I liked the location, the staff, the breakfast, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. They only problem i had with the facility is the fact that we were there 2 days, 2 very hot days and the pool wasn't open.

The hotel is under renovation which we did not know when booked. A little annoying to come into but they do have free breakfast while construction continues. The front door locks after 6 which is strange and they don’t accept certain debit cards for payments or deposits.

The breakfast was ok, the room was clean and the bed and a/c all really good. The roll in shower though was good except water leaked all over the floor and had to use all the towels to mop it up. The sink water pressure was very week. But all and all was a pretty good room.

This was wonderful place to stay. Very clean room, bed and pillows were excellent, good bathroom and shower, great breakfast and nice and helpful employees. I will stay here again, great experience.

Before this, in 30+ years of travel and hotel stays, I’ve never before been told that I HAVE TO put the dnd sign on my door to prevent housekeeping from waking me up. The housekeeper (was very polite and apologetic) told me “they said [room #] was checked-out!” The front desk, on the other hand, was indignant. They could use a reeducation in hospitality. Beyond that, room was nice, price was good, location was convenient. Would recommend.

Another lady helped me and found that my reservation was under Althouse Tim. Instead of Tim Althouse. Was told the water would be shut off at 9am. I left at 6 expecting breakfast. Was told breakfast started at 6:30. Even coffee.

Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. The place was undergoing reno work, so there were some minor plumbing issues. The pool was closed. I did not know that would be the case when I booked. Breakfast buffet was nice, but nothing special…basic waffle maker, egg/biscuit/meat offering you’d get pretty much anywhere. Maybe because of the renos they didn’t have enough guests to do a full buffet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The water was odd between 9 -5 as they started doing renavations and they did not telll us until we arrived and checked in. They did not offer an upgraded room or any kind of compensation. The place smeels musty in the halls and in the room. A;lso difficult to get in and out of because ofits proxcimity to the interstate. I do not recommend

The gym was well equipped. The parking area felt safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and area kept clean and well attended to. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Staff is fantastic but the hotel is dated and lacks basic functionality. They did say they have a renovation coming up soon though.

The bathroom door would not close all the way. The room smelt like mold. Bathroom was not clean. Dirt around the edge of the bathroom. No trash bags.

Staff was incredibly courteous. Rooms were clean and shower was hot. Would stay here again.

Unbearable noise. Poplar Ave. (busiest highway in Memphis) splits at the hotel. 4 lanes close to hotel on one side and 4 lanes close to hotel on the other side. All rooms are on one side or the other. Constant traffic noise. Did not sleep either night. No hotel should be built on this site.

Room was clean, bathroom had paint peeling off the walls. Wonderful view of the side of the roof ac unit. Breakfast wasn’t included and we were asked to pay $15 per person for reheated food. Would not recommend staying here.

With exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, comfortable sleeping arrangements and a convenient location, Memphis' Sheraton 4 Points is a place I would be happy to stay the next time I'm in town.

The bathroom was not cleaned upon check in. I notified the front desk and was moved to a new room. I wake up the next morning to shower only to discover the water pressure was terrible! Like drip terrible and I could not pull up the shower handle. Call downstairs again. Maintenance comes up to tell me the plumbing is old so I would need to pull on the shower handle really hard to turn it on. I still couldn’t get it to work. So I was then moved back into the room I was assigned originally. To my surprise the bathroom was still not cleaned. I turned the water on and I could literally see the dirt sliding down the tub sides and there was hair all over the shower walls. I was sick to my stomach and opted to just shower at my parent’s house. Also, there was so much dirt around the fixtures in the hall. But there was sadly entertainment…apparently the gentleman that was supposed to relieve the day clerk was very late. So the front desk clerk shared that she was tired of this and was leaving. She left with no one available to assist the quest. I’m certain this hotel has to be under new management. It’s definitely not the same hotel I experienced last year. I will never stay here again.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff went above and beyond. I didn’t hear a peep in five days. They had complementary food a couple days. This was a good stay.

Room felt neglected. Bathroom is tiny. Massive AC units outside the window, making it noisy all night.

The conditions were subpar. We asked for additional blankets and sheets they did not have any. We were told to wait until the morning. When the morning came we inquired again and was met with an abrupt “how many beds do you have? Front desk staff were professional but not friendly. Housekeeping was very friendly and polite. Bathtub was stopped up, water pooling in the tub. Extra cot very uncomfortable and was charged for cot and also charged at extra person fee. Overall not worth the money charged for the hotel.

Room 204 AC makes a loud noise when turning on and the bathroom tub drain slowly. Overall the hotel met my needs.

We had purchased a $50 cake which requires refrigeration and gallon of milk. The frig never got cold enough despite calling the staff to assess. In the past we were provided extra plus blankets. This time they gave us uncomfortable comforters. I would have brought my own blankets had I known. I addrssed these issues when we left and was told people walked off with the nice stuff. The beds were so uncomfortable that my back hurts,

Room clean, staff very nice, air conditioning worked perfect, parking adequate but difficult to get out.

HVAC was programmed for energy saving and thermostats won’t function in room. After a couple hours programming in thermostats came back to working. Breakfast is a charge and is mediocre. Staff friendly

Liked the complimentary water in rooms. No microwave in rooms.

The gentlemen at this front desk was cordial. Check-in took a little longer do to go to computer issues. Our room was nice and comfy. The location of the hotel was convenient to shopping and eating establishment. I would stay here again.

Room was tiny! There were lights outside that made their way through the shades. Staff was great and bed was comfortable, but the extra blanket I got was very yellowed (supposed to be white).

They placed me right by the exit door which didn't allow me to sleep all morning or night. Exit door slamming all through my sleep.

The only thing I didn’t like about my experience was being charged $100 just to check in after fully paying for the room through expedia and that was never communicated! Also after calling the property to verify the booking no one ever told me that ! But after figuring it out the staff was always so nice , my room was never cleaned while there but that was okay for me because i kept my own space up. I had a good trip and would stay at the property again.

Clean and nice

Stayed for one night on the way the pigeon forge Tennessee and was great. Be aware the bathroom door is very close to the toilet and black out curtains was not available but overall very clean and for one night we enjoyed our stay!

Each stay the staff is phenomenal. They are super friendly and hospitable. We could stay anywhere but chose Four Points Sheraton’s East location because we appreciate how they make us feel. Great accommodating staff. Always pleasant and professional. They make us feel welcome and safe.

There was old food left in my fridge.

The check in and stay was great. Felt safe always. Only issue was the closure on the door to our room was way too tight and it made the door very difficult and heavy to open. Oh and the bathroom door needs to be leveled out as it doesn't close without extra force. I really appreciated the checking on you call we got after 15 min Or so once in the room to. Make sure all was good and we were okay.

The bathroom square footage was at the absolute minimum. It was tight for 2 people

The woman who checked us in was exceptional! She was super personable and made recommendations for places to go and couldn’t have been more helpful.

The Front Desk Staff, (Autumn and Felicia) are Very Courteous. They pay Close attention to personal request, which i had several. The Breakfast is "Fresh" and Delightful.

The overall experience was good. The only real complaint is,check out is at 12.... Housekeeping came at 8am beating on the door & then again at 11:10am. Other than that,it was a pleasant stay. Oh,& I wasn't fun of the idea of having a $100 hold (extra of the payment,which is refunded back,but may take up to 3-5 business days. That's inconvenient),it wasn't stated when booking/reserving the room.

Really wonderful staff, room needs some upgrades though. Carpet should go, bathroom needs some upgrades, and it really needs a bathroom fan. I do think their continental breakfast should be included in cost. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Smelly really old elevators musty

Read the reviews and instantly thought I booked the wrong stay. Don’t read the reviews. Staff was welcoming and great. Area was fine to my knowledge. Rooms were clean and beds were clean. There were a group of us and no one complained.

Checked in on Sunday morning in a rush since the last hotel we were staying in had roaches. Front desk was so polite, listened to our situation and took very GOOD CARE OF US! She was African American but I didn’t get her name. We are so grateful to the lady for everything that she did for us while we were on vacation. Entire staff at hotel was very helpful and nice, hotel was clean, room was clean. Breakfast was GREAT every morning, I have NOTHING but positive comments for this hotel and HIGHLY recommend it. Pool area was also very clean and enjoyable. Thank you all!!

Due to age of carpet and bathrooms there is a musty odor.

The hotel was very basic. Could definitely use some renovations. It was dark and had a slight smell. It was close to a few stores, again for the money I paid I would have expected more from a Sheraton brand hotel.

This is a nice hotel in a relatively nice area. We have stayed in the area before. The hotel is a little dated but nice enough. Our toilet needs a little work. Had to get up in the night and repair the flapper to stop it from running. We would stay here again.

I loved it

She was apologetic and expressed that she was gonna talk to her supervisor. It was my first time here, I’ve planned trip 2 years previously but caught Covid both times. I really thought I was going to have a blast didn’t turn out well at all. Our final room also was at the back door exit. I wasn’t pleased with that either. I have worked customer service 25 years and I really didn’t think that this would have at the Sheridan.

The manager never even reached out to see if I was ok or if there was any additional assistance she could offer. *Hotel never let me see the surveillance video *Extremely small bathrooms that are NOT represented in the pics from their website or Hotels.com *Curtains don't close all the way so all the light from the busy highway enters the room. *Police officer told me not to stay anywhere on Poplar

Somewhat older facility that is still in good shape.

My car along with 16 others windows were smashed. The security apparently goes to other hotels as well and did not see a thing.

Staff was extremely friendly, didn’t have any issues at all during our stay!

Access is a little weird to get in the parking lot between 2 major roadways. If you have low expectations, this is the place for you.
