Housekeepers were great it was cheap Room was dirty, bathroom light was out, toilet seat cracked, room was in ill repair, pool and hot tub was down door leading to handicap parking remained locked entire stay could not use. Toilet screamed every time it was flushed.

I strongly advise you go somewhere else and do not book here. Service is horrible. The rooms have mold and it smells like piss. The rooms are not clean. Only thing they do is make the bed and go and they only give out towels every two days.

Disgusting and gross. WIFI would not connect. Only one elevator was working, and it was SLOW! Breakfast was late and seriously lacking. Front desk was rarely staffed. The bathroom was the only clean area in the building. Never staying here again.

Not as advertised! Booked a room with fully handicapped bathroom - grab bars for both toilet and shower, hand held shower head. Refused 1st because no grab bars for toilet. 2nd was passable until I went to take shower - no bath towels. 2 phone calls and 25 mins later finally received then no hot water in bathroom! 3rd room finally ok. But all rooms not really clean. Trash under furniture, stuff left in fridge, small trash can that dirty when bag removed. I was appalled that Wyndham had their name on this place. Rip off.

Room would not lock properly, the room was absolutely disgusting, there was broken stuff in the room including the lock, looked like the room had been broken into. There was kitty little everywhere. The toliet seat was broken. Toliet was dirty. The shower curtain rod clearly was ripped out of the wall, no shower curtain in the room bathroom door was torn up. There was burn holes in the blanket. Stuff on walls, lamp shades and curtains. It was terrible was driving half way across the country, New England to Texas. This was our on stop after 24 hours in the car, we checked right back out and keep driving, I would rather sleep in my car then in their room

The staff were nice but the hotel was filthy. First room had broken toilet. Second room was crawling with bugs and roaches. Third room was equally as bad as the first two. I wanted to leave after second room but they offered to upgrade, I appreciate the gesture but third room looked like a murder scene. I had to leave and find another hotel to sleep in.

The room had a horrible smell to it. The hotel is rampant with prostitutes, drug dealers, and drug users. A bunch of homeless congregate around the parking lot and hotel. Does not feel safe at all. The whole place smells like marijuana. The staff was friendly. Thats about the only good thing about the place. The room was dirty and nasty. Pillows, sheets, curtains, floors were all stained and full of cigarette holes. Avoid this place, especially if you are traveling with children.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Room was filthy, had mold, stains and drawings on the sheets. I immediately walked out of this hotel and went somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE

The ONLY good thing was how helpful the Hotels.com staff were about a refund and understanding.

The friendly receptionist was the best part. We would never stay here again, very run down even for a budget hotel trash every where outside and dog feaces, middle doors broken inaccessible, elevators broken, the the room door would electrical shock us when we touched the handle, we even had a man with no idea w let himself into our room and when I blocked him he said he was here to check the water. No breakfast at 8am when we went down and no access to the pool or facilities as advertised. Overall very disappointed

I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless dog, because there wasn’t nothing to eat for the free breakfast. The coffee was the same color as the water. The elevator that’s closest to your room doesn’t work, the only working elevator sounds like it’s fallen apart when it gets to the fifth floor. Staff super nice, but don’t have a clue what’s going on around the building. On Tuesday two days after I got there, there were six sheriffs outside the main doors arresting someone with gun drawn. I talked to a sheriff a couple days later about how high the crime is. He told me as long as I kept my head down and didn’t talk or have any kind of conversation with anyone. I’d be safe. I’m thinking the next time I decide to stay anywhere close to where that hotel is. I’ll be in an armored vehicle with body armor And no less than 2 to 3 guns on my possession for my safety only. It’s sad that the company that states it’s part of this American Inn hotel. Is actually upfront to get your business. Please do not stay here unless you’re desperate and don’t care about your safety. The breakfast only contained a coffee maker probably use in the water from the faucet which is brown. The milk was in a gallon size and half used, the juice machine was broken so there was no apple juice or orange juice or just plain water. Then they had 10 roll like things with white icing sticking out the top of them and two different kinds of cereal. And that was it for breakfast which sucked.

Very dirty and run down hotel. First tip would have been that you can not enter into the hotel without being buzzed in. Asked for a cash deposit of $50 upon checking in. Would not take anything else but cash. The shower had barley warm water, one towel and one pillow each for a king size bed. We left at 4 am the front desk required the original receipt from the $50 to return the money. Was never told that as the receipt was in the vehicle with my husband that was loading the truck. Elevator not working and over some of the signs with written profanities. Spend the extra and stay somewhere else.

The pool and hot tub were not open, all of the doors were locked to the building, we had to be buzzed into the building through the front door. There first room we were in was a suite, the tv didn't work, there were cigarette burn holes in the comforter, no towels, and the smoke detector kept beeping. We had to replace the battery ourselves and still weren't able to fix the problem. We were moved to a smaller room when we didn't want to wait until the next day for maintenance to fix the smoke detector.

The place kinda smelled. One of the elevators was out of service and one of the side doors was jammed shut. Also our king sized bed only came with 2 very small pillows. there was a hole in our wall and the toilet didn't work properly

Junkies standing around outside waiting for you to leave your vehicles, predators following women annd infants around in the lobby and halls openly cat calling them while the front desk attendant just watches. The elevators are engraved with swastikas and other racist symbolism. The rooms, well, the entire place reeks, the carpet in the rooms is wet, the beds were not changed, blankets stained to all degrees, the sinks ran brown water, there was still someone else’s toothpaste smeared on the counters, if they don’t even wipe down the counters imagine what else they don’t clean…. The bed (king size) came with two throw pillows, nothing else. We asked the front desk for more, she said “give me ten minutes” and was never seen or heard from again. The tv remote did not work, and the phone was completely broken into pieces and shoved into a drawer. Our room key worked to get us into the room and then never worked again. Everything about this place was a disaster.

I've stayed in many budget friendly places and this was the 1st one i felt disgusted. When checking in the employee was playing a handheld game and literally ignored me.Later i realized he did not give my ID back and same thing he played his game and ignored me and my ID was still in the printer. The room looked like they just remake the bed without washing anything and when i layed down i started to ITCH ! homeless and prostitution in the parking lot. You have been warned.

It was not a very clean hotel, it felt like a one star hotel, there was no security gate, random people just hang out outside the hotel, it felt like someone in the hotel was smoking some kind drugs in one of the rooms, I went into my room and left in within 5min of being there, I could not stay there, I just drove back to Atlanta with no sleep, it was safer

The night we got there there was trash piled up by the elevators and piss stained towels outside of rooms in the floor as we walked to our room.

Most of the rooms lack cleanliness. Dirty towels, mattress, and bathroom are very dirty. Mattress covers have holes. AC takes forever to cool. They switched the rooms for us .. But still, the room is quite dirty. Nothing is provided for breakfast except for coffee, and cereal.

The room was not cleaned properly. The blankets had cigarette holes on them. The bathroom light did not work! (Luckily my son brought a flashlight). The room only comes with 2 towels and 2 rags. I asked for 2 more since i had 3 kids with me. Front desk refused to give me any. The ice machines don't work. The parking lot makes you not want to get out of your car. People who on live on the streets wander around the parking lot all night.

Not bad for a quick overnight stay on a long road trip. Staff was extremely friendly. Only complaint about the room was there was visible mold present on the shower curtain which raised questions about the overall cleanliness of the room that I could not see with my eyes. Also there was no free breakfast as advertised, thankfully there’s a Waffle House within walking distance if you need coffee or some breakfast fuel before hitting the road again.

This is a crack hotel. They have drug dealers hookers and all kind off people outside the front of the hotel all night making a lot of noise. They didn’t have breakfast. The rooms are very dirty with cigarette holes burnt into the bed sheets. The smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling.

First I pay for this room on hotels.com and then I had to pay for the room AGAIN at the location?? The room was filthy toilet made a hissing noise every 15 minutes. Shower was moldy and dirty. Towels were stained and dirty roaches in the light. Cigarette burns on the bedding stains on the bedding pillows dirty curtains wouldn’t close all the way. Don’t waste your time or your money. I stayed for 4 hours and left

Where do I start? First, the check-in there's a 'fee' of $50 that's not listed on this website, for damages that could possibly occur. Honestly, they should pay you to stay here! The neighborhood USED TO BE a decent area, but not so much anymore! Second, the room was disgusting, dirty, dust inches thick in the vent above the toilet, brown water coming from the tub faucet, smoke detectors with NO batteries, sprinklers covered up by plastic, windows so thin you could hear EVERYTHING outside. Random kids running in the parking lot and up and down the hallways, the elevator closest to the lobby didn't work, and that's just the TIP of the iceberg. Stay here, and YOU WILL regret it!! If I had other means, I would have stayed elsewhere!!

The property was sketchy. When I tried to get in to check in the door was locked and the person wasn’t watching the cameras. The parking area was not secure, the doors which were supposed to open via keycard were locked after a certain hour and it made me and my daughter feel unsafe. The rundown condition of the building and the room was not a good look either. But you get what you pay for and I got no rest.

Arrived to find the hotel did not meet listed images. Parking lot and grounds overgrown and in poor repair. Broken items and clutter visible (piled up against the inside of room windows facing the street). Lots of people wandering through the parking lot who did not appear to be guests. Family did not feel that we or our vehicle would be secure overnight. We decided to drive on another 10-15 minutes to find hotel for the evening.

My first ever review. AC in room was not good, kept it cool enough 😒… Room key stopped working TWICE, on a 3 night stay. Didn’t try pool, was hot in there anyways, and like 80/90 outside. Food?!? Ha! Only coffee too. Drink( I think they took orange/apple juice out on purpose to save $) food? No syrup, croissant looked deflated and old, uh, food? I forgot what was in the one, was like 1 thing? , but other looked like harden milk(no not gravy). There was no do not disturb card. They didn’t anyways. I can’t say the people were bad. Can’t say the people were bad, just didn’t interact, the one local receptionist was nice? But they let … people loiter outside, maybe selling drugs, idk. I expected more from Americinn, I know the area wasn’t the best, but come on. Overall, a little disappointed, expected more, food… beverages, and AC, were key point, they rest is whatever, idk why the key didn’t work, annoying at that. I came knowing it wasn’t a great area.

I came in to the hotel with a locked front door (key only access) and no one at the front desk to let me in. Once let in by a young man I assumed was a guest, I stood at the desk for 3-5mins waiting to be checked in and given my room key. A disgruntled worker stormed into the lobby during my check in yelling and cursing at the man who was checking me in ( I assume the shift manager) . He did not apologize for the disruption. The elevator was broke and the low lit stairwell smelled heavily of urine and trash. My room was nice and clean and l felt like hit a one night stay, my accommodations were sufficient.

In the room no towels dirty carpet and bathroom air-conditioning not working. Pool area so hot hard to breathe, shopping trolley's in the pool area and very dirty broken furniture. Went to reception requesting our money back and we were told sorry we can't due to paying in advance to Expedia. We booked 4 night's left and stayed else were. Lost our money but safety is more important. Pictures of the Motel are not correct. Terrible Motel don't book it.

From no AC initially (I had to plug in the unit myself and it never cooled to our desired temperature all night long) to a filthy tub leaking brown water nonstop to an unstable toilet to a broken elevator to a nasty pool to a severely lacking breakfast to broken fixtures in the room, it was a bad stay. The staff was very unhelpful the entire stay. I was relieved to leave. I have never left a 1 star review before, but this was truly horrible.

When I got into my room there were no towels anywhere in the room when I asked for them it took a whole day for me to finally get some towels. When I turned the shower on the water was brown and not clean. I stayed here 4 nights and 5 days my room was never cleaned and no one even attempted to knock on my door and clean it my whole stay. The breakfast area was a mess the juice machine leaks all over the counter and was never cleaned. The milk dispenser leaks and also gets all over the counter. Just pour up keep of the facility overall. The staff was very kind but that only goes so far.

I went to my assigned room and smelled horrible, AC didn't work, and TV remote didn't work. Went back and got "upgraded" to a suite. Yes it was bigger, didn't smell as bad, AC worked OK, but the TV remote didn't work. Curtains for room and bathroom were disgusting (I felt bathroom curtain had blood on it). I felt the sheets were probably not even washed. I only stayed 1 night and asked for my money back for the remainder of my scheduled stay. The afternoon lady was really nice, she dropped off an Ironer for me, and totally understood the situation. 5 stars for her.

I would not recommend this hotel to nobody when we get there. They have drug deals in the parking lot. If we wouldn't have paid for this hotel online, I wouldn't let a stranger's dog spend the night there. They gave us one room. The TV does not work, so they take us out of that room and put us in another room. The floor wasturdy, there was no air conditioner. No coffee pot. They tell you not to smoke cigarettes in here. No problem. My sister and I respect that we smoke. Cigarettes outside the whole hotel rec. Nothing but marijuana kids will not children. Young adults running around making noise all night long.6 o'clock in the morning.They finally calmed down

The towels are like dishrags, not towels. The Closet door was kicked in and had a huge hole. Dust on the furniture, the chair at the desk was peeling. Its littleraly 2am and I am afraid to go to sleep. I have never been to Memphis, and I had no idea where I was booking, but apparently its the worst area you can be. The staff member came up and walked me to a new room, a little cleaner and no roaches that I can see. He was kind and told me to check out and go to another area of Memphis that is safer.

We went down to the desk and told them what the problem was, and they gave us another room. We went back up stairs and discovered that, that room was saturated in marijuana and tobacco smoke. And can I say it was also disgusting. So back down we went. We were then given the big suite in the hotel. Once again, marijuana and tobacco galore. The toilet in that room also had issues, the bed and furniture had cigarette holes burnt into them, the desk had dry food, stuck to it , and I felt like we needed to take a shower, just being in that room. So back down, we went again, and just asked for a refund. It was so gross there! Physically, I couldn't stay there.

Staff is friendly. Bed was nice. But this hotel is a maintenance nightmare. Dirty carpet in hallways. Trash stacked up near the non-working elevators. My HVAC unit did not work and hasn’t worked in a long time. Someone tried to tape together a broken power cord. Breakfast is NOT included because they haven’t served breakfast in years. Vending machines don’t work. Cash deposit required. No card CASH. Burn out bulbs. Little or no hot water. In my opinion this is a flop house.

I originally booked a stay at OYO Hotel Memphis TN I-40, but their elevator was out of order, and my mother, who has health issues, cannot use the stairs. That place was a nightmare. BUT when I explained the situation to AmericInn by Wyndham Memphis East, they were more than happy to accommodate us. They quickly got us into a room and even moved us to another one when we had trouble with the TV. Not only did they fix the issue right away, but they also replaced the light bulbs in our room without hesitation. I absolutely love this place, and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone who will listen!

We came here thinking there was a pool and breakfast offered. The pool had obviously been closed for a long time and no breakfast was ever offered. The place in falling apart. Broken glass picture frames on the walls in our room, paint peeling, ect. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The room had mold in it...It rained in the room through the window..The pool was not open..People standing around the entrance door all hours of the night...The experience was poor..not like in the past when i stayed before

So first of all they lie about having free breakfast but honestly the room was so gross i wouldn't of ate it anyway. They also lie about having a pool, i mean they do if you don't like water in your pool, heck the pool area even comes with a random shopping cart. The TV didn't work, the housekeeping was nonexistent. Found a hair on the shhets, we literally slept on top of the cover in our clothes. Used our coats as pillows.This place needs to be shut down. The excuse we kept getting was it was under new management and they were in the process of making it better. After all the other lies, i find this hard to believe. DO NOT STAY HERE

I’m military visiting from out of town and my stay was nice and cost efficient. The front desk was very polite and helpful. My check in was speedy with a smooth check out. I never really eat hotel breakfast so I can comment on that. I arrived and didn’t see anyone hanging around outside as stated by others so that was also a plus.

This hotel was horrible! The room assigned to me had stains on the pillows, I rolled the covers back to see stains on the sheets and hair all in the bed. I was then assigned a second that had stains on the skirt of the bed, the carpet smelled like mildew and to top it off, when I went to shower, there was a used, wet towel balled up in the corner of the shower with an opened bar of soap wrapped in it.. Cleanliness rating for this property should be -101 out of 100..

No air conditioner

Adyer going to our room and seeing the stains on the furnature. The stained sheets and the filthy bathroom we found a differnt hotel and left. I asked fir a refund but have not seen ot yet. Stay away from this hotel if cleanliness is important to you.

This property is one of several in the same location, which is conveniently off I-40. I chose it above the others because of the Wyndham name and an inexpensive room rate. On the positive side, the room was clean (although the property itself needed attention) and comfortable. However, the property is run down and needs some good TLC; I’d imagine that it was once a standout. The Travelocity listing stated that there is a pool. There is indeed an indoor pool (nice for Memphis winters), but it was drained. More importantly, the room I reserved was to include breakfast, but when I checked in I was told that there would be no breakfast. The room clerk seemed quite unconcerned about that lie. Going to a nearby Waffle House as an alternative added substantially to the nightly cost. So, one star is the best that I can offer. Furthermore, on a map the property looks like it’s on a small side road off I-40, but it’s actually on a major thoroughfare, so there was traffic noise and sirens all night long. On a return trip, I’d stay in the same general location but at a different property off the main thoroughfare that actually supplies the amenities that it advertises.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is dated, but you can tell they are in the middle of renovations. Staff was very friendly. The listing says breakfast, but there is no food. Also, the pool is not open. It's completely drained. One elevator was down, but the other one worked fine. There were carts for luggage. The room was huge. Tv was big enough for watching from either the TV or the couch in the living room area. We didn't have great water pressure. Not sure if that was just our room.

The main office smelled horrible the driveway was difficult and the room was just bad. Sketchy people were walking around and it smelled like weed in the hallways.

Wasn't able to get room. Because the funds never transferred to the hotels system, my cash showed that the funds was pending for about a hour before the funds was sent., According to the employee at the front desk. So i had to get a room at another location. Asking for a full refund.

There was a $50 cash deposit required, that is not mentioned in booking. There was no breakfast available, kitchen was closed. The rooms were not clean and there was no hot water! Had to change rooms 3 times before we got an acceptable clean room with hot water! The clerk at the desk was very nice and apologetic and tried to make it right. She advised, she would let her manager know of the unclean conditions. They were remodeling and looked like it could be better in the future. Was a relatively inexpensive room, but still, no excuse for the dirty conditions! Would not stay again!

Unsafe and unsanitary. There was urine in and on the toilet, dead bugs on the floor, cigarette burns in the bedding, the air conditioner didn't work and it was 100 degrees with high humidity, the smoke alarm was ripped from the ceiling and the wires were hanging out, it smelled like weed and garbage. There was dog food in the floor in the hallway. There were sex workers and drug dealers in the parking lot. The only plus was the clerk was willing to give a refund without a hassle so we could leave immediately.

Imagine walk in and immediately get told by staff “ we are not responsible for any loss “ then call to request a refund/cancellation only to be told by some guy “call later bye” !!

My towels was stained day after day no clean towels at all!!!! They put us in a noisy room pet friendly room all while the hallway smelled of weed loudly and the room in front of ours room the guy was playing his music at 4 o clock in the morning. I’m usually at work by this time but on my off day to be woken up by loud music is crazy

Not as advertised. Broke glass upon arrival. Room was not the one we reserved. No complimentary breakfast as advertised. Pool hours were posted wrong. Pool very murky and way too much chlorine. Had to ask for a box fan because thermostat was broke.

The staff member when we checked in was super rude. There’s also a required $50 cash deposit that wasn’t mentioned. There isn’t even an atm on the property. We had to cross the street and stand with a bunch of people that were literally tweaking. The staff member kept repeatedly saying no smoking after we already confirmed we understood a few times.

Upon my arrival the line was ridiculously long. The staff was talking to several people at once. When I got to the front desk, he stopped helping me to help someone else out that was behind me. There was a couple arguing in the lobby and another couple came into the hotel to let the staff know that they were involved in a hit and run in the parking lot. There was also a couple sitting in the lobby complaining about the air conditioning in their room and asked if they could switch to another available room. The man at the front desk said “it should be working. You can increase or decrease the temperature but if not then I can’t do anything about that.” The staff was absolutely terrible. There was a lot of commotion in the lobby and I will not be booking with this hotel anymore.

The refrigerator in my room required defrosting, and I had to chip away the ice to ensure the door closed properly. Additionally, the internet connection was not user-friendly. Despite being advertised during booking, breakfast was neither available nor mentioned upon check-in. Lastly, the lobby entrance had a noticeable odor upon entering.

The stay was horrible! The beds had cigarette burns in the sheets and bedding. Everything was broken. The hot tub the gate the door. No breakfast because the kitchen was broken. I will never stay here again total waste of money. The pool was filthy. They also want to charge a $50 ciggarette deposit but everything smells like smoke.

Good location

One of the least satisfactory cheap places I've ever stayed. No curtains to keep out light or noise The TV got no stations, i couldn't get on the internet, and unusual, the hotel asked for a CASH deposit. I did get it back, thankfully.

There were a lot of people just hanging around the property. It is not safe around the area. We rented three rooms and there was a guy knocking on my brothers door all night he was just hanging in the hallways. The staff were very nice and pleasant it’s too bad the surrounding area and people are not good.

Genuinely do NOT book with this property. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and we literally left 30 minutes after getting there because of how disgusting and unsafe it was. The front desk worker gave us a room key to a room that was already occupied and then told us that we had to pay a $50 fee in cash. I refused as he had already charged my card twice at this point, and I had no cash nor did I have any way to get cash at this point. He then dropped it and let us go upstairs. Upon entering the room it smelt strongly of smoke. Every single light in the room was plugged up, yet none of them would turn on. There was NO toilet paper, no towels, the bed had just been made and no other cleaning had been done. In fact upon inspecting the bed sheets I noticed excessive staining, and cigarette burn holes. This experience was honestly disgusting and upsetting. The rooms looked NOTHING like the pictures showed online. Save your time and book somewhere else. We ended up staying at a hotel down the street that was a million times nicer. Thank you to Expedia support for helping us out and helping us get our money back! We appreciate you looking into this listing.

They have a $50 refundable cash deposit for smoking ! So please don’t smoke in the rooms and so be aware of that whether you book online or walk in. We booked online and had no idea about the deposit! Other than that it’s average and the staff was pretty nice!

Didn’t have breakfast

It was smoke free facility but the pool which was 40 degrees reaked of cigar smoke. The staff family sat in the lobby and stared at us the entire time we left and came back. The nade us get cash to leave a deposit. It states continental breakfast but was told they did not have it and would not give a discount.

No breakfast. Clock radio and hair dryer were broken. No shade for the window.

Damaged furniture, smoking smells in the room, less cleaning, towels poor condition.etc… not breakfast at all while the website says breakfast included….

This was not as advertised and I advised staying away. When my son and I arrived they had our reservation and pre-payment but then said we needed to pay a deposit of cash only in cash. The lobby smelled like a skunk and was unclean. I said that the credit card should be the deposit but she insisted on a cash deposit in addition to the room payment from the Visa card. I told them no and promptly left. We went to a much better hotel down the road.

Coffee maker did not work, no breakfast at all, little miss matched towels tiny bars of soap. Room keys would not work on side doors, nice over all building, potential! Just bare necessities.

The hotel room was all bad I really need my money back the pool didn't work and they had no breakfast like what was included in the price I hate that I even paid for this room I wish that I can get my money back they gave me the wrong room I couldn't change it this is the worst experience I ever had booking a room

Homeless in the front door, dirty, furniture are turn or broken, guests are high coming in and out the building..stinks as soon as you walk in the building.. its just terrible..

Ended up having to change rooms because of broken toilet. Second room shower water was extremely hot and could not be changed. All of the towels, wash clothes, and hand towels were all stained.

And i told him there was no way....so began to take a seat and figure out wut to-do Then i hear him tell me that i cudnt sit inside the hotel. And i needed to wait outside which it was raining....so i refused to do so. Then he calls the i police on me. They get there and i explain the issue. And ended up having to get the police to give me a ride to another hotel. Very embarrassing. And so humiliating

The place smells of old cigarettes

This hotel is not at all what was advertised on the site. No pool no breakfast. Bathtub was peeling hallways and elevator looked like it was never cleaned. Every place was said to be under renovation. Please don’t rent from here. Bad neighborhood and people weren’t friendly.

Fast check-in

The property has disconnected. All smoke alarms in the rooms, and they did not provide a breakfast as advertised.

The room was adequate and roomy, but the requirement of a cash deposit in advance after paying for my room with a valid credit card is only typical in low class motels. I would have never expected this from a Wyndham property.

Didn't like how they've changed the rates like you have to pay a deposit even if u pay online. And don't let anyone know ahead of time

Upon arrival at the hotel and viewing the rooms we decided to not stay there. We left and found another hotel. It was dingy and smelly. Not a good place to stay.

Lady in lobby looked like she and her child would be sleeping on the sofas. Didnt feel safe in the area. Room not clean. Handprints on the headboard. Left the hotel to go somewhere else.

this was a hotel i would not recommend to an enemy. it was filthy. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but someone had ripped the smoke detector out of the ceiling and smoked in the room. This was its hotel Wyndom should have its name associated with.
