The bathroom was my biggest concern. The shower could have been cleaner, and the space felt somewhat claustrophobic. The water only became warm, not hot. The room itself was decent and well air-conditioned, and the staff member who checked me in was pleasant. However, I was surprised to see a small cube refrigerator sitting directly on the floor instead of being placed on a table, stand, or desk. There was also no mention of breakfast at check-in, and if breakfast was available, that information was not clearly communicated. I also would have appreciated being told that checkout was self-service during certain hours, rather than having to figure it out on my own. Another concern was the room door. It did not always secure properly when allowed to close on its own. From the outside, you had to pull it to make sure it latched, and from the inside, you had to push it firmly. Otherwise, the room could be entered without a key card. The restaurant inside the hotel was also disappointing. The server appeared frustrated when we were undecided about what to order, and when addressed, he stated that he was working alone. Overall, I have had much better hotel experiences. Based on this stay, I would not recommend this hotel.

Location is the plus for this hotel. No staff on site like the placard states outside. Rooms, floors in horrible condition. Room door didn't secure properly. Charged breakfast but it's a voucher for off site location and limited to 4 options.

Once I finally got to the room, it was missing basic essentials—no iron or ironing board, and no face cloths. I requested face cloths and was told they were being washed, but no one ever brought them to the room. After the one helpful staff member left at 6:00 PM, there was no one available to assist or provide towels for us to even bathe. For the price of this room, the lack of preparation, poor service, and missing essentials were completely unacceptable. Overall, this experience was not worth the money at all. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

No tv! No front desk person after 6 pm. After calling and having to send a What’s App message about the tv I was told someone would come fix it at 9 am the next day. No one showed up or called. The room furniture looked run down. Stains on walls and bathroom floor. Scared to put anything in the refrigerator.

The location was great… but the carpet is old and stained and the refrigerator didn’t stay cold.

The pictures do not truly represent what you get. The room is extremely rundown, the carpet is gross with stains, the bathroom has mold and mildew, there looked to be mold on the ceiling. There was water damage around the balcony door where I can image there is mold and whatever else is growing under the carpet. The check-in process is ridiculous and took time to get our key after a long day of travelling. How do you run a hotel with no staff on site to help with this process. Had issues and tried to call but they kept hanging up on us. We only stayed a night and left as it was completely not what we thought we booked. Ruined our trip and want our money back.
- 1/5
We showed up after traveling from San Francisco, the minute we saw the lobby we knew we weren’t staying there. The carpet was disgustingly dirty, the furniture in lobby was covered with dirty blankets and the room barely had a window. Gross…The way it appeared on Hotels.com was a pretty lobby and on the beach, NOT. I do not recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Room was cool without the external AC unit, we actually shut it off and were very comfortable. We did not obtain any info on breakfast but were overall satisfied with the hotel cleanliness.
- 0.5/5
It's a scammy iPad hotel. Completely unresponsive to numerous calls and emails. No one at the front desk. Service is through a WhatsApp number when you arrive and they flat refused to provide a crib for the baby. No refund yet. Would have given the location a few stars but for us we were dumped out on the street at 11 pm.
- 0.5/5
This place looked nothing like the photos. The rooms were unclean and the carpet smelt moldy. Over priced and would avoid at all costs. Management unwilling to acknowledge any of these issues.

We did not stay. Got there and the condition of the place was NOT like the photos at all. So disappointed and also difficult to get a hold of anyone since no one at front desk. Was able to get refund which was appreciated but big hassle and wasted whole afternoon locating new hotel.
- 0.5/5
Only the location was the positive aspect of this hotel. The check in process took 1.5hrs because the ID did not get scanned by the machine. The helpline number did not answer for an hour. The room key had to to be updated several times as the door did not open. Horrible experience. The room is dirty, there is hair lying on the floor, things are broken and just overall not clean. They say on the website that parking is available. But you have to pay and park the car in a parking garage or on the streets.
- 2/5
I am really not a picky person and this place was not for me. There’s no staff on this property except for one man who was there for a couple of hours. You check in through a computer and use an app as a room key. The room I was in was small and runned down. I had a loud portable AC in the room and even that seemed to be old and broken. The whole room just felt gross to me. I slept with my clothes on. It reminds me of a 3star hotel in Cuba. It was only for a one night stay thankfully. This hotel has so much potential because of the location but it looks like it hasnt been investment in in many years. Its pretty sad actually and honestly quite insulting for the person who is paying to stay here. I wasnt expecting a high end hotel but at least something thats not runned down. Also, its next to a post office and I heard those trucks all night.
- 1.5/5
The location was great, connected restaurant was ok Cuban food. No staff, self checkin , elevator foyer area filthy. Restaurant staff use that are for the lounge. Hostess out front of restaurants promised 20% off for hotel guests, not true only 10% was given.
- 3/5
The check in process leaves a lot to be desired. There’s no desk staff and it’s hard to get ahold of anyone. I had to ask one of the maids and she ended up opening a locked door where one guy was inside who eventually helped me with my questions. Very strange.
- 2/5
There was no staff at the front desk, we payed for early check in just for our room to be ready at 4. We emailed them and are still waiting for a response back.
- 4/5
The room was very clean, but with the recent change of ownership the property was awaiting a thorough and required renovation.

I KNEW THE PLACE AND THE LOCATION THE FLOOR ON THE BATHROOM WAS NOT VERY NICE. ROOM 209.
- 1/5
I wished I’ve seen my own post before. I’m usually very careful when I book a hotel, I check multiple reviews and I definitely didn’t see this coming. Starting with the “no staff” (and no support) idea, to the breakfast paid but not served and completing the disaster with a 80F room with a broken A/C. This stay was complete disaster. I’m usually not picky but for the price of $300 per day, we definitely didn’t expect our vacation to be a complete nightmare.
- 2/5
It was dirty. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom or shower. We had a room booked for two nights and just ended up staying for one night. There was no one working the front desk the majority of the time. I left my driver’s license in the room once we left after the first night. It took an hour and a half to get someone there to let me back into the room. I will say, the IT lady was very helpful, and I was grateful when she and the manager showed up so I could get my license and get out of there!
- 3/5
Rooms were clean and fully stocked, main floor and entry was run down, carpet filthy, no room for your lyggage before 4PM even thought i was told they do. Location was perfect, lady at the front desk was very helpful
- 3/5
Great location, basic room. Bathroom has no ventilation, portable AC very loud. Elevator lobby floor disgusting, great staff tho. Restaurant hooked to it looked really good. If it wasn’t for the staff being so nice I’d leave a worse rating, but they were great.
- 0.5/5
Location was the only thing good It had mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling in the main bedroom. No one answered the phone or came to the till 8 am the next day. It’s horribly dated. Carpets were filthy. Had a room on second floor but elevator did not work so had to carry all luggage upstairs.

Worst experience possible. From the very beginning, everything was unacceptable. After checking in, we entered our room only to find that other people were already inside. They told us to leave, but we informed them that this was our room according to reception. The situation was absurd, stressful, and extremely uncomfortable. The room was clearly not prepared for our arrival. The bed sheets were dirty and appeared to have been used by the people who were in the room before us. There were no clean towels and no shower gel. We reported the issue immediately. After an hour of repeatedly calling, someone finally came to deal with the situation. The person handling our case was a woman named Heidi. We were promised a refund and a full change of all bed linen the following day, as we were told there was no housekeeping staff available at that hour. Unfortunately, none of these promises were kept. No one removed the trash left by the previous guests. The bed sheets were still dirty, there was still no shower gel, and on top of that, it felt like someone had access to our room during our stay. To this day, we have still not received the promised refund. We did not feel safe. The level of hygiene and customer service was completely unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. The property is a little rundown, and the remote, contact free check-in process would’ve been much more complicated had not been a person at the desk.
- 2/5
There were flies coming out of the shower drain. I was on the first floor next to the restaurant. The night before my big race, there was a loud birthday party in the restaurant. The door between the red and my room was propped open. I eventually asked the restaurant staff to close the door but they ignored me (didn’t understand English?). Maybe the door had to be open for safety issues? The kitchen staff would take breaks in my hallway to add to the loud noise. Needless to say, I did not get much sleep and did not do well in my race the next morning.
- 1.5/5
it’s completely self Service. There’s no one there so if there’s an issue getting into your room, you’re out of luck. no people. Dark hallways small room rooms with no heat.

Room, lack of staff
- 1/5
There was a very strong mold smell and flies in the room. Room was not upkept.
- 1/5
Check in was terrible. No one available to assist. We booked early check in and …. Paid then they weren’t ready. Finally get someone and he says he won’t charge for 3 out of 5 rooms for early check in fees due to rooms not being ready and the debacle we had to go through which was bringing our 18 suitcases to a staff bathroom hall closet to store. We still got charged for all 5 rooms early check in. So 3 times we were lied to on this stay by staff. And still no money back.
- 3/5
I’m not a fan of giving bad reviews but I do have to mention that the check in process was not good. It was very difficult. No one is at the hotel to assist with check in. Luckily we found someone who came to get someone. We pre paid for early check in bc our plane got in early … and we could not check in early. They kept telling us our rooms would be 30 mins and they weren’t. We had 5 rooms and 18 people sitting crammed with luggage in a very small space called the lobby. It is shared with a restaurant and the people of the restaurant seemed annoyed bc we were in the lobby but we didn’t know what to do. I could go on and on about this but I don’t like to bad mouth and hurt anyone’s livelihood. We are only one party though so hopefully this was just a fluke.
- 1/5
I have not stayed at this hotel and I asked for a refund if to move my date but no one dealt with my query. Now my date has isssed and I lost my booking .
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 3/5
- 3/5
On the downside though the total lack of staff was annoying at times. We were supposed to be able to access our rooms by 4pm at the latest, but it was nearly 6pm before we could get in, and that was only because I sent emails chasing. None of the cleaning staff we encountered spoke a word of English, so they were unable to help.
- 2/5
The pictures are very inaccurate. The hotel is extremely run down, smelly, and dirty. There is no staff present at anytime, minus restaurant staff. They charged a 37 dollar a night “resort fee” for non existent beach chairs/towels. There was no one to ask about these too. The shower never dried and seemed to have mold everywhere. Stains everywhere from the walls to the carpets. The air conditioning was one of those standing ACs that had a tube that was shoved into the window. You could not shut the curtains all the way and the AC was so loud. I’ve never left a review before but people need to know before booking this.
- 3/5
Hotel well situated with good restaurants attached (and a 20% discount for guests.) Room clean and comfortable, however no coffee maker but there was a mini fridge. The check in process is a nightmare: nobody at the front deck, complicated online check in process, additional “resort fee” of $34 for no benefits, and the need to download an app to get the digital room key. The lobby was often filled with frustrated travelers so this hotel would not be recommended for anyone coming in jet lagged.
- 2/5
Told we could store bags upon arrival- we landed and were at hotel at 930am … no staff there - attempted email, text and phone contact - no return communications from hotel … had to drag bags around all day - ruined our one day is south beach. We got the room around 430 .. due to nice support from the manager - however our room had a broken AC system and some put a less than adequate portable ac unit… sweaty all night - description of hotel is highly inaccurate. Would love to get a refund - but fully expect that will not happen.

The front desk lady, Dianelis, i believe her name. She is very attentive and helpful. She went beyond and above to help us with our room. Definitely we appreciate her.

Extremly dirty everywhere ! The floor was absolutely filthy , the toilet had piss on it , the shower was broken , everything was a disaster The only good thing was the location

Staff was good. Location was good. But visible black mold in bathroom needs serious attention

Nothing They are deceiving people with AI-generated photos. This hotel is dirty, the bathrooms are full of mold, and the carpets are dirty and smell bad.
- 4.5/5
We left so early in the morning that we didn't have breakfast Unfortunately, because of the weather, the room was extremely cold. Staff did what they could by providing extra blankets
- 4.5/5
No heater. Cold wave from hell.
- 2/5
We froze. Absolutely no heat. Yes I realize the weather isn’t normal cold but they did have heat thermostats that were either in plastic cases so you could not use or they didn’t work. Asked for extra blankets but never received any. After about 6:00 pm there is no desk customer service. This hotel is very old and run down. The elevator inspection was out of date and it wobbles. Very noisy street and restaurant below is loud. If you want a quiet stay look somewhere else. It was quaint and had a decorated boutique style and had strong perfume smell. Unfortunately I would not recommend. Old
- 3/5
Fine for a night pre cruise. Great location to walk SB area.
- 3/5
The staff was nice but the room was not great. The whole hotel just needs to be updated. The auto check in was horrible.
- 1/5
You could not control the air conditioning in your room. If you wanted to change the thermostat you had to go down or call the lobby. Then you had to wait for a maintenance man to come to the room to change if for you. So in the middle of the night if your room becomes to hot or cold. You just have to deal with it.
- 4/5
Location and amenity for meals N/A
- 2/5
The only thing I liked about the property was the location. The value of the stay was not worth it. The boutique was outdated and it was dirty.
- 5/5
The room was great
- 3.5/5
location was fine. it worked for what we were doing. staff was good. the shower smelled like sewer and the water didn't get very warm. it was warm yest but not hot. maybe they have a septic/sewer difficulties in that area. staff was friendly and appreciated them.
- 2/5
my booking was cancelled two afters after I had booked a non refundable rate. I arrived at the hotel and was told it was overbooked. Having flown in from overseas on a Friday night downtown Miami - I was not impressed at all. It was only because the front desk girl found a smaller room with two beds that was out of commission I was able to stay. This inconvenience should have given me a full credit for my stay
- 4/5
Location
- 3.5/5
Convenient for what our plans were for the trip. It’s on a VERY busy street so night life is prevalent and you hear everything on the street. Very loud at night time when you are trying to sleep. Also one of the blinds was broken and hanging inside the window. Thankfully my boyfriend semi fixed it but it was still broken coming and leaving.
- 2/5
Hotel had a terrible smell. Covered with what appeared to be perfume.
- 1/5
The cleaning the room was terrible. we stayed there for 5 nights and they just cleaned for one time. all the windows has mold and dirt.
- 3/5
air con was terrible - was blasting cold air and as we visited in dec that is not what we needed. the controls were locked , which i have never seen before, and had really big issues to get reception to fix the issue. the solution was either full blast or not at all . we never received the bottle of water or the room upgrade. quite disappointing stay overall
- 2/5
At least the receptionist staff were very nice and friendly. They did best they could to problem solve the AC issue. Did have a restaurant adjoined to it that was EXCELLENT!!! U fortunately I would NOT recommend this place to stay at, especially for the price.
- 4/5
The detached restaurant near the lobby it is pretty loud, but our journey was good!
- 1/5
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I've been here two other visits with no issue. This time they canceled my first night there literally as I landed in Miami and put me in their sister property which is $200 less a night and refuse to refund me anything. Then the guy at the front desk told me they no longer do the free chairs on the beach with Boucher Brothers and I paid the $65 for 2 chairs only to find out he lied to us because they are free. The room had an actual dip in the floor covered by the rug and it was wet for 3 days. The air conditioning wouldn't work, the male staff were extremely rude and they didn't give us our expedia perk at check in. The young women who works the night shift is the best thing about this hotel and her talet should definitely be hired at a more reputable hotel. Would never stay here again.
- 0.5/5
The floor of Room 214 was literally vibrating throughout our stay. It was so disruptive and uncomfortable that we had no choice but to leave the property entirely. When we informed the staff, the employee apologized and admitted that management was already aware of this issue. Despite knowing the room was defective, they still rented it to us. This is a total tourist trap for last-minute bookings. I have reached out multiple times for a refund, but there has been zero communication from management. They are happy to take your money for an uninhabitable room but refuse to take responsibility. Save your money and stay somewhere else where the floors don't shake and the management actually responds to guests.
- 3/5
That said, the hotel feels a bit run down. In the bedroom, the window blind was broken, the mirror paint was peeling, and the tissue holder was stained. The bathroom door’s wood railing also showed noticeable wear. When the bathroom was cleaned, the small towels were not replaced, although the bath towels were changed. The room did not have a microwave or a dresser for clothes, which made organizing a bit difficult, though the side closet was nice. The furniture overall felt old, but I did like having a small refrigerator. The hotel could really benefit from a deeper level of cleaning. The doors had gray marks, and the carpets seemed like they needed a thorough cleaning or replacement. There was also a noticeable humidity smell in the hallways. Overall, the staff was a highlight, but the property needs updates and improved maintenance to match the service.
- 3/5
So while not amazing, the price and location balanced out the quality of the room.
- 5/5
Realy enjoyed my stay , will be coming back soon.
- 4/5
Great location! Friendly environment
- 4/5
Euro style, small hotel, restaurant on first floor $$$. Overall good, clean and comfy beds. Humidity damage to the finishes, Floring looks not clean. Coffee, water, beach towels at front desk. Friendly stuff. Parking at ramp, 3min walk, about $1/hr. At the street meter $6/hr.
- 4/5
Friendly, clean and the location was great. The room we were in we could not turn the air off or down so it got cold.
- 3/5
Room was adequate but shower head was broken so hand held. Building /room smelled musty. Something @ 3rd party booking being a concern even though we utilized Expedia?
- 3/5
The front desk attendants were very nice and did try to make it right by refunding me one night stay.
- 4/5
Clean room and location!!!!

Hi, had a great stay! Wanted a Birthday-get-away and leave the frigid cold came to Miami and had a great time.I picked an awesome stay, room was clean, checked in after hours & it was seamless. I will definitely come back, looking forward to it,thanks to all.
- 5/5
Casa Boutique Hotel was a gorgeous stop over on our way to cruise! The staff were so friendly and helpful and room was extremely comfortable and a great value for money. We will be back when we come to holiday in Miami thanks for having us
- 3/5
The location is excellent, but the photos do not accurately reflect the condition of the property. It’s an older building in noticeable disrepair, with a persistent mold smell, and the rooms feel more like dorms than the modern, sleek, and spacious spaces suggested online. The biggest issue is the value: for $400, I expected to treat my parents to a comfortable stay, but the experience felt closer to that of a budget hotel.
- 5/5

Staff tried resolving issues, but was unsuccessful. Had no hot water for two nights on the 4 night stay. Lobby floor and furniture was filthy. Soap dispenser in shower didn't work properly. Had to request wash cloths, was not there at check-in. Had to request housekeeping service twice (asking for it in the morning, came back to the hotel at 4:30pm, and room wasn't refreshed. Elevator need to be serviced; Vilbrating quite a bit.

Cute little boutique hotel, friendly staff. Building is historic and charming, if you dig this type of places. Clean sheets and bedding but can give the carpets and windows a good wash.
- 4/5
The place was relatively clean, in a great location and the staff was very accommodating. I was very pleased with the value
- 3/5
the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable and quiet enough but there were issues. The shower had no cold water and little to no pressure, the hotel decided to change my lock when I was out of my room and when we got back there was no one at the front desk to assist, no message or new keys (cards) ready. The restaurant staff was so fantastic and friendly they called the manager and that person had someone show up 30 minutes later to give us a key. It’s just ok, the location is good, but not coming back.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful lady at the front desk. I got off a cruise ship and she looked after my luggage till check in time, gave me a towel and a foldable chair to take to the beach while I waited for my room to be prepared. Lovely friendly attitude packed with what I call 'great service"!
- 5/5
Check in was fast and friendly. Staff was going above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. The room was excellent, Very clean. Beach, shops, all within walking distance.

- 5/5
Location. Staff service , food , drinks
- 3/5
The NICEST staff in South Beach, I've ever experienced, and great location; restaurants, Beach, shopping and clubs!! The main reason for a 3 star instead of a 5 star is apparently my room's built-it AC unit was broken so a "stand in the middle of the room" AC unit was in the room but this also didn't function correctly either. And if the room wasn't ready to be rented out I really wish they hadn't.
- 5/5
All service and the staff are excellent

Clean room, polite staff, family friendly, delicious Italian Restaurant at the 1st floor! My fiance and i loved this place! Thanks for everything
- 4/5
Location, room was clean bed was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Reynaldo, the attendant, is very helpful! The only thing I think could be improved is replacing the sofa and reception desk, as they are old and a little dirty.
- 3/5
There was problem with the AC every night. The central AC kept turning off and the additional unit was either too loud or not working. I could not sleep very well. However service was very good.
- 3/5
The gentleman that was working when we arrived was very helpful and accommodating. We booked two rooms and one of our rooms was very hot and it took them 6 hours to come look at it. It was reported at 2:30 pm and at 8:30 they offered us another room. The man working at night was not polite or helpful. The rings were clean but the hallways were not. It smelled muggy and a little like mildew.
- 3/5
Great location, but is very noisy (next to the Avenue and it looks like they have a generator , so all the floor was vibrating all night)
- 5/5
Cute property and easy access to shopping, beach and several options in restaurants. Definitely recommend!
- 4/5
Great for a quick stay. But do not expect your room to be cleaned each day and they will lock you out your room at 11 on the dot
- 1/5
They were charged extra $50 service fee a day
- 4/5
No nos quejamos en toda la semana sobre este tema, pero cuando fui a pedir poder quedarnos el día que nos íbamos hasta las 16 hs, nos negaron y la única opción era pagando. Lamentablemente no creo volver luego de dos estadías consecutivas.
- 2/5
Don’t be fooled by the pictures. It looks nothing like the photos.
- 1/5
We could not get ahold of any staff for days before saying we would need to check in late, then when we arrived there was no staff and no one answering the after hours number. We were stuck on the street trying to find a new hotel at 1 am. Horrible service and dirty hotel lobby.
- 3/5
This hotel was average..nothing spectacular but it wasn't horrible. The glasses in the room we dirty but the staff was very nice and personable
- 5/5
The property was exactly what we were looking for. We didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg but wanted to be in walking distance of the beach and the strip. If you’re looking for just a nice quiet clean room this is your place. But if you’d like a pool and more amenities you’ll wanna look else where they didn’t have a pool. But they do have an Italian restaurant that seemed pretty popular. We didn’t actually get to check it out. The staff was great and super friendly and helpful. Overall no complaints at all!
- 1/5
Worst place in Miami
- 1/5
It’s nothing like the pictures shown. Most of the furnitures are so outdated and super dirty! We got the first floor. OMG!! It was extremely Noisy. It’s next to the kitchen and you can hear everything… people talking and the evaluator going up and down. We could hear people walking and taking showers upstairs! There is also no privacy here. You would see customers using the bathroom come and goes! Also, the shower door is leaking water when shower is in use, so the bathroom floor is all wet (it’s a major safety issue) we would slip and fall. I would not recommend this place at all. It was crazy!!!!!!!!!
- 2/5
We stayed here the night before a cruise. The area was very noisy at night, with a band playing past midnight and the noise from the restaurant below. Not much sleep was had. The property had a musty smell throughout. I would not stay here if you like sleep.
- 5/5
Nice hotel!
- 2/5
Nice location, but not the service
- 5/5
Greeted us right away. Was very nice and quick. We love the hotel! Its cute!
- 4/5
Like the property but this is the second time we had issues with noise til 1am
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The property was noisy, and elevator was out. Hauling the luggage up the stairs was very cumbersome. Noisy. However, the location is spectacular.
- 1/5
Stayed here for the weekend got the balcony room. Was kinda disappointed on how nasty some of the room was. The bed was comfty but the sheets were rough and scratchy like no fabric softener is used. The shower was dirty in all the corners and wall like they didnt deep clean it properly in weeks. My partner and i were not comfortable showering barefoot so i used sandals to shower! Yeah it was that bad. The tile on the bathroom floor was black which was really wierd and off, you can tell they changed it but tried to conceal the fact that they dont clean well so they chose black tile!? You could still see it was dirty though. The bathroom floor behind the toillette was dirty and had hair. The carpet was beyond nasty!!! I get carpets arent perfect with the amount of foot traffic in the rooms but this was unacceptable it was even lifting on some corners of the panels. Soiled and lots of stains also made the room smell wet and moldy. The sink was squirting water to the side from the faucet so had to run it with a slow stream. By the elevator smelled horrible like hot garbage everytime we used it. I get its an old building but these are things that could be avoided. The staff was really nice and it was close to everything . No parking but there is a garage 2 blocks down that is $20 a day.
- 4/5
Great, helpful staff. The room was a good value for the price. There are some maintenance and cleaning issues that could be improved. Overall a good value in a great location.
- 2/5
The location was the only good thing
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 5/5
Great hotel close to everything. 4 minutes to the beach.very clean We loved it!
- 1/5
Room so humid, dirty, no lighting, old furniture
- 3/5
Reasons: Smells bad in the reception The beach pic I though it was for free the umbrella but they charged $20 box Weak shower (not much pressiore) But the reception really cordial and Nice! Great clean Services too!
- 5/5
Parking sucks but that really isn’t their fault. I would stay there again. Parking in the public lot is challenging and is $40 a day to a private lot. I highly recommend the Cuban restaurant next door!
- 1/5
The pictures you see on website are totally different from what you see when you get inside the hotel. The room was extremely dirty. Dirty carpet, spots on the bathroom floor, dust everywhere, pieces of food on the carpet and the dining chair etc.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Walking distance to south beach.
- 1/5
This hotel is not secure, what’s so ever! First room they put us in the door wouldn’t even lock. But also the doors to the outside were unlocked at all hours. Elevator is super sketchy and we only used it when we had our luggage!
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Great place … very clean . Friendly staff
- 5/5
The staff was very professional and special. The hotel is clean and the air conditioning works perfectly for a hot weather
- 1/5
It is very dirty and old, and thing for your reheat the food and no parking.
- 5/5
I love the hotel
- 4/5
We stay at the Hotel with my family, 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was good, maybe the wardrobe was a little small for all of us. The location is excellent, only 3 blocks from the beach and the main streets. Lincon and Ocean has a unique vibe and the night is awesome. The staff was very polite and responds to our questions, you have a public park 2 blocks away where you can leave the car paying accordly, not expensive. The Hotel shares the front of the facility with a very cute restaurant. If you go to south beach is a really good option.
- 4/5
Close to the beach, super friendly staff, near restaurants and shops. There is an italian restaurant that is really good for lunch and dinner called Limoncello.
- 2/5
The rooms are extremely tiny, could not even open our suitcase to unpack, not like there was much space unpack. My husband hit the TV every time you try to move around the bed. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. It was just disgusting. The carpet was stained and wet when we checked in. We had to wear sandals the whole time to make sure we didn’t get some kind of mold infection on our feet. We even have to use them in the shower. There’s a restaurant downstairs and the workers are just hanging out all over in the hotel lobby and in the seating area about the elevator. Speaking of the elevator, that broke while we were there.
- 3/5
The location of the hotel is amazing, walking distance to everything. Other than that everything else is a fight. Getting the room cleaned, fresh towels, elevator was not working so had to drag luggage up and down flights of stairs, and don’t plan on sleeping before 2am on any given night because the restaurant blasts music and it’s very loud.
- 4/5
Cute, clean, economical and perfect location.
- 2/5
Elevators were broken. We were without air conditioning for 24 hours. Room was 82 degrees! Pictures of room, lobby were not recent or accurate. Things looked run-down, broken, and room/bathroom were tiny. Maid service was unfriendly and questioned the need for appropriate amount of towels/wash cloths. Location was great, however!
- 5/5
Yrs
- 5/5
Great value for the property, location and comfort.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice. Loungers on the beach were also nice, but it's impossible to escape the smell of marijuana on the beach - totally not the hotel's fault. Hotel lobby does have a sewage smell but thankfully our room did not smell. AC was great. Would stay again.
- 1/5
Elevator was out of service. Washroom were small, carpet was dirty. Asked front desk to get us a cab to the airport he calls some special suv service guy in a suit to drive us to the airport about a 25-30min drive came to $165 (felt rip off) A service I never requested.
- 3/5
The room would not cool down, and the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone.
- 3/5
in disrepair. The broken elevator was the touching grace. The room carpet stained and no beside lighting. I guess they figure people don't read any more.
- 3/5
The lift was broken and we our check in time was 4pm which is already late. When we arrived at 4pm we were told the room still wasn't ready and had to get dressed for dinner in the public bathrooms. The room itself was nice but the fridge was broken. Location is amazing though, walking distance from pretty much everything and they have a lovely restaurant inside/outside. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Best place very clean and the people was so nice with me
- 5/5
A great experience! Thank you for everything
- 3/5
The elevator was broken, and the front desk staff did not offer to help me with my luggage. The first night was extremely loud, all the way up until 12:30 AM. I tried calling the front desk from my room, but there was no answer. I went downstairs, and they told me their phone was down. They explained the noise was because a group from Italy was celebrating. Unfortunately, I had to wake up at 6:00 AM the next morning, so it ended up being a long night of people yelling and making a lot of noise.
- 4/5
Just 3 short blocks from the ocean the location is solid. Elevator was broken so that was inconvenient. Room had no soap, shampoo so I had to go to front desk to get these.
- 4/5
Good is clean, quite noise during night time, in the middle of commercial area.
- 3/5
Heidi at the front desk was superb. However the hotel is very small and rooms are tiny. There was black stuff around the AC vents which leads me to believe it was mold. We had 2 full size suitcases and 1 carry on and barely had space to place our stuff. Unfortunately we won't stay here again.
- 3/5
Found the $25 per well drink excessive, may not be a part of the hotel.
- 5/5
It was nice. Especially with the restaurant attached
- 2/5
I won’t be staying here again. The place smelled like mildew and the thermostat was stuck on 60 degrees. It was very cold sleeping at night. Even though it was low priced for the area, I think you can do better.
- 4/5
The staff was amazing. Luis greeted me so nicely and was very accommodating. Only thing wrong with this property is that it could have been cleaner the rugs are disgusting but overall all a great time the restaurant staff was nice always greeting. People spoke to a chef briefly he was nice the lady that was checking as I was very nice as well.
- 4/5
Friendly, helpful staff
- 5/5
The room did not have coffee Maker and the coffee was not ready in the lobby before 7:00 AM
- 5/5
Heidi was awesome and friendly!
- 5/5
Honestly this place is great. Location, clean, comfortable beds (and I'm picky), reasonable price, and short walk to beach chairs you have access to through your resort fee. You are so close to the beach, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, or Espanol Way so you are centrally located to it all. They will store your bags if you are early or leave after your checkout time.
- 4/5
Nice hotel in a great location, near beach and attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and responsive.
- 1/5
This place was terrible, the room smelt like mold and it was sooo dirty, had to get a refund after a night and went and booked elsewhere.
- 4/5
Great location on Washington Avenue five minutes walk from the beach and close to a huge amount of dining options. The resort fees include chairs at the beach and towels, but no umbrellas. Those are US$20 extra each. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but in need of a bit of maintenance: the ceiling was stained black above one of the air vents. The room rates are reasonable, but only because it’s Miami Beach.
- 4/5
Just a pit stop here on the way to the keys. Place is amazing just have to pay to park at parking garages. Still worth it and amazing
- 5/5
Great!
- 4/5
Great area, there's a restaurant called Limoncello right next to the check in counter which was convenient. Room was good, price was good, all around pretty solid.
- 2/5
Property was old, had a musty smell in all the common areas, and mold in the room all around the air vents. There was hair and what appeared to be toe nail clippings in the bed.
- 4/5
Property was in a nice location, close to the beach, safe walking around at night. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent Italian restaurant on sight.
- 5/5
Had dinner at the restaurant downstairs, Limoncello, and our server Ryan was as amazing as the food itself. Great stay at Casa Boutique Hotel.
- 4/5
Very close to the beach
- 3/5
Room was tiny but clean and bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Its a very modern, comfy and clean small hotel close to the beach. I did have some problems sleeping each night with all the noises from construction, cars, and people partying nearby. The rooms seem to be noise-protected to an extent, but there will still be some noise seeping in.
- 5/5
Nice option away fron the super resorts.
- 5/5
Good quality hotel, well located for exploring Miami Beach area. Restaurant downstairs (Limoncello) was excellent and we were given a discount for being a hotel guest.
- 3/5
One night prior to cruise departure. Room not ready at 4:30 p.m. check in was arduous and so slow. Room was absent of any decor. Furniture was damaged, rug very dirty and stained. While waiting for room, decided to have a cold drink at attached restaurant called Limoncello. 2 cans Limonata and a basket of focaccia that we didn’t order came to $40 US. Difficult to get assistance with bags etc in hotel
- 4/5
It was okay, portable AC unit in room was very noisy.
- 5/5
Great friendly service and the location is fantastic.
- 5/5
I had a very good stay here. Would definitely recommend.
- 3/5
The hotel staff, especially Luis was excellent.
- 4/5
Recommended: Limoncello restaurant downstairs.
- 3/5
It's really outdated and small , unsure if elevator is up to code. Also still dealing with pending charge that the Hotel has no record of. Would def consider different hotel was not exactly the experience looking for besides the distance from the beach. Perfect spot for partying and having a good time. Property needs refresh , staff is doing great work
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Very well located close to the beach, ocean drive and española way. Lots of dining options. Great little boutique hotel and friendly staff. Will stay again.
- 3/5
I was made to believe that the beach was closer. There was some needed repairs in the room. Overall comfortable bed I was woken up by a lot of sounds in the morning. The staff was not empathetic or helpful to resolve some issues.
- 4/5
Had a great stay, hotel is a great location for the beach and south beach area. Staff are really helpful and access to the beach chairs/towels is really handy. It can be noisy but in south beach that is standard and during the actual nighttime it was quiet.
- 4/5
parking was very hard to find. The yellow curb side parking to drop off your luggage was filled with scooters at the restaurant at the entrance to the hotel. Paid two different parking garages before finding the right one.
- 4/5
Cute property and location.
- 4/5
Great location! Hotel was extremely clean. Staff were so friendly. The only thing was no microwave but the room had a fridge. Loved everything else.
- 2/5
Property was rather dirty and needed some updates. Staff was fantastic
- 5/5
Negative: none
- 4/5
Location was great, staff was friendly and bed was comfy. Location was as good EXCEPT if you happen to be at the back corner 207/307 etc you back on the USPS depot which has trucks backing in with the beepers from 3am-6am ...
- 1/5
I booked this hotel because the booking said it included daily breakfast and resort fees were included in the package. None of these were offered or included upon check in and there was no effort to resolve this. The property was also in very poor condition. The bathroom on the first floor for the public was flooded two different days during our stay. The smell was awful. The only redeeming quality was the housekeeping. They cleaned the room meticulously each day and always fresh towels. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I seriously will reconsider whether I book through Expedia again.
