    Nice rooms and clean No parking reservation needed as written in the description. Food still in the fridge from people who had it before. No breakfast Was given my card without any directions and details about where to go for my room.

    the smell of this hotel can most definitely be better for guest to feel like the air is smooth and not stuffy poor communication with certain staff members On me and my partner’s 2nd days of staying, we left our room for maybe 2 hours just to come back to no air conditioning and it was very hot in there. We returned with the expectation of going to sleep so we can prepare for work in a comfortable room. My biggest problem is not being notified at all about any maintenance doing any work in my room specifically. we left all of our personal belongings in and around the room because we thought we were somewhere safe and trustworthy but we were wrong.

    The person in the room above us sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling around 4:45 to 5 am every morning. You could smell pot out in the hallway sometimes and just outside the side door. The staff was nice but no dishes, or cookware or coffee pot in the rooms and if you wanted some you had to pay for them. $30 for a coffee pot. We just went to Kroger and bought paper plates, etc. they did provide coffee downstairs ea morning but the breakfast is only nutra grain bars. Or a small pkg of choc or powered donuts and sometimes a banana . The area of tow. Is not bad. Ac worked great. Elevator was out one night but fixed the next morning.

    The property charged my debit card for a properly cancelled reservation via booking.com because i needed to change arrival date by one day. The hotel charged me again at the hotel at check in for my new reservation and now it has been a hassle to get the refund from extended stay america as booking.com customer service did not charge my debit card at all. hotel claimed booking.com charged my debit card which they did not.

    We could feel every spring in the bed and there were cracks in the shower. The people at the front desk were very friendly, but the light fixture was distracting hanging behind them.

    The room was actually OK but what I am not happy with is how they treated me and my service dog. They definitely violated ADA federal laws by denying me the ability to use the elevator with my service dog, what kind of rule is that?!? Their "breakfast" is an absolute joke and don't even bother with the coffee it literally taste like mud water.

    Room had holes we found a roach in the bathroom and no one cleaned the room for us daily. We had to borrow their vacuum cleaner to clean our own room. The breakfast was in poor condition and we always had to ask for new clean towns daily. Will never go back

    The parking lot had not been cleared of ice at all. I fell in the parking lot because of it. The clerk that checked us in double charged me. The room was very worn and not clean. The entire interior smelled like marijuana. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

    The kichen setup was nice for the room that I was assigned. However, the microwave operational panel was in French so I had to Google search to find out what the terms meant. The clock time on it was wrong and I tried to change it, but to no prevail. Not really sure about the cleaning policy, but I never had courtesy housekeeping to come through at all to tidy up the room, so I just made it work for me as best as possible. Other than that, everything was as advertised.

    Hotels.com says the hotel requires a written inquiry from them and then they confirm the room was unavailable. Well, this was supposedly done when I was live chatting but nothing has happened. The hotel is almost impossible to contact as they don’t answer the phone. How many days does it take for these two organizations to communicate and process the refund? Or maybe they just want to charge for service they failed to render.

    We got there late at night around12:30AM after a long and stormy drive. We went into the lobby to check in where there was no clerk. There was no bell or any obvious way to get their attention. My husband clapped his hands loudly to get someone’s attention, the clerk came out and yelled at him saying, “There are people living here you need to be quiet.” Once we got to our room, the bathroom knob was broken and came off in our hand. There was what looked like blood on the wall by the trash can in the bathroom. The shower was difficult to figure out to turn on, get to temperature, and turn off. The TV remote was sticky. I reserved a room with a sofa bed, but there was no sofa bed. The ad states free breakfast which was muffins, granola bars, and coffee. We were talking about staying another night before we got there but did not even want to stay the night at all. I would give 0 stars but can’t. The beds were comfortable though.

    I don't understand the high rating on this property. If you are a couple or a family I would NOT recommend this hotel. The majority of the patrons are construction workers and truck drivers. The parking lot is full of work vehicles and trucks with trailers. My wife and I checked in around 10:30 PM and there were several men "loitering" in the parking lot. The hotel and rooms are clean, but VERY worn. The shower was very old, the sink was old, the kitchen was worn out. The breakfast an absolute joke. Hot water, coffee, pre-packaged muffins and one granola bar. There was a box of Quaker instand oatmeal that you have to eat from a coffee cup. I would nerver stay at this "hotel" again. I want to say that the staff was extremely nice.

    older hotel-room was basic and clean. bed was comfortable. Phone, TV, and electrical outlet at desk did not work throughout stay-reported to front desk on arrival and work order was placed but no repairs occurred. very frustrating. free breakfast is coffee, packets of grits to make, choice of muffins and or granola bars-no hot food-located in a cabinet next to front door of hotel (not in a room, no seating-grab and go. air conditioner in room worked well, but extremely noisy. Kitchenette empty-requested supplies at desk and was handed 1 plate, 1 bowl, 1 plastic cup with a fork and spoon, a small coffee maker and 1 filter and packet of coffee. No pots or cups.

    For the price the hotel met our need of a place to sleep overnight. Butvthe condition of the property was very bad. The exterior entryway had colllapsed so there was police tape all over the entrance and the elevator was "out of order" so we carried our bags up the stairs. We usually stay at a Hampton Inn when we are in Memphis and will be going back to that.

    I cancelled my stay Extended Stay after looking at two separate rooms. The first room had what looked like pet stain spots on carpet that had been cleaned. Bed was shabby, stove top had rusty toppers. Bathtub drain had rust and gooey looking substance in it. Second room, bathroom in similar condition. Stove top same, bed same, refrigerator rusted and dented on sides and door of the refrigerator jaming with freezer door. The only bright spot was the front desk attendant, "Jericka", who, though she was also busy helping others, was extremely patient and worked to find me a suitable, available room. Her kindness helped in that stressful situation.

    There was an unusual smell about it noticeable when entering the room. Possible from people making food of different types in their rooms. The beds and bathtub were clean but the bathroom counter and walls had a few streaks of something on them. Should have been wiped down. The area of town was nice enough and convenient to what I was there for and was a better price than other options available. I wouldn't be opposed to staying again but definitely some things could have been a little better.

    I spend 5 nights in this hotel where I just slept during my stay, didn’t spent much time during the day. The room was stinky and not very clean, no toilet paper, sticky floor and noisy at night. Staff was ok, breakfast grab and go was not provided. I asked in the front desk and the guy told me they were having problems with supplies. Fire alarm activated around 3 am one night. I asked in the front desk and they told me they didn’t know what happened. I came here with very low expectations anyways.

    Carpet was very dirty, felt damp too. Light fixture did not work over sink, and exhaust fan in bathroom did not work.

    Affordable fairly clean with the exception of some discolor of ceiling in restroom over shower. Room clean bed comfortable and kitchen area almost spotless. Great experience and I will stay longer.

    I drove 10 hours. Made reservation with Expedia. Get to the hotel and they said they have no vacancies and I need to find other accommodations. Deborah( the lady who working the desk) canceled the reservation and said I wouldn’t be charged. I took a snapshot of her iPad with the cancellation number. I searched the app and tried to chat with someone… never got any response from the virtual chat. No phone number to talked to a live person. So aggravated. It’s 11:30pm and I’m scrambling to find a room- 2 women in a strange city. I ended up calling Best Western and booking though them. I had to back track 20 minutes in the opposite direction to find a place to stay tonight.

    The pet friendly statement in Expedia did not reveal there is an extra cost unless you have a service animal. Otherwise the stay was very nice. Facilities could use an update.

    I am currently moving back home across country from Oklahoma City to Richmond, VA and needed a safe place to stay in a pinch for my 3 year old cat and I. Using the hotels.com app I was able to locate this cozy little spot tucked away right off the highway in West Germantown (the second safest city in the state to my knowledge) surrounded by medical offices and not far from the hospital. I felt comfortable leaving my truck packed to the brim both inside and in the bed (obviously covered and strapped down) in the parking lot overnight and woke up to everything just as I left it. The room was clean, comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. I was supposed to arrive before the 11PM check in cut off but was delayed due to stand still traffic on I-40E for over an hour and did not arrive until well after midnight. I called as soon as I knew my situation and Deborah went ABOVE AND BEYOND assisting me with the process. There was a mishap with the system as she attempted to add the $30 pet deposit and would not allow her to charge my card as it was not on file due to using a third party to book. Due to their policy, she was not able to accept payment over the phone and the front desk attendant coming in to work overnight after her was not able to handle any sort of transactions. She attempted to then remove the pet fee in order to check me in but was stopped due to an error that prevented her from doing so. After about 15 minutes on the phone dedicated to resolving this for me,
