I had booked two rooms, and she could not find my second room. I asked for a nonsmoking room as I have Asmah. The first room for the girls smelled like marijuana, the second move had a terrible smell coming from the AC wall unit. My room had cigarette burn holes in the comforter and other large holes as if a large rat was trying to make a nest. The manager came and told me if she changed me to other rooms I would only pay the price of the lowest charge for both rooms to accommodate me. I went downstairs to pay for our next day stay for the 4 of us, we were there for a family funeral. The young girl came in while the young man I started with was trying to give me a discount, she said no so we walked out to find other friendlier and cleaner accommodations. We came back to cancel my stay and she said no. I paid for rooms we never stayed in for two days. She would not go get the manager. I am asking for a refund for services not rendered. The Memphis Inn was more accommodating, the phone worked and was more economical and friendly. Sincerely, Allie L. The room was pleasant. The parking was secure behind a gate. I was frustrated that the ice machines weren't working.

Tv didn’t work, WIFI wouldn’t connect. All in all a horrible experience-

The room was clean, but it did not have an iron, ironing board. I had to go buy an iron. The TV did not work. The room smelled like smoke after being informed that we had a smokeless room. I asked a staff member for something to spray in the room for the heavy smell of smoke. He indicated that he would bring it to the room, but he never showed up,

Beds were way too high and were like laying on a foam pad on the floor. Rooms were not vacuumed (there was a sock under the chair that had been there God knows how long). Phones were not operational. Bed linens and bathrooms were clean. There were no amenities (no coffee makers etc.). Hot water took a long time to reach temperature. Pressure was good. Quieter than I thought it would be. Liked that it was gated for car safety. Elevators were dirty and there was a smell in the rooms like something was sprayed to cover up smoke smell (paid for NON smoking rooms). The price point was good but I would pick someplace else.

The hotel was nothing like I expected. It was not newt remodeled like I read somewhere. It had no hot water in our room there wasn’t even a coffee pot Not the worse place I have ever stayed, but I would never stay there again.

The stafd was fantastic! It's a rough area surrounding, but not nearly as bad as most. Parking is adequate, gated, very secure. Housekeeping came by every morning like clockwork

I’ve stayed here before for a night and I can honestly say I don’t have a complaint. This is the first time I have stayed multiple nights, and I can honestly say it was pretty good. I did check the reviews, and some of them were kind of inadequate. I am the kind of person where I don’t mind bringing my own things from home to feel more comfortable. I believe some of the complaints can be pretty much be solved through self-sufficiency.

The room was very nice but getting to it was a little confusing given the layout of security fencing. Some more signs directing to room numbers might have helped. Only other drawback was a clogged bathtub drain and the room could have used a few shirt hangers. When I overstayed my checkout time due to circumstances beyond my control the staff were very understanding and helpful and it didn't cost me another dime.

The room looked clean at a glance, but it wasn’t really. The bathroom corners were gross, but that can be overlooked since it’s the bathroom. But the comforter had burns and stains all over it. After inspecting the bed, I found two roach nymphs: one was crawling on the baseboard and one was under the covers themselves. The staff was polite, apologetic, and gave me my deposit back immediately. The other issue I had was that the place was listed as a hotel when it was actually a motel. I was ok with that at first as it seemed nice enough in the pictures. I believe the pictures need updating, or the listing should change to a motel. But I do want to emphasize that the staff was nothing but polite and helpful. The gentleman that helped me seemed genuinely concerned when I mentioned the roaches, where other places might scoff or downplay it. He gave me my deposit immediately, and thanked me for letting him know. The man at the desk gets a 10/10, though the room itself gets a 2/10. I wish this business all the best.

When I checked in my reservation couldn’t be found and the lady at the front desk was very rude, she didn’t believe the reservation was made prior to check in even when I showed her my reservation and itinerary. The elevator she sent me to didn’t work, the tv didn’t work properly and when we asked for towels they said we had to wait till 10pm and when I went to the front desk no one was there. The shower even had hair from the previous guests, but I travel with disinfectant wipes so I cleaned after I saw that, but I would never stay at that establishment again.

I loved the property except they moved me out a comfort room and non smoking room to a not so clean smoking room and now I been having headaches in the room they moved me to a smoking side. They really nice I just don’t like the front side where smoking rooms because I can’t be around smoke now my head hurts I began to get sick.

I did not feel comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice but the room, has no safety bar in the door, there was a hole in the door (supposed to be the door lens), the towel was dirty and had pubic hair, floor was dirty and sticky. I had no choice, it was too late to go somewhere else…

Typical road-side motel. Decent enough for the cheap stay, and the room itself was clean. However, I requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like smoke, and the smoke from the neighboring rooms poured into the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom. Bed was some kind of memory foam, so some people may like that, I personally am not a fan. Neighboring guest was out on the balcony/veranda from midnight to 2am talking with someone down in the parking lot.

Employees are horrible they like to make smart remarks with their customers. Wi-Fi doesn’t work. I would never stay here again. It is a dope track

I would recommend this place for a cheap place to spend a night on road trip and nothing else. Pretty poor facility in a pretty poor part of town.

Pulled up and the place had barbed wire on the windows. Busted out car windows and a crashed car in lot. Front nt door had a sign to pull around back and use back door. Way unsafe. We didnt even get out and went and booked another hotel

Someone was playing loud music around 11.30pm, and it was full base sound i couldn't sleep. I had to ask for clean pillows and pillow cases they were stained and dirty. The rooms smelled terrible! I sucked it up for 2 nights but I won’t ever stay here again. The photos looked decent, but the rooms smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. The front desk people had a bit of a communication barrier and weren’t terribly friendly until the manager came to help and she was nice enough. They have a gate to park inside for security, but half the fence on the backside is missing so that’s completely pointless.

Had to ask for 3 keys at check in. Room was not clean. Hair in tub on wall and used towels on the bathroom floor. Bed sheets were supposed to be white but were so dirty looked gray. Only 2 wash cloths 2 towels for 4 people. Located laundry room and guy gave towels and clean bed sheets,

I stayed at this hotel years ago and didn't make it through the night it was so bad. 100% Improvement Pricing was Affordable cheaper than many in that area. They have Clean Rooms, Security features to get to the room I had to use my key at a gate that actually stays locked. Microwave and fridge in room both were clean I had a small burn in the top cover on bed but linens were clean and I never sleep with the top cover anyway. I would definitely stay here again, the staff was very nice and personable especially the man in the mornings. Overall I had GREAT experience.

Upon entering my king bed room, I immediately noticed that there was only 2 pillows on the bed. My husband has a bad back & needs 2 pillows to sleep on. I went to office and asked for 2 more pillows. The desk clerk had me follow her to a vacant room where she took 2 pillows off of the bed and handed them to me. It was dark outside. When I got to my room I could see that there was clearly a dead bug on 1 of the pillow cases & the other was VERY dirty! I took them back to the office. The clerk then took me to another vacant room & gave me 2 more pillows. I got under the light outside & saw that those pillow cases were dirty too!!! I told her never mind I would make do with the 2 pillows we had in the room at least they were clean! About 15 minutes later the clerk came to my room with 2 very clean pillows!

Good staff and overall a decent property for the price. Pool was clean and enjoyable. The area isn’t the best but we didn’t have any problems.

I recommend not booking this place. First arrival send me to another Unit that was occupied. When I ask the front desk about it.She told me she didnt know someone was in that unit. which I find that odd. Since she can see if it was occupiedor not. I understand mistakes does happen but not like that. when I enter the new Unit. The pillow sheets was dirty the toilet was cleaning it had a musty smell also they were no towels. I checked in roughly close to mid-night. Early in the morning Roughly around10 a.m. the following day one of the Employee enter my Unit told me I need to check out by 11am. I booked this place for 2 nights From Saturday through Monday Aug 5th to Aug 7th . Im curious to 1 why did they enter my Unit and 2 I still had another night. When I called first front desk. Just FYI there telephone doesnt work. I had to call them from cellphone to contact them. The one I spoke to only apologies and in the middle of our conversation hangup on me. Very rude. ALso when I came back to the unit since Ieft todo things# roughly1a.m. They didnt change the sheets, didn't clean the toilet, didnt takeout the trash. They only organize the towels. I high advice please do not Book this place.

Room was ok, full size microwave and mini frig. No hangers or hooks to hang clothes. Bath supplies were questionable. Looked like mold along bottom of shower curtain. Shower mat was FILTHY. Towels Dingy, hard, wrinkled. Thankfully I brought my on small towel. Pillow cases had smudges and one was ripped at the seam. And lastly, after being in the room for @ 10 minutes the fire/ smoke alarm went off in my room.

The sheets had stains all over them. It looked like someone had filmed an adult movie in the bed. The towels had hair and makeup all over them. Plus on top of that the wifi wouldn't even work. The facility was so bad the the rust from the stairwell had fallen off literally in a big pile on the stairs.

Made me pay extra $30 to check in 1 hour earlier. The place is not up to par linens not clean towels have stains and room wasn’t cleaned properly. Still had pizza in the microwave and used condoms n the garbage and to add insult to injury the owner comes beating on the door at 8am saying I owe him $30 more. At that moment me and my fiancée decided to leave. So basically they wanted me to pay $125 for a one night stay in an unsanitary room!!

Property was filthy, cockroaches in the lobby and the room. Bathroom was filthy and the floor was sticky. Total nightmare. I did not feel safe, I left the property and drove 6 hours through the night just to get home.

It was horrible.. hair and press on nails were in my tub. There was blood on my sheets I had to walk with someone to attempt to find clean sheets we slept with NO COVER and there were roaches all over the bathroom with beige towels instead of white. I even gave a call after my stay to speak to a manager and someone was very rude I called around 12:30. He was no help just very rude because I asked if a supervisor was available I was told they didn’t have one!!! 0/10

We are grateful the person at the location helped us move our room to a non smoking room but the floor didn’t look vacuumed and you could just tell the smell in the room was a little off. The next morning when we were getting ready to leave I saw two small cockroaches and that really grossed me out. I get we were in a state where roaches might be but never have I ever had roaches in my hotel room.
