    I wasn't able to make my stay because the staff told me my reservation was canceled. After a long back and forth with that i had to attempt to get ahold of someone from booking.com because they messed up my reservation. I tried calling the customer service number, got an ai thing, then when it went to send me to an actual person, i got hung up on EVERY TIME. Absolutely furious with this company and will never use them again.

    One day going to my room, was a cockroach that needed to eliminate. Room was quite, very good mattress and pillows, Furniture functional but not so new. First night the shower took a while to get hot water, following days was ok. Told when checking in, that no daily cleaning to the room, no big issue for me. No breakfast service included, but good cafeteria por basic breakfast or dinner. Parking was $13 additional per day, that neighbor hotels didn’t charge, negative point if you have a car. At checkout due to early operation at 2:30 am, not possible to get final charges. So far did not get it still, hope I get it. Thanks.

    Location near many places but not walking distance. The beds were listed a queen they were full size very small and uncomfortable, I was in 106 the bed squeaks. The rugs look dirty. There is no courtesy water or coffee or tea! You must purchase everything at high cost! Breakfast to purchase, no blower in rooms no iron on rooms, the sofa bed is small. Expensive for what the provide. &13 parking fee daily!!! That’s a rip off! Will never recommend or stay ever.

    I would stay here again to have a suite. You pay extra for breakfast and it’s the same limited choices everyday. Staff was friendly. Property is outdated/needs upgrades and paying to park there is unnecessary. Lobby, pool area, and workout room are nice.

    The room service was poor. There were 3 of us in a room, one adult and 2 children. Room service changed the towels once, on our request and gave us 2 towels for 3 ppl!! I didn't quite understand the bfast offerings when i sought clarification, staff was rude. I would not stay there ever again and would advise friends, family and the internet not to as well

    It was super stressful after an extremely long day of travel and delays to land in an extremely busy city and have nowhere to go. Our family of 4- including our kids- spent the night in the airport as a result since it was too late to get a hotel anywhere else and we had to wait around in the airport the whole next morning until we could go to our cruise. It honestly ruined the whole first day of our cruise and even part of the 2nd day because we were so exhausted when we finally got on board that we were all unwell from lack of sleep. On the plus side, the manager was extremely apologetic and had no idea this had happened and did his best to make it right, and we were given a full refund. So that was solid. Hope they look at their policies for this kind of thing going forward and make sure that all employees are in sync.

    The location of the property is good, close to the airport and to multiple restaurants, pharmacies and shopping malls. They only clean the room every other day and when they do it, it is mediocre, I tried calling to the receptionist to get fresh towels but they never answered so I walk to the lobby in to ask for it they said yes and they never did it. Last but not least I requested face tissues because we used the first box, and in the nine days I stayed there they never replenished it.

    Mr. Liechtenstein and the driver that was also the jack of all trades were the best part of the stay. The reception area smelled beautiful. The airplane noise, the faulty a.c. unit in 106, the terrible smell in the room, the morning reception staff that told us there was no shuttle offered on site despite us having used it the evening before. We didn't really know what to expect price wise but there was no breakfast and I don't feel we expected that for the price.

    Staff was lacking. I couldn’t find anyone to answer my questions come check out. They charge for parking and then they don’t tow when someone parks between two handicap vehicles so you can’t get in to your car. Completely frustrating. I won’t stay there again.

    This hotel served as a satisfactory accommodation for a one-night stay before our cruise. Our goal was to find a decent, budget-friendly option, and the hotel met those expectations.     Breakfast was ok but few options to choose from what the room rate offers. Maria from front desk was amazing and super friendly best part of my stay. All the cleaning staff and front desk were nice. I didnt like that on booking.com they offered free shuttle from airport to hotel and viceversa and when I called they say they do not offer it. Also I arranged transportation back to the hotel nearby and driver never answered the call and when I called the hotel they told me I should call uber.

    We were disappointed from check-in. Staff was less than friendly and welcoming. Forgot a toothbrush and they had none. All three convenience shower items in the shower were empty. The tub was filled with water (it was 2am so no, we didn't ask for another room). Had to call maintenance to get hot water working. Room smelled like pet urine. There was no ice bucket (not that one would have helped with a broken ice machine on our floor). The pool was unkept and filled with debris. Our scheduled and paid for driver to the Port of Miami was a half hour late picking up. Would not stay here again.

    We were giving wrong information for hotel shuttled, waited well over and hour then took an uber. Check in was ok, given a room where the door hardware was unstable and dead bolt not working. Room change done quickly. Hotel is old, tired and below the standard of a Marriot Cortyard. Food in the cafe took 2 hours to prepare. There was one man trying to serve customers, cook and make cocktails. He did let us know the food would "take a while " because it was just him. The only positive thing I can say is the room was clean. Bottom line, stay elsewhere.

    The hotel is in the way of airplanes landing route. Too much noisy. Lacks supportive employees; they blocked the room entrance 30 minutes before the checkout time. I went two times to the front counter asking to unblock the door. The woman at the front desk needs a customer care training. This was my worst experience with Marriot’s hotel.

    Our stay was ok. However a bit shocking The Marriott still have outdated properties with not-so-friendly staff. The room smelled old and humid, the bed wasn’t as comfortable. Honestly, i will not return to that property again.

    This is a great smaller property if you are staying in the specific address area. Unfortunately for us distance was an issue and also no housekeeping service. Thus, the review. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

    Asked for a non smoking room, ( i have asthma) got there, the room smell like an ashtray. There was a burn on the rug. Bathtub yellowish, no soap, toilet was cracked. The elevator wasn't working. Stay away from restaurant menus that they put under the door. Their food seems to be made out of someones house. My boyfriend ordered a turkey club sandwich and got a piece of bread with cheese and turkey ham. I know this last issue doesn't have to do with the hotel, but they can't allow this people run a business out of the hotel.

    Staff was not friendly and transportation from the airport was never there to pick us up from the airport. We waited over an hour and receptionist said it would be there at gate 8 and nothing ever showed up. Never again staying here.

    The only problem with this hotel was the shuttle service from the airport. There are two different shuttles for two different Courtyard by Marriott hotels and this is not made clear. I got on the wrong shuttle and the driver had to take me back to the airport where I had to wait another 30-45 minutes for the right shuttle to arrive. Then for some reason this driver didn’t stop at the shuttle pickup. He went 200 yards further before stopping for no apparent reason. Other than that, the hotel was clean, the a/c was cool, and it was very quiet, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast burrito was excellent.

    Me and my wife stayed in Miami for a few days to finish off our vacations. To rest from the vacation. We liked our room nice clean, we slept really well. It was close to the airport, close to good restaurants close to the malls. We are definitely goingnl to recommend it to our family and friend. Of course we will be back. For our purpose it was perfect, we didn't use any other amenities like the pool. We slept went out came back to sleep ita was always nice and quiet not busy and loud.

    A big plus was the convenience of the airport shuttle. When you arrive at the airport, you should call the hotel to tell them that you are there and they will send the shuttle for you. It may take up to 30 minutes in peak time but I appreciated it. Also, the day before you check out you should reserve the time you want to get the shuttle. It is efficient and drivers are polite. I was actually supposed to leave on the 21st October but my flight was cancelled and I just went back on the Expedia app and booked another night at this same hotel. And called back the shuttle to get me at the airport. The beds and pillows at this hotel are fantastic and comfortable. The rooms are clean and cosy. There is also a big spacious car park. The only con for me was the long walk to my room with my suitcases because one of the elevators was down. The rug in the corridors was not the easiest to roll the suitcases so it was a little difficult. But not a huge issue. The hotel is a bit dated but still an excellent choice for what I needed. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

    The room was super comfortable—plenty of space to spread out, and the bed was like a cloud! I loved how well-appointed everything was, from the cozy pillows to the nice bathroom amenities. It made my stay feel extra special. The staff here were fantastic! Everyone I encountered was friendly and genuinely helpful. Whether I had a question about the area or needed a little extra assistance, they were always ready to lend a hand with a smile. It really made a difference in my experience. I enjoyed everything about my stay—great amenities, convenient location, and a peaceful atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to stay that checks all the boxes, I’d definitely recommend the Marriott! I can’t wait to come back!

    As I was overnighting not much of an indepth review can be provided. However, staff reception was a positive highlight. Room was basic, but in line with price point. It was clean, bed was comfortable and everything in the room functioned well.

    Our first room had to be changed because the balcony door wouldn’t shut. It was open and the room hot when we got there. Our second room had no hot water. After they fixed it, it was tepid at best. Fortunately, we had another room they could shower in. Told the front desk as we were leaving, but it didn’t seem to be of interest. The rooms themselves were clean and parking was easy. If not for the water issue, our stay would have been great.
