Nice place to stay. It was clean, well maintained, and quite. Would stay there again if in the area.

Everything necessary for a great nights sleep and hearty breakfast in the morning then hit the road very close by I 5. Close to good restaurants and Harry and David outlet nearby.

friendly staff and location While the stay had a few positives, there were several issues that made my experience disappointing. First, the cleanliness was not up to standard—the room had noticeable dust, and the bathroom didn’t feel properly sanitized. It made it hard to fully relax. The customer service was also lacking. Staff seemed uninterested and not very responsive when I had questions or needed assistance. A more welcoming and helpful attitude would have made a big difference. Another downside was the noise level. I could easily hear people in the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Lastly, the amenities didn’t match what was advertised. Some items were missing or not functioning properly, which was frustrating considering the price I paid. Overall, I expected better quality and attention to detail. I hope improvements are made for future guests.

They let homeless sleep in cars and when we told them and they didn’t care! Told me she had been here for a long time they let her come get breakfast in all! They are by a veterans park and lots of homeless hang out there also. The walls in the hallway and Elevator are dirty and pool doors were propped open didn’t make me feel comfortable. The staff wasn’t super friendly. The shower water pressure sucked also.

Please be sure to keep the tires on the carts pumped up so it is easier to transport luggage to the room and back to the car without dealing with flat tires. :^) Thank you.

Properties shows signs of wear, but kept clean and in order. Washing machines on site, pool was a bit cool for swimming but hot tub was nice. Breakfast was pretty standard, definitely nothing special, most hotels set a pretty low bar and this is one of them. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We had four adults and a service dog in our double Queen room which was a little crowded but we were treated very well by hotel staff and given extra needs with friendly smiles. Their breakfast offerings were very good and plenty of options. It was quiet even with all the children from soccer teams etc.

The motel was pet friendly. She suggested a ground floor room, which we agreed to. There's a nice Veteran's Memorial adjacent to the property. The pool and Hot tub were down for a month of maintenance, which was our second reason for booking there. The information was not on the website or on Expedia. The front desk was kind and arranged for us to go next door to the Clarion for the pool and Hot tub. But it was awkward and we only went once. Overall the room seemed clean, except later we noticed the rug, which was absolutely filthy. We spilled some water and wiped it up, leaving a "clean" spot on the rug, and the towel streaked with black dirt. The room and hotel were quiet.

I’ve stayed here three times now while traveling. The location is a little hard to get to due to weird roads and blockages. The facility is nice and clean. Lots of parking. Breakfast was good. Coffee was always available. I’ll continue to stay here while traveling as my pet is always welcome.

The room was clean and comfortable, nice water pressure and almost immediate hot water in the shower, hardly heard any outside noises, check in and check out was easy. Several eating choices nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

This room was so tiny - could barely fit between the bed and entertainment center. Mini fridge froze and exploded my seltzer water. Smelled like pot in the hallway, and not very clean. Breakfast was fine - standard hotel food.

There was nobody at the front desk when I attempted to check in. I stood there for 10 minutes and then called the 800 reservation number to get the phone number of the hotel. I called the hotel phone number and somebody answered and then came to the desk. Barely an apology. Not a good first impression.

Property located next to a little park, a great many things to walk to. Staff was excellent. TV had not been set up. Note says to push "guide" on remote. The remote had no "guide" button. Biggest downfall was TV and inability to see what was on and on what channel.

She watches everything you do. Was the only staff with no smile whatsoever. They need to improve that area. The lady’s attitude needs to be welcoming.

The clerk was rude when I asked her a few questions. To be fair the lobby was full of pre-teen boys whose parents were letting them run in and out of the building, and up and down the hallway. Playing on the computer, being loud, etc. The room was clean enough, but not great. Found hair strands in the sheets, and the floor was pretty stained. I didn’t want to walk on it without my shoes on. Overall it was fine, but the area was grungy, and the breakfast was meh…

The mattress was a little worn. Not obvious unless you tear your bed apart looking for bedbugs before committing for the night. I like for there to be a mix of dining options, which there were here. Fast food for those who like that. I chose atmospheric dining myself, the Luna Mexcan restaurant. I just wish more places had late night dining - I had to work till 8:00, meaning i had to scramble to get to the restaurant before it closed.

You added Dragon Express menu on your dining choices rack-good. Should note that Panda Express is nearby, too.

Glad to see that scrambled eggs without cheese available for breakfast. Glad you had fresh cookies in lobby at dinner time. You need to have paper guide to tv channels in every room.

The staff were more than accommodating, the pool & hot tub were amazing. The pool/ hot tub closes at 10pm for 18 & under & midnight for 18 & over which was kind of nice to relax without a lot of echoing that occurs from indoor pools. They also have an outdoor patio area right off the pool which was nice as well. The breakfast was great with multiple options. The only negative I will say is that our shower head needs some CLR. The water pressure with it was not great & even some plugged holes. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable & all around definitely would stay here again.

The front desk people were great. My problem is not with them. The first room we stayed in was extremely dirty. Shoes and feet were completely black from the carpet. Which was noticed after the dried blood that was found on the bedding. They did switch rooms for us. The king bed was comfy, the room was cleaner. But the pull out bed was uncomfortable. Wish they would have at least discounted the room.

Room was neat and clean. We had 3 night stay. The sink got blocked. After 2 nights we requested for room service, but no one showed up.

My reservation dates changed from when I entered them. Fortunately, the clerk was able to find us a room. I was very disappointed with the error, as I had wanted a king bed but ended up with two queens. Checking with my credit card company next.

Unfortunately, I booked the appointment. One week prior to me staying there. And says I was there a week early and there was on my part. Eventually, didn’t stay there, but wasn’t able to get a refund from my other booking day, which is a week later. Both Experian comfort suite. We’re unable to refund my money for the second day.

Good / acceptable breakfast.

This was a quick overnight stop on a long drive so we didn't take advantage of amenities. However, the shower was good and the bed was great. Check-In was easy and the service was kind and friendly.

The sheets seemed clean- the bathroom appeared clean- my husband had the breakfast and was fine with it. The hotel staff was fine (though upon check out when I asked if they wanted feedback- they did prefer I post through wherever I reserved vs. tell them). The chair in the room was when down and needed to be replaced... but the floor... It turned my feet black. As in you walk in the shower and leave black footprints. I used the make up wipe to wash my feet the second night (after making footprints that morning going into the shower) then the last morning I used a washrag (pictured below) before putting on my shoes. Between the 2 cleanings the only place I walked was that room (and not that much!). My husband was wise to keep socks (which also turned black) and shoes on, but it's summer and a short trip- so I didn't bring socks. Your feet also got pricked by the carpet tacks at the threshold going into the bathroom. Dangerous combo. Do not recommend and don't plan on staying here again.

Loved all the amenities, including the mini fridge in the room. Parking could have been a little bigger, harder to find later on in the day. Semi trucks take up several parking spots. Lots of homeless in the park right next to the parking lot- I was scared my car would get broken into at first. I was wrong- they seemed to mind their own business and did not bother anyone. Staff was very nice as well and the rooms were very clean! Overall, would stay again. Loved that it included breakfast too.

Staff was very accommodating for wheelchair and early check-in. Great location for medical appointments. Room was comfortable, but large stains in carpet was disappointing.

Unfortunately, walls are thin and there was a noisy neighbor in next room who either talked or had TV on all night. AC conditioner is noisy, too. Like the Coffee/Tea bar in reception area. Recommend NO cheese option in scrambled eggs. Recommend liquid body soap dispenser in bathtub/shower.

Overall, hotel stay was good. It's great that Comfort Inn had hot coffee/tea to welcome guests especially after long drive. Location is good; close to many fast foods and Fred Meyer gas. Breakfast is included but I recommend that you provide a "no cheese scrambled egg" choice. Not everyone can tolerate cheese (lactose intolerant). Recommend guest room have liquid body soap dispenser in the bath tub/shower.

Not so good. We specifically chose this hotel due to the high ratings and the indoor swimming pool for our kids. The two things that put me off was the sfatery around the hotel and the state of the pool. There was a considerable amount of homeless folks camped close by, which made me keep my kids very close by our side. The pool itself was very dirty and stank like pond water. We chose to not have our kids swim in it.

My room smelled so badly of some sort of cleaner, or men’s aftershave it caused me to cough the entire time. I tried to get help from the front desk, but they said there was nothing they could do. I couldn’t wait to check out. There were also little black hairs in the sink and shower, which I don’t even care about that as much as the smell and lack of remedy for it.

The room was very clean. There were some homeless people around the parking lot and park next door. However, the parking lot was very well lit. The door access on side exterior to inside stairwell did not securely lock shut on its own which was a negative for safety. They served cookies and lemon water in the lobby which was a nice touch.

There is a park next to the property with a public restroom that attracts homeless people but they do an excellent job of keeping off the property just. Breakfast is pretty good. We have family in Medford so we stay there often but this time I was charged for damages we did not cause and were not notified about. They do offer adult swimming hours so that is nice.

Just didnt feel comfortable with the people coming and going. I over heard some of the people in the smoking section outside say they live there. A lady took one of the luggage carts to her car and piled it to the top with dirty clothes. And asked the front desk guy if she could wash her clothes there.

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. He was very accommodating. I found all of the staff I encountered pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

Our only complaint would be in regard to the bathroom. A really small commode and a hair dryer that did not work. The staff clearly made up for any of that!

Only issue was the toilet was loose at the floor so when you sat down it felt like it was going to fall forward.
