Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there.

I had a great stay the room was big and spacious. It was quiet and the women at the desk was kind and courteous. My room was 302. When I go back home I'm definitely booking another room!!!

It was great except that there was a flickering light every 10 seconds from some kind of an alarm system in the room.

The national guard stationed outside of the hotel all day and night made me feel very uncomfortable

Friendly staff

When I first arrived the room was not clean it had dog fecies on the chair. The attendant Tabrannia was excellent she moved me immediately no complaints. The breakfast bar was good. Had no other problems the customer service was on point. I would stay again. Just make sure the housekeepers are doing their jobs.

Terrible experience. Had a confirmed reservation at this Holiday Inn for 3 nights. We landed in Memphis at midnight and immediately got a call from the hotel saying they had overbooked and had no room for us. Nothing could be done - basically just "I'm sorry, we have no rooms and you'll have to find another place to stay. So at midnight we had to start calling other hotels to book a new one because nothing can be booked online at midnight for the same night. Was a very unpleasant start to our visit. Would never book here again.

Staff was nice, not in a safe location, groups of men took over the lobby and were very loud, bartenders used Foul language, tv didn’t work on one room and had to move, after moving most channels were unwatchable due poor cable or internet connection, shower door was broken, cabinet door was broke, took them hours to clean out wings someone spilled outside of elevator on second floor.

Staff was great! I was in town for surgery and the next day front desk remembered and ask how the surgery went… just small things make an experimence great!

Every thing from checking in and checking out was just beautiful. I was so surprised to see how clean the hotel is. The gated parking was it for me. The staff was very helpful and polite and they seemed to love their job. I will be returning on my next visit to the city. Thanks guys you rock!!!

The rooms was very clean and comfortable. Secured parking for guests was a nice touch. The courteous staff provided a tooth brush when I realized that I'd left mine at home.

The staff would benefit from additional training on how to extend a guest’s stay in the same room. We were informed that this was not possible and were told we would need to make the reservation through the app, which would result in being assigned a different room. We have stayed in many hotels that have accommodated us in this way. It’s to the hotel’s benefit too they wouldn’t have to clean another room.

Check in was great! The room was amazing! However the front desk clerk had the worst attitude. Of course I would stay there again because they have always been my favorite go getaway, I just hope their customer service improves.

Staff was very nice but EXTREMELY slow. The room was absolutely disgusting. Asked for a different room and it was no better. Stained and worn furniture, carpet stains EVERYWHERE, light in the bathroom strobed and just overall a very bad stay. I’m retired military and not very picky but this place is rough around the edges. I would never recommend this facility as there are much better places in German Town area.

The only issue I had with my stay was being told on the phone that I could check in early between 1:30 and 2pm. After I arrived I was told they were having lunch, and I could probably check in between 2:30 pm and 3 pm..

My staff here was wonderful. I love the location of this hotel as it is in a safe neighborhood & convenient for shopping and eating. They also have a secured gate for you to park in with nightly security. The room was large and bed was comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit home.

The room was great. I did expect to receive complimentary water, but I didn’t. I stayed there 3 nights, but I only tried the restaurant on the final night for dinner. My favorite meal was the chicken quesadilla. DELICIOUS!!!!

However when this hotel hosts a party down stairs they become oblivious to making sure the guests that paid money for rooms are comfortable. We left tournament to come back to a hotel only to drive around the parking lot serveral times looking for a spot to park. The party that did not pay took all the parking. Then being on the 3rd floor we got to listen to them party and bump music til 10:30 pm on the first level. Beyond rude for famiilies trying to rest for the next day of tournaments. I will never go back.

I loved everything from the check in to the cleanliness just top tier

It looks like it was recently renovated. The room was spacious and clean, though there were a few parts where some of the wallpaper had either come loose or been pulled by previous guests. There was a plethora of charging ports and outlets, though not enough by the heads of the beds. The only complaint is related to the shower: the flooring seemed much older than the rest of the room, and the water pressure was very weak. It also took a long time for the hot water to run. Would definitely book again.

The two ladies at the bar were extremely nice and offered me and family breakfast only to find out we couldn’t have breakfast because it was not included in our stay ( was unaware that we have to reserve for breakfast) .

The breakfast staff was rude. No sign said shoes were required. I could have been told nicely. Instead, the rude manager had to bark at me and cap it off with 'no shoes, no service' as if i was at a 5 star resort. It was a mediocre breakfast at best. The other staff was sitting at the end of the long bench playing on their phones. Loudly. The fauce in my room was so loose you had to hold it with one hand to turn it on or off with the other. The front desk staff were nice, when they looked up from their phones and tablets to help me. The hotel parking lot looks like a minimum security prison, all fenced in with cameras and using the room key to get in. The desk person jn the morning said we needed the key to leave... we didn't. But we still had to pull arohnd the lot, get out, walk 30 feet, to drop the key into box by a gate that didn't close all the way. Very disappointing. Will stay further outnin Collierville at a different property next time.

What a phenomenal weekend, thanks to the incredible staff and ammenities during our stay. It was my husbands birthday and they treated us like Gold! The front desk staff were so kind and helpful and housekeeping does a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. Hands down one of our best stays at Holiday Inn! Well done everyone!

Rooms were very clean and staff was kind and helpful. Only issue was confusion about free breakfast for IHG gold members, which we learned is not honored if booked through a non-IHG service. Also the restaurant had a new menu but did not order the ingredients therefore the signature drinks and dessert were not available. Both items were not significant issues and the hotel overall was a great stay.

The rooms are nice and clean. I had a problem with how the breakfast was handled. Upon check we were told breakfast is free 6:30 am to 9:30 am. I proceed to go to breakfast at 8:45 am and was stopped and asked about a "breakfast ticket". I informed the female I didn't know anything about a "breakfast ticket", thinking I unknowingly left it in my 'sleeve' the room key was given to me in. She asks my family member and I what I room numbers were. We gave her our two different room numbers. She looks it up and says "oh you didn't purchase breakfast with your reservations"...WTW!!!! She says "you can pay for it here at the desk or back there (bar) $15"....all we have are our room keys in our hands. I was appalled to say the least. I have never been to a hotel where you had to pay for breakfast when you make your reservation. It has always been included! I was very disappointed by this. The front desk person never said we needed a "breakfast ticket" when he told us breakfast was free and gave us the hours for breakfast. If this is your policy, then it should be very clear upon check in!! I'm sure we are not the only ones this has happened too! This will definitely make me think twice about staying here again!

There was no clear direction on how to use the safety mechanism of the elevator. We went up and down several times before someone explained what to do. Most of the staff was friendly. The personnel that cleaned the rooms were super nice and helpful. The breakfast was good minus only two being able to eat. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. We would stay there again and got the room at a good deal.

The property was decent, but the carpet needs to be cleaned, the baseboards in the bathrooms need cleaning and or repaired.

lady that checked us in was rude, asked the bar for a glass to have my wine after a 4 hour drive they said absolutely not! had to have my wine out of a plastic cup. Charged my credit card and did not refund me. No free breakfast.

The carpet had not been cleaned and the the toilet paper holder was broken. I wiped the high touch surfaces down and dirt came up.
