Iv’e been here a few times, I think the place is family owned but they are always very accommodating. Always keep their hotel clean and very helpful. Rooms are always well kept Highly recommend.

Traveled with my daughter and grandbabies. This place is going in my saved list for next time! Great location, very quiet, can't beat the price. The front desk was very friendly. The room was good size. I prefer this over a 200 dollar hotel room any day

Customer service is terrible towels are filthy

All good

Very good place

Very good

Dreamland was just what we needed, a clean, quiet place to stop for the night. Great price and would have been grateful for their pet policy if I had been travelling with my dog. Thank you!
- 3/5
The bad: Underneath beds were filthy, sink faucet was loose, they didn't make the beds( when they replaced the towels ), top door lock was missing. Over all I would stay again.

Property has been renovated. Lighting around property along with cameras led to a safe site. Owners (male) is condescending are rude and very disrespectful. I've been working and stayed at this location for more than a week. I forgot that December has 31 days, I question him about the date of check-in. After I realized this, I headed to my room to see if my company would pay for an additional week. As I'm leaving the check-in area, he begins to speak in a loud voice that I need to go back to school. I had already paid for the night, but I guess he'd forgot his customer service skills at home. After returning to the office area, I informed him that I'm well-educated and his behavior was disrespectful and that I'd checkout the next day. He continued with his rat, so I just said F*ck you. You've just messed yourself out of another week of me paying for a room with roaches, that I cleaned myself for the most part while there. We have to do better as human beings. Bring roach spray, a sheet of your own sheets, and speak with his wife at all possible while checking in.

Heating worked but a bit noisy. Also noisy outside after midnight.
- 2/5
We will look somewhere else next time.
- 5/5
Room clean and nice new mattresses
- 2/5
Very uncomfortable atmosphere. The room was lacking comfort and necessities such as working outlets, towels, etc. The bed was not comfortable and neither were the pillows.
- 5/5
Simply a comfortable and nice place for an overnighter on our long driving trip
- 2/5
Room was a little over $50 a night. Was only looking for someplace cheap to rest my head. Well, you get what you pay for! Wasn’t the worst I’ve seen but definitely not the best. Wouldn’t return, but it’s livable if you HAVE to. Was given a smoking room that was super stinky, the shower did not work it had no way of turning it on, and the walls are very thin. It felt like I was sleeping on the expressway the entire night. A/c worked pretty good and I didn’t see any bugs so there’s a plus! Like I said it’s good if you want a quick cheap place to sleep. From previous reviews management seemed like pricks so I didn’t even bother with mentioning anything.
- 2/5
No hair dryer, no hand towels, no coffee maker with coffee, furniture old, shower drain clogged. Room not as pictured on Expedia site, A/C had odor. Clean and Cheap price was only positive.

Clean Stay, But Too Noisy I stayed at Dreamland Inn in Marion, AR for two nights. The room was clean and housekeeping was consistent—towels were changed daily and the space was well maintained. However, the experience was marred by constant noise from nearby highway traffic and disturbances from other guests. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a quiet retreat, this may not be the best fit. Basic comfort was met, but rest was hard to come by.
- 5/5
It was clean and quiet. Staff helped with any issues we had

When to check in and was treated by a “back in 5 minutes” sign. Waited and check I. Was fine. It’s right off the freeway so it’s noisy. The bed was lopsided and it felt like I was going to roll off the bed. Otherwise it was fine. It was just a place to sleep. Close to fast food and gas stations.
- 3/5
Inexpensive but very close to the highway. Lots of road noise.
- 4/5
The check-in was super fast and easy with my reservation. The hotel met expectations for the price. I would stay here again for a one nighter if I just need a bed.
- 3/5
Room was clean, bed comfortable. Not enough towels, no hairdryer.
- 5/5
Well to be right beside the interstate 55 I'd say it was pretty quiet. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I will definitely stay again if they have a room. No restaurant in walking distance but they are fairly close by. Only thing I thought that needed to be fixed was a 2nd lock for the door. Otherwise it was great room for the money.
- 5/5
Stayed one night
- 5/5
I stayed here over night on my way home to Kansas. The room was comfortable the staff was kind the price was reasonable
- 1/5
The three cockroaches put a damper on our stay. The remote looked like a dog chewed it. The shower head was a mile high. Virtually no plugs for our rice cooker. So, in the end it was on the low end of 2 star motels.
- 4/5
It was a very nice room for the price only issues was not enough towels only 3 small pillows for a king bed and workers were making alot of noise. But room was very nice and very clean which is the most important
- 4/5
It was nice to get a clean room that was not over priced
- 3/5
The room was in poor condition. Patches on the walls and ceiling with more needed. The bathroom door was askew and had to be lifted in order to close it. The toilet barely flushed. The laminate flooring had gaps, bubbles, and ripples. The heater kept turning off requiring me to get up repeatedlytoturn it up. The road noise from the freeway (about 100 yards away) was terrible all night long. I slept only four hours the whole night. I won't be back.
- 4/5
The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. The staff wasn't very helpful, they were kind of bland. Overall I would stay there again. Price was good.
- 5/5
Good 2 star motel with potential. Staff was friendly and efficient. The room showed some wear and tear, but the towels and linens were clean.
- 1/5
It was a last minute booking-Chose this due to it's location off the highway. I didn't expect much based on outer appearance- however I really didn't expect a broken at the base/missing drawer dresser. The lights wouldn't turn on-using the light on my cell phone, my husband had to switch plugs (electrical socket barely attached to wall) and noticed the lamp wire had been spliced together and taped with black tape! Chain lock didn't work. Tables just filthy and stains galore. Pillows were old, small and lumpy. Sketchy/loud clientele, in & out late into the evening. it was a cheap stay I suppose, but worth about half the price considering. Will not be back.
- 1/5
We looked at second room. Roaches there too and we decided to leavr. Seeing as how everything seemed to be broken. Broken light, shattered smoke detector in drawer of all places. Faucet to sink was barely hanging on and dont even get me atarted on the bed. It screamed at you everytime you sat down or got up or moved at night. Smelt like piss in both rooms we tried. Floor was weak and a lot of water damage. Was a horrible place to stay. We were so upset they wouldn't even consider giving us our money back. Do not waste you time or money here. I have a lot of pictures, id love to post but it wont let me. Very rude staff as well. Just dont bother! Save your money and go down the street. Youll regret staying here.
- 3/5
Needed towels. Got them fast
- 3/5
The room had a musty smell. The bathroom floor was peeling up by the bathtub. The ceiling had a crack in it with paint hanging.
- 5/5
I’ve stayed here a few times and each time the staff have been very nice and helpful . The rooms are cleaned every day and it’s quite especially in the back. Highly recommended.
- 1/5
We have stayed in 100s of hotels over the years and this hotel had to be hands down the nastiest so far. The TV didn’t work, the lights in the bathroom didn’t work so we had to get ready for bed in the dark, the room smelled of dead rotten fish, the sheets and pillow cases were stained, the floors were hideous. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned in years. Instead of The Dreamland Inn they just rename it The Nightmare.
- 5/5
Been here many times. Always a pleasure coming back and the staff always do there best to accommodate us.
- 4/5
The stay was pretty decent overall. My only issue is that when I booked my room it gave me a total price that included taxes and fees. When I checked in, the front desk charged an extra extra 3% because I used a credit card instead of cash to pay for my stay.
- 1/5
This motel was disgusting. They remodeled, but they should have focused on providing clean bedding and towels for their guests instead. The shower didn't work, the toilet seat was gross, the sheets were stained and smelly, the towels were dirty and smelled, the floors were grimy, and there was a brown smear of something on the wall by the toilet. Internet connection was spotty at best. The location was loud and seemed run down. I am trying to get a refund because it was so disgusting, but management has so far been impossible to get a hold of. I was unable to speak to anyone at the front desk because even though the sign said open, the door to the front desk area was conveniently locked during checkout time. I've stayed in plenty of cheaper hotels and motels that were much nicer and cleaner than this. Also, the pictures on Expedia are not the same as the room you actually get. I'd avoid getting a room here.

The beds were LUMPY. mold was all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom
- 3/5
the lady who serves needs to be more friendly
- 1/5
After walking in our first room and seeing bugs, mold, food and dirt on almost everything I promptly asked for another room. Walked into it and it was almost as bad. I asked for a refund and the manager said I was the only one in five years to complain no refund. I took photos of both rooms.
- 5/5
2nd time staying at Dreamland inn. Always clean and quiet. Bug free and the staff seems to be family friendly and very helpful. Will stay again soon!
- 1/5
Floor in bath torn up unclean smells bad worse hotel ever stayed in
- 4/5
Staff was helpful. I didn't like the fact that the toilet seat was the wrong size and it wasn't tightened down properly.
- 3/5
Comfy bed, felt safe next to the highway and with a lot of lights. Downsides are that the room smelled a bit funky, the sheets very clean but had stains that did not go off in the washer. Overall ok motell. Very nice old housekeeping man.
- 3/5
I would have given this hotel 5/10 (as it's very average) but it's located on a busy highway, and there were cars loudly roaring down the road all night, so I'll drop that to a 4/10.
- 5/5
Our room had no toilet paper when we arrived! The refrigerator had old food in it! The drawer had someone else’s food and baby diapers! Bathroom shower was disgusting! Black mold looking stuff around bottom edges! No plastic liner for ice bucket! I don’t think it was really good for guests!
- 2/5
Front desk door locked around 10 and had to buzz. All transactions took place through small window opening near door.
- 2/5
Rented 2 rooms to sleep for a few hours while traveling through from Ohio to Texas.. Both rooms were completely filthy. Bedding was stained and dirty. One room had a busted up dresser and the lamps on the wall were dangling down upon entering the room. Floors appear to have not been swept in days, possibly weeks. Desk clerk stated only has smoking rooms, at 1 am after driving for 11 hours did not care. Doors had no smoking logo, ash tray in one room was dirty and had something other than cigarette butts in it, strong odor of marijuana in whole room. Would only stay at this hotel if I could inspect the room first. My niece thought they were being punished because this is the hotel we chose to sleep in.
- 3/5
About what I expected for the price.
- 2/5
I just spend one night there.
- 1/5
My first room had someone already sleeping in it. My second room was disgusting, the bed made a banging sound when I sat down on it and the tv didn’t work.
- 1/5
The area around the hotel is very scary, the room I was put in didn't have pillows and smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Heard gunshots 20 minutes after getting to the room. Absolutely would not recommend
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 1/5
Just dirty and a lot of strange people hanging around out front scary…
- 4/5
Good stay for the night passing thru town and the price was right.
- 4/5
It was a great value with a good bed.
- 4/5
Perfect location off I 55. Our king mattress was better than any five star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I wish they would’ve had 4 pillows on the bed & a couple hand towels but for the excellent budget price I will be fine without!
- 4/5
Great updated and clean. Also a great price!
- 5/5
This is It’s a wonderful place to stay for short night while traveling. Easiest access off of the interstate. Great beds, clean, quick register. Very satisfied.
- 1/5
At first look the room seemed fine but once we got in there we noticed how dirty the floor was. Sheets were also stained with all kinds of stuff. Thankfully I was on a road trip packed my own bedding so I could use that on top of the bed! Even my little kids were disgusted in there.
- 3/5
It was required to pay $5 for credit card payment.
- 1/5
I can think a sole positve thing to say about this property, and i have no idea how it is rated 7 out of 10. Upon check-in we were surprised by an undisclosed fee for using a credit and/or debit card. They do not take checks, and with 4 rooms we were unprepared to pay cash. The reservation was nonrefundable, so we grudingly paid it. None of the rooms were clean, with dirty floors and surfaces; additionally, one with an unmade (seemingly slept in) bed, one with filthy linens that appeared urine-stained. Fixtures and furnishings were inoperable and broken, showers did not work, door safety locks lacked chains, plumbing did not drain, and shampoo bottles were half-full. The sole positive thing: the exterior is well-lit, so the garbage and shady parking lot dealings can be easily observed.
- 3/5
Otherwise, the room was clean and good size, fine for a one night stay.
- 5/5
It was comfortable friendly they have what all other hotels have & I no complaints
- 5/5
Not bad for the price was not expecting a nice clean room. Will definitely book again.
- 4/5
Nice updated inside room. Nice bed with linens
- 4/5
Nice updated room, nice bed with linens
- 1/5
I had preferred a king size bed non smoking and they gave me a smoking room. When i asked the attended that i had requested a non smoking room he said they didn't have any. I had to get a room with double bed for more.
- 4/5
Front desk was really nice. Roach dead in bathroom and around check out, saw live one on wall. Love making door was so loud it woke us up. Lasted around 2 hours. Sounded like they were filming a porn next door.
- 2/5
The property was ok, but I didn’t like how they over charged me for stay, and didn’t refund my money. Will not be staying there again.
- 4/5
It’s perfect for a quick overnight stay, a/c was good temp, shower water was hot and bed was clean, firm and comfy. If you don’t like noise then this isn’t the place for you. Highway can be super loud.
- 4/5
The property served the purpose that we needed. It was clean, beds were decent, and it had a nice shower. We just needed a place to sleep and it served that purpose well.
- 3/5
The room was ok but dusty the cable wouldn't. Come on in the am the house keeper came in my room while i was sleeping.
- 2/5
lights/lamps don't work in room. tub was backing up with water. dresser drawer hanging off hinge
- 3/5
Woke up the next morning and the area smelled like sewage, which was an unpleasant smell.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 4/5
It was a nice cheap hotel. Thought it was strange that I had to pay a deposit that was more than my room
- 3/5
After getting a room change. Our room was musty , floors were dirty and the room had obviously been minimally cleaned. The ac/ heat unit was very old and looked like it was falling from the window.
- 4/5
Good value! Would stay again.
- 5/5
Room smells great with fresh air freshner they use. Everything in the room was new. It’s good location if you are driving long. Just no breakfast but compare to price the rooms are really nice.
- 5/5
Amazing and staying again whenever in this area. Their weekly rates are good too as per the rooms. Everything was so nice. Big tv’s and fridge. The staff was friendly and nice. Close to interstate and easy access from exit 10.
