Immediately noticed the smell of marijuana when I walked in. Check in was ok-could hardly understand the guy behind the counter but he was nice enough. I went for breakfast at 8:35 (open until 9) and there was only 2 pieces of wheat bread, cereal and a few drops of waffle batter left. Juice was out of order and the rest (including milk, yogurt, hot food) was all empty. No staff to be seen, much less to offer any other food options. The room was clean, there was enough parking, and there were plenty of plug options for electronics.

I reported the issues to staff and asked if there was anything they could do, including bug spray or another solution, but nothing was done to help. I requested a refund and was told the hotel couldn’t do anything and that I had to contact Expedia because it “wasn’t their decision.” After contacting Expedia, I found out they actually spoke with the hotel manager directly, and he declined the refund request himself. Another night we returned to heavy police and military presence outside in unmarked vehicles, which made my family and me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. They advertise set breakfast hours, but they clearly do not honor them. I came down 35 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end and most of the food was already gone while employees sat around talking. No one wanted to restock anything or help guests. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and overall atmosphere were terrible. I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean, as well as the property. AC quit working in my room and staff was quick to help me and change rooms to resolve the problem. Breakfast could have been better, but the waffle maker made up for that as well. Near plenty of food options otherwise. Good stay overall, I'd stay again if needed.

The floor was not leveled as if the room was shifting. Not many options for tv. One elevator. Tub didn’t look the best. Big crack in the bathroom.

The hotel was a bit sketchy for me. When I arrived my room was being cleaned. When I entered my room it was in fact dirty and bathroom making odd noises like something was gonna fly out of it. Was moved to a other room and it had someone's clothes in it like the room was in use already and white frosting like substance on different parts of the room. Another room I got the toilet was clogged and maintenance person couldn't fix, had to fix it myself. The blanket was all ripped up and raggedy. Overall the hotel felt dirty and could definitely step their game up on all aspects. The staff were friendly.

We had to move to another hotel as this one was not secure and smelled terrible. The staff were friendly and helpful but we could not stay due to the facility condition and location to a major highway. The street noise was unbearable. The lock on the side entrance was broken so anyone could get in. UNSAFE!

The room was clean except for the rest room walls they had mole and the breakfast wasn’t appetizing. The staff was wonderful

The room was in pretty decent condition. However, there were a lot of evidence of it being old and not taking care of. Such as chip paint, holes in the walls, and the floor was sinking in between the bedroom of my suite in the living room. That made it uncomfortable.

You can smell the mold as soon as you walk into the room. They used paint to cover it up. The room lighten was very dim. We had what look like blood on the curtains. Our comfort on the bed had stains, and look dirty. The hotel need updating bad. The housekeeper went in our room and threw my work scrubs away. I didn’t get them back. Scrubs is not cheap. And they claim they don’t give receipts for the deposit or for the purchase of the room. I am guessing the employees is doing their own reviews. Because the hotel is definitely a 2/3 star hotel. It’s a 20 min drive to Germantown. This is the worse Comfort Inn & Suites I have ever stayed out. The elevator look like it’s on its last leg too. I am very disappointed. The rate definitely do not fit. They need to lower the price.

The area did not seem very upscale but we had no problems. Upon checkin we were given a room that reeked of smoke, was worn, and had a dirty bathroom. We immediately went back to the front desk, primarily because of the smoke smell. While not apologetic, she moved us immediately. The second room was on a floor that appeared to have been renovated. It was nothing fancy but perfectly fine.

We had to change 3 rooms because the first room the refrigerator didn’t work and also had a terrible scent in the room. The second room the TV didn’t work even after a worker tried to fix it. The third room was nasty as you can see in those pictures.

The property is in the process of being completely remodeled on the inside...so everything is new and very clean. Reasonably priced and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Property is obviously under renovations. Room was clean. Soap dish in shower was broken and had dangerous sharp edges on it. I reported it as soon as I noticed but was not offered another room. Breakfast was terrible. Stayed at another Comfort Inn in Nashville that was excellent.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 5 MONTHS to get the refund posted to my cc. Hotels.com said that they have contacted the hotel several times requesting the refund. I DID NOT GET TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL, NOT MY FAULT, AND I DID NOT GET A REFUND. If I get contacted about the refund, I will take down this horrible review.

I really like the environment of the room. It’s very cozy very well pleased with my room the most displeasing thing I had to fight that raggedy remote to the TV.

Windows were barred, and the property was in a very unsafe location. Staff refused a refund yet stated she would not feel comfortable walking outside alone.

There were no cars parked which means no customers. When we were about to get out of the car, another car with 3 suspicious persons drove by around our car as if checking us out. We called the property asking for details on safety and the staff answered coldly that they cannot refund anymore. The environment outside the bldg was dark and scary. We decided to call Expedia about safety. I don't think anyone will go ahead and stay overnight and risk safety.

We were in town for a family funeral. We booked something close to family. We paid way too much for this stay when we could have booked same day for $62. We contacted Hotels.com and have received no response. The pool was closed. The "gym" had no access and was in a closet. The parking lot was loaded with pot holes. The ally type drive way into hotel was eyesore. The area was rough with high activity. Tried to add pictures but it wont let us.

The mattress was so uncomfortable I had to sleep on the floor. Honestly everything else was fine.

Not a full hot breakfast. Waffles and gravy with biscuits. No butter, cream cheese or yogurt. No eggs or sausage.

First two rooms they gave me were dirty. They did upgrade me to a suite and apologized for the inconvenience. You get what you pay for basically

Motel is located right next to an Interstate highway. Nothing they can do, but very noisy all night from the road.

Property was apparently being remodeled. Parts of inside look rough. No hot water from the shower. Location next to busy street and was not able to sleep most of night. No noise insulation. Otherwise staff was friendly and room was clean

There was a broken window and room and had to move rooms before that because the room didn’t have ac working front desk wasn’t to helpful

The shower would not drain nor did the water in the shower get WARM, only COLD. The tv would not work, ended up leaving a day early and the hotel would not reimburse ANY money for the inconvenience after giving them HOURS to come fix the problems. DO NOT BOOK HERE !! EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT and the lady at the front desk was Extremely RUDE!!!

The first room that we tried had stains on the sheets. The hotel was older and little things were not great but overall not bad.

The outside of the property needs to be fixed but the stay was definitely cool.

Cons: Outside the room the hotel smelled old/musty/stale, lots of weed smell everywhere (about knocked us out in the elevator), general area was rather shady & didn't feel overly safe, & saw man coming out of hotel w/2 hookers. Breakfast was virtually non-existent. Got down there hour before it was over & only 2 dry/hard biscuits left & they never replenished anything to eat.

front deck wanted us to pay $75 more for being 1 hour early before check-in time. plenty of rooms were available; just NOT FRIENDLY nor documented as an extra charge anywhere. SUGGEST NO SONE STAY HERE

Run down, out dated. Ice maker out of order and only one for the entire facility. Vending machine out of all drinks, but nothing posted on the machine.

Other than the outside of the apartment, which was surrounded by drug addicts and sex workers, the apartment wasn’t too bad. The inside was clean. The room was nice as well. The tub wasn’t too appealing but it did its job.

It was a safe, clean, and well managed hotel!! The staff members I interacted with were very friendly and efficient, and were always present to keep an eye on goings on at the property. Everything was clean and in good working order. All the appliances in the room worked well and looked fairly new. The breakfast options were good and well stocked. Overall it was an excellent value for the price. I had 2 terrible hotel experiences before this, and it was a huge relief to be somewhere that felt SAFE. The cleanliness and comfort felt like bonuses. I will absoutely stay here next time I'm in the area.

Bad location, unsafe and area not clean or appealing.

Stay Away! Even though we had reservations it took the desk manager 3 tries before they could find a room for us that the AC worked. Room was battered, window glass cracked, window sills dirty and 1st floor window did not lock. Try to get a roll of toilet paper...30 minutes. Never felt so unsafe in our lives. I could go on but you should get the drift by now. Stay away!

The hotel is being ran my teenagers that don’t know what they’re doing. I booked a room there over 3 months ago and still have not received my deposit back. Now let’s start with how the room looks and smells. The bathtubs are brown with black spots. I asked to move to a different room which was even more dirty than the one I was originally booked in! The air conditioning smells like a mixture of cigarette smoke and butt (for lack of better words) HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Elevators were old with a horrible cigarette smell. The walls are dirty.

The room was fine but the TV didn't work. The person on duty solved the problem but would have been nicer had I not needed to request assistance. The facility was a bit run down.

I arrived at 2:15 PM with a reservation. I waited about 4 minutes for someone to come help me. I told her I was checking in. She said check in is at 3. I said I understand, but perhaps some rooms are clean. Then she said I could pay $45 to check in early. I left angry. When I returned at 3:15, she apologised and said she had not realised it was 2:25.

This hotel was raggedy. Didn’t look like anything on the website. Also make sure you bring your own towels if you don’t want to bathe with the same one everyday. Also breakfast ends at 9 but really that means 83O so don’t oversleep

Some outlets did not work shower looked dirty breakfast was dry and tastless coffee machine in lobby did not work. Staff was nice though.

Pool was under renovation. Health factory closed. Very dangerous area. Closet door was marked up like a dog scratched. Yet they there’s no pet policy but dogs were in the room. Really disappointed considering it was over $100 to stay. There were hookers and loud neighbors shouting all night. I felt very unsafe.

Worst experience. Was told where to park then awakened by a phone call to move my vehicle. Clerk was rude a very inconsiderate. Property was not in the best shape. Will never return or recommend.

Hands down the worst comfort inn I’ve stayed at the heat in my room didn’t work and no hot water in the shower but the sink would get hot water. Needs updating or shut down one of the two I felt dirty just staying here.

The breakfast was horrible. The elevator needs to be replaced or seriously deep cleaned, it smelled. Other than that it was quiet and clean.

Hotel itself is clean and comfortable, courteous staff, good bed and hot water. Breakfast was often low supply and not restocked but it was a holiday weekend so probably low staff. Entry drive is a bit dimly lit and have to drive through a construction storage area with fencing but don’t let that deter you from booking. It’s a nice place to stay especially for the price.

The staff were pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and quiet. The suite was spacious and just what we needed with no distractions from the outside world.

Hotel was OK for the price. Kind of a sketchy location and not too many people around. Check in was quick and workers were friendly. Hotel room smelled really bad and there were stains on one of the beds comforter and sheets. Other than that, our room and bathroom was clean. On the last night of our stay, our neighbors were having a loud party until 2 am or later. Also, the indoor pool was drained for renovation and we didn't find that our until we arrived at the hotel. Had we known this, we would have stayed someplace else.

The location does not have EV charging even though the Expedia filter shows it does. It is location behind what appears to be a landscaping storage or construction site. The room had bathroom damage. There was a prostitute by the entrance to the property when we arrived and there was limited parking available. The pool was closed and under repair. The breakfast was poor with rancid waffle batter, no condiments, and an odd assortment of options. The rate was good and the location has obviously invested in improvements to the building. We would not stay at this location again

There was a horrible smell in the rooms, the housekeeping did not clean our rooms, take out the trash or bring us towels. When I asked for towels they said they probably didn't have any, there was some so the lady at the front desk said I was lucky there were some clean. The pool was out of service and looked like it had been down for a long time. There was construction all over around the hotel. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I will not go back.

Upon entering the parking lot we noticed that the area looked a little sketchy. Also they had been doing some remodeling. The attendant checking us in was very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was a little sub par. The oarnge juice and coffee were watery. The attendant checking us out was also nice. I enjoy this hotel chain but I dont think i would come back to this location.
