everything about the hotel is Amazing. it was super clean, smelled amazing and we loved it. the patio leading to the outside was EVERYTHING!!!!! worth the penny. breakfast could've been better according to the team I came with. another thing was the person who worked for Starbucks inside the hotel wasn't friendly and had people just standing around. didn't greet anyone just continued working on what he was doing.

The courtyard view room is worth every penny. It gives you a one bedroom apartment vibe with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Nicely done ??? Don't have any complaints.

We didn’t get to use the pool, didn’t have breakfast..The staff was nice, the room was clean, but I expected more.. They need to fix on the air conditioner it was so loud and nosey.. You gotta fight with the door to get it open.. And I’m confused on why do you have a pay for parking at a hotel you’re staying at? I find that very odd,.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very nice. My only issue was there was a used bar of soap left in the restroom.

A mixup by the front desk resulted in a sleepless and stressful night. The front desk clerk promised to refund my trip but I have not heard from them yet.

Our room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I wish breakfast was included in the price of the room. When we stayed there were limited breakfast options.

Cool spot, just watch out for the wasp that on all the balconies. And they will say you smoked in the room if you light a candle..

Wasp nest outside on the balcony and in the crack of the door. The toilet was backing up. I wasn’t impressed. Especially after finding out they just moved my sister out of the same room for the exact reason. And for the amount of money I paid, it wasn’t worth it.

Charges for beer and snacks were charged to our room that my husband and I did not make. Alerted hotel and awaiting resolution. Rooms were ok. Staff ok. Will not be staying here again when we return to Memphis.

Staff were very friendly. Property was secure and clean. Early morning freight trains were an eye opener! No bathroom vent fans or tub mat-extremely slippery. You have to pay to park on the property. Overall it was very nice.

The only issue we stayed 3 nights 2 guests and only got 3 towels. Had to call for towels and they were brought quickly. No housekeeping for the 3 days we were there.

I was charged for 412 a night. I can’t believe they charged me for smoking. I have been patronizing this establishment for over 5 years and I never smoked on the premises. I think I’m done with this place.

Because I booked through Expedia, they refused to upgrade us to a bigger room. I offered to pay the difference and Expedia even called them. I didn’t even receive a receipt from them. They supposedly are an international chain and not locally owned, so they will not work with third party reservations. I’m surprised they even checked me into my room. I would not have stayed here if I had known this and will not stay here again.

Easy to get across to St Francis Hospital for outpatient surgery and they gave us a room on first floor when they found out about surgery

The property accommodated my request for an accessible bathroom for my disabled son. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and clean. Parking was blocked off for some reason so I had to park a distance away the last day. The staff was nice. I really appreciated the latte each morning.

The room was adequate for our needs, and we felt safe. The property as a whole needs a refresh.The biggest problem, since it rained the whole weekend, was that they have no covered entrances, not even at the front.

I didn't like we had to run hot water for several minutes in the sink and tub before it reached an acceptable temperature and the toilet was too low my husband is 6'5 and I had just had knee replacement surgery which made our stay miserable when asked about a different room the front desk advised they were all alike

The balconies are a great touch.

Check in was very quick and easy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is secure and well lit. I like that the building is key card entry as well as the rooms. The overall atmosphere is very quiet and clean. The only thing I would change is the shower doors are very heavy and have no handle on the inside to slide them shut or open.

Have stayed at quite a few properties in Memphis. Was really impressed with this property overall, UNTIL I received a bill for parking. This was NOT mentioned at check in. If you’re wondering what the parking charges at a hotel like this are about, it’s to offset the cost of barricades and systems to improve security. They’re passing on the expense of this, which is a consistent Memphis issue. So, beware, just about any place you stay in Memphis of any reputation now charges for parking. I would have just liked to have known about it up front at check in.

I think it’s ridiculous to be charged to park on the property each day that you stay. For the price of the room, parking should be free. Secondly, continental breakfast should be offered. $12 for a nasty egg sandwich at the Bistro is outrageous. Lastly, because I booked the room with Expedia, I wasn’t able to get a refund for the second night I booked because we checked out earlier than needed.

I am not a fan of the “add on fees” when staying. “Breakfast available” to me isn’t an overpriced Starbucks. $7/night extra to park my car? Really? Guess they need to pay for the added security in the area as there were marked security vehicles at this and almost every other strip mall, restaurant, and hotel in the area. Place was clean, shower was good, beds were not cupped or used and abused. Overall good place.

My stay was great

Sub par. Bathroom had a leak in the shower with mold because of it and the toilet was dirty. Other than that it was decent. We just needed somewhere to get some rest on our long drive so it wasn’t worth complaining about. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

This hotel is amazing! Room fits expectations as well as the area of the hotel. I even got a chance to experience a balcony with my room which was awesome. Thins were great until i checked my bill. I was overcharged by the front desk clerk. The c,erk went in and adjusted my price to her liking, and when i noticed the charges she couldn't reverse the changes so now Im goint to be late on bills and ect. because she was trying to get over. Thank God i had notifications on for my bank, otherwise i wouldn't have discovered this until it was too late. So going forward check all charges from hotels.

Hotel is clean, staff friendly. I stay in hotels many times a year. I never have a issue with connecting with the wifi. To get my laptop to connect at this property I had to spend 20 minutes with tech support. They ended up having to manually add my IP address so that my laptop would connect. That's ridiculous.

I recently stayed at this property for 4 nights -there was maid service once - they refreshed the towels and emptied waste baskets - never made the bed. Also, there is a charge of $7.00 per day for parking (don't understand why). Went to get coffee the first morning - it is a Starbucks. 2 coffees and a muffin $15.00. I think that is outrageous. Will definitely shop around more for a hotel that is more reasonable and actually caters to the guests

This hotel is amazing and superior to many hotels, especially in the area. Yes the price is higher, but you definitely get what you pay for. 10/10 am looking forward to the next excuse i can find to stay at this hotel.

I felt like I was an inconvenience. Not one smile from anyone on staff. The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable. So was the Motel 6 in Barstow the difference-Barstow was happy to see me.

I traveled by myself and the facility is very safe. The staff is very professional and courteous. The amenities go above and beyond.

This was a great stay for the price point. Basic hotel but it was clean and maintained well. It also had gated parking which was good. We had 2 rooms and 1 car and got charged $7/room instead of by car. Just an FYI.

The staff always greets us at with joy. The room was very clean. I loved the blackout curtains and the balcony. Don’t know why I keep getting charged $7 every time I leave because I don’t use any of their products. But overall the stay was pretty nice.

We had booked a king room and when we checked in, the lady at the front desk said she had to "upgrade" us to a queen room... sounds like a downgrade. The room we got had clearly not been vacuumed, there were fake nails and animal food on the carpet... overall everything seemed very dirty. Would not stay here again.

The property was nice. My room was not very clean in the bathroom and had hair on the floor with crumbs of food in the sink. I cleaned it with my cleaning products and move forward.

The staff was amazing. I don't think I've ever encountered such friendly service. I checked in an hour or so early and the receptionist was so nice. I came in a side door and the maintenance/cleaning staff held the door for us. The lady in the cafe was super nice too. Everything was great. The hotel was clean and very nicely remodeled. The pool and courtyard was very nice. I had an exterior facing room. If I were staying longer it would have been nice to have a room on the beautiful courtyard. There was a train out my sliding door but it didn't bother me. It was a nice area too. I walked to a restaurant for dinner.

The complex was nice and we felt safe. The check in process was not the best. We had an issue with a couple of things with the billing and front desk lady was not helpful at all and was pretty annoyed I was even asking a question (one that should have been taken care of at check-in). I figured out the problem myself, went back to address it, and was turned away again with no help and a not nice glare. Had another issue when I got my bill and had an error, called and again the lady was so rude. (Come on people we are adults!) Oh well if you need a place to stay, this works. Just don’t expect much from one of the front desk ladies.
