250 deposit to stay in here is just ridiculous! The elevator is very out dated. Room smelled like bleach.
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed complimentary happy hour. Room wasn't ready, but staff was very pleasant which made the wait more bearable.
- 2/5
both telephone in rooms were dirty, shower was not clean, toilet seat was rocky. employee making eggs/omelets didn't have help, long wait. mixed nuts at happy hour were rancid both nights- not changed. elevators not clean. front didn't have shaving cream. there was supposed to be water bottles in room per front desk- since we were hilton honors members as well free water. when we got to room not bottles, called front desk and she told me i had to come get them. hotel doors locked when we were trying to check in.

Convenient location. Breakfast was good. Unable to try the pool as it was packed! Room was not very clean but it was a nice large room. Overall a nice hotel
- 5/5
Parking lot spots are not good for big vehicles or mid-size vehicles .its hard to get in or out of you car ,just to close to the next car on both sides.its probably something that will be never corrected. Other than that ,its the only place I will be staying when im in Memphis.

Bed was comfortable, but to low to the ground.

The hotel was beautiful The pillows were a bit too soft

All staff members were very cordial. The suite was clean with nice amenities. The furnishing was well appointed. I would definitely stay at this Embassy Suites again.

Cool atmosphere They staff is horrible and rude
- 3/5
The next morning, restrooms in the lobby (both men's and women's) were clogged and unusable. That's not something you would expect in a hotel you pay over $300 per night.
- 3/5
Staff was excellent. I was very disappointed with my room. The bed was soft and the location was not desirable. They put me right next to the fitness center. I asked to be moved and they refused to put me in a different room. it was very busy the first night of my stay even though they have quiet hours in the lobby.
- 3/5
1. There was no place to plug the Coffee pot in. so i had to improvise with the power strip that powered the uwave and frig.. Not fun. 2. The toilet was made for small children, and flushed it self every 30min. Annoyoing! 3. the beds squeak and there was no back support. Uncomfortable! I would have complained, if your going to put in the worst room in the hotel then perhaps I should rethink my next stay, and go back to the Marriott.

I love the fact it is a nice, clean facility. I didn’t like that they made us vacate the lobby at 10 PM but then later I saw other groups in the lobby around 11 PM

Excellent room, staff very friendly. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.
- 5/5
I stay here a lot due to Doctor's appointments. And everytime i come the staff goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable. The dinning options are great, breakfast is really good also....
- 5/5
The stay was wonderful, nice hotel, the stuff was nice, & it was very convenient for our trip.
- 5/5
Family friendly, comfortable stay, great location- close proximity to Downtown Memphis and Cardova.
- 5/5
I was there for 1 night due to a doctor's visit. I'm an avid traveler as well and this Embassy was by far one of the best one's I've stayed in. The lady at the front dest i forgot her name she had long braids she was very nice, she help me with my key she even called one of the staff to make sure I'd gotten into my room.
- 5/5
Quiet, clean room, friendly staff
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable, but paint looking a little rough. Breakfast had numerous items and the omelet bar was appreciated by us. Hotel was occupied by multiple adolescent basketball and soccer teams and was incredibly loud throughout afternoon and night. The chaperones seemed unconcerned leaving hotel staff basically helpless with noise and trash control. As a former educator who supervised numerous field trips, it was appalling to watch.
- 5/5
Very clean great breakfast
- 4/5
TV needed connection to wifi. Staff alerted, but dod not follow up.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, and nice staff. Enjoyed free breakfast, The cook on the grill was awesome. Only bad experience was elevator availability and parking.
- 5/5
Really good room no complaints. Great shower.
- 5/5
Gteat Customer Service.
- 2/5
The second room they gave me one of the tv's didn't work. I kept that room so I wouldn't have to go to a third room. Also one of the mornings my room was not cleaned up. They came in and got the trash and did nothing else. The bed wasn't made or anything and didn't get any new towels!!! I expected better from embassy suites, especially for $760 for only 3 nights.
- 5/5
The room was spacious, staff friendly, and the daily breakfast was delicious with omelette station. Great for my family.
- 2/5
The worst thing that happened was the that the toilet fell over-while I was on it! And the bathroom began flooding. Yes, they did move us to a new room, though not as good a one. But they offered no help in moving us. No luggage cart, no porters. We were on our own. We had noticed the lack of staff even before this happened. Just short-staffed aararoundaround.wthere,
- 3/5
Not much on breakfast. Doesn’t compare to other hotels. What a bummer.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly
- 5/5
Easy check-in process staff were friendly and breakfast was great! Room was clean. Tub a lil outdated but no complaints on cleanliness. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
The Omelet Station at Breakfast is always amazing and the best thing about the Free Breakfast. The staff working down at breakfast as well was very kind and generous as well.

I love my stay
- 2/5
We had to change rooms because the first room was cloudy from somebody smoking weed in there - e basically had contact highs just from walking in for 30 seconds. In our new room, all the mattresses were beaten down and sagged to the middle, unsleepable. The pull out bed didn’t have any sheets or pillows, had to request them - got sheets, no pillows. Shower had a good number of short and curlies all over the walls, it was disgusting. We all got a couple hours of sleep a night between the beds and grossness of all the blankets and sheets in the other beds. Breakfast omelettes were good, other than an argument between a worker and a woman who came in yelling about paying child support as I waited for my omelette - the omelette was good, worth two stars. I’d never go there again, ever. Ever.
- 2/5
Our reserved room double room was not available, the room we did get, the tv didn’t work and the fold out sofa did not fold ou
- 5/5
The suite was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
- 5/5
The staff is always friendly, the place is clean and breakfast is great!

- 5/5
Room was clean. Cocktails were good and breakfast was awesome. Staff was attentive and kind.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Clean rooms and facility. Excellent location.
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice. The rooms smelled fresh and clean. The breakfast was great. Amd the staff was commendable with great customer service. I will stay here again.
- 3/5
On day two our door battery died and we could not get into our room for a while. The pool was overtaken by a group of people who made it so no one else could swim and were smoking pot the smell was horrible caused everyone else to leave the pool. Front desk staff were told yet the group remained in the pool and made it so we could not use it that night.
- 3/5
The only complaint is they never checked our rooms for trash or brought more towels. We had to call each night to get more.
- 2/5
We were really disappointed with our stay. We asked multiple times for our room to be cleaned, and it never happened, which was frustrating. The pool was extremely dirty — you couldn’t even see the bottom — and it didn’t look like it had been maintained in a while. The tables downstairs were always sticky, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and upkeep. Sadly, it just felt like no one cared about maintaining the property or making sure guests were comfortable.
- 2/5
My stay at the Embassy Suite was horrible. The room was not clean on arrival. The living room TV did not work until the second day. The bed was lumpy. The hotel power shut down for 40 minutes. No instruction from the staff. I requested to be moved to a different room. The keys did not work due to the power outage. On my check out day only one customer service computer worked. I had to leave without chiding out and getting a receipt because of the long wait. This was the worst travel experience I have had. The personnel did not seem to care at all. I wish I could get a refund.
- 5/5
Very clean room and super friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Nice clean room
- 5/5
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!
- 3/5
The man at the front desk needed help because he kept answering the phones instead of checking the line of 4 people into their rooms, the refrigerator in our room didn’t work, the front room tv had to come and get fixed on day one, a vent from the ceiling fell and woke us up at 5a, and there weren’t enough trash cans in the room so we had to use our shopping bags/food bags for our trash.
- 5/5
Great area wonderful time great staff
- 5/5
Bar on site, didn’t have to drive.
- 5/5
Better fresh food otherwise I would still give it 5 star review …Great restaurants around Like the Capital Grille and Ruth Chris…took an Uber to Soul Fish Cafe ….It was worth the Uber …Next visit to Memphis I would certainly stay again…
- 2/5
Pool ice cold, stained carpet, pillows not soft
- 5/5
Everything about the hotel was perfect! Free snacks and drink and free breakfast! Room was clean and service was perfect!
- 5/5
Close to botanical garden
- 5/5
I loved the decor in the hotel, the amenities were good as well!
- 5/5
We were driving through and needed a place to stay, but if I had to come back to that area for anything other than a drive through town, I would definitely consider staying again.
- 5/5
It was so clean and everyone was super friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Very nice location
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay. We felt safe and comfortable. It was conveniently located close to everything. Would def recommend.

- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Great Service!!
- 5/5
Everything was Amazing
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Great location. Easy interstate access. There are a lot of restaurants very close by. The parking was very easy, although there's a $10 charge. The only thing that I saw was not appealing that my bathroom ceiling in my room was peeling.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very friendly
- 5/5
It was nice and easy to go to
- 3/5
I thought would have a better experience since enjoyed stays at this chain in the past. This stay was just ok. Nothing special about the room nor the food at this hotel.
- 5/5
The food was horrible,Embassy is known for there breakfast and it has gone down tremendously.
- 1/5
I was disappointed with my stay because I booked a room with a tub/shower and only got a shower. Then I was up charged when they finally did find me a room with a tub.
- 2/5
Service was short and unfriendly.
- 5/5
Awesome staff and clean property.
- 4/5
Was nice exactly as expected
- 3/5
I enjoyed my stay at the embassy. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. But there was a unexplained $20 charge on my card
- 4/5
I like the spacious room and mini fridge and microwave. I would prefer a Kurtis. The coffee maker didn’t work and made a mess. Coffee in room is very important to me.
- 5/5
I had a service dog and they were great, they had a great breakfast.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Best hotel breakfast option ever.
- 4/5
The pool space was good. It closed an hour early each night. The people were friendly and we would stay here again!
- 5/5
.
- 1/5
There was a lot of human hair in the tub drain, and a lot of human hair in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Front Desk Staff great
- 3/5
It was OK, some of the areas weren’t clean. And the breakfast area needed to be more clean as well.
- 1/5
I checked in 6/13 and checked out 6/13 . The Tv didn't work room had smell in it they charged $10.00 to park it was a$268.00 waste.I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy
- 3/5
Many families with kids, their kids were running around the hallways in the main floor, shouting most of our stay ! Some parents were watching them and not doing anything about it!
- 3/5
I didn’t like the unexpected fees. I didn’t have extra towels or bedding. The pool closed early.
- 5/5
The property was clean, staff very friendly, enjoyed the area and everything the hotel had to offer. Unfortunate the pool was not available at the time of our stay.
- 5/5
Love Embassy Suites, always feel like staying in an apartment rather than a hotel. Had a good breakfast and always enjoy my stay.
- 3/5
Very dated and AC was not working. Breakfast has gotten very sad at ES.
- 3/5
Beds weren’t regular queen beds. Too small. Pillows were terrible. TV kept going off air.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 3/5
It was an okay place to stay. When we first got there there was an issue with tv remotes, a light, and one of the phones, but they were all resolved pretty quickly. The breakfast was decent each morning and the pool was okay. Was a little upset that there was an $150 hold charge tacked on to the over $700 i was already paying for the room for 3 nights when i first arrived. Overall an okay place to stay. Could be better, but could be worse.
- 4/5
Nice clean room hood breakfast hood customer service
- 5/5
Breakfast is great. A couple of different types of fresh cooked omelet are the best.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Darn! No biscuits and gravy at the breakfast buffet. Everything else was good.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Room was nice, service was good, area was safe and easy to get around
- 5/5
Ok
- 3/5
Staff was excellent. Nice rooms but the air conditioning must have had a sensor to only run when someone is in the room moving around. This is fine except at night when you’re trying to sleep and the air won’t run unless you get up and move around.
- 4/5
I had a couple of issues upon arrival. The staff was very quick to get the issues fixed when I let them know. My daughter's college lacrosse team was in town for a tournament, so accommodating a group like that is challenging. I appreciate any hotel that will take that on.
- 4/5
The stay was ok. The restaurant was great! Our waitress Shelby was awesome
- 5/5
Overall a wonderful stay! Customer service, cleanliness, quietness, room comfort, food options and general feel was amazing.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
we had a great stay
- 5/5
We loved the omelette bar they had at breakfast
- 3/5
It was ok and rooms smelled musty akd noises in theroomabove
- 3/5
The not so best part. We arrived well after check in. There were no luggage carts. The gentleman that checked us in could have been related to Wednesday. No smile. No welcoming disposition. Nevertheless, we got checked in. We made it to the room, got our showers, and settled in to watch TV. It took a bit. The remote was hidden in the dresser drawer and there was only one. So the living area and the bedroom shared one. The note on the front table said they would not be doing room service unless asked due to short staffing. The short staffing was apparent. The furniture had not been dusted and we had to rinse out the tub. We could have said something but chose not to. It was one night. The next morning we went to eat breakfast. We generally stay at Embassy due to my food allergy. The tables that were available were dirty. So I found a clean station and cleaned off the table and wiped it down. We did the same when we were finished for the next person thinking it would be the same for them. The poor gentleman at the egg station. He was doing all he could but he was alone and the line was long and not moving. So, coffee and oatmeal it was. The lady greeting people as they came in was very nice though. Will not return.
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 4/5
Requested housekeeping to freshen up the room after our first day and night. They failed to get it done and the front desk was not helpful either!
- 2/5
I found it annoying there is a $10 parking fee added to the cost which isn’t mentioned anywhere on hotels.com. They also closed the pool 30 minutes early which was frustrating because we wanted to sit in the hot tub. The breakfast attendant was a little aggressive checking people in. But the room was clean and everything worked as it should.
- 3/5
Place was a ghost town when I showed up. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. I stood at the front desk for 10+ minutes before anyone materialized. Couldn't have been 10 people staying at the hotel. Escalator at the front was all torn apart and closed off also so pretty much an eyesore.
- 3/5
Overall our stay was good. The only issue I had was the bedding. The sheets had hair all in them. We called down to the office and they sent someone up to change them.
- 2/5
Always come here but yesterday was very terrible I don’t think I be back
- 5/5
It's a safe area
- 3/5
The parking was horrible to have to pay $10 a day. The food for the price of the hotel and brand. The food shouldnt have been frozen premade food. For happy hour peanuts and cheese was hors d'oeuvres. I did like housekeeping was prompt and check in went smooth.
- 5/5
Hope they get 24/7 coffee servixe
- 2/5
My tub was dirty and I had to put a towel in the shower to keep the stopper up and the couch had food in it I told them and they said they couldn’t do anything
- 5/5
Great location! Always a plus to stay here! Breakfast however wasn’t replenished like it normally is and it doesn’t end until 10:30. I was down around 9:30 and only cereal, pastries, and eggs available. I don’t think they were well prepared for the amount of guests staying.
- 5/5
Great service provided
- 3/5
We where told the property had a hot tub it did not
- 5/5
Great king suite. Breakfast was included. Omelette station
- 1/5
Rooms were unclean, roaches present in first room. Asked to be moved 2nd room worse than the first. Shower not fully operable. Hole in sofa couch mattress. Gum on headboard. Room hard not been properly cleaned. Gave up complaining after front desk complaints were referred to Hilton Honors program- put on hold over 40 minutes- they had a wrong email address. The front desk had entered my email address… Terrible experience. No rest! Air conditioning also did not work. 7 hours from home and no recourse from the hotel. Shuffled around, no management present, Inefficient, ineffective front desk who do not/ can not resolve issues.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Only sad part was the pool was closed for maintenance..
- 1/5
Needed a place to sleep for the night on our way back to KC from Florida. Booked the Embassy and paid $200 for a few hours of sleep because I wanted a clean and comfortable place after a long drive without worry. Got to our room and it was filthy! Shredded cheese all over the dining table and spilled soda. Went to pull back the covers and there was a pair of dirty slippers in the bed!!! Went to the front and they desk and they moved us to new room. Got to the 2nd room and the beds were unmaid and dirty!!! Switched to a third room and it had ZERO towels and the toilet was clogged. We had to use rhe lobby restrooms as there was one employee working and no maintenance!
- 1/5
Check in was simple but the check in fella was not very personable. Got up to the room and pulled out the sofa sleeper, the cover was urine stained and was dirty with black grain like stuff all over it. There was no linens for it AT ALL. My husband had to go down to get some, they didn't even care about the fifth of it. We had no extra toilet paper , hardly any on the roll and it ran out. The breakfast was awful! Food was cold and gross! Staff at the breakfast area was rude with the exception of one lady who was a gem (bussing off tables). Garbage was overflowing outside ..... just a dump!
- 1/5
The check in personnel were not friendly at all, the rooms were dirty and other guests were very noisy after 11PM and no body controlled
- 3/5
I am not one for staying at hotels, however, i will utilize a very nice one if need be. Well, i booked a room through a third-party app. On the day i was to check in, i was able to do check in via app. And I was given access to my digital keys. Well, when I get to the hotel, and as I tried to use the digital key that was said to have been ready to use, it didnt work. Tried several times. So i go down stairs (left things by room door) and the receptionist walked to the back after finishing with the customer in front of me. She didn't acknowledge me at all!! Well, there was someone eles who looked as if he could have been a manager. I spoke (twice) he didn't look my way....smh! After about 3 to four minutes of me standing there, she comes from the back and says "be with you in a minute"..lol. What??? I'm like, im I being punked or something??? This is the freagin Embassy Suites!!! What is going on?? All of this, I am saying to myself because I had parents who taught me to always stay poise no matter the situation!! The gentleman finally comes over and asked "may I help you" I laughed and was like "Yea, you can help". I am a Hilton Rewards Member and you guys are really Rude, and Do not possess any qualities for this position as i can see!!!! He goes on and try to apologize but i threw up my hand and said save it. I Do Not care to hear uour sad apology! Very Very Rude!!! That is my first and last time at the particular establishment. Better trained staffing and you'll get 5 st
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay at the Embassy. Breakfast fresh and hot. Omelet station very good!
- 4/5
The pool was always very crowded, and rarely ever towels available. The property and rooms seemed a little dated. The parking lot was small, and very tight parking spaces. The area felt safe and had plenty of food, shopping, and coffee shops. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.
- 5/5
My room was excellent. Thank you to housekeeping for the cleanliness of my room. Most definitely will stay her from now on
- 3/5
The rooms could use an update/refresh. The shower didn't drain. I had to call and ask for soap and toilet paper because they were both out.
- 3/5
Breakfast a HUGE disappointment. Hotel overrun by soccer families and kids. Loud, unruly, over crowded
- 5/5
Easy check in and the staff were friendly and professional. We had an issue with the tv service and maintenance was prompt and polite.
- 1/5
We have stayed at many but this one was terrible. Bed was almost on the ground. Tv did not work and they had to come and fix it. Breakfast was good
- 3/5
I will say, probably the best free breakfast buffet of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The omelet bar was fantastic and a large variety of other hot food.
- 5/5
Everything was great. About our stay. We love this hotel it’s beautiful the only thing the breakfast food was ok.
- 1/5
Hotel is very outdated. Staff were very unfriendly and room was not clean. There were stains on floor and door had to be fixed.
- 5/5
Very clean and in a nice area
- 4/5
Staff at tge front disk were great. George did an exptional service and was very helpfull
- 3/5
And the breakfast buffet was okay. Nothing spectacular and the sausages were burnt. Wouldn't come back.
- 5/5
The property was easy to find, convenient to dining and attractions. Staff was very friendly and room was super comfortable.
- 3/5
Very outdated.
- 5/5
Our stay was great! Friendly staff and clean room and amenities.
- 5/5
I love everything about the property i felt safe.Very friendly Staff and very quiet and the breakfast my favorite part I would definitely recommend I aaty dor my visit wverytime am in memphis Tn
- 5/5
Great accommodations
- 4/5
The people that work there . Parking great ! Happy hour ! Free breakfast ! Beautiful place ! Didn’t like! Front desk. He wouldn’t give me any water. He said my phone was not a member.
- 5/5
Left a very important bag behind and housekeeping turned it in, and they held it in the safe for me until I got back up to Memphis to pick it up. A lot of hotels aren’t that honest so really appreciated the honesty of the housekeeping staff.
