    This property looked very nice from the outside. However, are room was not clean. The floor had carpet that needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom looked worn, and the king sized bed only had three (very small) pillows. We contacted the front desk and requested another pillow and was denied. We requested extra towels which also was denied. The continental breakfast was unacceptable, and instead of orange juice, they offered Tang. When we returned to our hotel room late one night, one of the clerks, was sleeping on the floor behind the counter. Very unprofessional. This was one of the worst hotel stays ever. However, the climate controls worked very good. We were able to keep our room cold and we really liked that. Last thing, was a wierd smell, kind of like bug spray throughout the entire hotel. We won't ever stay at this hotel again, and we won't recommend it in the future.

    The location was around plenty of decent food The staff was not that welcoming, but their culture really isnt. Then we received no housekeeping or clean towels daily or at least every other day. I paid for a clean, comfortable room...well I just got a room.

    No parking, you have to pay for parking per night which is crazy because why do i have to pay for parking at a hotel doesn’t make any sense its not like you’re paying valet… the staff are useless they tried charging me night before the trip and found it very weird so i locked my card by the time i get to the hotel to pay for it as i planned on by choosing the pay at hotel option it went from 791 to 1,540 the staff was so useless it’s crazy to me like how do you explain that… and their explanations were so horrible it made no sense so i have to take that up with expedia to get an answer and get my money back. Overall this stay was pretty bad i don’t know if its because its privately owned by someone but i have never had this type of issue with holiday inn and im truly hoping it never happens again…

    I asked for a non-smoking room, the person across the hall in their room smoked pack for three full days. I had to put a towel at the bottom of my door, so the smell would not come in. This was very disappointing. I have breathing issues. I asked for a non-smoking room for a reason. The toilet quit working on the last day. The TV remote didn’t work. We had to get a new one. The sink didn’t have a plunger, which was an issue for my husband‘s contacts. The Hallway that we were in didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a couple of weeks although that could’ve been because the people that were across the hall smoking pot for three days straight would leave their garbage out in the hallway.

    My room was horrible. The hallway carpet was disgusting. The phone on the desk didn't work. There was no smoke detector. Floors hadn't been vacuumed. Coffee table was sticky and hadn't been cleaned. The sheer curtain had a huge tear in it so the blackout curtain was closed when I got in the room, which should have let me know something was wrong. The back of the remote control was missing. The walls are extremely thin. I got woken up Friday night by the people next door having sex, very loudly I might add. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning there.

    This facility seems more of a homeless camp than a hotel nothing worked right the elevator took forever to pick up floors my hot water needed repair and my card was charged an unauthorized fee first 250. Then 50. After the 250 did not go through no one ever mentioned that my card sent a notification well after I had my cold shower. Aside from all this malarkey I slept well

    Toilet seat was broken. Half of the lights wouldn't not work. Kids were hollering very loud for hours and kids were running around above my room all night long. There was no cart to carry my bags and I will never stay again.

    The room didn't have a toilet seat. The tub was dirty and had a roach in it. The water pressure is very low. All the paneling is torn from the walls. It gives off an all around uncomfortable vibe. I will not be returning. Trying to get a refund because I couldn't take a shower and I only stayed a couple of hours. I had to GO!

    The room we stayed in wasn’t up to par. The bed was uncomfortable and had a huge dent in the middle. Our toilet wouldn’t flush during our stay, but we fixed it with a plunger. I don’t know if I would book with this hotel again.

    Bed seemed as if it was never washed. Room the moment you walked in smelt like cigarettes and got onto my closes. Didn’t have everything prepared and asked for additional things but still neglected. Won’t stay there again unless it was last resort.

    • Room Conditions: Upon arrival, my room smelled strongly of mold and was excessively humid. A humidifier had been placed in the room, presumably due to malfunctioning air conditioning units. The humidifier filled up within a few hours, yet housekeeping failed to empty it—even on the rare occasions they cleaned the room. Housekeeping appeared to operate on their own schedule, not in response to guest requests. • Cleanliness and Pest Issues: I found dead water bugs near the couch, and live ones entered the room through a large gap under the door from the hallway. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about sanitation and pest control. • Breakfast Service: Breakfast was only served three times during the week, and consisted solely of breakfast sandwiches. While the food was passable, the inconsistency of service was disappointing. • Front Desk Staff: One front desk employee, identifiable by her facial piercings, appeared to be under the influence and was frequently asleep or absent from her post. Guests were left waiting in line, and she only responded after multiple rings from the hotel phone. • General Maintenance: The room itself was in poor condition, with rusted fixtures and furnishings that clearly need replacement. The overall state of the hotel suggests a lack of upkeep and investment in basic guest comfort.

    First of all check in is at 3pm i arrived at 5pm still had to wait 30/40 mins on my room that i had already reserved . Got to the room toilet was broken and they didn't have any face towels for us to use at all. Children crying all night … overall a bad experience.

    The room didn't have any hangers when I arrived, I had to request some at the front desk. I stayed for 2 nights, but they only provided a few towels. There wasn't any housekeeping done after my first night. There was a lot of noise while I tried to sleep, from the room above as well as someone running up the stairs repeatedly during the night. I got very little sleep at this site. The complimentary breakfast wasn't worth it at all, all carbs and no protein. I had to go out for breakfast. I gave it 3 stars because the people at the front desk were very nice, but I don't know if I would recommend this hotel.

    No nothing available to even make a cup of coffee in the room. The curtains were hanging off I had to reattach, the counter in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The kitchen sink had dirt in it. The refrigerator door seal was falling off. The walls were dirty. The bed was terrible with lumps in the mattress. No hit breakfast just stale cereal and bread.The back of the remote had no cover had to hold it just right to get to work. The fire alarm wasn’t there. The worst place I have ever gone to. I feel like I should be refunded 100% of my money.

    I checked in and drop my bags and left the hotel 15 minutes after receiving my keys. Once I left the hotel I went in search of my 11yr old daughter whose birthday was that day, who has been missing for a total of 68 days now! While doing so I was wrongfully arrested with out being mirandized and I got out the next day at 7:45pm. When I arrived to the hotel it was about 8:41 pm and I explained what happen and still had to pay again without getting any credit for the previous day when nothing in the room was used! I lost my money and I have to sleep out door tonight because the jail took all of my cash money and gave me check that I couldn’t get cashed that night! I also had food and belonging taking from my room when I returned! And last night a car was broken into and or stolen from their lot!

    Decent room, safe area and friendly staff. Free continental breakfast was nice, it’s from 6-9am which is a bit early, wish it was till 10am at least. They had cereal, toast, pastries, muffins, mini bagels, pancakes, juice and coffee. The room had a few minor fixer-uppers like a chipped dresser and a broken piece of baseboard but nothing too bad for the affordable price. Also loved that were dog friendly! My weiner dog and I enjoyed the stay for just an extra $20 dog fee. It doesn’t say online but at the desk it does say “dogs only under 30lbs” so just a heads up. My only real complaint is the door handle is extremely hard to open, at times it would take me 5+ tries to get it open and another guest had to help me once. So they should definitely look into getting those fixed as the other guest said hers was difficult as well.

    This place is amazing! I got to my room at 1:30 in the morning. Broke down on the highway. The desk person Keither was so helpful. He got me in my room asap. Was standing by to help if I needed it and help me park my truck and trailer. Simply wonderful when wanting to get to the room as soon as possible. I highly recommend this place. The room was remodeled and was clean and very nice. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

    The breakfast options were basic and minimal. Truthfully I ended up bypassing this because nothing looked appetizing. The front desk staff spoke very broken English. While they were friendly, there was a definite barrier in their understanding me, and … they had little knowledge about the area and services close to the hotel. We were pretty much on our own to find places we were looking for. Overall, I didn’t feel I received good value for my stay, and I probably would not stay here again.

    Friendly at check-in. Elevator was out of order during my visit. Bed was comfortable. Hair dryer appeared to have something like caked makeup on it. Remote control felt sticky. Tile floors were sticky. Bathtub needs to have better slip resistance material. Refrigerator/freezer was unplugged. TV had vertical lines on screen, needs to be replaced. Pastry tasted old. Very few muffins at breakfast. Friendly at check out.

    From burn marks on the sheets to mysterious stains on the walls and mattress where do I begin? The cherry on top was the unsafe location and the side doors of the hotel being propped open for anybody to walk in…..unless you’re a career criminal or don’t have any standards, it’s a great place.

    There was a homeless man constantly by the side door using the outdoor plug to charge his phone and it constantly smelled of marijuana by that door. Also on Saturday night the staff let people throw a big party outside on the back of the property until Midnight with music and loud talking so you couldn’t sleep. Not enough pillows or towels. Safety bar was broken in shower and there was something sticky on the room floor.

    If you are looking to sleep this isn’t the place, the room next door to me the women were prostituting out of there, groups of delinquents standing in hallways, staff has poor attitude when you walk in, very loud environment. Please note that this is a hotel to party at, not enjoy a vacation. I spent 300$ here. Never again.

    The desk clerk was on the phone having a personal conversation during the entire check in process. The refrigerator and freezer were not working (they were plugged in, but did not feel remotely cold to the touch). The guest laundry facilities were out of order during the stay. The room smelled like cigarette smoke which had been attempted to be masked by air freshener. There were some additional cleanliness issues with the room, as the shower was very stained/dirty and many pieces of furniture were dirty. The couch was dirty and stained. The bedspreads were stained and one had hole burned into it.

    Smoking rooms available. Nice ducked off area. Breakfast could be waaaay better(there’s no meat). Phones in rooms don’t work nor does the batteries in the remotes and I stayed in 2 separate rooms same issues KmsL. If you trying to stack and receive reward loyalty points then this isn’t the hotel. But you’ll have your pros and cons wherever you go soooo it’s cool

    Room was clean, nice shower. Room was noisy, refrigerator ticked and made noise all night, people were partying in the parking lot until after 12am with loud music, hallways noises loud in the room. Grounds had lots of trash, alcohol bottles, beer cans etc. Homeless person that was living near the stream behind the hotel wandered the parking lot at night.

    Friendly staff upon checking in. Got Room 102, musty smell. Huge stain on carpet looked like thrown up that was never properly cleaned off. I moved the table over the stain so my dog would not go near it. Stains on couch. Blue blanket had multiple cigarette burns. I went to use the rest room and found three different hairs. A long red curly by the sink, a medium brown on the floor and a short and curly hair on the shower curtain. Also a dead cockroach in the corner. It was late and it’s non Refundable. Decided to just lay our own sheet over the bed and sleep. About an hour later my allergies started to flare up really bad and at first I just assumed it was dust but in the morning I noticed black mold near the toilet. Funny they charged me extra for my dog but this room was way dirtier than my dog. The next morning I went to check out and saw their advertised “breakfast” it was cereal dispensers, milk from a pitcher, coffee and a few packets of flavored oatmeal. Yikes! If you can afford it for about $20-30 more you can stay in a much cleaner place. Will never stay here again.

    The hotel clearly go a face lift on the lobby floor, but everywhere else was sorely needing some TLC. Everything was clean and there were no signs of bugs which was a positive. The room itself was pretty typical. There was only one cloth curtain on the shower, the frame of the bed had pieces coming off the decorative part, and one of the lights didn’t turn on. Every light had a light switch which was quite strange. The breakfast was definitely lacking in pretty much every way.

    When we arrived I had reserved and no smoking room but we were given a smoking room and it was strong enough that it was burning our eyes. The front desk staff was very nice and he moved us to a different room. The elevator was not working, we were right next to the door going outside and it kept being left open which made us feel very uncomfortable and not safe. The bathroom Was very dirty and stained, the TV didn't work and there were people running up and down the stairs all hours of the night . The continental breakfast was barely any sort of breakfast at all. The nicest thing about the property were the people at the desk. Would not ever stay here again however

    Look the Home Suites use to be so beloved my wife and I. However our last two visits were not good. We somehow managed to get suites on the ground floor literally in throwing distance of the front desk it was very noisy with the lobby staying pretty active for most of night , the front desk clerk denied my request to be moved to another room because of the noise . The bed was filled with long hairs, mattress was awful, and multiple lights were not working inside the room. We’ve had enough of Home Suites.

    I had to request for another room because there were deep dents in the mattress and the owner said most of their single beds are like that. And under the sheets the mattress had large pee stains, red stains, hair and food crumbs. The price is nice but i guess I know why. The man at the front desk was nice and patient though.

    Customer service was nice, but our room was not clean. There were bodily stains on the couch, and we had blood stains on the pillows. There were stains in the bathtub and there was a gross smell that wouldn’t go away. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here for the price we paid.

    The person at the front desk stared at me strangely, and later walked into my room right after I’d taken a shower. He apologized when I left, but continued to stare at me strangely. The rooms are nice but the staff needs an upgrade. I left feeling unsafe and creeped out.

    Bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress sunk down immediately. Asked front desk about changing rooms, he said none were available. Had to put couch cushions underneath. No box springs and terrible mattress. Husband and I both had bad back pain the whole next day. First night asked for a do not disturb sign and an iron. Front desk person said ok. My husband had to go down the following morning and ask again. Finally got an iron, but he said they did not have any do not disturb signs. Asked again later, with new person, finally got one. Office chair missing wheel. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Written with sharpie on fan that it didn’t work. Many things in bathroom rusted out. Not able to use bathroom mirror for quite a while after done showering . Breakfast included pancakes and some other pastries. Very limited. Water pressure good and room fairly clean . Seemed to be in a decent area.
