The Front Desk Staff was nice! Nothing else, I would Not go back to this motel !!! The Photos are vey Old! I usually do not eat Breakfast, when I stayed here I did go for breakfast, but to my amazement there was Nothing left, 30 min. before it supposed to finish. Worst of all, The Lady attending the Breakfast, said she was Not going to make any more eggs, so I just walked out. Very Unfriendly lady. On the other hand, The Front Desk lady was very nice and friendly!

CI couldn't open the body lotion. The bottom of the shower curtain had some serious mildew at the bottom. The room was really musty smelling, maybe from the carpet.

The hotel room was dirty and felt as if it had not been cleaned. Doors had chipping paint and walls were dirty/had a hole. The floor was not clean and the bedding and pillow cases had stains. Lamp looked like the shade had been broken. There was hair in the shower and when the bathroom mirror steamed someone had drawn a p*nis on it.

Nice staff that took good care of us. Ms. Stephanie sang when she was working in the breakfast area. Great way to start the day! Mostly fast food around it.

Location for my event. The property was OLD and needed some serious renovations. Not just paint over cracks and dirt etc. I didn't stay for breakfast but my husband peeped in and said we could eat later. I wouldn't recommend or stay again. I will just increase my budget for stays.

Convenient location Breakfast had very little variety. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Walls were thin you could hear other guests. Two guests woke us at 4 am arguing and the phone to the front desk didn’t work. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. Elevator was old and rickety. Would NEVER stay there again.

It’s was a basic hotel nothing special. Enough to sleep for the night. We did not eat the breakfast so cannot comment on that. We did not go to the pool. Clientele around was interesting and there was a strong odor of marijuana in the hall. There was a lot of things needing repaired around. The wood and paint around the window was peeling and the cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to par. Because of the clientele around we were nervous to go to the pool so we stayed inside our hotel room until we checked out the next morning.

I’m not sure where to begin. The hotel is on a busy street and it’s extremely hard getting in and out of the hotel. The breakfast is a 5/10 but the ladies were very nice and warm during the mornings. The floors and carpets in the rooms are deplorable. Absolutely disgusting to be honest. The shower wasn’t cleaned properly and only had a curtain with NO liner. The shower head was very nice and the water was really hot. There were nooks and crannies in the bathroom that could’ve used some TLC. They came in during our stay and wanted to shampoo the carpet and told us that we could turn on the air to dry the floors. I was sick with a cold and I explained that but they insisted. The carpet still looked a mess. This pool is a joke too by the way and I’m sure they don’t clean that either. 3/10 overall.

After I checked in and saw my room, I requested at the front desk that they refund me my money back, but they refuse to do so because they told me that I had already checked in . well I did not know that the place was gonna look this disgusting..

The hotel is dated and worn out. It was clean but needs an upgrade. The painting was not well done. There were several nail holes in the bathroom wall and some kind of planks left on the bathroom floor. The carpet in the hall was stained. The breakfast was a normal budget hotel breakfast. It wasn’t horrible, but it certainly wasn’t above average.

Pretty clean, free wifi and kid friendly breakfast. It smelled heavily of bleach/cleaning solution but overall it’s absolutely worth the price. And the staff was very friendly.

The toilet in the room stopped working. I was also unaware of a $60.00 refundable deposit. We paid the deposit but after 7 days, we still have not received our deposit. I spoke with a staff member. She informed us that the previous staff member did not enter the refund correctly. So, it will be another 5 to 7 days before I get our deposit.

Breakfast was above average. Not in the best area of town. Second floor had heavy smell of marijuana. Best hotel stay for the price

Checked in a day early for a training course I'm taking. Dirty, run down and i don't feel safe here. While checking out, I mentioned that not all the lights don't workin the room.. Checked out only to check back in the same afternoon under the company name. Received the same room. Lights still dont work and can hear people yelling. Cops have to drive by all the time because of how unsafe it is here.

The front desk lady could’ve been a little more nicer and helpful! She had an attitude from the time I walked through the door the whole time of our stay up until it was time for check out time. Check out she had the nerve to ask how was the stay lol dirty and unsafe. There was a party in the parking lot both nights!! We are a female couple and probably the only ones with children in the whole hotel 2 Men kept followings us every time they seen us even when we had our 3 young daughters. This isn’t a place for families with children, nor women traveling alone… The smallest indoor swimming pool area and pool. The breakfast was horrible, the cereal containers needed a cleaning look like they haven’t been washed out in years. They have so much old dirty residue.

1. Unclean Common Areas: The carpeted stairs were extremely dirty and gave a terrible first impression upon arrival. 2. AC Not Working: When we entered our room, the air conditioning was not working. I called the front desk, and Toni said someone would come right up. Twenty minutes later, a man arrived in street clothes and flip-flops, reached into our room to open the safety latch, then went to the next room and acted as if he personally knew the occupants. When he returned to our room, he made a few adjustments and told us we had to keep the AC at 64 degrees—even though it was only 71 degrees outside. He was dismissive and rude to my husband and, on his way out, turned our room light off without saying anything. 3. Overwhelming Odor and Slippery Floors: The room had a strong, overwhelming odor of cleaning chemicals. The floor was slippery, which felt unsafe. 4. Our experience was uncomfortable, unclean, and far below what was promised when we booked this room. Due to the number of issues—many of which were health and safety concerns

I would not recommend this Country Inn &Suites to anyone. I wasn’t happy with the condition of our room. I was expecting it to be like the other Country Inn & Suites. But, now I know.

Overall, my stay was okay. My room was decent. The property needs some renovations done to the inside and outside. People were hanging outside of the hotel all day and night long. I felt like I was in the “hood” of McDonough even though there were no issues. Also, the hotel staff was not very accommodating at all as far as an early check in and late checkout. They were very strict on both and said NO. The breakfast wasn’t the best either when it came to options.

If you enjoy drunk people screaming at all hours, domestic disputes in the hall, unattended toddlers at 11:30p, and hidden fees, then this is the hotel for you! I think my family and I slept maybe 1hr all night. I wish I was as drunk as the people screaming outside our window all night.

Was unexpectedly asked to pay a $100 deposit. I didn’t have the extra money, so I cancelled the reservation and got a refund.

Aside from the rambunctious children, room was good, air was cold, water was hot and had good pressure. Great spot for a two day drive back home if you’re looking to get clean and get some rest.

Not very welcoming, one night stay, very dirty!!! We didn't even use the shower/bath it was that bad. When we walked in there, we noticed a shower cap on one of the lamps in the bedroom area!

The hotel was ok. The staff was nice. It is surrounded by a truck stop and gas station. Overall a solid place to stay for a day or two.

We found the desk clerk to be exceptionally pleasant. Her professionalism is commendable. She is assigned to the second shift. Her explanations were thorough and detailed.

The service was friendly and they definitely tried to keep it clean. The building is old and there's not much that can be done for that. The walls were incredibly thin. I could hear EVERYTHING going on in other rooms, the hallways and in the parking lot. My room was right by the outer building lights so it was like it was daylight ALL the time. It's right next to the interstate and a truck depot, so you get to hear that noise too. Needless to say, I got zero sleep, but I'm glad the super snorer next door did.

We had a late check in, which we called ahead to inform about. Upon arrival, you have to utilize a phone to get the front desk to let you in. I used the phone and heard it ring in the building until it stopped ringing. I had to hang the phone up and pick it up again - still no answer. I only was able to get in from another guest letting me in. Check in was quick after that issue. The lobby did smell like marijuana and cigarettes. There was a lot of action happening in this area, didn’t feel 100% safe. We only stayed a few hours for so I can’t give you a full understanding of what staffing, breakfast and etc was like. We were visiting with family from North Carolina. Based off of the few hours we stayed I can say confidently I wouldn’t book here again.

I usually stay here once a month or once every other month. I notice this time that the floor near the headboard was not clean. I have anemia and my room was extremely cold and my heater did not worked and so I was freezing the whole night

There were condoms in my bed. The curtains didn’t close. Shower curtain was filthy. It was the worse experience ever.

The property was decent, but could use some upgrades. I didn't care for the people hanging out in front of the hotel. Breakfast ends at 9:30, we went down at 9, food put up. She was nice to go get what we wanted but it was just the point we had to ask for everything, except drinks. The area is busy andvits hard to get to get to the main road because of the busy traffic. Its no not for me, regarding another stay.

We’ve stayed here previously with nothing but praise but this time was so different. Bathroom was not cleaned. Hair as of someone shaved was all over the sink. The white shower curtain was brown and mildewed. Towels had make up stains from previous guest. Large whole in bathtub floor that is just taped over. Ceiling hanging and paint peeling in bathroom. You can definitely see a difference not that it is owned by choice hotels from when it was Radisson.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Only complaint is the main road between the hotel and I-75 is only two lanes and the there are several huge warehouses close by using many semitrailers coming and going making it almost impossible to get in our out. Definitely needs a backroad out of the hotel to access the road at the nearest traffic light. Would I come back - for the hotel yes, for the road conditions no.

I stayed one night, but everything was excellent. The staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and I would probably stay here again. The only downfall was the traffic while trying to leave and enter the property. But as far as the hotel itself, it was great.

We were driving back from Ohio, got a late start and it was raining and we. Stopped there for the night. I went through Travelocity's website and it made it easy for. We were very satisfied with our decision.

Was very enjoyable and served the purpose and got us off the road, out of the rain, safe and dry and a place to rest, sleep and a enjoyable breakfast in the morning. Robin was very helpful and professional. Excellent experience for the short time we were there.

There wasn’t any plates for breakfast. We had to eat out of bowls. There weren’t many options for breakfast either. We were missing a shower curtain in our bathroom which we didn’t notice until it was time to shower. Staff was friendly tho.

Our rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok. They had biscuits NO gravy. Waffles good NO knives to help you eat them. The restroom downstairs was not serviced at all.

First room had very strong odor of cigarette smoke. Changed rooms. 2nd room did not smell of smoke but was unclean (hair balls on carpet, hair in shower, etc.) Would have left but it was nearly 11pm and was only staying for a quick rest while driving to Florida. Breakfast was not edible. Would never return to this hotel. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for.

Chose the hotel because of location, price and rating. Property was nice, check-in was easy and it was convenient to get on/off the highway.

On my morning before checkout, I had to get my card re-assigned so I could retrieve my belongings because they disabled my card. The staff have made no mention of compensation for their mistake. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was a little traumatic to have someone walk into my room while I was sleeping in my underwear!

I liked the fact it always smelled good when you come to the lobby. What I didn’t like about my room was the tv, I couldn’t get it to a channel, why make it so complicated.

Tried to turn the heat up but it only went from 64 to 65. Would have been okay in summer but not in winter especially since so cold out.

Tv did not work at times nor did the heat it was either hot or cold because the fan was not working correctly. The staff was very nice and helpful. The elevator is very slow it is only 3 floors but it was quicker to take the stars.

Check in was simple, hotel and room were very dirty with lack of up keep.

It seemed like it hadn't been used or properly cleaned in a while, as there was noticeable dust. The bathroom had an unpleasant mix of musty and bleach smells, and the water pressure was poor, making showers less than ideal. The bed was quite firm, which may suit some preferences, but it wasn’t comfortable for us. Overall, it was an average stay for the price but significant areas for improvement.
