    What truly made the experience exceptional was the front desk staff: Travis and Jasmine. They were welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to answer my questions, provide helpful information, and ensure that all of my needs were met. Their positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. It's rare to encounter a team that consistently makes guests feel valued and appreciated, but the front desk staff here did exactly that, but Travis and Jasmine stood out. Their hospitality played a major role in making my stay enjoyable, and they are a true asset to the hotel. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for great accommodations and exceptional customer service.

    Staff was friendly but I was surprised by a $50 temporary charge for incidentals. At a Candlewood? They must get rowdy guests because the bathroom mirror was cracked and furniture chipped. We did get a quiet night.

    The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the front desk was not friendly when we arrived. They did not offer a friendly greeting or make me feel at all welcome. They said nothing about the where anything was in the hotel and then rudely pointed me in the right direction when I clearly couldn't find the elevators. I wouldn't stay there again.

    I love that there is a access to a computer room in office, and also a laundry facility. That is amazing.. I didn't like the fact that the room that I booked was not the room that I received and then when I wanted to get the room that I purchased for the front desk guy told me no that I couldn't have it..

    We booked the room on Expedia, we had the option to pay at the property when we arrived. I received a phone call about 5 hours before check in stating we had to pay money over the phone or we would lose our reservation. I told them to cancel because I didn’t feel comfortable paying them over the phone. The lady was very rude.

    The hotel smelled like marijuana as soon as you walked in to start, then constant disturbance including lady running up and down halls, yelling outside, laying on horn , then police have to come and this is after 11 pm , then elevator breaks to top things off. I will never stay at this place again. The person who checked us in was wonderful and nice but room was dirty, cob webs, floors in corners dirt and food crumbs. Then the last day someone stole my tire valve caps . Completely in shocked at all of this for the amount of money I paid.

    Our stay was stress-free and relaxing despite being in the midst of a cross country move with 3 dogs! The staff was kind, helpful, and very understanding. We appreciated that the hotel had a security guard making the rounds at night in the parking lot as well. The pillows were squishy and so soft I overslept on purpose. Overall 10/10!

    HORRIBLE! After a long day of travel and delayed flights. I arrived to my reserved location around 1 a m to check in. I was told I didn't have a reservation there and that they moved my reservation to a completely different hotel that the owner also owned. A lower quality and cheaper hotel. At that time in the morning I had no choice, I attempted to check in at the other place only to be put in a filthy dirty room that clearly was not cleaned. I demanded a new room and a refund at that point. Completely disgusted.

    We arrived after pre-booking a double bedroom months before and they told us that they didn’t have one for us. So they sent us to a new hotel right next-door and of course they paid for the room. But the new hotel still had a lot of kinks to be worked out. Air conditioner is not working, toilets plugging, hardly any staff working there.

    I really liked our stay for 2 nights. The only thing is this is the first hotel that I've stayed at that does not have a continental breakfast. They do have some snacks for sale and cereal for purchase but bring milk if that's what you like. The Staff were great the whole time i was there. Of coure i picked on them for fun to get them laughing at me and thats what I like in a place. I did not run accross a stuck up person like some hotels at all. I so highly recommended this hotel and state it is a safe place to stay. Just make sure you understand you will have to go somewhere else for breakfast.

    I frequent IHGs and have been a member since 2019. Usually I know if I choose an IHG, the hotel experience will be great. This was an outlier. Staff is great but the hotel and their policies needs work. The first few hours after check in there were roaches on the counter. The notices on the wall indicating they were trying to be pest free should’ve been a warning. You have to take your dirty towels to the front desk to have them exchanged. You have to take your trash to a dumpster on the side of the property. Several of the light fixtures in the room were not properly working. The hotel considered themselves an extended stay which I guess I missed while booking, so there’s no breakfast provided. This experience felt like a motel.

    We booked a king suite (accidentally booked accessible, but that was not a problem). When we got to the room, there was a terrible cigarette odor and a queen-sized bed. We contacted Hotels.com who reached out to the hotel. They stated that since it was an accessible room, a king bed would be considered an “upgrade.” That is not how it was advertised. The tub had rust stains and my husband discovered a dried up bar of soap stuck to the shower curtain. The floor was sticky and the room was damp. When we were leaving, a guest with a dog was getting off of the elevator. The dog peed on the floor, and the guests did not bother to clean it up. The only upside was the on-site security officer. There is another hotel being built next door, so the security officer was monitoring all vehicle activity in and out of the parking lot.

    I checked in on wednesday september 13 and stayed till september 15 . Upon checkin i was questioned about ny dog whom i stated was an emotional suppprt animal . At checkin the manager was very invasive about my animal he asked so many questuins i got uncomfortable . He charged me a fee for my emotional support animal but he did ask the other about their dogs upon checkin -but they were white i am black. Still have not gotten my depost back and i asked the other pet owners they told me he diddnt ask them any qiestions and no charges .but got on me to explain what is wrong with me .i am going to call a lawyer with ada feel some kind of way.

    Lady named Sonya came to the room with us, carpet was filthy and stained and smelly. She saw how run down the room was. The recliner’s fabric was torn and broken as well as the only chair. The legs of the desk were broken thus made the desk unstable. Bathtub was stained, and the sink was broken. No hooks for the towels. No everyday house keeping- once every seven days... I had to clean and disinfect surfaces myself. If you needed fresh towels, you had to go get them yourself. I looked at other rooms but they were not that much better. The check-in person not so knowledgeable and helpful. I had to return in the morning to fix the situation with the manager in regards to charging the correct credit card. Finally computer and printer in the guest area did not work and we could not print needed documents. We tried to leave early but they were going to charge us anyway and we were unfamiliar with the area. Not worth the MONEY spent! Will not return.

    Super convenient to I40. Reasonable room at a decent price. Free parking. Front desk was a bizarre experience on the level of professionalism, but got it done faster than some.

    Pass on this one! These are usually great hotels to stay in. Always clean,roomy, accommodating, and good customer service. This one is an exception! Don’t stay here. I chose pay at property option and they ran my card hrs before I arrived! This was huge as I usually pay in another method upon arrival. There was Zero water pressure! We could not even wash our hair it was so bad. They were aware of the problem but have not fixed it. All day Saturday the front desk lady was on the phone and had kids running and screaming in the lobby. It was a wreck. Just pass on this place! The only positive here was a man named Lawrence-he was as belly as he could be and very kind.

    It was a nice, comfortable room. I usually do not have any complaints with a candlewood however, at this location I felt it could have been cleaner…. We did not notice when we checked in because it was so late but upon moving the recliner a little, there was old food in the floor. The water pressure for the shower was AWFUL and ice maker in refrigerator did not work (yes, I switched to “on”) other than that; it was all good.

    The room was falling apart. Tiles were falling off the wall, holes in the wall from previous guests (I assume) boogers on the wall, and the room was always damp. If I was going to stay in the conditions of a motel 6 I would have never considered paying what we paid for that room. Unbelievably disappointed. The front desk ladies were rather rude and unpleasant. The upside, the older gentlemen who was mopping the floors and the security guards were very nice and courteous. Wouldn’t suggest staying here unless you absolutely have to.

    Never again will I stay there. they advertise soundproof rooms, and they are definitely not. They advertise kitchen suite with dishes, pots pans, silverware, definitely not and what little is in there you don’t even want to use because it’s so dirty. The installed microwave apparently had caught fire in the past and was put out what appeared to be water, it was never cleaned up and mold was growing. The second microwave was just sitting on a ledge, plugged in taking up space, so there was no real desk space anywhere. The bathroom had nasty stains, the kitchen faucet was almost falling off and water coming out was very little pressure. I could hear our neighbors dogs, drinking water from their bowls, the rooms were so soundproof! Like I said never again.

    They called us an hour before we were supposed to check in and told us they didn’t have our room because they overbooked. I told them that was unacceptable because I made this reservation 2 months ago. They finally figured it out and told us it was ok. When we got there, it wasn’t the suite I paid for. It was supposed to have 2 beds, but they did have a rollaway bed, so it worked. The handle on the sink didn’t hardly work, it was hard to get water. The bathroom sink was stopping up. The only advantage was the location and they had nice grounds to work around with our dogs.

    My husband and I drove 4 hours to Memphis to go to an event. Check in was a breeze. After about an hour the power goes out. It rained for a moment along with some thunder and lightning. The power goes out and now we can’t get ready for the event we came here for. They have no generators anywhere on the property. It was dark and very hot. I didn’t make it to the event I went there for. They refused to refund any money. I will never book with them again.

    We reserved a king bed but it was a small bed. Seemed small even for a queen. The shower wasn’t cleaned well, there was soap residue and hair from previous visits. The entrance to the hotel isn’t well marked. It is difficult to find at night.

    Clean room with a good air conditioner. Lots of space. We had a couple issues. The room wasn’t great for someone in a wheelchair because there was no useful handrails in the bathroom. Our room didn’t have hand soap so we had to use body wash from the shower. The tub was a little rough looking. When we arrived someone was smoking weed outside which stunk up the entire first floor. When checking out no one was working the counter so I just left the key on the counter. Overall it’s a good value for the price.

    It was a little different than what I was expecting. They did not restock things needed in everyday use.(towels, toilet tissue, etc) You would have to go ask for clean towels and only get them if you brought your dirty towels to them. There was a sign to where to take your trash (to the dumpster) if it got full. I was on vacation and didn't really want to have to do all of that.

    A bit disappointing for a candlewood. Lobby had a s.ell, interior needs some love. The fringe in our room needed a good wipe down. Overall the room didn't feel clean. We only stayed overnight while passing through, but will not stay at this location again. All the hotels in this part of town seemed to be in the same condition. Recommend to either keep driving or stop before getting here.

    I arrived at 9:30 p.m. with no one in sight to check me in. After a few minutes, I phoned the hotel and someone appeared to answer the call. I was given a room but immediately upon entering knew there was an issue because the toliet was running. When I moved the handle, it completely broke off. I was given an upgraded room but little things were missing. The dishwasher had an out of order sign on it which was not an issue for my one night stay. No soap was left in the bathroom. The toliet paper dispenser was broken off and not repaired. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles did not have the right products in them. The room was clean but the maintenance upkeep left a lot to be desired.

    Room was clean, comfortable bed, bathroom was nice. Had problems with the tv but friendly staff quickly fixed. Door needed some maintenance to close properly but felt safe. Common areas were clean and well stocked. Was double charged for pet deposit but, again, friendly staff fixed quickly. I do recommend!

    We enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a full-size refrigerator to put all our road trip snacks and drinks in. The only criticism I have (aside from my daughter’s disappointment that they didn’t have a pool…lol) is that there was no water pressure at all for the shower. We’ve already booked this hotel again for our return trip home!

    It was very nice for the price. The only thing that’s upset me was I have a baby that just started to walk and the people below me called and made a complaint. But the front desk person understood and told us she understand we had children. Great place to to stay over all😊
