Clean room.

I love the early check in. It was fairly quiet I got a lot of rest. Breakfast was great and it actually tastes great.

Pleased with overall cleanliness and location.

Breakfast was best I have ever had at a hotel. Cheese grits and bacon n biscuits. The rooms were large and nice. Bed was great. The elevator on the fourth floor scared em to death everyone on the fourth floor when it was hit the stop on roof and make a very loud noise. I told them tho they called elevator guy.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. The beverage choices were good. When I arrived I could not check in because I was told that Booking.com had not forwarded my payment. I had to pay for the room I reserved, again. It has taken 4 weeks to be refunded my overpayment.

The staff were very pleasant Our bathroom was dirty and the air vent was dirty, it made us wonder if our bed was even clean but we never mentioned anything to the staff because they were so nice.

Overall hotel room was perfect , the house keeper was the sweetest person . She made sure the room was clean and made sure we didn’t need anything extra Front desk receptionist had me waiting for 45 mins after being told my room would be ready in 15mins she stated she forgot to call me. Wasn’t able to enjoy the pool because a family of 20 had taken over the area and kept trying to play fight over my 3 year old daughter head . I kept telling the child to stop my baby was younger than her. I told the front desk associate he just said he was sorry. No action was taken

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The morning breakfast was very good with a decent variety. I would recommend staying at this hotel. I only wish the clerk at the front desk had asked if I was a member of Choice Hotels, which I am, because I missed out on my points booking through Booking.com.

Second time stay at this hotel as a overnight stop traveling to/from Florida. Great place to stay; clean, comfortable, and convenient right off I-75. Lots of food options nearby. Great value.

One of the elevators wasn't working properly. But for some reason each & every time you push the button the elevator with issues would show up to the floor your on but the doors will not open. Unless you push the button again. I made a complaint to the staff about it hopefully it will be resolved.

As for the room, it was very dated and had not been well maintained. Bath tub / shower faucet leaked a steady stream. AC was either on full blast (and noisy) or off . Carpets showed lots of wear. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Parking was good and convenient.

Great stay!!

Room was clean. However, we had a many issues with the room. The card reader for our room took multiple times to let us in the room and looked like it had been tried to be broken into previously. The mini refrigerator did not work. The shower water on/off handle did not work properly and had a long sheet metal screw running through it that i had to tighten just to get the water to work. Air conditioning unit had bare wires exposed. And a trim piece with trim nails exposed that my 1.5 year old cut her foot on. I would not recommend this hotel.

It’s very hard to get someone to clean the room or any room service. The black lady at the front desk was very rude and nasty to customers I believe her name was Camilla, i called her on the phone from my room and told her my room was not clean as I requested it to be done and no one came. she than said well all works gone for the today and I need to come down for towels because she is busy so my husband when down for the towels and she send him and told him he need to come back with the dirty towels in order to get clean ones.like he is working for comfort suits it seem like even the manager is very much non existent and responsible I speak to Akash Patel the general manager and didn’t do anything but listen to what I had to say and he’s respond was I will find out more information on the situation/ the front desk women and get back to me which he never did. These Indians from India just want to make money and provide poor services. DID EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME TO STAY COMFORT SUITS.

Great neighborhood location: Safe, clean, upscale. And after a long day at the beach, this hotel was the perfect spot to shower and relax. There WERE some closer hotels to the beach, but they were far more expensive. This hotel also offers little things that make a difference, such as citrus infused water in the spacious lobby, a connected Starbucks, and TVs with streaming services.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking lot was well lighted. Even though the hotel is close to the highway we didn’t notice any road noise. Very quiet.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful

There was a party playing music all night and running down the halls screaming. Nothing was done to quiet them up. No towels at the pool. Dirty bedroom, smelled like mildew. Was 83 degrees in the room upon arriving. Breakfast was empty before the end time. No coffee, no nothing.

Staff was helpful, room was clean. Hot water was regulated & not very warm at all, making showering not the most pleasant experience. Overall though, more pluses than minuses.

White bath towels were disappointing with only one face cloth and one stained bath towel and shower curtain. Hot water did not last long. Dripping tub faucet reported to front desk.

I stayed there for 9 days, I missed the cleaning room service the second day and after that they never came to clean my room in the 9 days. I had to keep asking and asking for cleaning and never got it, just two receptionist were gentle the others seemed like they were doing me a favor when I asked some questions

Cleaning of room couldve been better(white cloth shower liner needed to be replaced) for my stay I simply sprayed it with Clorox cling gel spray and rinsed after 10 minutes to ease my nerves. Woman (worked a overnight and morning shift during my stay) at front desk was rude overall unpleasant. Other reps were polite and helpful. Air filter in room needs to be replaced. Had a faint/stale smoke smell. Ended up with a sinus infection and head cold

Hotel staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was a bit bizarre in that they were doing it at night but then the housekeeper went home and left all the cleaning supplies and cart outside our room. There was no hot water in the shower.

The bathtub faucet was stripped. No water. How is it possible to give us a room with no shower? They didn’t know!? We told the front desk and they offered another room but it was late and we had been settled in for hours. We asked to jut shower in another room because both rooms had to be cleaned anyway and they said no.

Room was adequate and clean. Unfortunately the shower was not in good repair. The shower on/off and temp nozzle was broken and difficult to use. The water temps would be hot, then cold without touching the handle. Was frustrating. The pull out couch was broken. The desk chair needs to be replaced.

The shower got luke warm at best for us to shower, we thought because we were third floor it might take a minute, nope never got any better. Drying off was wonderful.. We were given two towels and two hand towels, when we asked for more we were told they are limited to two to a room. Three people in the room, two bath towels, ridiculous. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool for our 7 year old and it was January 2, No notice of the pool being under maintenance until after we checked in and asked. I had an extremely disappointed little girl. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the staff was great. Sounds like they have their hands tied on a lot of things to make customers happy. When I asked for things they would say "we are only allowed...", and apologize. I paid for certain amenities are received only half and the rest were subpar.

The hotel was full and busy the night of our stay, yet the staff stayed friendly and polite. Our room was clean. No issues, would definitely stay here again. The parking lot was smaller but it was very well lit, felt safe for being close to the highway

It is conveniently located by some very good restaurants and just 1/8 of a mile from interstate 75. There are no bars in McDonough so if you are looking for night life it’s not here….if you would like an adult beverage you have to go to a chain restaurant, Texas Roadhouse, milers ale, or Nicks BBQ. I rated the hotel with 2 stars that’s only for location. They are far from being a Ritz. So the incendental fee

The room was in good condition, front desk staff could have been a bit nicer. I also had a late check out , but I guess the person at the front desk didn’t put that in. so someone pretty much opened my door while I was still in my room asking when I was going to check out.

Chose this location because it had EV charging for my Tesla. Had both Tesla and non Tesla chargers (overnight). The thermostat did not seem to work. Had to get up at 4:00 a.m. to turn it off cuz I was freezing. Water temperature in The shower was inconsistent for some reasons shower was inconsistent. No hair dryer in the room. Meh...

The room had an odd smell. The bathroom had mold or mildew on the ceiling and the shower head was kind of gross. Could use a vinegar soak and scrubbing. The breakfast was good (especially the biscuits) and staff was friendly.

First, it was the 100 fee for the hotel stay which I didn't know anything about (third party). secondly you charge me $121.34 on my card , but the room charge was 79 for the one night.

The shower control knob was not operable. This should have been reported by the cleaning staff on the previous visit. The mgt did allow me to enter another available room to shower as I did not have time to wait around for maintenance.

The room were clean and the staff were nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location and as a heads up there is a $100 deposit fee you will have to pay at check in that I didn’t know about and that need to be listed on their website.

The first room the heater didn’t work. We were transferred to a new room and the bed had crumbs and what appeared to be old vomit on the sheets. The shower handle was broken so water ran all night and day . We asked that the maintenance man come and take a look at it. They never showed up and the water continue to run in the bathtub. The staff was professional and courteous but the only problem was the condition of the hotel room

Check in was great. The breakfast had lots of options and tasted good! The one negative was was the cleanliness of the room. I found food in the refrigerator, a blueberry on the floor and a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Other than that, this hotel was good.

The hotel staff are wholly unprofessional, from seeing the cleaning staff and what seems to be the maintenance staff smoking vape pens in the rooms they’re to be working in, while doing a terrible job of not trying to hide it as their on the first floor with the windows wide open to see them. The entire staff at various times will stare at you without considering the idea to speak if you come in or walking out. The only positive is that to get new room keys they need to verify your ID, so from a safety perspective that was great. Out of all of my recent hotel stays, this was by far the worst. If all comfort inns were to be like this then I will safely never spend my money with them again.

The morning I was to check out, there was a leak in the bathroom, around 5am. I tried to call the front desk to notify the hotel, but got no answer, so I had to go downstairs and notify. I was told that maintenance eould not be here until 9am. I was given extra towels to absorb the water, and the water to the sink was turned off. Maintenance did not arrive until 10 am, and he spoke no English. I spoke with front desk about my need to get myself and my child ready for our trip, and was given an extension to check out, at no additional cost. It was very disappointing for my stay.

Only thing I would suggest is better pillows for the bed they were very small for a king size bed

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The carpet is extremely old and looks dirty. The bathroom walls had some type of residue on it that grossed me out. It could’ve been cleaned with a rag from house keeping. The floor had a fresh mustard stain on it that caused me not remove my shoes other than getting in bed. It needs upgrades for sure but once again the staff was awesome!

Parking spots were very tight. Had to park on the back of the hotel and walk back to the front in order to enter because the side doors didn’t work with the key. The room smelled had a very strong smell. It smelt like someone peed on the carpet. Definitely do not recommend.

We had to ask for sheets, blanket, and pillow for the pull out couch. There were dirty socks stuck in the couch when we went to open it up.

Comfortable and clean, right off the interstate. FYI, there is a hundred dollar deposit at check in that says will be refunded in 5-10 days. Usually deposits are listed at checkout on this app but this one did not list it.

We experienced a couple of plumbing issues, the shower only ran ICE COLD, the sink randomly backed up DIRTY water while we were out. Keys deactivated at least once. We were in town for a graduation and was out most of the time in torrential rains. A hot shower would've been nice.

Terrible overnight stay after a business trip. The faulty door card reader ruined multiple keys, resulting in several frustrating trips back to reception. Bathtub faucet was broken—maintenance had to intervene before I could shower. Worst of all, exposed electrical wires were clearly visible in the room, a blatant safety hazard and likely violation of local fire codes. Completely unacceptable standards—avoid this hotel.

The room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The bed had stains on the flat sheet. The floor wasn’t vacuumed, the tv stand table was dust. The shower head was dirty, like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while to where it had that pink color bacteria on it. The toilet was dirty, it looked like someone threw up on it and didn’t clean it properly. Oh and the room had a smell to it as you entered. The front desk employee had an attitude when I kindly asked her to move us to another room, she ignored my question and told me she could give me new bed sheets. She gave me the wrong size bed sheets, went back down to the lobby to ask for the right ones and she told me I gave you these so you could over the stain spots but the flat sheet was for a full size not a king size mattress sheet. All while giving me an attitude, I told her that I didn’t want to make her job harder, or trying to be complicated. I just wanted my stay to be comfortable. She told me she understands, and she would want the same if she was in my position. Overall I will not be staying here again.

There were people running around, there were kids rough housing and screaming and being disrespectful in the pool with no adult around. Elevators broke the morning we had to leave, had to haul all 50 lb luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Coffee maker broken the whole time. Breakfast was not great. Card key got deactivated multiple times despite trying to keep it away from keys, phone etc. staff always in the back room instead of at the desk. Won’t stay here again.

Super convenient location! Property is fair. Breakfast is average. Place is a little run down and does not have warm water from sink. We were told they have limited water heaters so when they are full, they often run out of warm water. We will not stay here again for fear we would have to take a cold shower. Even though sink water would not get warm, I did take one warm shower but had to put temp on highest heat and could tell I better shower fast before it ran out.

The staff was nice but when I went to my first room the bed had been just remade and it was so dirty crumbs in the bed on the tables. You could tell someone had just been in there. The second room was no better. No sheets for the pull out bed. I went and stood at the desk for 5 minutes to get a set of sheets no one came out to help. So I told my family we were leaving and that’s what we did

Great location, clean and up to date. Best breakfast I've had in a hotel! However, we booked a king plus pullout bed and the front desk said they had no linens or pillows for the sofa. I asked how and why, and was just told they were booked. I reiterated that I booked a room weeks ago for 3 adults and a kid to use the bed AND sofa. He said they had some queen sheets (for a blanket?) but still no pillow. So one of us had a rough night with a male shift set up and no manager to respond only an email to send out.

The area is right off the highway. There’s a tone of restaurants and stores. The lobby is clean and the front desk employees were all polite. The parking lot is a bit small, but there’s an empty parking lot next door. Check in was easy, but the A/C was broken in the room I received. When I tried to ask about another room the front desk said everything was booked and that it’d be hard to get a refund bc I bought the room through Expedia. I said that’d be fine. And when I started looking for how to get a refund, the front desk employee looked for another room and found us one. Then both keys to the 2nd room didn’t work. There was a metal prong broken from the pull out sofa along with yellow stains on the mattress and there wasn’t an extra blanket and pillow for the sofa couch.

Don't like that the sausage for breakfast were burnt and the stlll served it mad me feel less than a guest.while the whole lobby smell of sausage.

The only issue I had was the floors were not clean and the walls around tub/shower had some dirty places that I was able to wipe clean with a wet washcloth. The room was very quiet. The beds were comfortable.

Comfort suites are always clean in my travles.

Only negative was a red stain on carpet beside the bed and kept having key card issues. Would be a repeat customer.

Just an overnight on the way to the destination but bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not up to par with most other hotels we have stayed at.

Very very nosy children running early and late nights loud

After a terrible stay at a different hotel we were very leary to ever stay at another Comfort Inn however this was a very pleasant surprise. The front desk was very polite, they put us in 1 room and went we got in there the toilet chain was broken, the phone didn't work, and there was food on the floor. I could have cried because I hadn't slept in 2 days and knew rhis was going to be bad. However I went down, explained the issue, and he moved us to a new room. That one was perfect, it was clean and quiet and we slept so good! It was a much needed nights sleep for myself and my 2 children. Their breakfast was just fine, the dining room was clean and the checkout girl was a delight. I wish all choice hotels were held to this standard.

The overnight receptionist was very rude when we checked in. Also our room had no hot water and when we called down we were informed it was a known issue and there was nothing they could do to fix it and no other rooms they could move us to as they were sold out. We ended up having to move to a different hotel and still have not received a refund.

Fresh clean hotel with friendly staff.

The rooms were clean and nice but ammenities need a lot of improvement. The pool was dirty and had bandaids floating in it, the breakfast was very limited, drink machine was taped shut and our shower handle was broken.

The room was clean. The only complaint was the room was too cool for us. Could not move thermostat higher than 71. Maybe extra blankets in the room would have helped.

I did not stay here and want my refund.
