It was NOTHING like pictures!!!! Really nasty and didn't feel comfortable. We left and rented a different motel. EVERYTHING!!!

The room was infected with roaches.

Nothing , only the beautiful young lady working at the front. Great hospitality! Other than that the facility sucks. Never get a room on the second floor ALL HAVE ROACHESin the beds, floors, and on the wall , smells like sewer, old smoke , clogged up sinks with dirty water and roaches crawling out of them in room 209.

Nothing. Worst experience ever. First, not sure what smuck broke the sink faucet so we had no water from the sink during our stay. You would think someone would have noted this and closed the room down until it was fixed. The room was filthy. Black water running off your feet in the shower the next morning after walking barefoot in the room is disgusting. I would question why you are paying anyone to clean the rooms or maybe you don’t. The room was in poor condition. An old cabin in the woods would have been better. Lastly, breathing in marijuana all night was not what I signed up for. I did not opt to be part of the party but obviously there are no rules when it comes to smoking and being courteous to other lodgers. I would have thought it was abandoned due to the number of cobwebs, mold, and ceiling that looked like it could fall in at any time. Beds were horrible and it felt extremely uncleanly with linens and towels that looked stained and dirty. I would not send anyone I know to stay here. The homeless deserve better. This place should be shut down as it does not meet any standards. Would like a refund.

The price. I came here with my family and the room they originally booked us for had no blankets or sheets on the bed. It smelled like cigarettes and had trash all around the facility. I highly recommend not staying there. Not worth the money.

This hotel is absolutely terrible and should be closed down immediately. It is filthy dirty and filled with roaches. Furniture is old and run down. i would not ever stay there again it was ran down. it had mold all over the walls in the bathroom and roaches paint was coming off walls.

There were small bugs in the tub. Lots of cigarette burns on the comforter although it was a non smoking room. It did smell of marijuania. The lock latch on the door was broken off.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The property was tatty, in a poor state of repair, as soon as you left the lobby. The property needs a serious investment. Sink faucet was loose, toilet paper dispensor was falling out of the wall, curtains looked like they were shredded by a trapped tiger, lighting has been stripped down to two lamps in the room (online photos show some miraculous paradise of well-lit rooms and real scrambled eggs in the breakfast menu, nooo), upper walkway ceiling had a terrible leak that was gushing rain onto the walkway floor, come on!

First off I booked through booking .com and used Klarna the lady told me she canceled my room because I didn’t want to stay but I see she didn’t . I wouldn’t of got this message… but this was horrible It’s nasty . Bugs

Hotel is not even livable, mold, water damage, needles, broken door frame, etc.

The room was infested with ants, the mattress had a huge brown stain under all the sheets. Thank god I didn’t see bedbugs, but I bet they’re coming considering the state of the room. Also, the flooring was falling apart, the towels had dead ants on them, the floor was covered with ants as well as the counter which had multiple cracks. This place is a joke. Not worthy of anytime time. This didn’t reflect a typical quality Inn. They should be embarrassed.

Staff was pleasant and attentive. The property, however, could use some renovations. A couple holes in the walls, stained appliances and saw a few baby roaches. It was to be expected, so no complaints. Continental breakfast was just that, bananas, 2 options for cereal, 2 options for juice, coffee and a waffle maker. Dining area was clean but could use napkins. Nice, affordable, quick getaway if you are not seeking major updated amenities.

It's like they painted lipstick on a pig. Staff was nice but they just renovated an old building. Rooms didn't match pictures.

We were tired after traveling all day with family we tried to stop by to sleep for a couple hours , we should have left right away after seeing what was going on right out front ; we get the room and there are roaches as soon as we turn the light on! We left immediately -

Room was partially in shambles. Inner curtains were hanging down, dirt mark on fitted sheet, small black splatter (nail polish) on top sheets, clear oil looking stain on bedspread, shower needed a deep cleaning, spackle around hanging figures and on parts of walls throughout environment, earwig spotted in bathroom crawling behind an open area near trimming next to shower wall, dark dirt mark on wall, door to shared room appeared worn with parts of wood and paint, freezer section of fridge needed to be de-iced, breakfast doors were locked during open hours for a bit, did not seem ready to open with one juice maker down (only coming out water). Will not return.

The beds had roaches crawling in them. Adult and babies. Turned the light on babies on the table and big ones running in the sheets.

The pictures looked very good when we booked the Hotel. There were skme bugs, it was NOT clean and not nearly as nice as what the pictures showed.

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10/night and go next door. Night and day difference between the 2 properties.

There were roaches all throughout my room! I killed several and left them in the sink for the maid to see the conditions. Front desk check in clerk was not friendly. People with young kids and dogs running around and riding bikes everywhere. People living longterm throughout this motel, trash EVERYWHERE too. Dirty, noisey, loud music playing in parking lot, someone repairing their car out there also. NOT what i expected and will return there accordingly. Avoid this Inn at all costs! OMG!

Room impeccable, every convenience in room. I checked in around 4:30 -5am my reservation made online had check in at 3pm. I explained to the night clerk I was hearing to ohio due to an unexpected emergency and couldn't drive any farther. She let me check in then instead of 3pm and I was able to check out at noon unstead of 11am since I was not going to stay the entire day booked. Staff is amazing especially the lady I was greeted by at 5amthat morning and I let the manager know when I checked out. Thank you for a wonderful and very much needed sleep.

Customer service was good. Room was old and needed update. Curtain was falling off front window. Shower curtain was too small.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed. Think about a movie where a hotel is being used for drugs, prostitution and probably even overdoses and that’s what this place seemed like. The room was horrible. Blankets with holes the size of quarters burned in from smokers. Holes in the Sheetrock in the bathroom with a nice message under them saying I see you and the smell was horrible we arrived at 01:30 in the morning from traveling out of state and didn’t have options for that night elsewhere. We slept on our own blankets and as soon as daylight hit we loaded the car and got a refund for the remaining time we were supposed to be there. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

It was dirty inside. I saw a roach on the wall, they didn't broom or mopped. Sheets looked like they were changed but had some stain

When we arrived we notice bug traps sitting on the floor. When we woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom we saw bugs. This did not seem to be in a safe neighborhood either.

Needed a night after a long day of driving and what a mess this Quality Inn was! Dirty sheets, cigarette burns in the bedding, noisy, door lock broken and random guys standing around. Room was non-smoking but the smell of smoke was so strong. I wanted to leave without a refund. Wish I read the reviews first.

The pillows were awful and the tv had no remote and we didn't have instructions on how to work it.

The hot water was off for hours. Its not the staff. Its the Owners.... I seen roaches. Its wasn't the flying water bugs either. It was Roaches.... From nastiness. They need to update and accommodate.

The sheets needed to be replaced. They had tan colored spots on them. The floor needed to be swept and mopped. But the staff was as helpful as they could be though. The staff had very good customer service skills. Its just the property.

The door didn’t shut all the way we had to force it to close it beat it in to open it. Roaches was in the bathrooms the sheets was dirty the room had a funny smell to it I tried to cancel my booking but it was too late NEVER AGAIN the outside of the hotel around back looks even worse

Unfortunately, we didn’t even stay for 10 mins. It was infested with roaches. There were roaches on the bed, bathroom, sink…everywhere. We immediately checked out.

There was hardly anything for breakfast. The breakfast area was dirty. Beds weren't very comfortable and bathroom door mirror was really dirty. It had some updates: floors bedspreads, curtains and new sink and faucet.

The service was good. The property was dirty, the rooms smelled like cigarettes and wet. The sheets and towels were dirty and there was no ice.

Roaches everywhere , dirty bedding , dirty towels , smoke detectors ripped out . If I could give it zero starts …. It would still be too much . This lace needs to be reported to health department and shut down . Absolutely the worst .

Upon walking in, it took 14 minutes for someone to come and check me in for my reservation. She had to run my card twice and that whole process took another 10 minutes. All the while, her gospel sermon is playing at max volume while the preacher is being misogynistic. The room itself was run down: the blinds don't close all the way and had to be safty clipped (in which I gad to stand on a broken chair in order to get them closed), the chair was broken and dirty looking. I found several tiny bugs crawling across the floor. And we slept above the blankets just to be on the safe side to avoid bed bugs and dirty sheets. We managed for the night, but I would not come back.

Trash place

It was so unsafe men thought my friend and I were prostitute. We were so afraid we didn’t spend the night.

The place was not safe and dirty. It’s a motel, the were people with bulldogs coming out of their room walking towards my friend and I. Walking to our room man thought we were prostitute try to pick us up. We felt so unsafe we had to leave and go to another hotel.

The room was the worst I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at quite a bit. The sheets with covered in big yellow pee marks and there was also visible bloom on the sheets. Also The microwave and tv didn’t work poor customer service . 0 stars if possible

Absolutely would never stay there again . My room smelled like weed , no phone in the room . The quality of the bed, the pillows, things like that just an absolute joke, a one star motel at best !!

Mold in bathroom, sheets stained, towels severely soiled, walls dirty, floor sticky, bug infestation. Front desk extremely rude and discourteous. Management took my key when I told them I can’t stay in the room in that condition and still charged me for three days and refused to issue a refund. That hotel needs to be demolished.

False avertisment. No pool as stated in add. Breakfast , was poor, well there was none beside old corn flakes. Bed sheets was dirty. An the hotel looks like people move in there to stay. Everything other than the front desk and housekeeping were amazing!! I was accused of stealing towels even though I still had 2 days left in my stay. The housekeeping came to clean my room and left soaking wet towels hanging from the shower and gave me no more clean towels. And when i reported it to front desk he accused me of lying and his housekeepers wouldn’t do that. Even though I brought it and showed it to him! He never replaced my towels that night either!!!! Worst experience will never return!!!! I even reported them to BBB and they haven’t bothered to respond to them either. so clearly they don’t care

Broken shelf for microwave- could not use it. No tissue in bathroom. Curtains falling off the wall. No blackout drapes. Only coffee in breakfast room. No fruit, orange juice, donuts, rolls, bread. Small amounts of cereal scattered around the table. Very poor quality.

I loved the room! The door was heavy duty and made me feel safe. I was a single lady staying alone. Staff at desk was awesome and helpful. Loved her!

Absolutely disgusting

Customer service was bad. The room smelled bad and the refuse to switch us to another room. The towels were dirty and some of them had burn marks on them. They didn't give us air refreshers to use to keep the room from smelling, we had to go buy our own just so the room could be manageable. The AC sounds like there was a thunder storm inside the room and the beds had metal sheets under it that makes a lot of noise whenever you make any movement while in bed. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet paper holder was also broken. The place is very ghetto. Our experience was extremely bad and we'll never go back to this place.

The property said it had a gym and pool and there was non. The breakfast they offered was just waffles and apple juice. My room had roaches and you had to ask for ur room to be cleaned or else you are left without clean towels or sheets

The front desk person Neil was awesome but the housekeeping duo weren’t nor was the night front desk person!! He excused me of lying n being deceitful when I told him housekeeping left soak towels in my bathroom. And they literally never brought me new towels

It was dirty. No breakfast as listed and stated on their exterior sign. Linen was very minimal and poorest quality. Smelled of terrible smoke.

We arrived late and did not feel the least bit safe. Five order other men from the next room hanging outside their room… did not sleep a wink.

I would have preferred there to be a pool and provide breakfast.

Dirty socks were left under the bed by the previous guest, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, there were blood stains on the pillow, no breakfast or pool this needs to be updated on the website that's the only reason I booked it so the kids could swim Why we stayed, creepy people keep walking back and forth by the door, no towel was in the room it was one rag hanging up look like someone already used it, the fresh ones they did bring was dingy, they were remodeling but I would put my guest in the new model rooms instead of still putting them in the dirty nasty rooms they also need an inspector to go behind housekeeping because if they don't pay them that much they don't care if they do they job right or not I don't think I will stay again

Room cleaners - good job. Room - clean, functional buy VERY OLD & disheveled. All lamp shades cracked, floor filthy, drapes old & dirty & didn’t close well, phone d if didn’t work, furniture old, walls dirty, ,mirror on bathroom door had big chunk cracked out of it.Could hear & slightly feel mattress springs.

Not a big deal but check in person wasn’t that friendly but check in went fine. Unit was just remodeled and was very nice. Grounds were very clean and nice. No breakfast because of remodeling which I wish I knew before hand but I was very pleased with the stay and check out person was more friendly.

First of all, the hotel was ten miles away from the interstate. It was under renovation and poorly staffed. Only one person was working, so he was busy cleaning rooms, the lobby was locked, after ringing the buzzer several times, i finally saw a hand written sign in the window with Mickey's phone number. I had to dial his cell phone because no one was at the front desk. Hotels.com quoted a pet fee of ten dollars each. Micky wanted twenty dollars each, cash only, I went to get cash from the car, i went back to the locked lobby, the employee was gone, I had to call him again. I would've left before this point, but I already paid for my reservation. There was no other cars in the parking lot, and we were told that only one room was ready. It was an upstairs room with old carpet and one bed, I reserved a pet friendly room with two beds. The room was just gross, the hotel didn't appear safe, we didn't stay, and I want my money back. I called hotels.com and after a half an hour of speaking with someone from customer service, I was told that she needed to talk to a supervisor and she wouldn't be able to contact that person that day. I put a complaint in with PayPal.

Difficult to find room - and way too much light in walkway coming into the room

The was a party going on at the main hall. Some of the guest stayed overnight & they were very loud. The insulation is very poor between the walls so you could hear everything that was going on next door or upstairs. The breakfast room was closed for renovation???

Very close to highway and busy road. Thought it was abandoned at first because there is no sign on building. Kitchen is closed to no breakfast even though advertised. Pool is also filled in with concrete. Check in was good but no one to check me out at 6:30AM and no instructions on how to check out or key card dropbox. Is actually a motel. Room very outdated (peeling paint, lamps broken or don't have lightbulbs). Overall would not stay again especially with so many other nicer properties nearby

Had a dog barking in next room more than half the night! People outside my door loud obnoxious till 4am no sleep woke up every hour to banging of doirs cars etc! Disabled van outside our door took 3 car spaces with people in it half the night Never afain I tell you 2 exits sooner much better!

The worst hotel I believe in the world. First I arrive at the hotel with my family around 4am assigned a room that had this weird smell, the sheets on the bed were stained and burns on the bed. I complained and was given a new room (the clerk said it was the "newly renovated room") the room smelled much better than the last but the bed looks like someone slept in it. (Gross). I complained again and the clerk said I'll give you two keys to two different rooms..the first looked and smell like the first room the second wasn't even cleaned there were furniture all out of order and the bed no sheets. I left and found the nearest hotel. Side note there was this creppyguy standing outside

Two words: run down. Breakfast bar is under construction - which would have been nice to know when we reserved the room - the room phone was busted, shampoo looked used, front desk staff was unfriendly at check-in, little better when I had to walk down and get towels and more shampoo and soap. Super noisy all night long between hearing other rooms and the highway. And the toilet/tub room was tiny.

The website showed that there was breakfast included, but in reality they do not have breakfast, the sheets, the bathroom, the entire room were dirty.

Unorganized and attitude

The room was neat and clean, but the staff has not been trained on picking up reservations through websites like Expedia. The front desk personnel had no idea how to find my reservation and just kept saying it's not there. We called Expedia and it took over an hour to finally get it resolved to be able to get the room that we reserved. She needs further training on finding reservations through online sites.

The floor by the air-conditioning unit, had paint chips all over, the bed was a old spring mattress. I couldn't get an extra towel, because housekeeping is only there until 2pm!

Great location if you are attending a NASCAR event at the Atlanta Motor Speedway

This facility was just ok. We had used dirty towels in our room when we checked in. Our Fridge wasn't working. They promised it would be replaced which wasn't. We saw 2 cockroaches in our room. The microwave wasn't clean. Our room was very dusty. Like it hadn't been dusted in weeks. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Also the breakfast was very sparse.

Came expecting a breakfast and found it was under construction. Would have chosen another hotel.

We did not like much. For the price, we probably should not have expected more. The place was noisy, the grounds were a mess, the desk staff was dismissive of there not being a breakfast as advertised, the room cabinetry was cheap, there were no chairs, the bed made a booming sound as weight was applied or removed, and the toilet paper was the worst we have ever seen.
