Right after I did the check in trough Expedia .com I notice that the date was wrong because the system change it by it self I call the hotel they could not help me neither Expedia. I lost the reservation.

Easy parking. Coffee needs improving.

I had made a reservation but that didn’t help anything, they had ran out of king suites before I was able to check in. My reservation literally meant nothing, so I was given a double room which whatever no big deal, my issue is how the staff kept saying and this is why we don’t want our customers using third parties. Just my opinion if you don’t want people to use third parties then remove yourselves as an option on those sites.

A/C didn't work properly. Bed was very hard, uneven, not level

Shower stall had significant amounts of mildew. Could have simply been cleaned with bleach. Window drapes had small holes and the curtains were not properly hung. No feather free pillows on property. Front desk was not empathetic about the pillow request. No welcome gifts were provided for Marriott members. Breakfast was tasty, coffee was cold. Staff member appeared unapproachable and couldn’t be bothered with engaging with others in conversation. Front office staff members consistently sitting at the sofas and not attending to the front desk area. Have had a much better experience in the past with this hotel.

Our favorite place to stay when we visit Marion! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is always fresh and tastes great. My kids and I actually look forward to the breakfast when we stay. I know it’s hard to find good help nowadays but whatever Fairfield is doing is working. I’m so appreciative of them especially after a hotel across the street denied my stay because I hadn’t updated my drivers license after moving from the area. Fairfield has always accepted us, no questions asked and I’m so thankful!

My wife and I needed a comfortable and convenient place to spend a quick night. Fairfield in Marion, AR, was the perfect location. Located just off I-55 and very near I-40, it was a great place to get a good night’s sleep and good breakfast before continuing our journey.

This was a great stay. I was skeptical because of the neighborhood. However, once you walked in, I’d felt comfy and welcoming. The staff was great and the amenities were great. The property was clean. The only complaint was the outside was not the cleanest but I feel like that’s not their complete fault. Some people left garbage and other items around. Not cool. It gave the hotel a bad look from the outside. I would not drop the rating due to that minor detail. Overall, great and happy experience.

I had to literally take my disabled husband to a gas station shower to be able to clean him up because property had no hot water. He has issues that need proper hygiene with hot water. I was offered no refund for failure to provide and essential service. I was offered points but we do not use this program, we paid in full, not points.

The front desk staff were some of the nicest people! Breakfast was standard hotel food, it was always clean and fresh. I didn't care for the coffee - but that's a personal preference. The room fridge did freeze everything in it without the option to regulate it. The bed was super comfy but the pillows were lumpy IMO. Overall great stay! Better than expected.

Excellent stay for the price. Area is good with three other big hotels on the location. Plenty of parking, clean hotel and clean rooms and showers. Spacious rooms and staff really friendly. Free breakfast was a true gift and the amenities were good enough treat. Saved us money and time from having to go out and look for a breakfast place. Hotel had a mixed of solo business travelers and leisure family travelers. I traveled with my wife and a 7 and 6 year old and they have a nice indoor pool. My wife gave me Kudos and said my choice of stay was great. It’s right off I-55 so if you’re traveling and need a place to stay, this is suitable as it’s right next to the highway and you don’t need to drive far off course. Walmart like 2 minute drive, gas and minimart on a nearby corner. Excellent stay for the money!!!

Great, nice, clean, peaceful, quiet, friendly and respectful place. Staff went above and beyond to please guests. Rooms so clean and fresh smell. Breakfast was a plus. Nice area, close to lots of restaurants, nearby to other popular destinations, near highways and major routes. Near national park, 40 minute drive to French Quarters. A unique place at a unique location.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was very cold, and the water wasn't very clean, so my kids didn't swim. Other than that, it was a nice stay on our trip with easy on/off access to the freeway.

Almost a 10!! I rarely give a 10, but this was a great property, fairly new, so everything was clean and in good condition. Excellent breakfast with some changes every day. Staff was friendly and efficient, rooms and beds comfortable. Only downside was the pool wasn’t usable after our first day.

My room had a musty smell to it upon arrival. The microwave didn’t want to release my food. The staff was great the room was good except for the smell.

Staff was fine. The sink was clogged, ran out of tissue, etc. I stayed 2 nights and they didn't clean the room but I needed another coffee for the coffee pot.

It had a good mattress for sleeping. I enjoyed the breakfast.

The first room the shower head didnt work ,so we were moved and that room the sofa looked stained so i put a sheet on it ,the room was 51 degrees unon entering, we were exhausted so stayed in it and it warmed up with in a hour or so ! The staff was great ! I really feel like paying that much id have a little better experience!

Clean hotel. They even upgraded us to a suite when we were checking in. Very kind to make our stay so nice! We were visiting Memphis but didn’t want to stay in the city. This hotel was a short drive across the bridge. Safe neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Customer service and desk helper were very professional and nice.

Was not able to use fridge as it had mold, old grapes, and other items left inside. Stepped on a raisin in the middle of the night which was quite unsettling. Found a couple more in the morning meaning it was not vacuumed before our stay.

Room was clean had shampoo and conditioner but no body wash but the person at desk gave me one to put in shower. It was a nice stay 😁

Staff was amazing

1st 423 room had blood stains on drapes, a real bad odor in room. Went down stairs and Crystal took care of the problem and put me in another room. Thanks Crystal for being so helpful. Breakfast selection wasn’t good at all, coffee had grains in it, muffins were good.

The A/C was a little loud. My husband was not impressed with the prepared hot breakfast options—scrambled eggs & pork sausage links. He expects potatoes. biscuits & gravy. They had instant oatmeal, several cold cereal options, a selection of yogurt types & flavors, bagels, a big muffin, apples, oranges, bananas. A wide assortment of toppings like raisins, cranberries, br sugar, coconut, almonds, walnuts, etc.

The front desk reception on our arrival was not very personable and seemed confused at how to check us in, which is odd for being reception. And we quickly realized that evening that the room’s AC was definitely not working, which we weren’t informed of on arrival. I would not stay here again.

Traveled with my Aunt for a short trip to see family. We stayed here on our last night before our early AM flight back home. We did not spend a lot of time here but it was super nice. I wish I had known about this property before booking our trip, we would have stayed here instead. property was clean, beds slept like a dream cloud, room was clean and smelled nice, Staff were very nice, professional and were a great help with suggestions for dining and things to do. I will definitely stay here when we go that way again

We enjoyed our stay at this location as always. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with is the need to tell them to freshen up our room. When I asked, I was told that since COVID, guests had to ask for this to happen. I am a little confused since COVID measures ended around 2021.

There are loose boards? Tiles? To trip on in 424. We put clothes in to launder and got locked out of the room-so no dryer. I needed those clothes to wear today. We started last night so we could leave early. The room was accessible fairly early this am but we should be much further down the road. I do appreciate the clerk giving us a free box of laundry soap but there should have been someone there to give us access to my clothes LAST NIGHT so I could have clean, dry clothes. 2nd Fairfield this trip, so many little irritating things!

Overnight stay during road trip exceeded expectations. Room was very clean, beds were comfy, breakfast numerous hot items and choices, very friendly staff.

No bar soap, no stopper in the sink. Breakfast was minimal, coffee was weak cold and ran out. Would not stay again.

Third trip to this hotel, not much to eat at breakfast, hotel room heater was loud, bed was like sleeping in a hole. The morning desk attendant was too good to talk to me, didnot even ask how my stay was. I initiated entire communication. Not coming back. Will stay in another town.

Went to check in and they informed that they cancelled reservation. They said they emailed which they did not. No reason or anything, just a sorry we got rid of it. Not what you want to hear after 7 hours in a car. Probably they overbooked but not my problem when I booked months before.

Comfortable beds, the pillows held their shape and didnt need constant folding and reshaping. The only thing that I could find subpar was the lighting around the bathroom mirror was not bright at all. Other than that, best stay in a hotel I’ve had in a long time.

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of options around the hotel for food and gas. Very convenient from the highway.

The sprinklers were on nonstop. Wasting water. The parking lot surface had algae growing on it so obviously overwatering. The neighborhood was crappy. Gas stations were non existent. Food was crap. The normal Fairfield pillows and mattress weren’t here…should have stayed in Memphis.

Couple of random hairs left in the bathroom… which always is kind of icky… but everything is law was very clean Tv didn’t work but it wasn’t that big of a deal for our family.

Everything was very nice except for the pool. I had planned a lot of relaxing time around the pool for my trip. The pool was very small. The pool was supposed to be heated. The water was very cold. I don't believe the heat was on at all. When I talked to the front desk about it, I was told that it is on. That was very disappointing to me as we didn't get any time spent in the pool. Therefore, I will not be staying at your hotel on my next trip run in the fall. It kind of really ruined our holiday.

We went to checkin and there were no clean rooms and no housekeeping staff. They had 5 rooms to be cleaned. I WANT A REFUND!!

Property has more amenities than more expensive sites. More expensive site did not include microwave, pushing sales to the bar products. Room was updated with modern decorations. Evening staff was excellent when key card system was inoperable. Manager escorted every single customer to rooms using management key card.

This is a well maintained hotel with a very professional, friendly staff. The interior is beautiful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The attention to details throughout was exceptional. We have family in the area and have stayed at a few other local hotels. This is our new favorite - we will definitely be back.

The staff was amazing. I grew up in this area and I didn't expect such great employees. If you are the Marion, Ar area and are looking for a great hotel that provides you with a clean environment, free hot breakfast, and doesn't cost an arm and a leg, stay at the Fairfield!

This is a well-maintained hotel with a professional and friendly staff. We always stay at this location (Marion) when we visit our relatives in Crawfordsville, Arkansas. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Absolutely beautiful and clean. Check in was a breeze and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. They were still cleaning rooms on our floor past 8pm, which seemed a little odd, but nothing concerning. Wonderful place.

The evening Staff was quite friendly and accommodating. Only complaint I have is the room I was assigned was on the first floor right next to the exit door. It wasn't working, but I still didn't feel very safe.

This is a very nice hotel. The bed, the shower, the room, the pool, and the gym were comfortable and in good condition. Lovely open atrium. Easy to get on and off the freeway yet it was quiet.

First room was good, but housekeeping must have forgotten to turn it over as the bed was unmade and tv still on. Called front desk and they brought me a new key to a different room quicky. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great to cool the room. Would stay here again even with the mix up.

I booked this stay back in November. It was just one night but I would stay here again. The room I was in was spacious. The beds were really comfortable. The pool is indoors and not heated, if that’s one thing you’re looking for. They have a great breakfast selection. It’s near plenty of fast food restaurants and there’s a nice Mexican restaurant right down the street.

Even though we booked and paid through Expedia I have an additional $200 charge on my card they only explain as I should see it come off, but couldn’t tell me when. The breakfast that was served was terrible and staff was not friendly.

I liked that they had paul mitchell hair products in the shower, but I didn't like that they were out of decaf coffee and never brought out more.
