    The staff was really helpful and nice. Not sure if it was because the hotel is very old, but it had a very musky smell to the room that really interfered with us staying in the room for very long other than just to sleep. The amenities were OK there was a small fridge in the room.

    It had a moldy smell. I didn’t want to call the reception as I was exhausted from a long flight. Next morning I found rat droppings under the desk and by the entrance door. As I was doing the check out I told the front desk and they didn’t seem surprised to heard about this… what a waste of money.

    I usually don't write reviews, but this experience warrants one. Don't be fooled by the picture; in person, the property appears old, dark, and somewhat eerie, with worn-out furniture and dim lighting that contribute to its uninviting atmosphere. It has a strong, unpleasant odor that persists throughout the space, clearly indicating it needs a major update and thorough cleaning. Some of the staff members are rude and expect tips even when simply asked for towels or basic assistance. Due to these issues, I will not be booking here again.

    The room was so clean! The staff very nice and helpful, the breakfast was great, it’s so close to the airport and they have a shuttle without any extra charge the guys were so kind and friendly! I will definitely be back to this hotel! The cookies are delicious! We stayed two nights before and after our cruise! The price was great! 😊

    This hotel was very well kept staff were polite & helpful. A few of my favorite things about this hotel was the room was very clean, the pool area was gorgeous with a nice jacuzzi & pond within the area. Also there was a shopping center/mall on the premises which had multiple items u can get if forgotten at home or unable to bring through TSA. Many restaurants to choose from room service was also 10/10. The front desk even checked to see if our room was ready ahead of time & they definitely delivered. They were able to check us in early with beautiful King sweet deluxe. They even gave us freshly baked cookies. I would recommend & definitely will rebook.

    Liked the pool and bubble pool next to main pool, nice and warm, towels provided. Spacious room, clean... wifi good speed... good location to connect to main road for onward journey. The hotel has yet to pay back the deposit of $75 they took on arrival. I have raised the issue with hotel and Booking.com but answers appear to be generated via AI and the money has not been returned. Apart from above the hotel was good.

    The DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport is an excellent, practical choice for travelers, especially those arriving on late night flights. Our room was impressively spacious, providing plenty of comfort after a long day of travel. The close proximity to the airport was a major plus, and the complimentary shuttle made the transition from the terminal to the hotel seamless. While the front desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, they remained extremely friendly and efficient in getting my friends and me checked in. Of course, the signature warm chocolate chip cookies at arrival were the perfect welcoming touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and welcoming service.

    It is an older property and has not been maintained well. We arrived late at night and had requested 2 king size room with a pull out bed in each (it's an available option). The pull out bed were not available in one of the rooms while the other one had a very dirty mattress. I had to request bedding and a bed. While after a conversation with the reception who could not believe that the room did not have a pull out bed, finally accommodated a wheeled bed for my daughter. Since they did not have housekeeping while I was complaining about the dirty mattress they gave me sheets for both rooms to carry back to the rooms. The only helpful person in all of this was the bellboy who at least tried to help mitigate the circumstances . To top it all, the bathrooms in one of the rooms had a large hole behind the toilet! We were too tired to argue about that after a long flight anda long day and especially after managing the fiasco with the beds. Spend your money elsewhere.

    I was in room 830 and the people in 828 loudly argued until 3am and started again at 6am. I was traveling most of the day and didn’t get to my room until 10:30pm. I was exhausted and couldn’t sleep due to the noise. I called the front desk at 2am to complain about the noise however, the arguing continued for another hour.

    The parking situation was a hurdle, have to pay for the adjoining lot and walk through the mart to find the lobby. The pool and hot tub were the highlight, very nice set up. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but hallway carpets have seen better days. There was a hiccup with getting our prepaid breakfast because we checked out prior to dining. This lead to an uncomfortable confrontation with the staff in understanding what the word prepaid meant when we asked the front desk for a refund and they condescendingly said you didn’t have breakfast yet so nothing to refund. Eventually we got there and she resolved the matter. Overall it was fine for a one night stay to catch an early flight, close to airport.

    I typically give positive reviews but this one set me back. Started with HOT WATER. Needed to actually run the shower for 30 minutes before any hot water would come out. 2nd was a credit card overcharge on my AMEX where I paid for parking for 2 nights then they billed me for another 2 nights. I went back and forth texting with staff and hotel with no action. Even got a text with General Manager Winston who asked about my stay and any feedback. When I asked him to help me NO RESPONSE. The staff would say they are looking into it but NO RESOLUTION. This took 2 days of nothing so I finally called AMEX opened up dispute and they credited me back. The hotel is nice but if you want any attention to your affairs just forget it. They don’t care and it appears they have SELECTIVE HEARING.

    The staff was very patient. when you have a convention of over 2000 attending, you need more than 2-3 people at check-in. The rooms were not cleaned in time for 4 pm check-in.     The staff was very nice the room not so much. We paid for a room for 6 because we needed to use the pull out sofa. The mattress was falling apart the springs were exposed all the way around it. I've never seen a mattress in such bad shape. The bathtub had a constant drip and there were some bugs crawling around, I assume cockroaches. I asked to change rooms but of course they were full and there were no other rooms. The staff was friendly but the only way to get ahold of them was to go downstairs and wait at the front desk. I was never able to get an answer when I tried calling. I would not reccomend staying there for the price I paid.

    Other than those things the staff was good except for one of the ladies at the restaurant possibly Indian older lady possibly manager.     The room was dirty. We had to go buy Air freshener so that we could stay in the room. The smell was horrible. the carpet was stained. The refrigerator was off and smelled terrible when we went to use it. I called and ask for Coffee packet refill and waited 12 hours and still did not receive it. We did enjoy the cookies. We have stayed at many Double Tree hotels and this was a huge let down compared to others.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect. Loved having a restaurant at the hotel. The only problem we had was getting the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. There was a significant miscommunication about where we were getting picked up. We called several times and no one picked up the phone or we would call and immediately get disconnected. After 2 hours, we were finally picked up.

    The hotel had a system failure when we went to check in. We and numerous others literally stood in line at least 1 1/2 hours. The hotel had no back up plan for this situation. The hotel manager announced at that point that the system failure was with all Hilton locations and he had no idea when he could begin to check people in. My cousin and I had to awaken at 4:30 am the next morning to return the rental car and catch our flights, so we located alternate accommodations. I informed the front desk of this. However, we were still charged for one night’s stay. The hotel manager could have had a backup plan for system failures in place. It was my cousin who suggested to me and I relayed to the front desk worker that the hotel guests could give their name and phone numbers to be called when they could check in. That way people could get a meal and/or go to the bar while they wait instead of actually stand in a line for an hour and a half. About 20-30 minutes after I relayed my cousin’s suggestion did the hotel do just that. The manager’s initial resolution was to pass out free 1/2 glasses of champagne, after acting on our suggestion he then offered 20% off of the buffet meal. He was not prepared.

    Front Desk staff was very helpful…I needed to hem two pair of pants and they dug out lots of sewing kits for me. My only issue was the airport shuttle. I arrived at the airport around 4:30 pm and it seems like lots of planes arrive then. Two shuttles were already full by the time they reached stop 22 near United airlines. I ended up trudging all the way to the international arrivals section at shuttle stop 4 to make sure to get an empty shuttle so I could get a seat and bag storage in back. More shuttles needed at that timeframe, with some bypassing the first couple of stops in order for domestic flight passengers to have a loading chance at shuttle stops 21, 22, 23.

    The person that checked us in says that our room isn’t ready even though it was almost 3pm and that if we signed up for Hilton reward she could give us another room for free, which she gave us two queens instead of our king.     Good food 1. Rooms were over booked. We waited more than 1h plus to get a room assignment even though I had prepaid in full. 2. One personnel expected to serve / take care of a long line of customers. Personnel was calm in spite of the long line line of clients who were rightfully angry for the long wait. 3. Breakfast Monday morning 10/13 one personnel to take orders and receive payment. One personnel to clear tables and bring food to customers. Long walt about 1-2 hours check the video cameras for confirmation. One customer volunteered and helped to serve other customers.     Room had a weird musty smell. I booked a junior suite for a family of 5, requested extra comforter and pillow, took them forever after calling multiple times.     The room was freezing cold (below 60 degrees), and despite reporting the issue, there was no resolution. I was told by staff that this was “just the way it is” because the hotel is old. I had my minor child with me, and we were forced to endure the cold all night using extra blankets just to get through it. To make matters worse, I was informed that because I booked through Expedia, there was “not much that could be done,” leaving us with no assistance and no alternative solution. Since the stay, both my child and I became sick with runny noses after sleeping in such unsafe conditions. I also reached out directly to the hotel manager via email to address this issue and request a resolution, but I have not received any response. After contacting Expedia, I was informed that the hotel is refusing to issue a refund despite the circumstances. The lack of accountability, concern, or basic hospitality was shocking, especially given the amount of money paid for this room. This experience was uncomfortable, unsafe, and handled with complete disregard. If you are traveling with children or expect basic temperature control, I strongly advise booking elsewhere.

    Paid parking did not make sense, as there were plenty of parking spots available. It felt like an unnecessary way to charge guests extra. We asked about early check in and were told there were zero rooms available. We were also informed that even if early check in were possible, there would be a fee. This was surprising. In the end, we were not allowed to check in early at all. The pool and hot tub was nice and enjoyable. Breakfast was included in our package and the restaurant itself was good. However, if breakfast were not included, I would not pay for it. The cost was $50 for two people. The waitress double checked our room number and confirmed that our breakfast was free. At the end of the meal, she returned with a bill. I had to explain that breakfast was part of our package before the charge was removed. It made the experience uncomfortable and felt a bit sneaky. Overall, while the property has some positives, the extra fees and billing confusion took away from the experience.

    The staff is very courteous and assisted a lot. The breakfast had a great variety, the staff was great, and the area was clean. There were a few short comings with the hotel. I requested on my second day, shower gel to be refilled and it was never done. The room was cleaned twice during our stay where I had asked for extra towels and those were removed. I had to continue asking for towels. We are a family of four and need an ample amount of towels. We also ran out of tissues and Ieft the emp[y container in the bathroom. That was not refilled. At the time of check out the state taxes were placed on my deposit instead of my room stay. This was fixed the next day, but not sure how this would occur. Our family have come to this hotel for over 15 years and we like to continue being a loyal customer. Appreciate the time to express my thoughts.

    This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are a little dated but still warm and inviting. The other spaces throughout the hotel more than compensate for the dated rooms. There are shops and boutiques attached to the hotel, and it seems that they always have some type of event going on when I visit. I would definitely stay again.

    Front desk staff did not care to assist calling a taxi to catch our flight in the morning due to their shuttle not starting till 6 am. Required transportation at 5 am to the airport. Had no data plan on my phone and the hotel staff were less than helpful and rude to the idea of myself asking for them to call a taxi. For an airport hotel I do not recommend pay the extra 20 bucks for a better hotel. Rooms also had dirty floors and the common area smelled like water damage musk.

    i messaged the hotel as my flight got cancelled. I asked if there is any chance I can get a credit for the future stay. They said they cannot do anything as I booked via Expedia. Expedia said they would request a refund. However, I finally made it to the hotel in the middle of the night and hotel refused to check me in said the room got cancelled and a refund might be processed. Later on. I found they refused to refund me even though they refused to check me in that night! BTW, the check in for my friends was so awful, took 20 minutes to check them in and they were the only guests at that time.

    The restaurant was not open so we had dinner in the bar, all staff were attentive and friendly. The food was great. However, our room was very cold, setting the temperature up to 90 it was still blowing cold air. Called for maintenance, the tech did not speak or seem to understand English, he just came into the room and turned off the thermostat and walked out. I went to the desk and spoke with a manager, he explained that the hotel has no heat anywhere??? I explained that the thermostat should still turn off the cooling at the set temperature and stop blowing out cold air, he had no answer. Shower temperature was warm, never got hot. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

    Air conditioning not working and no one picked up our calls to come and get it fixed. The front desk said the hotel in going under renovation.     During this time, several other guests were also waiting for the hotel shuttle and expressed similar frustration. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was advised that early check-in would require a $50 fee. This was at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Christmas Day, at which time the property appeared to have no guests on site and the parking lot was empty. Given these circumstances, I declined to check in at that time. Other guests who arrived after me were permitted to check in, though it is unclear whether they were charged the same fee. Following an overnight red-eye flight, this experience was both disappointing and exhausting.

    Staff could be friendlier. Property is outdated when it comes to the hallways where the rooms are located. Wallpaper was lifting from the walls in the hallway and the hallway wasn’t well lit. The air filter in my room was filthy. When I went to take a shower and pulled the curtain, there was an old crusty wash rag on the shower rod embedded in the curtain. Toilet sits extremely low and in an awkward position where the door is located. I had to clean the coffee maker tank. My message was never responded to by the hotel from initial booking. I aske for extra pillows on two separate occasions and they were never delivered. I went to breakfast the first morning and I was told that someone else had already used my room number for my prepaid breakfast. * I did eat… however, I asked the front desk about if I’d been charged for the meal and they said no. I received my final invoice and I’d been charged three times for a meal plan that I’d already paid for when booking the room and my reservation was only for two days.

    Unfortunately, the room itself—specifically room 404—did not meet the same standard. I woke up during the night due to excessive heat, as the air conditioning was unable to cool the room adequately. The vents appear undersized for the space, and adjusting the thermostat did not resolve the issue. Additionally, the bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance. The sink basin (“pila de agua”) was not properly secured to the vanity, and the shower was clearly lacking proper upkeep. The parking situation also requires serious reconsideration. Self-parking costs $20, yet the lot is located a considerable distance from the property. Meanwhile, vehicles parked directly in front of the hotel appear to be valet-only. Guests should be prepared for a long walk if they choose self-parking, which feels unreasonable given the daily fee. Overall, while the hotel presents itself as a high-end property in its public areas, the guest rooms need significant attention. At this time, I would rate the lobby as five stars, but the room experience closer to two stars. Addressing these maintenance, climate control, and parking issues would greatly improve the stay.

    Additionally, my room was connected to the adjacent one by an internal door with no soundproofing at all. Every conversation, the television, and all noise from the other room could be heard clearly, making proper rest impossible. To make matters worse, the room was not cleaned during the first two days of my stay, despite the fact that we informed the reception several times about this issue.     The front desk line is always so long. I previously stayed here after my surgery and they were not very accommodating as our key wasn’t working in our room. I could not walk up and down the halls to make it to the front desk. I had to call, and they never answer the phones. As I was sick, there was no microwave in the 2nd room we were moved to due to blood being on the carpet in our previous room. I spoke with someone and a microwave was promised and never brought back up to our room. I did not have a good stay here at all.

    The ride from the airport was a disaster in that it took us over an hour ( approximately 1 1/2 hours) to get a shuttle. I called the hotel several times. The receptionist Hispanic) was rude (although she knew her stuff ) and the house keeper came very late, around 5pm , that I just took clean towels and excused her from cleaning room.     Digital checkin did not work even though it said it did. Had to wait in the very long line three times to get checked in. When I did they my room still wasn't ready and they put me in another (smaller) room and acted as if it was a favor to me to not charge me extra bc the same day rate was higher than the rate I paid. Chicago tribute band down the hall played the SAME SONG ALL MORNING (literally hours) on the 11th floor. Toilet ran constantly and sounded like letting a tiny bit of air escape a balloon all night. No soap in the room of any kind. Terrible view of a rooftop (the room I picked was on the other side). Not enough staff and those who were there were flustered and/or rude (one told me he was "passing a kidney stone" as he spoke, or did not speak English. Parking is a joke. Never going back.

    The front desk customer service was bad! It took over an hour to get checked in. They only had one person working and the line was about 50 people (on Sat., Dec. 6th). The rude lady who checked us in didn’t even give us a cookie. Then we get to the room and the key wouldn’t open the door. I had to go back down again! Our room had a terrible view. We couldn’t even get a room on the top floors like we wanted, or one facing the pool at least. We expected more from a hotel that charges almost $200 a night. The whole experience was terrible! Never again!

    Shuttle was completely wrong. Expedia sent wrong info in the email and app. Tried calling the hotel 8 times and no one picked up the phone. Had to get a uber after waiting for an hour. Check in was great. Room was clean. Shower did not turn off for a bath. The breakfast was ok at best. The same items you would find at a lower grade hotel free breakfast for free. Not $25. Breakfast was great. A lot of issues where not staff but lack off systems and quality by management.

    Check in staff were incredibly rude, incompetent, and unhelpful. There were 2 individuals at the front desk but one of them was quite literally standing there staring while the other one had to check in all the guests, which resulted in a long line forming. To make matters worse, staff do not pick up the phone. Does’t matter if you are a guest already checked in and calling downstairs or if you are calling outside the hotel with a general question. Also, they advertise an airport shuttle but the shuttle is non existent! Shuttle bus sits parked on the hotel property during regular hours when it should be working. Lots of guests left stranded at the airport not knowing if the shuttle will come or not because staff don’t answer the phone.

    In addition, the UPS opens at 9 (ish), and as a result I had to change my 10 am flight to later in the day to be able to get my packages. Additionally, hotel is definitely not 8 mins away from Dolphin Mall. Room itself was ok, couldve been cleaner. Main areas could definitely do with some vacuuming and deep clean. I know I booked a budget trip, but this was overall disappointing for the reasons I described above, particularly as I called in advance to enquire.

    Rooms and Facilities was great, staff was friendly and helpful. I however I found this hotel to lack transparency on how they handle packages that are shipped to the location. I shipped a package to the hotel but it was delivered to the UPS Store which is connected to the hotel, I was led to believe this was an error on my shippers part. I was only staying 1 night and I had to change my flight the next day as the UPS store opens at 9am. The policy UPS told me is the first 2 packages are free, US$10.00 for every package after, there were 4 other persons in a similar situation like me, we were not happy. The whole thing felt like a scam to me. Won't return to this hotel. They should include this as a policy on Expedia.

    Convenient access to the function I was attending Hated almost everything. This was so far the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was old and damp. I had headaches every night because of the damp, unclean air, and AC that could not be regulated. The room was not cleaned for the 4 days I was there. Towels, water, shampoo, and other basics were not refilled or replaced. One night I was unwell and needed water for my medication but there was none. I was too unwell to go look for it. When I finally gathered some strength to go get some from the reception in the morning, the guy at the reception told me it wasn't their responsibility to make sure I had water in the room. On the last morning I was there, it took almost an hour to be seated for breakfast and another 30 minutes for your order to be taken. To make matters worse, the hotel deducted $300 from my card for incidentals. Out of this amount I used only $55.08. I am still following up for the refund of $244.92 even though I checked out of the hotel on 13th October. I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls to follow up but nothing has been forthcoming.

    I made my reservations days ago and I am quite upset. I get to the hotel to check in and there is no rooms available. supposedly they are cleaning and preparing them, but here we are at 11:38 at night in miami inconvenienced and had to pay for self parking, something that should have been free due to the inconvenience.     While the lobby still looks presentable, everything beyond that point is a completely different story. The hallways and elevators were dirty and poorly maintained, and things looked disheveled and broken down everywhere we turned. By the time we got to our room, we were honestly embarrassed to be staying there. The room itself felt neglected. Worn, dingy, and in desperate need of a full renovation. It gave the feeling of a place that has been left to deteriorate, not one that values guest comfort. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to want to charge $75 for early check-in. Considering the state of the hotel, that fee is laughable. At this point, they shouldn’t be charging more than $50 a night, if that the overall experience felt closer to a rundown hostel or brothel than a hotel. We were thankful it was only for one night. Convenient location or not, we will never stay here again. Save your money. There are far better options elsewhere.

    I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Miami. The pictures online were very misleading — the property looks run down and in need of serious maintenance. The hallways and rooms felt outdated, the paint was chipped, and some of the furniture was worn out. For the price, I expected something much cleaner and more comfortable. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel welcoming, and I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it until the hotel makes major improvements.

    The room overall appearance was very good. However, although the bed was made up beautifully. It was clear when the covers were pulled off that the sheets hadn’t been changed.😩 The skirting boards were extremely dusty. And the lift going to and from my floor was noisy.(Due to age I guess). Once I was given clean sheets I had change the bed sheets myself. The bed itself is perfectly comfortable to sleep on. Food was tasty a little pricey but nonetheless good. The restaurant staff and bar staff are the warmest. They paid attention to details and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was happy with what I had ordered as well as making suggestions. When appropriate. Tax and service charges are added to everything!

    Everything was good. There is a $18 per day fee for self parking and $20 for valet. I would have given all 5 stars but there was no microwave in the room. After calling downstairs for one we were told someone would bring one. After an hour wait no one came. We were told we could go downstairs and warm up the food if we were in a rush after calling back. Overall, I would stay again.

    The room was musty and unclean. The hot water took over 15 minutes to warm up, then became so scalding it was hard to shower. The “upgrade” to a balcony room was pointless just bare concrete with no chairs. There was no microwave or fridge in the room, and the only microwave available was on the first floor. After my stay, I called about a deposit issue. The first woman I spoke to was kind but couldn’t assist. I was told to call back for Nicholas, but when I did, I heard staff in the background laughing and mocking me before someone finally answered and gave no help at all. It was unprofessional and frustrating. Overall, this stay was terrible. The customer service was awful, the room was uncomfortable, and the staff lacked professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone don’t be fooled by the brand name. Believe the negative reviews and book elsewhere.

    DIRTY PANTIES WERE HANGING ON THE BACK OF THE BATHROOM DOOR WHEN WE CHECKED IN 😅 I have stayed here once about 5 years ago, front desk met us with fresh cookies. When I arrived this time the young lady at the desk had a very dry personality, not welcoming, no cookies (yet the have cookie trivia) I asked if she had a map so I could see how to get to my room from the front desk and she was not trying to help. The elevator is over there! I would have put one star but I enjoyed myself in the past..

    From the minute, I got here it was nothing but horrific experience. I used my Hilton rewards app to access my room. The room did not have AC. I tried calling the front desk and nobody was answering. I spoke to the room attendant in the hall and she said AC has been down for three days so I went back down to get another room also because the room I had was not an accessible room with a handheld shower which was necessary so they moved me to a new room after I stood in line for 10 minutes as he assisted other people with their problems. There were two people at the front desk, but the one didn’t seem to know what was going on. I got my new room. The AC was still not working in that room. The bathroom was also not accessible so I complained again. They sent an engineer up and told me I had to move again. Still no air conditioner the bathroom was correct but now there was no refrigerator in the room and there was a wad of gum on the floor next to the desk. Every time I had a situation, I tried to reach out, and there was no answer. When I contacted the hotel, asking them about their airport shuttle I was told just stand there and I would get picked up. But the first time it went by. It just drove right by me. I called the hotel and there was no answer. In Miami officer assisted in flagging down the driver the next time they came around so I ended up standing there for over 45 minutes waiting for a shittle

    The airport shuttle service is abysmal. I was told to go to three different pick up areas at MIA and it took 45 minutes to be picked up. Then the shuttle was 15 minutes late to pick up passengers at the hotel. All of this on a theoretical every 30 minute pick up and drop off. I’ll never stay there again.

    The location from MIA is great. It’s also relatively, about 20 mins, from Versailles, Dolphin Mall, Doral. Rooms were clean, everything worked. Staff including the manager very friendly. Easy access to parking and fee not exorbitant.

    We didn't have any hot water to shower at 5pm in the afternoon. Waited two hours for shuttle to pick us up from the airport. The thermostat reads 60 however it's extremely hot in our room. I am so disappointed!

    First, we stood in line for over 30 minutes with only the 1 guest ahead of me. Not sure of the issue but waiting that long was ridiculous when it was almost midnight and I needed to get sleep to get to the port the following day. Not to mention it must of been prom or a dance when the kids were exiting they were so loud and noisy. The room we thought was fine until the toilet wouldn't stop making sounds. We hadn't used the toilet. After speaking to management we were moved to another room. I was greatful but that meant I didn't get to sleep until after 12:30am. The second room was quiet. I did ask for extra cookies when at the front desk since I had to wait so long and the girl seemed irritated that I even asked her that.

    No extra tissue, bed low on the floor, the worst I pay for a tub didn’t get it, I’m 5’5 and was not pleasant to take a shower. Refrigerador under the sink when the room had enough space to be placed around it.

    Arrived well before check in time and was given our room straight away with a couple of warm chic chip cookies. Just had dinner in the restaurant and Gloria our server was great. Room great size, free shuttle to airport in the morning, friendly reception staff. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Miami

    quiet, shops where closed because it mas sunday. shuttle was great. not walkable to any stores. warm cookies was a great touch. staff where so accommodating. great experience. i would recommend this hotel. the iguanas had made such a great mess at the pool area. it should be cleaned more often. our shoes got soiled and we could not take out the smell so be both hd to throw out our shoes.

    Me and my wife got to the hotel it was very nice. We were told we had to wait our room wasn’t ready so we waited in the lobby. About 45 minutes later we were told they over booked and we had to be taking to another hotel. We were very disappointed because that’s not were we wanted to stay. So for that I would not recommend this hotel to a friend or family. We should of been compensated for or inconvenience but wasn’t.
