Reviews
Guests have mixed feelings about their stay at this hotel. While some appreciate the cleanliness, friendly staff, and good breakfast, others express dissatisfaction with the paid parking, outdated rooms, and lack of cleanliness.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Good breakfast selection
- Paid parking
- Outdated and dirty rooms

Clean room staff was excellent and friendly.

It didn't feel safe. The hotel had a very foul smell all throughout. There were stains on the couch in the room and a bottle in the fridge from whoever had previously been in the room.
- 1/5
Terrible place to stay. Staff is horrific
- 4/5
It was fine while we was there. If we was to stay there long term I think vending machines would be nice on each floor .

Pool was not opened as advertised and was closed with a cover. We booked here because it had a swimming pool and our 4 kids were extremely disappointed. The place needed a deep scrubbing. Orange and green puffy mold was growing in our room in the ceiling and the whole room smelled like gym socks. Our sheets and bedding felt wet the room was so humid even with AC continually running. Kids socks were dirty from the carpet. The bathroom has 1 dim bulb in the shower area and you can hardly see.
- 5/5
Breakfast bar area for our stay was good & well displayed, and well stocked each day. Staff was always friendly and helpful. We went the last weekend in May and the pool wasn’t open which surprised us. We had hoped to lounge around the pool.

Pool was closed. staff not interested in doing much to make you feel welcome.
- 3/5
Front desk could been little more professional
- 5/5
My only concern was in the lobby area. Every table top was sticky (cleaning spray buildup maybe?) and the furniture was definitely showing it’s age.

The property is not well kept. Upon arrival, our room was not clean. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom had hair on the floor. It also had urine on the back of the toilet seat. I am typically not one to leave a review, but I would not recommend stay. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast. It was really good. Overall the recommendation would be for the hotel to do a deep cleaning of the entire hotel.

We arrived for check in about 3pm. Everything was going smooth for the most part until the sprinkler system started going off along with fire alarms. I have my 3 year old with me during my stay, he started screaming, people were running up and down the hallway screaming. It was complete chaos! The manager offered to transfer my booking to another Hyatt, I was very thankful for that. Until I arrived at the property that he told me to go to and they were completely booked!!!!! This has been the worst experience for myself and my 3 year old. He wakes up every couple of hours screaming saying we are going to die in a fire. He is traumatized. I’m just very unhappy with my experience but also I’m so thankful that my child is ok. As for the manager, he should make sure there is availability before pushing people to another location that is just common sense to me. Especially when children are involved.

The cleanliness of the property was exceptionally nice. Also Alex the housekeeper WONDERFUL PERSON! The woman working the front desk during the day is NOT someone who needs to be dealing with customers one on one. Very rude, and inconsiderate. Also the pool was not open at all had I known I wouldn’t have booked.

I was put in a room directly across from the elevator. It was noisy. The carpet was torn in an area in the room. Other than that the stay was fine. I felt very safe at this place. Staff were nice.

Room was large and spacious and perfect for our 5. Pool was not open and restaurant was closed due to some fryer being down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean, nice, and had good breakfast. The pool wasn't working though, which wasn't a big deal. The staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Great Place To Stay. My Only Issue Was That The Pool Was Operable & $7 Per Night Was Charged For Parking.
- 5/5
I love it my birthday weekend was amazing I will be coming back
- 4/5
I appreciate the staff being welcoming and helpful.
- 1/5
Someone stole my credit card and booked a hotel here. According to Expedia your policy is that you can’t do full refunds even though I never stayed at your hotel. You stole money from me
- 4/5
First room was dirty, hair in bed. New room was fine. Loud kids were running up and down the hallway all night. Breakfast was closed an hour early. While we were getting food, staff came and started putting food away as if they didn’t see us getting the food. We then had to ask multiple times for them to bring us back items like syrup and cups. How can you end breakfast early and tru to subtly refuse to accommodate people that were already getting food before you decided to close down early! Weird. We and other guest had to ask guy multiple times for stuff that he was putting away as we were fixing our plates. Very rude and weird.

They promoted food at the bar but when we asked about it, the fryer was broken.

The staff is I think the most unfriendly I’ve had in a hotel. Check in was at 3:00 and we arrived at 3:45. I had a group of 15 minors with me. When I went to check in, they just told me my ribs weren’t ready. They didn’t say hello, they didn’t seem concerned that the rooms weren’t even ready after check-in. They didn’t even give an estimated time the rooms would be ready. It was almost like they were annoyed. I was even expecting for the rooms to be ready. They told me they would call me when they were ready and we had to find somewhere to kill time with our huge group. No one ended up calling me so an hour later I called them and again they sounded annoyed, and then they said I guess they’re ready. The service is pretty much continue to be just as rude and unfriendly. I was there all week and no one ever said hi to me, they were always annoyed if I even tried to talk to them. They don’t clean the rooms, unless you specifically ask them too. And even then they barely do. I don’t know what happened to this hotel because I’ve stayed there at least six times with a group, but we will not be staying there anymore.
- 3/5
I thought it was included in the amenities as hotel guest.
- 3/5
I think this hotel is old, so bath room's door open to inside. Washbasin was in front of a bed. Those design were unusual and was not convenient for me.
- 4/5
Breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room and property, staff was friendly, check in and out quick and efficient.
- 3/5
No housekeeping in our 3 nights there. Breakfast was loaded up early and honestly ending at 9am was already early in my opinion, then loading up all the food by 8:30 was slightly ridiculous because then i had to rush or get my juice off the cart. The hallways smelled like weed, the rooms looked like they probably had the same sheets on them and hadnt been washed.
- 5/5

Hotel was ok, when you walk in the hotel it smells nice & clean had a fresh smell. The room didn't smell like the lobby, the room & floor smelled musty & stale even though it was clean. Definitely need ice buckets the one in my room look like it's never been cleaned. And those stink bugs 3 of them i manage to get 2. It doesn't have any curb appeal. But overall the hotel was ok. I'm an avid traveler, I've been to several different Hyatt's this one out of 5 i would give a 3...
- 4/5
They Had bread and bagels but no toaster. There were no good options for cereal for adults. Eggs and sausage were available if that is what you prefer. They did have skim milk which many hotels don’t have. The carpet in our room did not appear to be clean. Hotel in good condition. We did not like the sink and mirror not being inside the bathroom. Staff not very friendly.
- 1/5
One of the worst hotel experiences.
- 1/5
This was one of the absolute worst hotel experiences I've had in my 38 years of life. My room was DISGUSTING! Dust everywhere, dirty floors that had not been vacuumed in some time, stains on couch pillows, curtains, and comforter. The counters were not clean and had some type of residue on them, the wood panels around the room were scuffed up and/or scratched. The coffee mugs were dirty. There were drink rings on the night stand and the desk. The bathroom glass shower doors had a weird film on them. I had to go to the store to buy Clorox wipes and Lysol. The room was cleaner when I left than it was while I was there. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only positive experience was breakfast.
- 5/5
Everything good
- 3/5
No water in fridge
- 4/5
Staff and room were great. I am actually heading back to Dallas soon and would pick this place however there were ants on the room. Called front desk, they sprayed but the next day they were back. Not sure if this issue is hotel wise, maybe I will call the hotel.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Staff was courteous. But the bathroom did not appear to have been fully cleaned before I checked in. Also, the USB charging ports on the desk did not work, making it difficult to charge my devices.
- 1/5
Room wasn’t clean. Room was in pretty rough shape. Out of a lot of items. Cleaning and maintenance didn’t seem to care. One of the main lights flickered bad.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
The bedding was clean but stained yellow in spots. Both the sink and shower drains need to be cleared and snaked as they both held water pretty bad. The toilet ran the entire time. The phone didn’t work and it was a large inconvenience when it came to knowing when the food I ordered was ready. The bar was only open half the time I was there and there were no posted hours of service for it. Overall a decent place to stay and ride out the ice storm but still be able to get to work.
- 5/5
the beginning of the massive snow/ice - the staff was great. Breakfast was very good and out everyday. Our room was good size with nice amenities. Would stay there again.
- 4/5
This Hyatt Place was slightly less admirable than others we've stayed at in and out of the state and this is a cost efficient hitel we enjoy while traveling.
- 5/5
Nice place. Met our needs for the night. Would stay here again when needed.
- 2/5
Mediocre at best. Overall the hotel wasn't clean, staff were nice enough. The two stars are mainly for the nice fellow at the front desk.
- 3/5
They charge $7 per night for parking even tho I was staying there. I came down to have breakfast at 8am the eggs were dried up, I didn’t care for the sausage. The oatmeal was dried up. They did have a waffle bar that was ok. The room was nice and huge. I liked that check out wasn’t until noon.
- 3/5
The hotel feels a little run down and not the cleanest. Also the staff seem unprofessional and not interested in their job. Not terrible but definitely better choices.
- 3/5
The king size bed in 618 needs to be replaced. One side of the mattress is lower than the other causing a very uncomfortable nights sleep. The faucet st the sink is very loose.
- 4/5
Overall a good stay. Sleeper couch was a bit old.
- 4/5
Didnt eat breakfast
- 5/5
Good hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was nice and very helpful.
- 5/5
My review has everything to do with the staff and service received. My husband had a medical emergency and was in the hospital across from the hotel. The staff made sure I had what I needed and were very accommodating during my stay.
- 4/5
Okay for overnight. Was surprised by the added charge for parking. Had breakfast at a fabulous restaurant close by
- 5/5
We needed help at check out and we were provided assistance.
- 2/5
Ran out of coffee every morning by 8am-stated coffee machine broke-hotel not very clean-morning staff very pleasant night staff made it seem like you were a brother
- 3/5
the room was cold and I couldn’t get it warmer.
- 4/5
The breakfast selections were pretty good. I enjoyed the waffles, sausage and potatoes. I liked that they had quite a variety. But...and it is a huge thing for me...the coffee was terrible! all 4 mornings that I was there. Awful!!!
- 5/5
Great service and breakfast
- 4/5
The couch in the room was very worn looking.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good bar was expensive
- 1/5
The hotel room did feel neglected being that they were working on the plumbing and it was literal P and manure coming out of the sink and the shower from 2 PM to 11 PM . I booked a stay for two days three nights and I couldn’t shower for the two days I was staying there. Very inconvenient and I didn’t get any accommodations.
- 4/5
Three reasons for my rating not being excellent: (1) Having to pay $7.00 per night to park in the lot of the hotel. There was no alternative offered and I drove around the lot to see if there was a free location and found nothing (2) My room was not cleaned after my first night's stay. I left the hotel at 8:30am and returned at 6pm (3) The carpet in my room was a bit worn. Your staff members were cordial and helpful, the property was immaculate. I would definitely stay there on a return trip to Memphis.
- 5/5
Lovato it
- 5/5
The room was perfect. Clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet was below average and there were very few choices. few
- 2/5
Found a roach in the room and the breakfast was nasty.
- 3/5
Seating for the breakfast area was terrible! Staff was friendly and the room was average. But for the price in a safer part of town...it was fine.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 3/5
Air conditioning did not work in one room. Maintenance had left shop vac and other equipment in the room. They changed room but it wasn’t much better. The beds were comfortable but the room smelled musty. Front desk were not hospitable but it was only one night. Can not say I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Clen, great breakfast, quiet, knowledgeable, courteous staff. Great location.

Staff, room, lobby furniture was ripped and taped. Mildew and mold in room. Partially cleaned 1 time over a 5 night stay
- 2/5
Room was not cleaned during our stay and desperately in need of updating
- 5/5
The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Room was Very Clean, Bed was Awesome, space was inviting. Breakfast had a great variety, food was hot.
- 3/5
There was a weird smell in the hallway and in our room when we arrived. The carpet appears to be old and dirty. Linens on beds were stained. Pet friendly hotel and someone left their dog in room and dog was barking continuously. We thought we saw fleas in our room. Hotel located in a good location with dining and shopping options near. Not sure if I would book again.
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean but rooms are a bit dated and need to be renovated. Common areas were clean and area around the hotel was quiet except for when a train passes by. (Trains run throughout the city of Memphis so it is unavoidable). I wish I had them known that parking was seven dollars a night because I feel like that should be free. Doors lock after 10pm and you will have to use your room key to get in which I like for safety reasons.
- 4/5
Overall a nice visit.
- 4/5
This is my go-to place to stay when I'm driving to/from New Orleans. Convenient, good rates, clean hotel, quiet, and easy access to the highway.
- 4/5
The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The breakfast options could have had a better variety.
- 3/5
Trash was not emptied. Refrigerator leaked water inside. Very frustrating to cast programs to smart tv. Sofa uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
Needs updated.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was okay, bed was comfortable but carpets need to be washed or replaced. My toddler was running around barefoot and playing and his feet were blackened with dirt and grime.
- 5/5
Nothing special, but got the job done.
- 4/5
It was ok for an overnight stay
- 5/5
Close to a lot out east. Clean and quiet
- 5/5
Really the ONLY negative comment I have is the doors to the rooms are loud when they open & especially when they close. Over all great!!
- 5/5
This hotel was everything! The bed was beyond amazing. If I could stick it in my car and take it home I would have purchased it. Bedding was delightful clean bright soft and warm. Shower was perfect temperature and pressure. Soaps provided smelled great and left my hair soft. Coffee in the room was fantastic. A fantastic place to stay.
- 5/5
The property charges $7.00 a night for guest parking. I understand paying for guest parking at downtown hotels due to limited parking spaces usually located at parking garages. But parking spaces at suburban hotels are not at parking garages but on property so why charge? I have come to Memphis for the last 5 years in September to attend the Southern Heritage Classic. I stay 3 nights (Thursday - Saturday). This parking charged adds an extra $21.00 on my bill. I don’t care for it, but I really enjoy my stay at the property. But now being retired I may have to seek hotels with more inclusive fees.

- 1/5
The place is great. However was not expecting or prepared to have to pay an additional $100 at check in!
- 3/5
Unlike other Hyatt properties I have stayed at, this one smelled, had very dirty carpets, and we had ants and a roach in our room. We brought a box of cookies into our room and the next morning there were ants in the box, all over the table, and on the sofa. Not impressed at all by this hotel.
- 5/5
Good value
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
The stay was comfortable and the property very nice. The night staff at check-in was completely inattentive, but was at least there. The drink selection in the “Market” was very limited. You could have any soft drink you wanted, as long as all you want is Pepsi or Mountain Dew. I didn’t. WORST COFFEE EVER! Next time I will find something else.
- 5/5
Everyone at the front desk from check in to check out were very pleasant and helpful.
- 3/5
A bit worn… sink didn’t drain.
- 3/5
This is a Hyatt, it’s older and my room smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was polite, it serves its purpose if you need something quick. However, breakfast hours were pretty odd but the time I went downstairs around 9:30 they were shutting everything down.
- 4/5
It was a nice place to stay. 2 people when you checked in, only 1 person actually greated you though. The pictures diid make it seem it was bigger than what it actually was. TINY bathroom. Weird that the towels was inside the showers.
- 3/5
1. The room "106" has a floppy shower head that wouldn't allow it to stay up. I had to use a towel under it to keep it up. 2. The desk outlet didn't work. 3. The carpet needs a deep cleaning because there are sticky spots near the refrigerator and desk. 4. The room has a slight musty smell as well which I can only attribute to the carpet. 5. The outlets between the beds are hidden under the night stand. This outlet needs to be on top for guests to utilize for CPAP Machines, Phone Chargers, etc. 6. The glasses in the rooms shouldn't be left out unwrapped after cleaning. The glasses were dirty with finger prints and there was no dish soap in the room to clean them. 7. The iron was missing as well. However... I would stay again. Thank you. .
- 5/5
It was the best especially the breakfast
- 3/5
The carpet in the toom had a musty order. I went yo dollar yre to buy carpet deoderizer.
- 5/5
When booking the hotel nothing was noted about needing to put down a $100 deposit or that there was a parking fee to use their parking lot while staying so that should be documented on the booking websites. Other than that we had a fantastic stay!
- 5/5
Good stay. Pool for the kids was great. Breakfast was good. The only thing is they charge $7 for parking.
- 4/5
Arecine (spelling-front desk) and the breakfast chef were worthy of Kudos. The front desk person working the early Saturday morning shift had no solution for the malfunctioning clock in the room when I reported it. She didn’t budge to replace it and it didn’t seem to matter that a device deemed necessary enough to be included in the room was disfunctional.
- 3/5
My experience was ok. The front desk was nice. However, I had to request another room because my first room had spots on the sheets. Also, the yogurt had a dead bug in it and breakfast that morning.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Awesome room. Probably one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. Good location! I highly recommend this hotel.
- 1/5
The staff was rude, management didn’t do enough to satisfy the issues. Housekeeping refused to clean the rooms siding with staff.
- 1/5
Staffing issues, housekeeping issues.
- 5/5
Every one great. Clean rooms and grounds. Would most definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We stayed Friday to Monday and the breakfast was Awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Guest was friendly. I like that it was very convenient to many places. I would suggest getting a variety of flavors for coffee creamer. I would definitely stay again. Shout out to Dameon I think that was his name.
- 3/5
The first room smelled like mildew. The bathroom door didn't work. When the toilet broke, we moved to a better room. It was a decent experience after that.
- 4/5
I didn't like that the tub drained out slowly and the bathroom fan wasn't running. I made the front desk aware of both but they weren't fixed during my stay.
- 5/5
Friendly service
- 5/5
This was a great staycation.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent!
- 5/5
We loved our room and the amount of towels, the room setup, the couch, ECT... We thought the queen beds seemed a little small but we didn't mind. HOWEVER, the pool here was full of bugs, a shiny film, and DISGUSTING and green.
- 2/5
Staff was great and had great customer service. Breakfast was awesome but not enough eating area when the facility is full.
- 4/5
The hotel staff was
- 4/5
Good place, good price
- 4/5
Room comfy & spacious. 1 elevator was not working. Eggs were cold, coffee was empty had to ask for more. Seems they just wanted to clean up and be done even though we got there at 8:30am and it was supposed to be served until 9am.
- 2/5
The curtains were shredded in the room. Bed was so old and terrible. Dirty on elevator. Toliet too low needs updates desperately. Would never stay there again. Had to pay too park and not secured!! Close it and rebuild!!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Overall good hotel, clean. The pool was warm and clean. The only down fall was the pull out bed uncomfortable but that what you get with a pull out . But no worries it was for only one night.
- 4/5
It was good.
- 5/5
We enjoyed ourselves
- 5/5
Comfortable and clean with excellent customer service and amenities. Great beds, great breakfast, great pool, and nice safe environment. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
- 3/5
I chose this hotel because of the space and especially the mini fridge since we were coming in to Memphis for a twirling camp. Mini fridge never worked even after being defrosted by maintenance the next day. Room was spacious, bedding ok. Parking is extra which makes no sense, make sure to pay upon check-in, was told to scan and complete, but could do later instead of doing while getting checked in and forgot so I was charged an extra $5 fee to the $7 daily parking. Breakfast was amazing and staff friendly. Air was fresh when you entered and felt safe.
- 3/5
Overall good place to stay, decent breakfast buffet. $100 incidental fee though that I did not see on Expedia website. Employee said it was on there, I looked again and still didn’t see it. Fee not refunded for 7-10 business days, can be up to 30 if you’re using a cash app or chime card.
- 5/5
The breakfast was superb
- 2/5
Sofá bed was broken no shampoo and molt on shower curtain and bed to firm
- 2/5
Honestly the room smelt so bad like mildew. The a/c was blowing a rotten smell and the carpet was nasty. It definitely needs updating.
- 5/5
Wonderful! Going to stay there again on the way back through! So much nicer and safer than Nashville!
- 5/5
The kids really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was on point the front desk staff Was excellent and Damien at the front desk was amazing we will be back in the future don’t let me forget about housekeeping they were great as well
- 3/5
Didn't love you have to pay $7 parking each night you stay there. Their laundry facilities are not working as of 7/22/25. I won't be staying at this location again.
- 3/5
I’ve stayed here a couple of times in the recent past. The room was great and the bed slept very good. First time there was a water leak behind the front desk near the elevator. Second time everything was great. But on the 21st the system was down and several other guests were sitting around the lobby when I entered. The front desk staff was on the phone, and once she hung up she offered no explanation or ETA.
- 2/5
I was very disappointed because Hyatt Place is usually amazing. My air conditioner was barely functional. I had to ice my cooler to keep drinks cold because the refrigerator wasn’t working probably. My comforter had a stain on it when I got there. I asked for room service on the second day. The bed was made up with the same exact cover with the stain on it. They tried to hide the stain and tuck it. They did not leave clean towels . The carpet was filthy. The shower head screamed the entire time we showered. I had to pay a $7 daily for u unsecured parking. The staff was friendly but the service was horrible. I do NOT recommend this location because many members of my group had similar complaints. We had a total of 7 rooms.
- 3/5
The only complaint was the rooms weren't given clean linens daily unless we asked. Also the trash was not taken out. We had to ask for towels as well as linen. The breakfast was excellent. Other than that we had a very good stay.
- 2/5
Unfortunately, this hotel cost a lot more than it was worth. Service was subpar, repairs were being done, no one came to clean our rooms the three days we were there so we had to go and ask for towels, and we only got two sets more for 6 people. Also, parking was $7 per day in the lot. For that price, book the Courtyard next door instead.

Waited for check in beyond 3:00pm on day of arrival. They said they were still cleaning and getting rooms ready. Checkout was hours earlier. Get to the room and food particles from previous guests all over floor, lights burnt out and maintenance came to change. them. Pictures online of facility much different than in person. Boards on floor covering holes on 1st floor. Said they were doing some construction. Elevator had debris on floor, was never cleaned 3 days we were there. Entire place needs a deep cleaning.

This was a great hotel overall. It surely does have some things that’s need to be updated but other than that I don’t have anything negative to say. Good location, good parking. Was here for a Family Reunion and everything was okay.

It’s posted you have to pay to park, which is insane cause it’s looks like it’s there property and I’m not sure what your paying for to park. Another thing I don’t like is they don’t offer coffee all day like any other Hyatt. Service wasn’t that bad and it’s under a little remodel which is badly needed cause that Hyatt is not the same as any other I stayed in.

To park it was $7.00 to park and then an additional service fee. Probably will not stay there again

Will come back ti stay here every time i come visit memphis for business trip..!

The Gentleman that helped me when i arrived didnt tell me that you had to pay for parking separately, when i got in to the room it was very musty which made it arink horribly.. the beds were damp when they were layed in.

TV didn't work--staff told me to fix it myself. Staff not friendly.

For a ONE night stay it’s okay. Room is very spacious, very outdated furniture and breakfast food is not good quality. Definitely only for a one night stay .

I recently stayed at this Hyatt Place and was extremely disappointed. The entire place stinks with a musty, unpleasant odor that hits you as soon as you walk in. The carpets are old, stained, and look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The room didn’t feel clean, and the air felt stuffy and damp the whole time. It’s honestly uncomfortable to stay here, and I couldn’t wait to leave. Definitely not the quality you expect from Hyatt. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this hotel.

parking was extra

Buyer beware. Property itself? Fine. Staff? Great. Parking? THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED IN A SUBURB!!! THERE IS PLENTY AND I MEAN PLENTY OF SPACE FOR PARKING!! They charge a HIDDEN FEE $7/day. I stayed at three other equal in amenities and of similar in size and corporate/chain quality. NONE of the other major hotels in the area charge for parking! Ut wasn't like it was in a covered garage or security gate controlled/patrolled. It is a FEE of greed and not necessary. Do NOT STAY here unless you like given this corporation an extra $7 for nothing! Stay at one of the other majors who do NOT charge an unnecessary parking fee.

This property was great apart from rubbish outside and the ground conditions. Inside, service and cleanliness was top notch. Good size rooms. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was smooth and simple. Had a drink at the bar on 6/29, and the lady running the front desk was a great conversationalist. The room was clean and pleasant, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive.

The shower was pretty gross, mold in the corner door was scratched down the the bare wood. Found a cockroach on the floor. The gold out bed was broken making it very hard to sleep on.

A lot of rust in the rooms. Wifi was out and the floors were sticky.

The guest service supervisor was great. The systems were down when we tried to check in so we had to wait about 30 minutes for them to come back and as soon as they came up she let us know and got us to our room quickly!

Charge for parking, 100 for accidental fee, and double beds are full size beds. Very small. 3rd party over booked hotel and they gave us the small beds.

The room smelled terribly of damp or mildew/mold. The bathroom fan didn’t work and had visible black mold on it. Bed was comfy though

I enjoyed the stay there. Staff was friendly and eager to help if needed. It was clean and well taken care of. My only regret was not staying there our first night in Memphis. Great job Hyatt place. Will definetly stay here next time if we make it back to Memphis.

Floors. No pool towels, had to call twice to have them bring some out. Very noisy, group of bikers riding at midnight and 2 am.

I would say this is a nice place to stay. The 2 receptionists last night and this morning made it the best visit for me. And the coffee is delicious too. :)
