Location Management and workers Picture of door was 1st room provided. Door was unable to close. 2nd room was across hall from 1st. At approximately 10pm maintenance men were banging and using electric drill to fix the door waking all in my party. Asked the workers why they would disturb patrons and person said the people in room could not close door. This picture was taken between 8-10 am the next day. Was not fixed. No one in room. The shuttle driver was the only person that was helpful.

This is a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. However, I should note that the shuttle service is not very convenient. It only runs every hour and only upon request. We were not aware that it had to be requested and wound up taking a cab from the airport. It is a solid 15 minute drive from the airport to the hotel without traffic, so if there is traffic it could take longer.

I have stayed at many hotels near the airport. This hotel offered great value, was clean and staff very friendly. Reasonable rate on a good room. Other hotels in the area less reasonable and the rooms seem beaten up.

the rooms and place are clean and comfortable and up to Hampton Inn standards, good selection of restaurants just across the street. Just be aware that airport shuttle runs from 5am (not 4am as mentioned in Expedia) and on every hour (60 mins), the ride takes 12-20 mins in avarage and can be more depending on traffic. It worked great for us and we were in time for morning flight, but make sure you plan accordingly around this schedule or have other means of transportation to airport. We didn't use pool nor had an opportunity to eat breakfast (due to early leave) but it's available and looked pretty good.

The hotel advertises airport pickup, but be prepared to wait. I ended up waiting 1.5 hours because the shuttle apparently makes multiple trips for other guests and only leaves on the hour. This was never properly explained beforehand, so expectations were not managed. Also, if you need transportation to the cruise port, make arrangements early. They do not offer cruise port transfers on certain days, and even when they do, spots fill up quickly. Unfortunately, this information was not clearly communicated by staff, which made planning stressful. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the lack of proper communication about shuttle timing and cruise transportation is something future guests should be aware of.

The liquid soap / shampoo and conditioner is Dove which is a good brand however it seems the perfume in this was not good for one of us causing nasal congestion. Breakfast unfortunately was lacking, the same thing basically every day and the eggs/sides were barely warm. The location next to a strip mall is great for dining there are 5 places right there and down the street are many more.

Honestly, the property was clean and located in the business district so no complaints about that. However did not appreciate waiting 45 minutes for a shuttle and getting hung up on twice while trying to communicate to the front desk that we were waiting to be picked up. We also requested extra pillows. When they were delivered they smelled awful. I had to take them back to reception and they placed them for me. Lastly, we had a teenage basketball team next door that ran up and down halls all night and even the morning of check out. The best thing about this hotel was Travis at the front desk. The first night he offered free snacks for the inconvenience and the second night he replaced the pillows with a smile and great customer service. People work hard for their money and I personally put a lot of time into picking my hotels. Hilton has never let me down. This time however Travis saved several days.

Staff was friendly & helpful. However we waited a long time for the hotel shuttle. After being told "he was on his way twice." If we knew the shuttle was picking up at other locations, we would have understood that. Instead we saw other shuttles come by at least two times before our shuttle arrived the first time. Be more transparent with guests.

I really enjoyed my stay the area was very convenient and a lot of places were either a short uber ride or within walking distance. I will say I think they should invest in vegetarian options for breakfast that’s my only pointer. The staff was also very nice and sweet too.

The rooms were nice, but had a very bad smell to them every night we'd come back, almost like a mildew smell. The breakfast would have been ok if they didn't cheap out on refilling items. Breakfast was suppose to be from 6-9 during the week. 2 of the mornings I came down at 8:35 with 25 mins left, there was nothing left. It's a breakfast buffet. Not first come, first serve. There's no reason there shouldn't be food up until 9 am sharp.

Checked in, very friendly front desk staff. First room smelled of urine and had stains on the carpet. Staff readily moved us to a similar room on the same floor. Second room smelled less but similar, and further stains on the carpet. An obviously well-used room overall (furniture scuffs, scratches and dents on walls, stains, etc). Housekeeping came up, redid the bed, and sprayed freshener around the room, which helped (at least covered the smell). Breakfast was hectic, perhaps understaffed, but had a good offering. Attempted the airport transfer, but the valet who does the driving seemed rushed and not particularly helpful. Opted for an Uber instead.

We had a good stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff were welcoming and helpful while we waited for the airline to deliver our baggage. The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel, and there were several great dining options nearby within walking distance. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

Site has Everything( Laundry and all your snall needs)- we only stayed one night but it was a clean, easily accessible to airport MIA, food, drive to different things and onsite support and amenities.

This was are second stay here. Pick up from the airport was quick and easy. The driver gave us a lot of information abt the area.Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Cruise port bus got us to the port by 11am even with traffic. Will stay here again if i cruise out of miami.

Our room was clean but that was the only good thing about our stay. I checked with the hotel prior to our trip to find out how we request a shuttle from the airport and to the cruise port next day. Answers were very vague and I had to make 3 very frustrating calls to the front desk after landing to figure out where to go and wait to the shuttle. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle service to the cruise port. No where on their website does it say the shuttle starts at noon. We didn’t find out till we were at the hotel which was an inconvenience.

Poor shuttle service -45 min wait for shuttle. And the shuttle was generic - no signage stating Hampton Inn. On the way to the airport it was overbooked and massive luggage actually broke glass cause it was too crowded.

The shuttle from the hotel for pickup at the airport took two hours to arrive and this was only after contacting the hotel three times and being told different things each time about when the shuttle would arrive. On arranging the port shuttle we had to go the the reception three times before we received the vouchers

The only thing that could use some upkeep is the pool area.

I only stay for one night. However, it has everything I needed. They have a small gym, outdoor pool, and laundry room. Hotel is very clean. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. I had breakfast in the morning. I love the fresh waffles I made. Everything else is okay.

Well, our stay at the Hampton Inn’s more than adequate. The shuttle bus stunk. It didn’t come when they said it wouldn’t come. It didn’t come to the place that it was supposed to come at the time it was supposed to come was a real display.

In an attempt to provide great customer service and get us in a room hours before check in we were placed in the only clean room avail which happened to be a handicap room. Room was very spacious but smelled of vomit. Also the overall condition of the room did not compare to the other room we just stayed in on 03/29. Management moved us to a room similar to the one we occupied on 03/29 and it was perfect. Looks like they have remodeled the baths recently. The airport shuttle was very convenient and appreciated. It stops at 11 pm tho so beware. It runs every hour and sometimes at 30 min intervals if there are airline employees in need ( apparently they have a contract with airline ). Will stay there again. It provided service that I have come to expect from Hampton.

This was a very nice hotel! The staff were super friendly and organized. They let is check in early and stored our luggage while we waited for a room. They were very accommodating. We arrived mid morning and were able to check into our room. Staff was friendly and informative, room was clean and fresh. Hotel overall is well kept and clean. We had a little issue with the shower head, we notified the front desk and they dealt with it promptly. Hotel is next door to restaurants and liquour/beer store. Free shuttle from Miami airport, just have to call hotel to request shuttle once landed. Prompt shuttle to the cruise port at $15 U.S/person, decent selection for breakfast. Will stay here again.

This Hampton wasn’t up to par versus other Hamptons we’ve stayed at. Everything was fine just dated; ex. furnishings. Staff were very helpful. My only 2 complaints or disappointments were these: the shuttle quit running at 11pm. We flew in, got our luggage and it was 11:10pm. We had to pay $40+ for a taxi to drive us 7.5 miles. I know many hotels run 24 hours. I never thought to ask as 24 hrs has been my experience. And the second is no driver spoke English. One driver had to get another person to translate to English. Another spoke to a passenger to let us know to scan the code for a rating. They were nice. Just hard communicating in our own USA.

we stayed there for the ride to the port of Miami but no one told us to sign up and pay when we checked in so the next morning they had overbooked for the ride to the port --we had to get an Uber. That was the main reason for staying there and it didn't happen. won't stay there again

Clean decent room, shuttle from airport was very easy to get. Shuttle to port was extra but well worth it and very on time. Breakfast is what you would expect from these types of hotels nothing fancy, but worked for us.

The hotel itself if well-maintained and very well staffed with caring, well-informed personnel. Our room was immaculate and the bed was cozy. Breakfast the following morning was an exceptional buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, cereals, toast and other bakery goods, juices, coffee, tea, yogurt, waffles, pancakes...quite an array! My only regret is that we had not checked ahead to determine if we might park our car on the premises while we were on our trip. I have made a mental note to add that feature to our next stay. This hotel is indeed a traveler's delight!

The hotel was very clean as well as the rooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable which is always at the top of my list. The staff, especially Sebastian and Ryan, the manager, were very helpful and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you.

The lobby is nice, but, the rooms needed an upgrade.There were cracks in the wall. The handicap accessible room had a showerhead that was removable, but it looked like it was just for show. It did not work at all. The carpets were ripped in the elevator, almost causing a lady using a walker to trip.

Older hotel but clean and friendly staff

The early morning staff were very helpful with storing our luggage. I just didn't like the fact that it was 2:00 p.m. and check-in was at 3pm, but they still wanted to charge me a $30 early check-in fee. I understand that is company policy, but that's kind of ridiculous. We just went exploring and then came back later to check in. The room itself was fine, until we noticed ants all along the basrboards and in the bathroom. I called down to the desk at 7pm to report the situation. I asked if they could please switch my room, but they said they were sold out.. They said they were going to send maintenance up, but an hour and a half later still nobody had come up. I had to go downstairs to the desk and ask for somebody to come up to do something. I had a very early morning flight and needed to go to bed. The maintenance guy did come up within 5 minutes, but then my room smelled like bug spray all night. We took the 4:30 a.m. shuttle to the airport. The driver was very helpful and friendly. Everything would have been fine if they handled the ant situation in a better way.

The front desk was very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in which was wonderful! The front desk was helpful in helping us to find a nice seafood restaurant close by. It was great that there was a clean and convenient laundry room in the lobby. The hotel doesn’t look fancy from the outside, but it was inside that made the difference. The complimentary airport shuttle really was a plus for us.

The shuttle routine, i had asked 3 tines throughout the day starting at 12pm to 8pm asking about the morning shuttle. No sign up sheet was the first down in the morning and a bunch of people got in the shuttle. We didnt get on and had a 6am flight. Had to call a uber which i thought was so wrong. Kendri the night owl was so polite and apologized about everything but wasnt much he could do

Nice hotel friendly staff however our toilet was broken a guy was sent up but the problem came right back. Called back down to get it fixed and nobody ever came. We had to use the main lobby bathrooms which were really gross urine and toliet paper everywhere. Told front desk about it saying they would contact me about a possible discount but never did. Too bad cause I really did like everything else about the hotel. Great location friendly staff and a good airport shuttle.

Everything else was great

The room is fine. Staff are very nice. The shuttle pickup was hard. Mia airport is a nightmare. We had to get our luggage and had to go up to another level which we didn’t know until we were outside the lower level and had to ask staff about shuttles. We went to correct level and no one would answer phone at hotel for about half hour. To summarize we waited 1 1/2 hr for our shuttle. The shuttle does not have the name on the side of van. It has another company name on it, there is a small sign taped inside front window of van indicating name of hotel. They have to tell arrivals of their signage.

Don’t get me started on the cleanliness of the room. Barely hot water on the upper floors. There was so much dust on my side table I could write on it. The staff that run the breakfast are extremely wonderful. FYI We will be looking elsewhere! DO STAY HERE!

The hotel was perfect! Great location and great staff! We stayed 2 nights before our cruise. The shuttle from the airport was great and the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port was great as well.

Positives: Frienly staff & great coffee Negatives: The water in the shower was luke warm at best The toilet paper holder is under the sink which is so far from the actual toilet u have to get up to reach it. Room 623 The pillows smelled horrible we requested them be changed and the "new" ones barely smelled any different. Smelled like they were left wet. We had to remove them from the bed to sleep. The dryer in the laundry does not actually dry even after an hr and appeared to have a back up of lint beneath the lint trap. The eggs in the breakfast was burnt and inedible on the first morning so we didnt bother to even try the second. All in all, I would not recommend this location.

Near the airport, good for me as all the things I need to do are in this area, near Costco, my shipper, Dolphin mall, easy drive to airport and gas refil for rental car in 25 seconds drive- pretty well everything!

Unfortunately the transport from airport to hotel was terrible, First time call operator can’t where I can meet, when I waiting outside the hotel shuttle bus area ( Level ) then call again , operator Ivan , I have to go to Level 2 , wait almost an hour with a wheelchair person 😬,call back operator and keep saying on the way. Horrible experience.

We had to wait an hour after check in time for our room to be ready but the staff was very courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too and we were able to take advantage of the free shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. I would recommend this hotel stay to anyone.

Hotel looks exactly as pictured. I enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and updated. Hotel was also 10 mins away from the airport which was super convenient for me. I would definitely stay again. Didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast or the pool.

Houve uma falha na comunicação a respeito do transfer do aeroporto, que pelo visto, só funciona mediante solicitação. Isso não nos foi explicado no check-in, e acabamos ficando 01:30h no aeroporto esperando a van que nunca chegou.

Roomed smelled terrible like dirty wet socks. Did not take my shoes off as I did not wa t to touch the floor. Way to far from the airport. Reviews were false. No restaurant. Never stay here!! Room next door played a game on their phone until after midnight and I could hear it beeping in my room.

The overall experience for the price range was good, staff is attentive and courteous.

This hotel was quiet, breakfast was good and it’s in a location that is easy to get to all the shopping areas. The shuttle took quite a while to pick us up from the airport - approximately 1.5 hrs. Aside from that, it was great! Would recommend

Elizabeth was very accommodating when we asked to leave our luggage since we just got out of the cruise ship and it’s too early to check in. The rooms were spacious and clean. There were enough towels and toiletries are well provided from shampoo, conditioner, body washed and body lotion. There was even towels provided for swimming. There was a laundry area where in you have to pay $3.00 per load. There was plenty of options for a hot breakfast, the best so far. The shuttle service was reliable and the driver was making sure that he has his passengers and was always on time. The airport was just 20 minutes away and also the cruise ports are close by. There were restaurants and fast food chains that surround the hotel I highly recommend this one.

The asphalt to their property was getting done while I stayed here . And entrance was blocked off for couple days for vehicles.

Arrived at hotel 1:52pm via Uber and were told we couldn’t check in until 3pm. We had an exhausting travel day and 2 young kids with multiple bags of luggage to leave the next day on a 7 day cruise. The front desk attendant offered to let us “check in early” 1 hour for $30+ ( no offer to let us hold our luggage or wait in lobby.. so we checked in early due to being exhausted parents with 2 worn out kiddos. When we arrived in the room and tried to wash off the in room soap and “makeup wipes”was so smelly ( had to be expired) and ended up having to unpack and open our soap for the cruise just to wash out the terrible scent. The cruise shuttle was very efficient and the driver was very kind which was a bonus. The breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed making their waffles in the morning as well.
