    I’m in the middle on this because we had a few issues that were never resolved, the staff was helpful and responded to my issues but issues weren’t resolved either, very low water pressure on the 7th floor, toilet wouldn’t flush but about every 5th time, no pressure in the shower, went to the front desk and asked for help, they sent maintenance almost immediately, but he came in with a plunger and plunged the toilet, language differences between myself and the maintenance guy hindered our conversation, he acted like it was fixed and it wasn’t , still wouldn’t flush but about every 5th time, never looked at the shower, area around the hotel was okay but grass needed to be mowed, walking our dog around the perimeter of the property we came upon about 10 syringes, and some animal bones, this was about 3am walking our dog, granted it looks like staff had everything cleaned up by morning, but it’s still a little disturbing, we were checking out that day anyway so I just left it alone, too much trouble to get anything accomplished anyway

    We had a good stay during our layover in Miami. The shuttle was able to pick us up to and from the hotel. The drivers were both of good character. The room was decent, needed attention at the bathroom door. Breakfast was great, having a good selection for continental breakfast. This hotel also has a nice pool, right depth on one end for younger children, and also appealing for adults. There are no restaurants near this location. They are at about 10 minutes away.

    Every one of the staff members were truly wonderful to meet. We especially loved Rafael, our bartender. He was so friendly and had a wonderful conversation. We were sad to leave! The shuttle service to the airport was awesome as well.

    The staff & breakfast were good. The room itself was not. We first asked if we could have a room facing the lagoon. They told us there wasn't one available even though the hotel didn't seem sold out. They first assigned us to a room on 3rd floor. The room smelled like body odor & mildew. They then relocated us to a 1st floor room, which was the only option. The ac unit blew so loud when it automatically went on that it sounded like we were next to a construction site the whole night. The shower wasn't draining properly either so we had to limit our shower time so the water wouldn't overflow. We didn't complain about it & couldn't wait to get our stay over with.

    Highly recommend. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We arrived early after a cruise and they held our our bags for us, set us up in the pool while our room was prepped. We were lucky a room was ready so we could get settled and rest before an early morning flight. Very clean property!

    We weren’t able to get an early check in but the staff was extremely helpful and held our luggage for us so we could take the shuttle to go shopping, eat, etc. while we waited for check-in time. The bartender was fantastic and made the best spicy margaritas. They had onsite laundry(1 washer & 2 dryers) which was convenient. The only inconvenience was the shuttle to the airport doesn’t start until 6:00 am and we had an early flight at 5:00 am so we had to take an Uber. Luckily this hotel isn’t far from the airport so it wasn’t an issue. 10/10 would stay again.

    El hotel es cercano al aeropuerto . Muy útil si uno tiene que quedarse un día o pocos días en Miami. Nos fue de gran utilidad que tuvieran una suite para llegar con mi esposo y mis tres hijos. Es decir 5 personas. El desayuno muy completo y rico. La suite estaba grande y cómoda , al igual que el baño. La quinta cama era un sofá cama y si sugiero que lo limpien. Estaba muy sucio cuando mi hijo le puso las sábanas

    The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was polite. Everything is quite ok considering price and location. the main thing that pop up was the elevator. It kept breaking. There were 2 elevators and one was never on service and the other one was on and off. At the end i had to go up and down 6 floors, once with all my luggage which was hell.

    Our bathroom had mold in a shower corner. Breakfast was okay but needs more vegan or gluten free options and chicken or turkey sausage options. We were here an evening before our cruise. I don’t know if I would stay here for a longer visit. But we loved Juan and the other Front Desk young man.

    The hinges on the doors are all rusted, there is very little lighting in the living area. The pillows are horrible no cushion. Only one Slow elevator working. HORRIBLE

    Elevators weren't working hotel was packed. We stay here when we take a cruise so our bags are extremely heavy so you have to know the elevators being out was a great inconvenience. Staff was great as always. Room our sink drained very slow. Was happy as i was in the past.

    Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. The shuttle ride from the airport and to the boat were awesome. The shuttle was supposed to pick us up after the cruise and never showed even though we paid a deposit. There aren't any restaurants around and the bar was too crowded and we had kids with us.

    Juan at front desk and the cook are great. Room , bed spacious comfortable. and food good the black spot only one elevator was working and colapsed with me and my 90 year old mother Friday night. No body fixed it.! Next morning Juan had to helped us with our bags were one wheel was damaged not his fault. Heavy suitcase are not design to go down stairs 4 floors. I have heart problems and my 90 year old mother had to go down stairs 4 levels to make it to the airport I spected à compensation or a note from the manager. Never happened. I selected a handicap Room this was # 412 for a strees less vacation. Obvious this room and the hotel was not prepare for this emergency .going down this building was a nightmare . Besides that the rest was perfect.

    For starters, we had flown all night (in coach no less) from Santiago Chile. We arrived at your hotel at 6:30 in the morning on Tuesday (4/14). I wanted to stop by to see when we could check in as we were exhausted. We were greeted cordially by your employee Yorli, who without hesitation, just went ahead and checked us in and gave us a room. (Wow! I expected the usual "Check in is at 4:00"). Yorli also offered us breakfast and explained the free parking you offer members. We ate, got some muchly needed rest and then spent the rest of the day exploring South Beach and other sights in the beautiful Miami. Yorli was wonderful, but we must also compliment the rest of the crew, uniformly kind, respectful and considerate. Good job by the management team here. Five Stars. Great job Yorli and the Spring Hill Suites!

    Shuttle service from the airport was easy. Service ran on the hour and the driver was nice. Breakfast was the typical free hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy. The only issue I saw was the dirty looking couches in the front lobby. The looked worn. At first I thought the discoloration was mildew, but it was just worn leather( i guess). Those should be either replaced or updated. Counter staff was very friendly. We would stay there again.

    The front desk was very friendly and accommodating, with our early arrival. The shuttle driver took us to a shopping area and was also very pleasant. The airport shuttle ran from 6a to 9 p once we asked at the hotel. The add indicated 24 hour shuttle, so we had to uber to the airport for our 5:05 am flight this morning. The door to the bathroom was too large and not properly aligned. Overall, it needs significant renovations.

    Room was cleaned My toilet paper was low upon checking in my room. The toilet was clogged after 1 use of flushing the toilet. When you call the front desk for additional service they say please hold and have you on hold for an outstanding amount of time. Even before I arrived to the location, I was calling to find out where I would go to board the airport shuttle bus and when I called they had me on hold for at least 20 minutes. It was ridiculous. I hung up and when i called back I had to yell to the guy before he put me on hold again that my phone was about to die. He answered and started to say please hold again. Staff communication is horrible

    Close to the airport The hotel carpet appears to have not been cleaned for a while with weird smells, there was no soap in the room. I was also charged for a parking space even though i dont have a car and told the staff on 2 separate occasions as of now the charge remains. Its overall a disgrace to the mariott brand

    The room was very large but the bathroom was way to small. As soon as you opened the door the toilet was right there and the shower was right next to the toilet. There was less than 3 feet from the shower to the door.

    The breakfast was good, and the room size was perfect for my family. There was no hand soap to wash our hands in the room, or the lobby bathrooms. When asking staff if there was a small bar soap or something to wash our hands, they said they do not have any thing. The sink was clogged in our room, and the bathroom door couldn't shut. We only stayed for 10 hours, so it wasn't worth the fight. They price-gouged for cruise-goers, and if there was any other option in the are we would have taken it. The only other option was to sleep in the airport, and we think that might have been a better option in the end.

    Check in was easy. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning was already on, keeping our room the perfect temperature for a warm spring day. The beds and pillows were comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious and fueled us for the day. The chef was very friendly, as was the rest of the staff. The complimentary shuttle to the Miami airport was available on the hour. The van was clean, the driver very nice, and took us directly to our departure gate. Would give this stay more than five stars if that was possible.

    AC very loud and facing by the window.. all the family were very hot during the night. I and my kids were going to use the bathtub and it was broken and when we were going to fill it the water tub was broken. Barely came water from there only the top shower. The sofa bed was dirty and the blanket smelled pee and lots of dust. The main door we had issues open it.. it felt stuck every time we go in. The bar areas was very good the bartender was great very helpful.

    The airport shuttle was easy to use. Just check in with the desk staff to reserve your seat. Only 10 people can fit on the shuttle and it leaves once an hour. The hotel staff were friendly and made the stay bearable. The room smelled of mildew, and they had a scent diffuser going in the halls to hide the smell. The linens were very clean and you can tell that the housekeeping staff are doing there best with what they have. The room had rust throughout and the matress has seen better days and shouldve been replaced many times over. One of the elevators was down while we were there and you can tell that they need to be upgraded. Very old, slow and worn. The staff are the only reason we stayed after smelling how bad the room smelled of mildew. They were so nice.

    When I made the reservation, I requested a shuttle to the cruise port. When I got there, it was not reserved so I ordered a shuttle. The night before your worker told me it was $35 when I got ready to get off the shuttle. The next morning, it was $80. I felt lied to and deceived will never stay at your property again.

They stated there was a payment issue with my stay the previous week even though I showed them the payment for the previous stay had cleared my bank account.     The room was okay overall, but we had a hard time getting basic bathroom refills and towel replacements. We were required to go down to the front desk every time we needed towels or supplies, which was inconvenient and not what you’d expect when staying at a hotel. Guests shouldn’t have to go to the counter every time they need to shower.

    We couldn’t wait to checkout. I regretted staying there. And probably will not recommend for my family and friends to stay at this property. Customer service is very important to me, the front desk has one young man that literally hangs up on you when you call for information. It was extremely rude. It happened to me several times. He hangs up the phone without finding out if there was anything else that he could assist. Since I am not a local, I needed help to get to the airport by their shuttle. Again…I felt as if I was a bother and decided to call an Uber instead of the shuttle service that was offered.

    If an error in dates occurs, and is noticed with in the hour of the reservation being made, it should be allowed to move the dates. This hotel was unwilling to make that change after early and multiple efforts. Michael and the management wouldnt accomidste even when the cirrect date was booked through Marriott. This is not in keeping with Marriotts highh standard of customer service. I will not be using hotels.com in the future.

    The staff went above and beyond, they were so helpful and amazing!     The staff was incredible across all shifts and days. If it was not for the staff, I would give this hotel a lower rating because the hallways and rooms smelled so badly of carpet deodorizer as they were trying to cover up a stench. The rooms are very outdated, but we’re generally clean. The location is very convenient to the airport and most surrounding areas. The coffee provided in the morning and throughout the days was much appreciated. There was so much trash in the water outside of the hotel. It was not a good view because of it. For the price, I would not book this hotel again. If it was cheaper I would expect what we got. I paid $1,400 for 5 nights. Again, staff was great!! Update this hotel or charge less.

    We had 4 rooms for a group of 16. When we checked in and entered our rooms, there was a flyer in each room advertising “Italian Pizza Miami”. We ordered from there and food was delivered to the rooms. But they accepted only cash. The next day half of our group was feeling ill. We reported it to the management and they said this was not an authorized vendor. Closer look at the flyer indicates this is unlicensed food service. No addresses, only a phone number. The management was fully aware of this unauthorized activity because they said if we see this again, just throw it away. But unfortunately, the damage is already done. This would be a good thing to tell, guest upon check-in rather than after the fact. I accept blame for not being more cautious, when ordering from an unknown business. However the complete lack of security for a known issue by the hotel is unacceptable. They should be on top of ensuring there is no unauthorized individuals roaming about their hotels or employees distributing flyers.. It is not easy to smuggle food without going past the front doors. If there are aware of illegal activity, they should report it to the police and/or the local health department, otherwise they are effectively complicit.

    I had only two problems. On the first day/night stay the fire alarm was constantly going off from about 9pm to before midnight. The room phone did not work at all. I had used my personal phone to call the front desk @ 9:46pm to find out why the fire alarm keep going off and no answer. There could have been a better variety for breakfast.

    We didn't get to take advantage of all this hotel had to offer. We arrived after happy hour ended and we left before breakfast started. It was clearly dark outside so we didn't get to see the lagoon or enjoy the great patio. That was our fault/problem. BUT I can say that the staff was very kind. We checked in with a gentleman named Jesse that was smiling (even at the end of his shift) and kind and asked me how my flights had been and how my day was and seemed genuinely interested in my experience as a customer. He explained what to expect with breakfast and happy hour and you don't always get service on this level at some hotels. Anyway, we'd certainly stay here again. This time it just happened to be a quick overnight after a flight before we drove off in our rental car the next morning but the stay was everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and had a desk and sofa and plenty of room to move around and be comfortable with 3 adults in a room together. Parking is paid via QR code and was easy to manage. Will be back when we're in the MIA area again!

    In the fine print, you’ll see that parking is $20 per day, so take that into consideration when booking. The beds were small for queen size. We stayed four nights, and had to ask twice for housekeeping on the third day. When I asked at the front desk and noted we needed a couple more towels, I was given the impression that I was high maintenance. I went back to the room while housekeeping was there. One staff member left our room with the door wide open and went to the stairwell. Another followed, leaving our room open and unattended for several minutes. We’ll never stay here again.

    The number of breakfast buffet options and quality of food was fantastic. Multiple friendly staff members were available refilling items and making sure guests had everything they needed. The hotel was quiet and felt safe. We watched several planes taking off/ landing right outside our window.

    Parking was not free as indicated on hotels.com. The room itself smelled bad & had long black hairs in our shower. I asked for a cleaning at the front desk but no one ever removed the hairs from the shower area. I expect more than that from Marriott. The elevator service record was expired weeks ago which was also concerning. I worried about my safety at this place.

    Customer Service was excellent all around! Rooms were very clean and convenient. I greatly appreciate the staff for their help in accommodating my family and I and our dog (shoutout for being dog friendly) while our house was being tenting. We had a fantastic stay, Breakfast and all amenities were absolutely fantastic. Will not hesitate to book here again!

    When I first called the hotel and spoke to the front desk, we were NOT told that the shuttle was ‘on the hour’. I was just told to meet outside on the second floor to post number 9 or 28 and call back. When I called back, it was 7:10pm and was told that I had to wait until 8pm to be picked up. On the Expedia website, it also stated that it was a 8 minute drive from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle bus arrived at 8:25 and we had a stop over at a plaza to pick up some other people - so the shuttle bus was not direct. If I had known, I would’ve taken a taxi immediately as opposed to waiting an hour and a half to get to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk person said we could grab some breakfast the next morning (before 6:30am) as our flight was at 8:30am leaving Miami and we had to take the 6am shuttle. The breakfast area was already set up, but we were told by another staff member that we were not allowed to enter the breakfast area (not even to get a muffin, slice of bread or a banana to go). Our room was extremely cold, and I tried to adjust the temperature with the fan, and it didn’t make a difference. I was not able to shut off the air conditioner and when it reached the set temperature the heat would come on. So we were either too cold or too hot. Lastly, I never received a dinner bill receipt at check out and the front desk had a difference billing system than the bar. I would NOT recommend this hotel as the Customer Service was horrendous!

    We met about 7 hard dirty napkins that were used balled up on the couch, I had to throw them out myself. Maybe we got the room that was cleaned by a poorly trained staff member and the supervisor clearly failed to inspect that room. Extremely disappointed at the nasty smell and dirty blanket that they thought to use. I wish I could upload the picture of the bloody blanket 😓 That is one hotel we will never stay at!!!

    I had to move from the Springhill to the Hilton. There was 1 lady at the front desk receptionists who was rude. The cleaning staff offered room service and would complain to their supervisor. The supervisor who said she was the manager was very disrespectful with my wife and also to the couple next door.

    Great facility. Clean. Great staff. Nice sitting area and bar area on the main level by the lobby. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance. Ordered takeout which was delivered, and we enjoyed sitting in the main area of the hotel.
