The hotel was a good choice for a two day stay. Close to Beale Street. Staff were super helpful. The room was clean, but the outside balcony needs a thorough clean up.

Room had weird mildew smell and felt extremely damp! I brought my own tissues and when I left we noticed the box was literally damp and realized that was the very unpleasant smell that we couldn’t rid the room of! Also it wasn’t the cleanest. For over $260/night we expected much better! Next time in Downtown Memphis we will definitely explore other options. Although staff was pleasant, take your money elsewhere.

Both breakfast availability and people were fine. My room was opposite the elevator. So I heard it all night. The toilet had a problem filling after a flush. There was a recessed light in the ceiling that hung down from the ceiling out of the socket.

It was pleasant until an argument happened at the bar at the hotel on Friday night, April 17. It was terrible, but the desk clerk reacted immediately; she responded very professionally. Thank God for her; I didn't get your name, but kudos to her. But the stay was still relaxing.😌

The king suite was much larger than expected, very clean and had the perfect view!

Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance.

Very professional and clean rooms
- 5/5
Good location. Room was clean and spacious. A plus was the self-serve laundry area on our floor. The staff was exceptional. We had issues with our luggage delayed by the airline and the staff worked with us to an exceptional level. Every staff member we encountered was cheerful professional, and accommodating. Highly recommend recommended!

Also, the valet messed up my Hyundai Sonata (undiscovered by me until the next morning). There was a significant scrape and bump from another verhical on the back right corner with what appeared to be white paint from another vehicle. So far I have not received a returned call from the valet service. I have other anecdotal evidence to further suggest the fault of the valet: when I first arrived, another group of gentlemen guests in a red SUV rental vehicle were complaining about the evident accident on the front left bumper of their vehicle caused by the valet.

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast food at the restaurant, and loved the hot tub!!

Everything was good. Staff was extra friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The staff was exceptional and friendly. We traveled during the winter storm that overwhelmed the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located downtown. A shirt was to great food and the convention center.
- 3/5
Clean room Grumpy front desk. Listing reported free parking
- 4/5
Hot tub was not working on morning of checkout
- 1.5/5
NA I was not told ahead of time or during registration that I had no choice but to pay for parking. That sum is a budget breaker. The hotel was inside a fortress and that was uncomfortable. The shower was cracked.
- 4.5/5
The shower leaked from around the door, but that is the only complaint I have!

Well located for restaurants. Easy to get to from the interstate. Lacking friendliness. No lotion in the bathroom and no complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning.

I never ate the breakfast and the room was not all the way clean the night staff was nice
- 4/5
No breakfast of any kind.
- 4/5
Good. Need info on valet fees and hold on card for incidentals
- 3/5
The property was fine. The noise heard outside all night as people partied was a bit ridiculous. That is why I will never stay here again.
- 5/5
Our tv didn’t turn on and the maintenance man was immediately there to fix it. Thanks. Jazzy the bar tender was a treat.
- 2/5
I give this property a FFFF. I'LL STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN AND IT WILL BE POSTED
- 3/5
Clean room. Quiet. Nothing much in terms of amenities - no lotion, etc. Make your coffee in room because lobby coffee is $5/cup Starbucks. A bit intimidating that “front” door on street is locked. Have to go to back of building to enter.
- 5/5
My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend in Memphis. It was an easy walk to Beale Street or a cheap quick Uber. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here on our next visit to Memphis.
- 4/5
It was a good stay
- 4/5
Central location in downtown Memphis. Valet parking. Check in experience could have felt a bit more welcoming.
- 5/5
The room we reserved was not available so, we were upgraded to a suite with a balcony @ check in. The room was behind spacious & exceeded our expectations.
- 3/5
Zero shampoo in container in shower. Hair dryer is probably down the 80s
- 5/5
A perfect stay., with some good BBQ on Beale St.
- 4/5
Absolutely had very rude service with one particular person at the host desk, Also, don’t like the expensive fact that you have to pay $100 or more just to have someone bring you your car every time you cannot have the convenience of getting your own. What I did like is the convenience of where it’s located, the morning breakfast that is included, which was very delicious and the great people in the morning that work at the hotel, didn’t take long for us to receive our car every time. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s very loud, and you can hear the noise inside the hotel is absolutely
- 5/5
last minute booking, from valet to front desk outstanding service. Great location loved our stay
- 5/5
It was too high a rate but everything else was fine
- 3/5
The reception team was awful. Bad mood all the time.
- 5/5
I didn't like the neighborhood
- 4/5
The facilities were clean and convenient to a variety of eating establishments. The room was clean and spacious but bed was a bit firm. The area is in downtown so safety is a consideration for walkability
- 5/5
Great stay. Awesome rooms
- 1/5
UPON CHECKING IN MY RECEPTIONISTS LACK COURTESY AND POLITENESS. ALSO AVOID ANSWERING QUESTIONS. GAVE ME THE IMPRESSION AS A PAYING CUSTOMER I WAS A BOTHER. I WILL NEVER STAY ARE RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
- 3/5
Couldn't check in at 2 because I wasn't aware that I need a card to hold and I had to find someone to do it for me and they were not need and I was under the impression that valet would be free
- 5/5
Perhaps key card scanners could be installed to allow this.
- 5/5
Short but a great place to stay!
- 5/5
Very clean. Friendly staff. Comfy furniture. Great amenities in area.
- 4/5
Service was mediocre. It’s like no one wanted to be at work.
- 5/5
Great location within easy walking distance of the Orpheum and several restaurants. Main Line Trolley stop is right outside the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Food and drink at the bistro is excellent.
- 4/5
Good enough
- 1/5
Tried to charge us for a late check out and other stuff we didn’t have
- 3/5
Rooms need updated for the price. Ridiculous to have to pay to use workout room.
- 4/5
Clean. Wish there was a better bar area. Breakfast was good though.
- 4/5
Like the room and balcony. Bed was a little hard but ok.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly. The place was very comfortable. We found off-street parking very easily. We loved the breakfast and having Starbucks onsite.
- 3/5
The overall stay was okay. The toilet in my room did not work and I contacted the front desk and they were not very accommodating. There was not another room I could be moved to which was understandable BUT no one ever came to fix it. No other accommodations were even mentioned. Customer service was not satisfactory.
- 3/5
First of all, I booked through hotels.com and this location refused to give me a room even though I showed them the receipt. They made me buy another room. (I'll even attach the receipt that I showed them to prove I'm being honest.) When I said it feels discriminatory, the main lady working the counter told me "well, now you can understand how your ancestors treated my family for years." This is completely unprofessional and I have numerous people that were there to witness it (in fact, we are compiling their telling of the events now). When I called her out on being unprofessional, she told the other worker "refuse him service and stop talking to him". And when I asked for her name, she said “Call Me Have A Good Night". I was shocked at how awful she was and have sent an email to her manager but have not heard back.
- 4/5
Good location, easy to walk everywhere
- 5/5
Cozy
- 3/5
The front court yard had alot of trash out in front where you pull in, we were charged for food and drinks we didnt get. There is no parking unless you pay $29 a day but when booking our hotel we added the food and parking option for $15 which never stated per day. At 11:20 we asked housekeeping for towels to shower but she refused to give us towels and our room keys were deactivated by 11:30 so we couldnt get back into our room yet when we asked housekeeping to let us in she stated no i have no idea if that is your room or not even though we were knocking on the door and had our key in our hand. I will say that Louis refunded the extra charges Also the data charge when logging into Wifi, apparently there is some type of charge for extra data speed. When buying a drink at the market remember there is a separate tax on top of the $3.25 charge for a 20 ox soda
- 4/5
Nice.
- 5/5
Excellent stay, their Hot Tub is clean and just the right temperature! The staff are friendly and the Bistro Breakfast GF Loaded Tots, Delicious 😋
- 4/5
Convenient
- 4/5
It’s obvious that this could be a really high end beautiful hotel, or maybe was before. The design of the hotel is amazing. I was lucky enough to have the 6th floor corner balcony room; if I went out on the balcony I could see pretty far up and down Main St., watched the trolleys and could see the bridge lit up at night. The furniture in my room was even upscale, but things were dusty and not quite clean. I felt I had to clean the room myself before I could relax. I was in Memphis to see a concert at the Forum. I was scared navigating Memphis at night. I’m very saddened by this. It caused me to do no other sightseeing on this trip. And it’s highly unlikely that I will ever go back to Memphis. I just felt unsafe.
- 4/5
I liked the food server ,and th food
- 4/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Nice accomodations right on the trolley line to Beale or the Pinch.
- 5/5
No complaints, whatsoever! Room was clean, spacious, and staff was extremely courteous.
- 5/5
Absolutely awesome hotel customer service was impeccable. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended. About a 15 minute walk to FedEx form.
- 5/5
The hotel was great. The convenience of the bar and the bistro was an added plus. It perfectly located near the Mississippi River bridge and close to so many other great places. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
Great staff, felt very welcome. Comfortable and in a quiet area
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly, helpful and genuinely nice. Customer service was excellent.
- 3/5
Elevator broken actually got stuck inside for 10 minutes. Room service awful. Did a half service job cleaning. Disnt leave clean towels or cups or wipe down anything. Staff was nice area very unsecured door unlocked non guests coming in and using facility. Actual lady of the night in elevator looking for her client.
- 5/5
I am a long time fan of Marriott properties.
- 4/5
The view and walking distance from the convention center
- 5/5
Always a great stay and great staff!
- 4/5
The property was perfectly located near Beale Street and the walk to and from was safe, well lit, and had a lot of great shops. we even walked the riverwalk on the way to Beale street. It was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The valet parking was convenient and my car we not damaged. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review would be that the tiles around the hot tub (on the 2nd floor) were very unstable and wabled when you walked on them making you feel very unsure of walking on them to get into and out of the hot tub. (which was amazing otherwise) Also, the entrance to the parking was blocked when we arrived and no signs telling us how to navigate the 1 way streets and get to an alternative entrance were posted anywhere. I understand building maintenance is needed and would not have affected my review otherwise. All in all I would highly recommend this property!
- 5/5
This property was clean, quiet, and safe. The staff was very nice and responsive. The breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Very nice and professional staff. The service was impeccable. The rooms were clean, the front desk were extremely nice and efficient. The restaurant breakfast was awesome and the Starbucks coffee was right in time. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!
- 5/5
Great place!
- 5/5
The hotel was really nice, desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel looked clean and well-maintained. Parking around the area was not very convenient and area in general did not feel especially safe, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. Would still recommend this hotel overall!
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent and courteous and kind. The place us clean and centrally located...if I had to fault it I would say I'd enjoy a free breakfast option instead of paying an excessive amount, but other than that we really enjoye our staym looking forward to returning.
- 5/5
The staff was very polite, helpful and responsive. This hotel is in a great location.
- 5/5
I love everything
- 5/5
The staff were amazing! Everyone was so kind to my kids. I would definitely recommend this place.
- 4/5
Awesome staff! Convenient to downtown Memphis, but not a very safe area. Too much city construction! Great coffee and breakfast at this Courtyard!
- 4/5
Nice, clean and professional customer service.
- 5/5
Just spent one night but everything was fine and we had no problems so it was a good stay. Thank You!
- 3/5
I honestly don't know how they've managed to maintain the Courtyard brand when they updated linens and a handful of other things around the hotel but our bathroom was covered in mold and hair from the previous guest. It's very apparent what hasn't been updated because the new cool greys clash with the warm wood and yellow tones of the beaten up furniture and stained granite in the bathrooms. The carpet was bubbling up in places and my baby pulled out trash from under the bed. It's really exhausting staying in a hotel that you can't put your baby down in. We stayed here because of good experiences for our family in other Courtyards but this one is just not it.
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean and staff was great
- 5/5
Great location, clean hotel room.
- 3/5
Didn’t like not having access to vehicle. Liked the trolley out front with the rain and walking distance up main to Beale street. Facilities in the lobby were beyond gross. Everything you pay extra for and for the price you wouldn’t anticipate that. The soap pumps were broken. Nothing in rooms about the area, the WiFi, amenities.
- 5/5
Very great property very nice and clean staff was very friendly and met all of our needs I will most definitely book again .
- 4/5
Good location and is within walking distance to most areas of downtown. There were no microwaves in the rooms, but they had access to microwaves on the second floor—limited food options, but area restaurants were a short walk away.
- 4/5
Nice rooms, Starbucks in lobby, very nice gym, and friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful. The hotel was completely quiet at night. The area was very walkable and even served by a trolley that ran until around midnight. The premises were clean and well kept.
- 5/5
Great location, clean, and comfortable
- 4/5
While Expedia and the hotel's website indicates there is on site self parking available, the only parking option was valet parking. Many hotels with similar ratings had better parking prices and I would have picked them had I know this hotel's true parking situation.
- 4/5
Housekeeping did not make up, clean, restock. After the second night i asked(thinking it was still a covid thing) i asked at the reception desk at 4 pm if it was still to happen and they assured me it would be cleaned that day still..but nothing. It was a 4 night stay and housekeeping came only once. For the nightly rate we pay i think we should get daily housekeeping service unless i request less. And then when i did ask they never came that day.
- 1/5
But i lived the worst case experience, im parking my truck at valet parking night, and next day im go to pick up something on my car , my window was broken. Somebody stolen my personal stuff inside my car and was me and 2 cars more. They don't have cameras, security really poor, nobody saw something. the hotel was not responsible, as if it was something normal that always happens. I Never come back again this place.
- 4/5
The stay was great but the shower head had me freaking out . Everything was cleaned except the shower head . Beautiful staff , and valet parking was the best .
- 5/5
Location was perfect for the plans I had
- 5/5
Nice property
- 2/5
The bathroom smelled like pee. The room appeared cleared but the smell was awful. Never again
- 5/5
Room's are nice and clean, beautiful property. Easy parking. Within walking distance to attractions.
- 5/5
The hotel was excellent, the staff were very friendly and in a great location.
- 5/5
Nothing bad to say at all. Good location in downtown. Safe.
- 4/5
Quiet, clean & safe area to walk around.
- 3/5
It was nice for the time I stayed, but they need to change the shower heads. It was some kind of mold or dirt on it.
- 5/5
I have stayed here several times, always with a good experience!
- 5/5
Close to everything we wanted to see. Staff was very helpful.
- 3/5
The hotel is in an ideal position downtown and then within walking distance of several restaurants and things to do. That being said, the water pressure in the shower was lousy and the air conditioning barely worked. It was set as low as it would go and was blowing out barely cold air. The staff was pleasant and helpful all the way around. No complaints there.
- 5/5
The single bed room was huge
- 3/5
The bed was so hard my back was killing me the whole shift
- 2/5
The stay in general was less than desirable. We will not stay again if in the area. The location is nice. The view was of ac units or something similar. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door upon arrival, making me question general cleanliness. The tv remote didnt work well. The shower head pressure was okay at best. The conditioner and body wash containers had been broken off the wall. The drink machines on floors 3, 4, 5, and 6 didnt work for one reason or another. They will allow you to pay for valet and self park, if you can find a spot. We ended up having to pay an extra 25$ one night to park in a lot near the hotel cause of the lack of parking. Just not a great experience.
- 2/5
Very disappointed with Hilton we try to stay at Hilton properties when we go places. This makes me rethink that
- 3/5
Nice place and clean but mattresses need to be replaced due to wear.
- 2/5
All the vehicles broken into had the windows smashed out and were not parked on hotel property or even in the garage next door. While speaking with the police he stated it happens every time there is a big event in the area! So it happens here all the time.. also curious how out of all 25+ vehicles no alarms went off and no video available and guard was "on break" when it happened, sounds like inside job to me for sure.
- 3/5
Ver expensive with few if any amenities
- 4/5
Poor food services. No real restaurant on site.
- 3/5
close to historical places
- 5/5
Enjoyed the corner balcony. The only issue was the unpleasant sewer smell that would come and go throughout the day. The hotel was nice and so were the employees.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable/walkable to Beale Street
