    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and was looking forward to enjoying a pleasant evening at your property. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by an interaction with one of your bartenders, Leon. During our encounter, I found Leon's behavior to be rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The situation escalated into an unpleasant argument, which significantly impacted what should have been a special and memorable occasion. As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of any misunderstanding that may arise. I rarely submit complaints, and I am not someone who becomes angry easily. However, I felt compelled to bring this matter to your attention because the level of service I received fell far below the standards I associate with the Hilton brand. I would appreciate it if management could review this incident and take appropriate action. I also hope that steps will be taken to ensure that other guests do not have a similar experience.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location and the fact that the hotel is NOT a high-rise building were huge pluses for me. I purchased a room deal that included the breakfast buffet, which was very good. I didn’t park a vehicle or use the bar so I can’t speak to either of those amenities. The downsides were dirty/ old carpet everywhere in the building and low water pressure in the shower.

    Would not stay at this hotel again as they did not provide what was advertised. When I booked an hotel the first thing I think about is security. On the website they described the hotel as having a safe. When I arrived in the room there was no safe. When I enquired at reception I was told that the safe was in the manager's office and individual safes will be provided. When I then came to use the safe with my valuables, I was told that the paperwork was not available for me to fill in, to be able to use a safe. I find this excuse to be very disturbing. In 2026 a company like Hilton should have template form stored on a computer, so that forms can be printed when needed. Also the second reason I choose hotels is cleanliness and up to date maintenance. When we arrived we put all our stuff away, then when out for the evening and returned to have a shower. When turning the shower on the handle came off in my wife's hand. After calling maintenance and waiting 20 mins, we were told we had to move rooms, as this cannot be fixed. We then had to repack our stuff and move rooms. This was very upsetting and frustrating for my wife. The desk staff did their best to assist, but management and maintainance teams are not up to the standard we are usually expect from the Hilton Brand.

    The second room not so much.. The room is need of some updates, the TV was not working, the AC unit was very noisy, the thermostat was falling off the wall, not all lights were working and one of the bath towels was old and stained.

    This property was conveniently located. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower. I have short hair, so it wasn't too bad, but for anyone with long or thick hair, it would be very difficult to wash out the shampoo and you would probably have a big tangled mess to deal with. The water pressure was that bad.

    Everything about my stay from check-in until checkout was great. I used the gym amenities. Breakfast was fresh and staff was courteous. If I needed anything for my room, the staff jumped on it immediately. I had a great experience. I will definitely be staying with the Hilton again.

    This hotel was not very clean, items empty in the washroom, non functional shower knob and had an overall unpleasant odor. I had to change my room for a leaky toilet. Stiff was nice in accommodating me and gave me a nicer room and free breakfast.

    Needed to have more affordable items. Like burger night. Taco night cheaper. Too expensive for food items and they required a tip which is my gift to a good waiter/ waitress and I should be able to give what money I like for a tip. You should never control my pocketbook!!

    Our room was across from the elevators and noisy spring break young adults were loud and boisterous until 2 am. Also, Kuerig didn’t work in our room and when I shared that info at check out, receptionist didn’t care. I asked if she could make me a coffee, she said there is coffee, but it’s cold. Not exactly great customer service. I would like to give them another try and hope this review helps with better customer service going forward.

    We stayed overnight on 2/22/26-2/23/26 in order to get to the Miami cruise port in time flying in from ATL. When we got to the hotel the system was down and we couldn't check in. That was a 3 hour wait in the lobby before we could check in. Everything as far as names, credit card info etc. was being hand-written, which is dangerous because that's our credit info out there with no encryption or anything. No update from IT on the length of time it was going to take before system was up again. The IT department dropped the ball by making customers and hotel staff wait with the lame excuse that "we'll let you know when everything is back up". We won't stay here any more. We were highly inconvenienced. However the reception staff did the best they could .

    The room was clean but only had one draw for your clothes. We were staying for three night and had to keep our clothes in our luggage. They had a nice small balcony but no chairs to sit on. The breakfast had plenty to eat but the cooked food was barely warm. We were visiting friends and the hotel was closed to their condo so that was good. Ursula

    Didn't receive the accessibility type room requested at first. Had to ask for it again after 1st room. Accessibility room was an inconvenience due to long way to first floor elevator location. Cindi of front desk staff was wonderfully helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Cruise shuttle reasonably priced but was 20 minutes late which didn't prove to be a problem for us.

    The hotel overall was not clean. The carpets were stained and filthy. There was no room service provided not even our trash picked up or fresh towels.     The TV in the room wouldn't work. The staff on duty was unable to assist stating that the maintenance personnel left at 7:00. This was very disappointing since we were wanting to watch a college bowl game. Maintenance personnel should be available when guests are most likely to be in the rooms, especially when the hotel is full. Would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience, possibly a discount for our next stay.

    However, when it came to eating dinner at the hotel it was advertised that dinner began at 5. We had been traveling all day and were hungry so we opt to dine at the hotel. When we got to the restaurant at 5 we were told that the kitchen didn’t open until 5 yet a party of 7 in the dining room were being served. The bar tender/waiter had very broken English so when we questioned him about timing he really couldn’t explain. He went to get the manager. The manager came out so unprofessionally and began to argue with the bartender in front of us. He did say our drinks were to be free and dinner (when we eventually got it after waiting an hour) was to have 50% off which was reasonable. I took it as an apology and his word and was happy until I checked my balance today and noticed where they did indeed charge full price after giving me his word. I called and was told I have to wait until tomorrow to speak with the manager. I travel a lot!! And have never experienced this treatment. It’s not about the money it’s about when someone gives me their word then it’s gospel. I would not stay at this hotel again because of how I was treated.

    Front desk employees were friendly and accommodating when we called to let them know of the situation and wanting another room. The room we were moved to was better considering room we were leaving..however the tv credenza was pulled away from wall about 6 inches with cords exposed and cabinet looked to be damaged/cracking from water, bathroom fan was rusting… this hotel seems to have water leaking inside walls and smells moldy. We would not stay here again.

    For a Hilton hotel this place was horrible. Went thru 3 rooms to get one where the tv and phone worked. No shuttle from the airport and limited time to shuttle to the port which was suppose to be included would not recommend

    Service at the bar and dining room were terrible and the food was inedible except for the eggs. Also they didn't replenish buffet items once they got low so we didn't have much to choose from 30 minutes before it was supposed to end. Don't spend the money on breakfast there! Also the rooms didn't have a safe or towel racks which was very odd. Front desk staff were very nice though and room was clean, comfy bed.

    Stayed pre and post cruise 1 mile from many great food and nightlife choices. Great park of Miami blvd.like a jungle 5 acres closes early 5pm I think. As for Hotel I have to say Thank you for allowing Early check in, was very much needed after cruise.

    The hotel was mostly deserted, but the bartender was friendly and very competent. The pool was nice. Our dinner sandwich was certainly nothing to write home about. But what irked us most was the undisclosed $30 valet parking charge to which (again without notice) a $4.50 parking surcharge was added without explanation. Hotels.com should have made these charges clear before our reservation was made.

    All was very good. Early dinner or late lunch was not the entree as advertised. Pork with peas. I was served bacon and pasta. No peas. I didn’t come for the food. Came for proximity to baseball stadium. Bartender/barback/ waiter… you name it… awesome for what is demanded of him.

    At check in the computer couldnt print keys so we had to wait in room until they fixed it. the television didnt work, and was not fixed during stay. No free parking at what was merely an older "motor lodge" (not a fancy hotel) Paid breakfast buffet was minimal, just scrambled eggs sausage and potatoes not even bacon. Not even as good as the free breakfast at a Hampton Inn.

    Upon check-in the lady at the desk was rude and unfriendly. Once we got to the room we had a toilet that didn’t flush and the room was very dark. Went back down to the front desk, the lady was still rude and didn’t appear to care. She stated I needed to wait for maintenance, after waiting on maintenance for an hour I went back down to complain again. This time I just begged to be moved instead of waiting again. She finally agreed. Once we get to the new room with all of our belongings including groceries the refrigerator doesn’t work. Smh. She said there was nothing she could do. Just all around frustrating.

    Staying for work. This was convenient off and on Rickenbacker Causeway for me and i felt safe. They have valet available all night, and the front desk was very responsive. Would recommend this property.

    The hotel itself was nice. However, they left their pool/outdoor music on all night and they were clueless about their shuttle to the port and lied to us about it. The staff were absolutely clueless... one telling us one thing and the other another thing. My recommendation would be for them to cut ties with their shuttle service.

    Staff was nice, room clean and nice. Informed desk i was checking out between 330 and 4 to ensure i could get my car. When i tried to check out a t 4, no one was at desk, knocked on staff only door, man came out half awake and checked me out. Said valet would be right out. 30 minutes past, found valet station unlocked, found my keys and everyone elses but could not find car. Finally valet came out, spoke no English, none. I could have taken every key, will never stay at hilton again.

    The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a full selection of fruits, cereals, breads, and hot entrees. The pool and patio was lovely, and the port shuttle ran a half hour late. Fortunately, we still had plenty of time to check into our cruise.

    I asked to change my room because I was directly in front of an over pass for 95. They said they could move me one door down. Same location. There was food all in the hallway on my floor and the shower had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. Would not recommend this hotel

    I spent a week with my girlfriend. We’re both transgender, and I haven’t changed my deadname yet. The staff was very kind when I booked in and they understood my situation completely, it was very kind of them. The room was great, they always had food available which is good since I kept under-eating and getting headaches, it’s a great and welcoming place.

    This hotel is quaint & cute. It is definitely not near anything. There is a trolley that stops near, but it is very limited. There are no restaurants near here or small stores. The rices within the hotel are very expensive & not very feasible for families or people in general. ($9.99 for a tall container of pringles- usually $4 max in a regular store). Our last day at the hotel there was a incident & the clean up for it took entirely too long, so we were stepping over blood & being very careful to not touch blood which had stained the walls.
