The breakfast yall just had 3 muffins out and some coffee.I don't think that was right because when I stay at other hotel they have choices to choose from like muffins, bagels, cereals ,fruits,juices but yall just had 3 muffins out .The location was nice . When I got there .The counter wasn't clean and I saw bugs in the bathroom and when leaving the outside trash can was over fulled and trash was all over the ground.

The location was good the front desk clerk was nice. I booked a king room and was given a double bed room. There were no trash cans in the room. There were no utensils or glasses/cups no ice bucket, no coffee machine. The stove was dirty, the sheets were stained on 1 bed There was only 1 tiny bar of soap, no shampoo conditioner body wash or lotion. Any other extended stay I've been to had all these things. Plus there were the most loud ghetto people outside the entrance. I assume they were guests the had a Bluetooth speaker playing loud explicit music all evening well I to the night they were drinking and smoking they had a cooler of drinks it was a whole block party out there. I was very uncomfortable. Would not book again. Oh and the lamps didn't work.

I did not like anything. Very ghetto, staff smoke weed and allow others to smoke right in front of the door. It has a weird odor, rooms have roaches and you may also get left puppy chow on the floor. Forget about notifying staff of anything, they are not solution driven.

I was in a room that had construction going on most of my stay the rudeness of the employees was very unacceptable the lady who checked me in was the most polite and honestly deserves a raise everyone else I encountered appalled me. The gentleman that came when I first got there unlocked my door and tried to open it, then stuck his foot in and said I was not supposed to be in this room.( said he was manager) on my day leaving I took a little extra time trying to pack by myself with my two kids after being a victim of a house Fire I was exhausted the lady (other manager)had me arrested because I was taking too long and said I was trespassing then my card was charged on the days that I was in jail thus taking the rest of the money that the American Red Cross gave me for housing so thank you extended. The beds were fairly comfortable. That's it!! I didn't like walking into the lobby with the facility staff high, and the entire lobby smelling like marijuana was just smoked at the front desk. When I questioned them on it, they blew me off.

Avoid at all costs. Rooms are not clean soap was already opened and towels have stains on them. My room was musty and smelled like mold. Shower drains barely worked and frankly the showers are so gross I had to put a towel on the ground of the shower just to feel semi clean. I booked for 2 nights and left 1 night early due to the conditions.

The staff was the only saving grace. The only thing in the room, this extended stay property with kitchen, was a dish towel, two mini-bars of soap, a small tube of shampoo and an extra TP roll. Not even a water glass.

There were stains, dirt and dust everywhere. There was also a roach in our room. No ice machine was in this hotel. Outside of our room smelled of weed constantly, the smell was extremely noticeable at night. We will never stay here again and I am extremely irritated at how much we were charged for this roach motel.

Hotel was in a great location and the design of the facility is nice, the rooms have great layout. The cleaning is not good, though. The entire hotel smells pretty bad. There was grime on counter tops and heavy dirt and sludge in drawers of kitchenette. This facility is obviously very understaffed as well, as it was very hard to find an attendant and when I finally got them on the phone, they sounded exhausted and said that they were too busy to help, and I would need to wait 30 minutes. Checking in and out was difficult, as no one is at the desk and you have to call them multiple times to get someone to make their way to the desk. We had a broken door lock and the response when I got them on the phone was "well, management won't be here for 3 more days, I can't help you." We had to demand a room change, which she was able to accommodate. Staff isn't rude, just obviously stretched too thin. The bed was clean and comfortable, though, and the bathroom was clean. The shower curtain was too short and water got onto the floor. Overall, it was adequate, but definitely bring slippers for the room.

The kids in the floor above me were running up and down the halls all night long and it was really annoying to say the least. They even pulled the fire alarm at 2:30am on my 3rd night here. The staff were nice, especially the girl on the 2nd shift! The room I stayed in was exceptionally dirty upon arrival. I had to get it specially cleaned bc it was too nasty to inhabit at its current condition. There were even 3 HUGE dead cockroaches on the floor and on the edge of the under bed by the bedskirt. I felt really dirty whenever I was in my room. Last complaint, the tables, kitchen counters, and bathroom areas were not wiped down. I could have stayed somewhere nicer for the same price. And I should have. Did not rebook my room after this stay.

The outside looked fine, there was ample parking. Front reception was very friendly, hospitable and patient (Lena?). Hallway decor was outdated and room had a an icky vibe. Bed looked like a rollaway but had an ok mattress (if you like firm). Shower tub drained super slow, had to wait 20min to use again. Overall good price for just a quick overnight stay. Felt more like an old motel vibe.

The vibe of the hotel was section 8 meets trap house. Smelled like weed (BAD!) and there were people walking around all hours of the night going outside to drink and smoke.

The room smelled. As I was taking my luggage to the car at 5:45am, I was locked out of the hotel because the card swiping machine wouldn’t work to let me back in. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone who was leaving to open the door for me to get back to my room!

Were given a room that someone else was already occupying at check in. Smelled like pot on the second floor. Vending machines were out if order and had no water available for sale. Guy passed out in the only working elevator and nobody was too quick to get him out.

I like how personable the staff has been during my stay. They're available if needed. The space is quiet and respectable.

Late check in after 11pm is not possible, it was not mentioned anywhere. The front desk is closed at 11pm. The rooms are dusty, messy and bad. The hot water did not work, so changed to a different room, a person in the next room was yelling and fighting with his family the whole night. It was a nightmare. Never going back to this or any ESA hotels. Worst hotel services in my entire life. The carpets inside the room and hallway were so bad, nasty. Do not recommend for anyone.

Great staff always get taken care of when I'm here.

My room had grease on the walls and all over the floor. I couldn’t walk barefoot in the room. My socks were black. The hood over the stove had grease on it for what looks like years. The bath tub was lumpy and the room smelled musty. I killed some little bugs crawling on the floor and a cockroach in the elevator, the second floor smelled like weed. Keys didn’t always work. Never seen a pot and pan or housekeeping the whole time I was there. Bed and pillows were comfortable and it was cheap though.

This has been one of the best hotel experiences, l have ever had!! My family and myself moved into the hotel, due to my house getting worked on. When l tell you that everyday was a good day. Mrs. Theresa, Randy and staff was so great to us. The staff and Managers were the best. I will definitely be back, especially when l just need to get away.

I was offered another room but who knows if an other room doesn’t have roaches? At least I know the one roach I’ve seen in 107 is at least dead beside the nightstand.

Filthy nasty hotel with bedbugs and roaches when I spoke politely about the situation the declined to give me my refund back when I checked out within 2 hours of being in the hotel and spotting the bedbugs in the bed . Teresa is rude and she will hang up in your face and not solve anything . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially with kids

Staff was excellent. Property appears to have been ignored; not updated; little things like TV remote doesn’t match TV, internet speed is substandard, telephone cable was broken. All things that indicate poor quality control/oversight. The rooms are clean but need to be updated.

Our 2 rooms were visibly dirty, and there was a bad odor. We had to go buy Clorox wipes, Lysol spray, and plug-in air fresheners. The place was very run down.

Long story short, would NOT recommend hotel. The entire hotel is dirty, it smells like they cleaned with dirty mop water or something. Walls dirty, room FILTHY, nothing was cleaned and not even sure the linens were clean. Bathroom nasty, kitchen area in room was filthy with food splattered on the side of refrigerator. Old sugar packets and a taco seasoning packet was found in cabinets which clearly proved room wasn’t cleaned. There were baby and adult roaches on the room and in the lining of the freezer door! Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Unfortunately the room was in run down condition. The floors were sticky and dirty and the cabinets run down. The staff were pleasant. The night before we arrive all the trucks had been broken into, so don’t leave anything valuable in your car.

This property was very rundown. The refrigerator was dented and rusted. Walls and doors throughout the property were chipped, scuffed and dirty giving the impression that everything was dirty. Things may have been clean but everything was so old and worn it was hard to tell for sure. The card reader to access side door did not work so anyone not lucky enough to get one of the few parking spots in front had a long walk to get into the hotel.

Compared to my previous visits at a dozen other hotels in the city, Extended Stay is the fist place where I watching feel safe enough to walk to and from work. Its very quiet and peaceful with little to no crowds. My only small gripe about is their breakfast in the moring. They only have a few granola bars and muffins, but the coffee is pretty decent

Never knew i had to ask for the confirters for the pull out coach, bed. Air conditioning was barely working. Hairs were still on the chairs at the bar. The mattress on the pull out bwd was DISGUSTING!! Son had to sleep on the coucb & couldnt pull it out. Our last night, my youngest saw the biggest COCKROACH coming from the drawer in the kitchen. We never had ang food in there and it was late at night. I told the manager & all he did was said: we have never had any complaints & wrote my room # down. Didn't even try to offer a refund or anything. We love coming to Memphis but will never stay at another Extended Stay.

This hotel was terrible. Dirty, run down, and bad service. The front desk staff were nice enough, but made several mistakes with our billing such that we couldn’t use the WiFi and had to re-run our info several times. The room was unpleasantly dirty. Would never stay again.

Me and 8 other people car got broken into Friday night . & nothing was done bout the whole situation NO REFUND OR NOTHING. soo please don’t stay at this hotel .. & expedia need to take this hotel off the list.. We booked at another hotel and have had an enjoyable and CLEAN room and shower.

I liked the area, the security, and the general layout and amenities of the hotel. However, it was very disappointing to check in and find a completely bare/empty kitchen. When I reserve a hotel that says they provide a full kitchen, I expect every element of a kitchen to be there. We checked in at around 7:30 pm, after an exhausting day, and just wanted to make the food we brought with us and have dinner. THERE WEREN’T EVEN KNIVES AND FORKS!!! Give me a break. I didn’t want to have to trek what seemed like a mile away back to the lobby to request that. The carpet was so dirty our socks were completely black after only a few hours, the bathroom had not been cleaned and there were small tufts of curly hair on the floor behind the door. Clearly, no one actually came into the bathroom so they could look behind the door during the “assessment” portion of your cleaning promise. The more I think about it, the more disappointed I am. We won’t stay again. This isn’t the kind of hotel you should find in upscale Germantown.

When I checked in, my room door was secured. Anyone could just walk in at anytime. I was switch to another room but door key card wouldn't work. So I was switch to a third room. Room was not best but okay. I will not be staying there again.

The door card reader was very finicky. There was no trash can in the room at all. The cabinets were built circa 1984. The sheets were poorly fastened to the mattress and were stained. The lamps had either no bulbs or were otherwise not working.

Waited for 30 mins at the desk to get checked in. Nobody ever to be found nearby the desk. Same situation when checking out.

The floor in the room was filthy. I had to wear shoes at all times. Killed a roach on the second day. Immediately left and went to another hotel for the remainder of the week.

The property was very disgusting. It was very dirty towels and wash rags were dingy broom was nasty tub was cut caved in. There was no dishes. The cabinets have been wiped out. The fridge hadn’t been wiped out. I came and L 12 o’clock and my room card wouldn’t let me add the outside door to get into the hotel. I called the hotel and the staff member was sitting in her car smoking Kept hanging up on me because she was too lazy to walk inside and rekey my card it was a terrible experience zero out of 10 would not recommend

After long day of travel, I went to the room that was assigned and keyed in. IT WAS OCCUPIED. I got a new room. Room smelled like smoke, television didn't work, cob-webs in the bathroom. Very disappointed.

Out of 5 stars, 0.5. No utensils in a full kitchen. Countertop and desk stains. Room smell, bathtub a death trap; floor very slick. I will never stay there again.

The room itself is alright. A little outdated. If you need to work remotely forget it. The internet was slow and intermittent daily.

Overall, the hotel was good. Check-in was easy and fast. The room had a small kitchen in it. The sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. I liked that they provided plenty of towels. We chose the hotel because of the location. There were a lot of restaurants to choose from and places to shop.

We reserved and paid for this hotel only to arrive to locked doors and a hand written note saying everyone had been evacuated. There was a number listed to call, but no one answered. Id really like my 92 bucks back

The shower had mold in it, the air conditioner did not work, room smelled of cigarette smoke. Shower needed a non-slip mat.

I was expecting a 3-star accomodation. There were homeless people in the parking lot. One of them even approached me asking if I would share my room with her. Place is dark, dirty and tattered. Seemed to operate more as a public assistance operation. Lock on my door did not securely keep the door from opening. Key cards did not work. I was there just long enough to book a room with a more safe and safe and secure property.

Best place to stay while in Memphis

This place needs to be condemned! I didn’t stay here, I viewed the room and checked out. This place is dirty, smells like weed, candy wrapper paper on floor, stained bathtub and toilet.

The room seemed to be only wiped down and not really cleaned. You just had to lift the toilet seat or look at the counter at an angle to see that. The floor was possibly quickly wiped but was sticky. The condition of the room was "well used" with mold, highly worn or damaged walls and furniture. There were no luggage carts available ... apparently they were in guest rooms all night. Seems plausible but the way the staff presented it made it seem more like the carts were non-existent. To top it off, they significantly over charged us. Glad we caught it before leaving. At $250/night (hopefully just holiday pricing), one would expect something better than a road-side motel.

The property was old and dirty. Extended stay needs an overhaul and face lift. Poplar is supposed to be a bit upscale. This property was so dirty it was embarrassing..Get it together..I won't even consider staying with them again
