P they are really trying to afraid these hotel and feel pretty good job a little by little It wasn't too noisy it wasn't uncomfortable at all. Housekeeping the senorita Anderson Nora we're very pleasant took their time on cleaning and disinfecting the rooms even though they're in the middle of remodeling. They attempted to make it look clean and cover the smells. The air con worked. Rundown, didn’t feel safe, door didn’t lock, smelt of wee/ cannabis/ smoke. No travel cot when online it said there may be one available- the staff didn’t even know what one was. Suggested a luggage cart! Place is just miserable really. Check in involved them copying my passport, asking me to sign it (weird), asking me to sign the Ts and Cs then giving me a room key with a number on it.

Their “Complementary Breakfast” was a real stretch of the definition: HoneyBuns, bananas, and no drinks. There were zero beverages—no milk, no juice, no coffee (no coffeemakers in the room), not even water. Perhaps they expect you to hit a vending machine? Additionally, there are signs specifying that food should not be taken to your room, while at the same time there are no tables or chairs for dining. The adjacent waiting area (the only place to sit to eat) has signage dictating a fifteen minute limit. Truly, the people should find a business they enjoy. Their interactions are steeped with resentment

The rooms weren’t the cleanest. The hotel needs a renovation, an update of it’s appliances and carpets. The staff was decent.

They didn't have breakfast. THere was not a lamp nor a chair in the room, you either had to lay or sit on the beds. The hotel needs a major overall.

This hotel smelled like smoke. The doors had holes in them, no clean towels, the bed was nasty and stuff was falling out of the light fixture.

This place is absolutely nasty. Bedimg was dirty, holes and wall patches. The staff was terrible service. We checked in our room and left the property for a race venue and came back around 1:30 am and they had put someone else in our room.

The staff were very friendly. Good for just one night but definitely don't recommend for long term or if you have children. Whole second floor smells like marijuana. Their continental breakfast consisted of honey buns and a sunny delight. Felt like I was walking into a hotel from the 80s. Could use some upgrades. Carpets were stained, tiles broken in the bathroom, towel rods were rigged to stay along the wall. On the plus side, that water pressure is great!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend paying a little extra and going for the double queen suite. It's large and comfortable. The decor is dated and the furniture shows signs of wear, but if that doesn't bother you, this is a very reasonably priced, clean, safe, quiet hotel with comfortable beds.

Pictures online were not accurately portraying the condition of the rooms. Cigarette burns on the pillow cases and comforters. Missing smoke detector on the ceiling, exposed wires, poor condition of bathroom counter.

The place is dirty and smells bad. The door to the room had a broken security lock. The bedspread had holes. In general, everything is dirty. Not even for the cheap price is it worth it.

This location is under new ownership and in the middle of renovations. The rooms are satisfactory. The staff are very friendly and accommodating if you are not satisfied with your room. They will do what is in their power to make your stay comfortable. The Continental Breakfast is also pretty good, they provide you with danishes, coffee and juice. If you are in need of a nights rest it is worth the stay. I highly recommend this location.

This location is a little rough around the edges but still worth the stay. The hotel and rooms are extra clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs during your stay. The Breakfast is a danish, coffee and a juice box for kids or the kid hidden in side of an adult. I highly recommend this location for a one night or multiple nights you are sure to get work done or plenty of rest.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, and there’s no room service, which was disappointing. The garbage in the hallways and towels were piled up in the rooms, creating an unsanitary and unwelcoming atmosphere. Noise from other guests made it hard to sleep, and the overall environment felt unsafe. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, reminiscent of stale tobacco. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or a safe, quiet stay.

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. Yes it is a work in progress but for the price it is definitely worth the stay. For 1 or two nights it is perfect to get some rest from traveling. Also it is a good enough stay for a week or more too. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very clean. Not only are the rooms clean they smell clean even with carpeted floors. The staff are extremely friendly and are there to accommodate you to better your stay in their hotel. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Worst hotel ever. So dirty

The room had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom was dirty and so was the floor.

The room was not clean the bathroom was dirty and the advisement said it sleeps 5 which it did not.

Housekeeper has marital issues and looks unprofessional with citron hair. I was lied on for exercising per situation. She was confrontational with females thinking everyone wanted her spouse. They dont look or behave professionally. Girl at desk too young for position. Sheets unfolded and stained. Prostitution is ridiculous and kids insude need CPS. They treat you rude for caring and the whole doesn't matter for overcharged customers.

In the first room I was given, the bathtub was constantly running, so I switched to another room. In the new room the phone was filthy, missing buttons, and didn’t work, the TV had no remote, the carpet had multiple burned patches, the toilet and bathtub were gross, the pillows were old and flat, and there was a very bright light shining through the window that the curtains did nothing to block. When I asked about the remote, I was given one that didn’t work.

Unfortunately this was my worst hotel experience. Lots of roaches in the room at night, smelly carpet, and broken window in the stair well for over a week. Very bad Internet so I could barely work. I just don't think any place should be available if it has a roach problem. Maybe one day all businesses will have ethical leadership because this place needs major updates to be charging people.

Lobby smelled like marijuana. Entire hotel was run down and in desperate need of cleaning and refurbishment. Non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Roaches and hair in the bathroom, and someone had used the toilet and didn't flush. Their continental "breakfast" was just some pre- packaged honey buns, coffee and juice. Only positive thing about our stay was the front desk clerk. He was polite and seemed pretty chill.

The hotel told he did not have my reservation. I asked what he would charge for a night and with taxes, it was $30 more than Hotels.com was charging. The hotel is a shyster and I would not ever book there again.

Hair in the shower, dirty towels, WiFi never worked, Due to coronavirus we had to leave 2 days early and when asked if I could get a refund or credit the guy said “nope”. No discussion just flat out “no”. I don’t have extra money to blow but needed to get back. All our events were cancelled Worst experience ever.

I was pretty pleased with the room. I did not like not having a bedside table to put things on, or a lamp. The bathroom was not so great. The towels were worn, and scratchy, and we needed more. But, I would go again!

My room was dirty, hot, and contained old broken furniture. The bathtub had a ring in it. There were two half used rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. The mirrored wall behind the beds was filthy with fingerprints. Dirty napkins littered the window bench. Cigarette burns covered the tub, sink, and desk. The desk chair was old and worn. I could not sleep there because I didn't feel safe.

After I rang the Bell again after waiting Ten minutes for him to return from the back room where he was looking for my paperwork shouting, you, now it will take another 30 minutes to get the printed papers. He didn’t stop yelling until I returned his volume of voice and held up my hands for him to stop. Absolutely amazing.

The television did not work and I called to say it did not work we were not offered another room we were told maintenance was coming to assist and maintenance never can. I felt that was poor service!

They can have 5 people in a room and even for weekly!!

The rooms smelled like smoke the bed covers were not washed and I took them off the bed and the maid service lady got upset I took it off the bed so she can wash it. She yelled saying don't ever take off bed, even when I told her it smelled like smoke. The first room they gave me the fridge didn't work. I wish I did not stay 3 nights. I was so happy when 3rd day came so I can leave.The blow dryer in the bathroom was broken the bathroom ceiling was chipped and paint falling into the tub. There was no iron or ironing board in the room.

I didn't like anything about the property, they were rude. The room was supposed to been a nonsmoking room which is wasn't. The bed sheets had stains on them and the fitted sheets didn't even fit. The bedspread had burned holes on them. The bathroom floor and tub was dirty and we only had two small towels for 5 people. I asked numerous times for more and never got any. The pillows were old and flat. Overall the place really needs some help.

This hotel was horrible! My daughter started breaking out from dirty sheets. My tub was so nasty you could see the brown dirt in it. My bathroom toilet was filthy. I had to buy products to clean the bathroom and buy sheets for the bed. Cleaning people never changed the sheets stood and watch one clean she just remade bed and took out trash. Never got any more rags. It wasn’t even worth 170 bucks

All though the rooms are a good size after a very long drive with my kids from an evacuation. we checked in got a key and the room hadnt been clean it was nasty and it smelled horrible in the halls. Had to wait until it got clean. Was put in a smoking room when not suppose to be so it smelled terrible in the room. The rag had holes and towels had stains. Now you would think some kind of accommodation would be made but no the blanket had holes where you can see it comes from cigs. Got word we can return home so i had an extra day not needed so i asked about a refund for the one day so i could leave i was told no refunds we are not helping evacuees which was so rude. I cried because im here by myself with my children. There was no breakfast other than coffee and cereal. I understand policy but when your wrong as a company things should be made fair. Never again!

First of all, this was suppose to be a suite...this was not a suite. Upon checking in, we were not greeted and had to ring a buzzer for service. Then the woman had to ask how much I paid for the room and fill out some info card before I could even get keys (only gave us 1 key). When I finally got my ID back and entered the lobby, it looked like they had their whole family just chilling around and being pretty loud. That's just the check-in process. Started down the hallway and smelled smoke...entered the room, smelled smoke...even the sheets smelled of smoke. Quite a bit of smoke to be a non-smoking property. Then sitting on the counter in the room was 2 half drunk bottles of water like someone was just in the room. There were holes and stains in the sheets, holes and paint peeling off the wall, plus there was something that looked like bile on the curtains. We had just drove from Helena, AR to GA so I was too exhausted to go complain so we just dealt with it. I usually don't do reviews and I know it's long, but this was ridiculous! I expected better in GA!

Upon check in I was asked smoking or non smoking which I profusely asked non smoking. I was given a room that I did not book with ONE bed instead of TWO like I paid for. The room smelled so foul like cigarette smoke that it knocks you down walking in the door. I turned on the air and wondered if it would help. I went and got food across the street and when I came back the smell was unbearable. I went back to the front desk and said I couldn’t stay in that room because the cigarette smell was so bad. I was immediately moved to a room upstairs that was the room I booked with two beds. Why was I not given the room I booked when I checked in? The room is not clean. The sheets and towels are stained and there is other people’s hair literally everywhere. In the bathroom on the floor, on the tub, and even in the bed. It makes me sick to my stomach and is so gross. The ceiling is leaking and there’s patches of plaster missing completely. The 2 tv remotes do not work so you have to try to navigate the tv with the buttons on it. The mini fridge had some black mold in it and so did the ripped showered curtain which is suppose to be cleaned between guests. My room key stopped working and I was given a lecture about what I did to it.

Only had one outlet work in the room. Couldn’t use the coffee maker or the phone bc they didn’t work. Turned the A/C on and a bunch of white powered cane flying out. When I went to the front desk the guy asked with a nasty attitude “What do you want me to do about it?” I asked to switch rooms and he said no and he will have the manager call me which I never got.
