    I stayed for 2 weeks the phone didn't work , housekeeping had to be told to change sheets ,only cleaned bathroom 1x, no dog waste station dog feces all over area, had a tweaker try to come in my room banging on window and open door ....and only got 35 of 100$ deposit back ....would never stay there or recommend staying there

    Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms do not have coffee pots in them. There is a pod coffee pot in front office. They use a lot of freshener in the room. Does not smell good. Rooms have not been updated in a long time. Ok for price.

    This was not a clean or quiet hotel. There were people sitting outside their rooms smoking marijuana and playing loud music, both of which flowed into our room. But the worst part was finding bedbugs in our bed. So just as we were hoping to go to sleep, we instead had to pack everything up and find another hotel. The management offered to spray the bed and give us clean sheets, or another room, both of which we declined. We asked for and received our money back.

    Then at 10 AM I got locked out of my room. My key didn’t work. And the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 10:55 asking me if I was gonna vacate and I said yes I’m vacating at 11. Please don’t knock on the door. I’ve never had that happen. I had until 11 to leave. And the dog area was just the side of the hill. My dog didn’t even want to use that. Now I know why it was so cheap. I will never stay at this location again yuck.

    No offense. But this whole A.I front desk is going to lead into trouble especially for ppl who may have or not have a phone also its too dependent on the machines. Anyone can break them and the guests will have no way to access. It could lead to crime and vandalism. Have a perspn be there

    So it started with the Virtual Front Desk...from India. And while she was lovely, the echo in the room she was in made it difficult to hear her, but after 20 minutes I was able to check in. The drapes and plastic drapes were filthy, the lamp was dirty and the shade cracked and a mess. Bed and bath were fine and clean, but it was scary.

    My shower didnt work amd when i requested it be fixed i was rold no one cohld do it nor did they offer for me to switch rooms to a working shower, the microwave also sounded terrible it sounded lime a mini lawn mower

    How in the F did they give me a room key and a room number and when i was trying to get inside the room there was somebody else in there and the lady thought i was trying to break in how embarrassing for me and scary for her and yet still have the audacity to want to give me a refund im calling my american express to get a refund I literally left and book another hotel room elsewhere

    We arrived exhausted and went to bed without checking out the entire room. The light switchs were dirty and the tub filthy. Floor of tub was dried, stained soap scum! Not a secure motel 6. The first room we were given, #111 had a malfunctioning smoke alarm that keep beeping. We requested another room and were given keys to room 118. There was a women at the door of #118 saying it was her room. We both tried our keys and they BOTH WORKED!!!. this could have been disastrous..very dangerous and not acceptable. The 3rd room we were assigned #112 was filthy. Light switches and floor were dirty. The bathtub was disgusting. The floor of the tub was stained, soap scum with no bath mat in place allowing us to see the filth

    The rooms are very clean and newly renovated which is great. The area is beautiful and it’s centrally located to many stores and restaurants. It has been very convenient for work as well. The staff is also very courteous and friendly.

    I stayed here one night my sink was leaking water onto the floor all night bed sheets was dirty then I got charged for sheets because my wife started her period looking at the set up at this hotel they seem to be making their customers pay for new sheets and things by the way they charge for things I won’t be going back here and I recommend anyone staying here to tread lightly they will find anything they can to cut into that $100 deposit I’ve included a list of their charge list that at front counter I give one star 👎

    Staying at you hotel was ok. The room was kept up clean. Good bed, clean sheets and quiet at night to get a good night sleep. The moment you step outside is when it gets scary. Strange looking people , the place is filthy, can’t touch hand rails, it’s dirty. One day a man was hiding in the hallway downstairs and follow me to offer something. I got in my car and locked it right away and I told the attendant . The owner needs to take care of this property. I will never stay there again. This is not a place I would stay with children. Sorry

    The front desk was excellent. Room was nice and clean and well kept. Best water pressure I’ve had at a hotel recently. The major downside is that the area around the hotel feels sketchy and some hotel guests were loud. I was awakened by loud music at 5am.

    So, this happened…reserved for two nights. Housekeeping came in after the first night and threw away anything that wasn’t in a drawer. My reusable water bottle, hair brush, mouthwash and deodorant were all discarded. Didn’t feel comfortable staying the second night so checked out early

    The room seemed clean. One lampshade was torn and stained, but it looks like a specialized shade and is probably expensive to replace. My biggest problem was that the maid left someone else's towel hanging behind the bathroom door. Other than that, it was a clean, comfortable, basic room. I would stay again.

    My sister was staying there and she apparently exceeded their limit of days. She had a friend rent another room for two nights and he stayed for one night then had to leave. When she went to pay for more nights, they would not let her. Then they expected her to be out in half an hour! Her and three of her four cats. The fourth cat has not been seen since three days ago.

    The second room, the toilet seat was broken, hair dryer had been pulled off the wall, and it was missing, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I feel that I should have part of my money refunded due to the poor quality of the hotel.

    The room had a broken set of blinds and you could see the where they'd removed a valance and patched it but hadn't gotten around to painting it. There was also a loud whine--which turned out to be the fridge. But it could only be silenced for more than 10 minutes by unplugging or turning it off. Then there was the water on the floor in the bathroom. The manager came and cleaned up, fixed the waterline into the toilet and tried to fix the fridge. Bed was comfy though and it was next door to Donuts & Deli which was spectacular!

    It started by giving me a room that had not been cleaned or serviced, and the room phone did not work so i could not ring the front desk. This means I had to gather all my gear and go back to the front desk to get another room. The other room smelled like puke & the toilet ran all nigh. There were also dogs barking thru-out the night a good night's sleep impossible.

    I had a 4 night stay. Staff is very friendly however the room was alright. During the time I stayed I found a lot of spiders and bugs. The neighbors next to us were very loud and didn't feel too comfortable around this area. Overall it was just ok but next time I’ll probably skip out on this hotel.

    Someone here had fentanyl and my husband touched it while throwing away the garbage. He was in the hospital for 3 days and is still weak. Now the young man with a beard told us we can’t stay because of it. They also have roaches. NASTY

    The current people are young and involved. It is obvious that they want to improve the property - the service is already great, the staff friendly. So, my critique is honest and constructive, I hope. 1) One thing I would do first, would be to put up a carport, covered parking, open sides, in the parking lot, opposite of the rooms. Then put solar panels up. Check with Feds and the State. Both have programs subsidizing climate mitigatiom 2) Get electric brooms for the housekeepers. They are lightweight, easy to use and will do a better job than brooms can. 3) Change the faucets on the sinks. Or turn the water valves under the sinks and open them up more. All the hotels upgraded the bathrooms with slick counters, fancy sinks that look like bowls, etc. Most of them use faucets that are too short so the water pours all over the counter. Then the pressure won't be strong enough to get a good stream of water. Very difficult to rinse out anything. 4) Everything in my room is loud. The bedside lamps, the refrigerator, the fan and the light in the bathroom. If I use the microwave, two lights go out, the ceiling can light in front of the window and the lamp next to the fridge.

    For the most part everything is fine & my dog feels comfortable also. Housekeeping is good... not great. The only complaints that i do have is; There is no screen in the window. The door jam is not sealed properly, insects/roaches could easily enter the room. And this unit is right near the big garbage bin.

    Who doesn't like a motel/hotel/Holiday Inn with a donut shoppe (I say that because they open way early) you can walk to and I think the make their donuts onsite! The donut was like biting into a cloud! The location was good and you can walk to grab a bite! I would recommend!
