We love the Staybridge hotel and suites this is by far our favorite in the hotel industry

The breakfast was exceptional!!! The gentleman who was in charge was amazing!!! He would check on us and ask if there was anything we needed!! I called him Chef!!! I also made sure I thanked him for taking real good care of us!! You don't find that in most places that have the complimentary breakfast!!!

We liked how quiet the hotel was. It was not within walking distance to a restaurant except Benihana, but we drove to Corky's Barbeque, and it was amazing. I sure wish they had the social hour and light dinner on Fridays! The breakfast was very nicely executed! Mainly just wished for a restaurant within walking distance, a hot tub and the social hour. Not bad just not outstanding!

They didn't have a handicapped room when I emailed them weeks in advance to let them know what I needed. They put me in a hearing impaired person room where I couldn't close the curtains. Hard to sleep in the morning. This was my third visit with this hotel and I am not going to stay with them again. They need to look out for the customers.

Breakfast was the best!

Breakfast was good and had many options. Staff working breakfast was very kind. Front desk staff was helpful. Pool not open til Memorial Day so can’t give 5 stars on amenities (yet). Convenient. Clean. Definitely would return.

Nice place, quiet for sleeping. Bathroom sink water pressure very low. Kitchen floor was had lots of little crumbs all around. No bar soap in bathroom. Refrigerator oriented so that the door handles were against the wall.

Even though we checked in late, the check in process was super friendly and easy. They were very kind to us and our pup, who was new to traveling as well and a little nervous. The rooms were phenomenal for cross- country road trip travel and the full sized fridge/freezer was a life saver!! Absolutely we would stay here again!!

The room needed updating. There is a need for more handicap parking. Of all the times I have stayed at this location, this room was the worst. The room was smaller, the tub enamel was cracked, there were wall patches in the bathroom from leakage, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating as usual.

Staff was amazingly kind and courteous, going above and beyond. Room was clean but in need of maintenance/work and smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was good, surprisingly one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced in a long time. The bed linens were new and very nice, the mattress could use an update.

Staff was expertly trained and customer friendly. Room was flawless. Loved the in-room kitchen with everything we needed. Great shopping all around and some of the best restaurants in the country within walking distance or a very short drive.

The hotel was over nice, our room had a full kitchen which was a nice feature. The only down fall is it was late when we arrived the guy working was sleeping and it was kind of hard to wake him up. I was super tired myself so I was getting cranky that I was dealing with someone who was still half alseep. The morning crew who works the counter and kitchen was much more awake and efficient.

We stayed two nights here for sight-seeing with some friends. Service was excellent and the suite was great. Only a really minor thing...There was only one package of coffee even though we were there two mornings. We enjoyed coffee in our suite so it would have been nice to have two packages. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will come back if in Memphis again. We had our dog with us and it was nice to be able to spread out some.

I believe I had booked a better room and they were sold out when I arrived.

Really dated hotel in need of a refresh. Musty smell in the hallways with bathrooms feeling old and gross. Blackout curtains torn. 15 years ago this place would have been awesome. Still could be if they updated it.

Great property

At check in the young lady was very robotic, no eye contact, no smile just ran through the information like she was on fire, guess she needed to get back to her social. The receptionist was very sweet when we check out, she was engaging.

Everything was great minus having to pay a 1.50 for a tide laundry pod. Other than that things were great

The AC couldn’t seem to keep up … it would not go below 70 degrees even though we tried to get it to go to 67 or lower.

Without exception, the staff were the NICEST bunch I have ever seen, from reception to the hosts to the cleaning crews. VERY friendly, with excellent service. The breakfast was fantastic, and the manager's reception in the evening was a nice relaxing break, with beer and wine and some light food. Overall, a fantastic bargain and wonderful stay!

It was mostly good. They had an issue with the room we booked so we had to have two rooms. My kids (11y and 12y) loved having their own room, but it made me a little uneasy. They didnt charge us for the other room and the night time staff was super helpful.

Very friendly staff! Nice they have accomodations for families of 6. Good breakfast options - fresh fruit salad, scones & muffins, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, turkey sausage, Oikos yogurt parfait bar, cereals, bagels, waffles. Our room could have used a little maintenance (lock.issing some screws, door handle to connecting room fell off) but wasn't really a problem for our group

Bed was super comfortable! Bathroom floor was quite dirty. Breakfast was not very good…eggs were watery and nothing was portable to be able to grab and go.

Overall it was a very nice stay. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. We had a problem with our room keys and had to return to the front desk 2 times before we could get in the room. When we arrived at the hotel it was 3:00 which is check in time. Our room wasn’t ready. We were told 15 min. 15 turned into 45 before they offered us an upgraded room. Then we had the room key problem. I was so tired and needed a nap which at the time we fi ally got into the room it was too late. Everything else was great!

We thought the staff was excellent, the hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. Our only complaint is that we were given a room that had a door connecting to the adjacent room and the people in the other room smoked (on a non-smoking floor) and the smell bombarded our room. It got so bad that we had to leave the room earlier than expected because we couldn't stand it anymore.

Really like this place. Always try to reserve the King suite. Spacious for extended stay or short visit. Staff very friendly and professional. Property a bit old and some minor maintenance or housekeeping issues regarding the room upon first arrival but always get resolved. Will stay again. Was a Hilton guy across the street but found my new spot to chill whenever in town.

The hotel was ok. The air conditioning kept going out and there was black spots all over the vents There was no hot water to take a shower. I won’t book at this location again.

Staff was super courteous and professional. This was a late night stay, so we did not have time to provide feedback or ask for extra amenities. Pool is outdoor and CLOSED as of this date. This was only discovered after walking to find it and seeing it covered.

A nice, well run establishment. My only complaint is that a lot of noise comes through the doors that join adjacent rooms. For some reason, the family next door was very boisterous at 3:00 AM!

I love the amenities of Staybridge Suites. It makes traveling with an infant easy. Breakfast was fresh and really good and the attendant was awesome interacting with guests.

All those working were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in Memphis.

We loved the suite we had, a bedroom with a kitchen / living room combo. It had a queen fold out bed. The location was convenient and the facility was nice. Breakfast was good, but only included a fried chicken patty for meat (no bacon or sausage). The biggest negative is high crime. Everyone we saw told us to empty our car and leave the door unlocked. The reason given were teenaged criminals who break into parked cars on a nightly basis. We did as instructed and nobody broke into our car. However, the back lot is littered with broken glass from car windows.

The rooms had everything that you would need for a family. Not all staff were friendly! But overall would stay again

The room said it was cleaned by Miguel. We saw food behind the nightstand in bedroom and dead bug on floor in bathroom. When I wiped counters down with Clorox wipes, it was a lot of dirt on the cloth.

Hotel staff was excellent. We changed rooms due to an air conditioning issue that they handled immediately. Having a two room suite was very nice and the breakfast crew did an amazing job. Just one small issue, the TV remote control was caked with what appeared to be a sugary substance, which we cleaned off. All in all a great stay!

My stay has been nothing short of amazing. The entire staff is a pleasure to work interact with and they are all so helpful and pleasant. My children have also enjoyed them self so much that they begged me to extend our stay an additional night!

The motel is in a great location and the breakfast is plentiful. Thel suites are roomy, clean and comfortable. The staff is so accommodating, too. My only suggestion is that the place could use an upgrade. Otherwise we love staying here!

Perhaps the biggest surprise was that the Staybridge Suites management honored staff--allowing them to enjoy Thanksgiving, which is our national celebration where family and friends gather. Anyone who might have complained lost sight of kindness and compassion for others.

Clean quiet close to highways

Really friendly staff. Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Location is close to so many restaurants and shopping. Very popular, as it was full every night. Clean and pleasant overall.

Upon arrival and on our way to our room, we noticed a very strong smell of smoke on our non-smoking floor, from the elevator to our room - the smell was strong the entire long walk down two hallways. We brought it immediately to the attention of the front desk staff to have it addressed. We mentioned it again to hotel staff the next day. The smoke smell was never addressed, and staff never talked to us about it. The smell remained fresh and strong our entire stay - even early in the morning. Needless to say, we were very disappointed about our stay at this hotel. Especially as we chose it based on the reviews on Expedia. (We have also relayed this feedback on the to the hotel, but have not heard any response.)

A pleasant experience from checkin to checkout .

Room was nice, clean and very roomy. Like it that it was two rooms.

The water in the sinks initially came out brown in color. Did not trust it for cooking or drinking. Used our bottle water for brushing teeth. The toilet flapper did not seat each time you flushed to the toilet continuously ran until you jiggled the handle. When it was filling or running there was a high pitched sound. Breakfast was marginal moldy bagels the cral seemed stale.

Had never been to Memphis but thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Staybridge.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and nice to have fresh fruit. Overall. very positive

Spacious room, great for the price. Property was obviously older, but pretty well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Check-in staff was very friendly. Morning staff not so much. Maybe they still needed to finish their coffee. Parking spots are at a premium; that was probably the worst of it. Plenty of parking all around, but none of it allowed for the hotel guests.

The breakfast is honestly the best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time!! Brenda, the breakfast attendant, was amazing! The choices were abundant and we all left full!

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the size of the suite was perfect since we had 4 people and 2 dogs with us.

In the room it was a suite and there was one half with a kitchen and living room type area but the 2 queen beds were squeezed into the room with only 4 inches between the bed and wall. I had to crawl over the end to get in and out of bed. I think my daughter had the most room with the sofa bed. Overall it was clean, our teens liked the pool too.

It was mold in the bathroom. Also my car along with other cars was broken into and they said because i booked with a third party it’s nothing they could do. They had security but they said the tire was flat and they didn’t get it fixed until the later the next night right before night shift. So day security was there for nothing and night one wasn’t apparently doing the job either. All the cars was broken into and they wasn’t by each other it was spaced out on both parking lots back and front by the cameras. I wasn’t notified about it either and I placed it on my information paperwork I was giving to fill out. Be careful booking in this area because the breaking in the cars happens/happened frequently.

Pool area had about 40 to 50 people in it. Most of the people were not staying at hotel. It was very unfortunate that our kids couldn't swim. There was also someone with a dog in the pool. Marijuana smoke filled the air in pool area and inside hotel. Pool area was out of hand with no staff walk through or anything. I'm very disappointed in our stay.

For what we had, I would not have expected such an expensive hotel. Won't be going back.

Found hair on both beds

I have stayed at many Staybridge and by far this one was the nastiest…I didn’t like the no parking! That made the stay hard. I also didn’t like the security driving through the parking lot very fast almost hit my child! Very unprofessional

People excellent!! Serious security issues!! Both of our cars were broken into!! DO NO STAY HERE!!
