The room was not clean upon arrival, and the sheets appeared dirty. When I requested clean sheets from the staff, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. Housekeeping services were not provided daily as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. Additionally, after expressing concerns about these issues, I was told to leave without a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing.

Don't come here if you r working on the road because they will make you checkout and check in to extend the stay. It says it's pet friendly but it was quite the opposite, we only had about 2 totes and a bag inside our room and during a "wellness" check they insisted it was too much and we needed to get storage . Very disrespectful.

This place is very pet friendly. I appreciated that they had a little fenced area for our dog to go to the bathroom. They even supplied the little bags to pick up the solids. It's near the railroad tracks, but my husband loves trains. He was very excited about that. All in all, it was a good stopping point from being on the road.

Male manager refused to refund my stay after I was getting harassed by another person there. Manager complained about the smell of my dog was very rude about it as well. I ended up having to check out early because of the harassment from the guy that stays there. I would not recommend at all if your a female and traveling alone. If you have someone else with you it's fine. Overall worst motel 6 I've ever stayed at. Never again will I stay there

The dog park was nice. They had bags there for you and there was no fee for the dogs. I had hair in my bathtub. We stayed the weekend. They didn’t get a room cleaned so we had to be in the room while they got our room cleaned and they didn’t even pick up all the trash when we were in there and so we just got towels so that they wouldn’t be in our room while we were trying to relax. That would be kind of the only downside was that the cleaning staff was really slow. They were when we got there. They were cleaning rooms till about six 7 o’clock at night. They’re really slow. But the greeting staff they were nice and it was pretty quiet overall.

The facility was is desperate need of repair. Upon check in, the owner told us that we had a handicap room but the bathroom door didn't work. It clearly had been broken for a very long time. The furniture in the room was missing drawers and looked like a dog had chewed the corner. The door opens to the outside, and there was a clear gap between the door and the door frame, and cold air was blowing in. If all you need is a bed and a shower, so that you don't care if someone can see you, it works, but I will not be staying here again.

For what we paid for was decent

Very dirty (sheets had stains/ markings all over the bed, marks on floor and counters), very loud, it was a non smoking room but smelt like smoke in the room. Door was very hard to open. Do not recommend.

We always stay here when we come to Atlanta! Always clean and staff is always friendly! 10/10 this was our 7th or 8th stay and it’s always great!

The employee was not in the office on my arrival to check me in - waited about 10 minutes for him to show up. Poor customer service - didn’t even greet me. The room was poorly maintained and in desperate need of an update. While the room may have been “cleaned” it appeared filthy and neglected. There was no blanket on the bed, only a weird sheet and equally weird bedspread. The drapes hung off the window so light poured in the room all night. Cold air blew in the closed window all night.

There was dry blood stains on the covers the towels and wash rags were dirty. The tub was dirty with a big black ring around it ceiling falling apart floors have not been swept. Refrigerator was dirty. Microwave was dirty overall bad experience.

When we arrived the police were the,called by motel 6 manager. We went out for dinner and 3 police cruisers were back in parking lot. The room was not clean. Bedding did not smell fresh.one pillowcase had a hole in it. Pillows were old. Floor disgusting. We did not shower and stood on towels to use toilet and to brush our teeth. I did take pictures but unable to send them to you until my grandson comes home. We will not use expedia for reservations anymore as in 3 years our experience has not been good

It was well adequate , had the necessary amenities, and worth the price I paid for it. The staff were very efficient and swift to check you in and out!👌

The room was dirty; the sheets had dark stains on each bed. The tub was dirty and had hair in it. I requested that it be cleaned; they sent housekeeping to clean the tub and they never turned the water on to wash it out. This place sucked. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I wouldn’t send a homeless person there.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Dirty, bugs, unclean floors. When hotel was contacted, they blamed us for the mess that we literally opened the room to and refuse to be helpful. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!! We used the bed, that is all. Because of the cleanliness. Don’t stay here!!!!

Well i would have given more stars but i cant. Now you are staying at a motel so you need to know that 1st. However one of the staff members had a severe this is my property and what i say goes complex and is not willing to take ownership of his on short comes. Also my refrigerator did not work. Went down the next day to see if they could switch it out and told them what was going on with it and all the front desk did was plug in the same old refrigerator that wasnt working. And i was here for 7 nights 8 days and never worked. I also was hurt on property by the dog area that they force you into or you get fined 150 bucks and or the police called on you. I trip over the part the area going into the fenced in area left a big scraped and bruised. The bed we had was ok not the best but not the worse. Saw like 3 or 4 bugs. The pest control came when we was there and sprayed but had to clean up where because it was all over the floor where my dogs could get it. Wasnt the quiet of places other guest was loud, dogs barking, people walking outside talking loud. But if you have no pets and its just you and you need a cheap place then its not the worse that is around.

The motel needs updated and renovated.

Nice and clean space to stay when you’re traveling! Bed linen was clean and bathroom was clean . They have they’re own security so sleep well and be at peace your car is safe !

If you are on a budget, this is a good hotel. Next time though I think I will spend a little more and stay at a nicer place.

First night I was in the front and when you stay a 2 nights or more you’re in the back. That’s a whole new world. The electric did not work. Housekeeping is non existent. They just offer towels.

The stay was good! Fine water pressure, the room wasn’t bad just the towels had some hairs on them so they weren’t used, and the bedding had a few small stains. We just used our own. Staff that checked us in were friendly, but we didn’t even make it to our room before we were asked for drugs by another guest lol. Fun night, would recommend for a short stay.

The best thing about the property and stay was the front desk person. We have stayed at several Motel 6 locations and this is the worst—bordering a 24-hour, very busy gas station in a high traffic industrial area with the interstate AND a train that runs across the street from the motel made it impossible to rest. Every Motel 6 is slightly different but the condition of this one is one of the worst, and in desperate need of basic maintenance. I’m not sure how the Motel 6 brand allows this one to pass.

Took over 30 min for a rep to come to the front desk. Room was very outdated and ugly, toilet was the nastiest I’ve ever seen, crust everywhere. Looks like they just make the bed and take the trash out after each guest, no wipe down or cleaning at all. Very disgusting.

My stay was average and best. The room did what it needed to do, which was how me so I could sleep for the night. The room was very basic. The condition of the bathroom was not great. The molding peeling off of the walls, lots of cracks and poor attempts to use caulk to seal gaps. Outside the room was fairly clean other than the large fragment of someone’s hair weave on the grass in front of my door. The AC unit worked really really well. TV probably had one channel and if you changed off of that channel, the TV was stuck in frozen. If you just need a room to sleep for the night with no frills whatsoever, this is the one for you. The racetrack gas station next-door has good coffee.

Very outdated. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Under the bedframes were very dirty. My mom and kids room bed frame was very dirty and had tons of spider webs. The bathroom was way outdated. Bathroom ceiling was leaking into the tub. When other rooms were smoking you could smell it your room. Window has a crack in it. It was very noisy.

Had a great stay. The staff was friendly. Just wished beds were a little softer kinda felt like sleeping on just a box spring but no other complaints.

THE PRICE WAS RIGHT TO STAY AT MOTEL 6 THAT NIGHT!

The walls are paper thin, they are also stained. Remote did not work, on of the lamps did not work. Thank fully we brought our own sheets because the whole room was just gross. We never even tried the shower because the over all theme of the room was just gross. Zero amenities THE PICTURES ARE DECIEVING on the site. i would spend a little more money to stay elsewhere.

For the most part, the room was pretty clean for his age. My only complaint is the dresser in the room had the facing off of the drawer, so it was just a hole there could use the minimal upkeep but for the price it was what it is.

I did not get the lower rate I had negotiated with Expedia. Front desk unable to assist. Dirty corners in the room. Needs updated. Thin covers on the bed.

Sleepless night! We didn't realize there were train tracks nearby and the trains blew and blew their whistles. Lots of road noise and beeping of large vehicles backing up. There were stains on the towels and lampshades. The good ended up being not a good deal.

District horrible. The general manager is very disrespectful and does not know how to talk to the customer wanted me to move off the side of the parking lot and park way down on the other side and I’m handicap. He’s a very disrespectful individual and the way he talks handle with people the business won’t go far the rooms nasty dirty, lampshades, bad odors, more and more

Where to begin… upon entering the smell almost made me turn back around. The bed comforts had cigarette burn holes in them, broken furniture and the bathroom well… it was awful! Mold all over the bottom of shower curtain and the walls had something all over them where they’ve never been wiped and there was mold/dirt all over the bathroom floors molding around tub and baseboards. It was just dirty is my only words for it. The tv remote was held together with tape and lol the bedside table I pulled drawer out to the bottom missing just a hole where the bottom of drawer was suppose to be. I’ve stayed in less expensive rooms and I have NEVER encountered a room that looked like all the maid did was throw up some towels and make the bed. If I could have found another on short notice that allowed my pets I would have left.

House keeper doesn’t clean the room. Because spider webs are everywhere. Service is bad with their attitude. Let alone it’s not safe from drug dealers coming by and people living in the motel.. broken and unfixed things. Just very bad place to stay if your visiting..

It's noisy. I stayed for a week and I work at night. Trains and trucks kept me up all day. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The entire establishment is run down and out dated.

Stayed for a week and boy no. The manager was nice easy to talk to and understanding. The young lady over nice easy to talk to and understanding. The young male Turing afternoons is horrible. The font was cleaner than the back part of the hotel but over all I like it. Other than the young male. All he did was harass me the whole time I been here barges into room when ever he pleases. Everytime I talk to him he gives me a hard time and he’s like that with everyone. Multiple people have stopped and told me about him. Wants to do whatever he can to make you pay extra.

Property management kept adding fees everyday for stupid stuff. My tires were stabbed on two different nights.

The rooms were visibly dirty. There were sticky areas on commonly touched areas. Very clear the room wasn’t cleaned (or at least properly cleaned) in between guests.

The property is nice,the rooms are clean,the a/c works great also has movie channels. The only thing I didn't like was folks smoking beside my room there should be a designated area for smokers. I didn't pay for a non smoking room just to smell cigarette smoke anyway.

Where do I start with this review? I stayed here because of the price and that was a mistake. It is quarter mile from the exit of the highway and that's probably the only good thing. The rooms are basic and simple while the floor itself is updated could probably use a new paint job. The bed is not very comfortable The three pillows you get with a king size bed or an absolute joke if I put all three together I may get one pillow out of it there's no chair there is no luggage stand they don't give you a hair dryer and there's not even a coffee maker in the room it's as basic and as simple as you can possibly get. The Cable has a tendency to go out for a minute or two constantly in the afternoon and evening. And the Wi-Fi hasn't seemed to work for 2 days. I use hotel Wi-Fi all the time for general usage so I do know how to connect to it and this one just will not let me log in I did call the front desk about it and they turned around and told me to bring my laptop to the front desk and they would help me log in, are they joking? Across the street is the train tracks and the trains go through on the track at night the first night here there was a train at 11:30 p.m. and another one somewhere around 2:00 in the morning and because of the streets it blows its horn which is extremely loud and extremely annoying. The hotel itself apparently has people living here, there are several choices up the road, go there instead avoid this place

I cannot support a business that is not upfront with policies and fees. The employee flat out lied to my face. They could not accommodate my reservation. The employee behind 2 rooms of plexiglass and cameras everywhere gave a real unsafe vibe. He said I could call Expedia to refund my reservation. However when Expedia called them he refused my refund. I made the reservation at 11pm and showed up at 12:30am to be told there was a pet limit. Nowhere in the reservation did it state that. I copied all the rules and restrictions from the reservation and had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Absolutely crazy they feel justified to keep money they didn’t earn and refused to honor the reservation. Just greedy and disgusting. We were able to stay at the motel 8 with no problems. Stay away from this unethical place.

Very convenient and the staff takes care of us when we come into town. Extremely helpful.
