night stay on the way to view the solar eclipse. Hotel location was excellent for my needs. New, clean, friendly & efficient service. Could hear someone upstairs walking (sounded like banging his heels) but otherwise quiet. Located in an area with much construction going on.

Front desk attendees and room attendant (early morning check out) were so wonderful. Everything was so clean and orderly, breakfast was fantastic. Really was an all around excellent stay. I would stay again and recommend to others.

This was a great stay. The room was nice and clean. People were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast crew, maids, custodian, and front desk staff (especially at 1 AM when I checked in) were all polite and helpful. I will be back again.

If you’ve been driving throughout the Midwest stuck in a time loop on the road, this is a great place to catch a break and wind down. Lots of food options, diverse and friendly staff, easy parking, and it’s pet friendly! It felt safe and the room was cozy. Overall a great stay worth the price even though I booked day of!

Welcoming staff

This area is surrounded by newer hotels but the Hampton Inn is still one of the best. The hotel is very clean, staff is helpful, friendly and responsive.

Only thing I would recommend is stop using fragrance products on the bedding. A more clinical smell in a room makes more sense than filling the air space with chemicals that may effect asthmatics and individuals with MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity). The sheets smell great. Washed and thats it. Febreeze is a big no-no. Perhaps make having a room sprayed with febreeze be an option rather than the standard. Other than the fragrances, great checkin service. Dominique is funny and very attentive.

Nothing wrong of any significance, but nothing particularly outstanding either. The bathroom door would not latch closed because the frame was not bolted in correctly. The tub felt like one of those fiber inserts where the bottom isn't flat and it's like standing in a half pipe, really annoying. The floor underneath it creaked horribly and in the bedroom it sounded like someone dragging a corrugated vacuum hose around a corner every time the tub occupant moved around. These are all just minor annoyances. The breakfast was adequate but not much more than that. The whole hotel, including the room, was clean. The appointments were adequate but not much more than that. The staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, nothing I'm going to brag about but if I'm going to MEM again and stuff in town is full or stupid expensive as it was this weekend I wouldn't hesitate to make this my go-to in Marion/West Memphis.

The place is newer and everything seems new. The floor in the hallway outside our room dipped as the floorboard under the carpet was damaged. Also, the shower was a fiberglass bath/shower tub. It was not installed correctly. When you stand in the tub, it is apparent that it sits directly on the floorboard. No cushioning between the tub and the floorboard. Very noisy to that a shower. Fiberglass grinding in floorboard wood.

Only issue was the hotel grounds could use some TLC. Maybe the businesses near there could work together to perk that area up?

Check in was great! I set up the room online for my traveling wife. She said check in staff at midnight was quick and room was nice. Easy access from the interstate made it a good choice. Breakfast was hot with lots of choices between bacon eggs fruit and all the other breakfast groups. Would definitely stay again and drive a few extra miles to stay here from our trips between Indiana and Texas. Keep up the great service! Thanks

Room was very clean and accommodations were very good. However they put us on a floor they were remodling and the paint fumes were extremely strong when you exited the elevator and the noise during the day was excessive. We had to request a move on the second day.

I traveled quite a long ways from MO and made a stop for the night at Hampton Inn Marion. Overall the hotel was okay, the ladies up at the front desk were really sweet and the hotel seemed decently clean. Not sparkling

Reserved a king but was told by clerk that they did not have one available. Stayed in double queen. Otherwise, a good stay.

Nice, clean, & comfortable rooms. Very quiet. Never heard anyone or anything once in our room. Currently painting the halls/public areas. Can tell they take pride in their hotel. Check in/out was a breeze. Fresh coffee available 24h. Nice covered smoking area out by the pool. Would stay here again.
