The good news. The owner is trying to rehab the facility from an outdated tired facilitate to something more modern. The room interiors have been done. Well at least the one we were in however, the outside appearance still has much to be desired. Also do not believe the hype about a sandy beach nearby. This is a inner city, older area of Milpitas. Not walking distance to the great mall. Would not suggest walking around at night. There is a reason why this hotel is priced below others in the area you get what you paid for. Maybe when all the renovations are done and the exterior has been significantly improved, we would come back to stay. But for now, one night was enough.

Ghetto place with ghetto people blasting music all night mid week because they don’t care about anyone or anything. This is where homeless or borderline homeless hood rats stay so if you want sleep and to not need a weapon don’t stay here. The people are so ghetto and inconsiderate they even let there kids run around screaming all night. Horrible. Ants in the room and rock for a bed.

The check in was ok . But the room dirty hairs in bath tub toilet and on the floor . Toilet was clogged . I just wanted to relax . Early in the morning I went to use restroom seen roaches . I could not sleep . I got up 5 to get ready check out . Shared the infestation to office manger he was rude stating he wasn’t going to refund my payment . He suggested to pay me 20.00 . Shame on you. I replied respectfully I will report the matter.

They didn’t provide enough towels for 6 people. The extra room doesn’t have a heater unit. They don’t have elevators, I knew that because this is my second time. I do like that they had three beds however the heater. Going here in dead winter my preschool might get sick. There is alway no breakfast, it didn’t matters to us. out as well as many people camped out in thier piled up cars (lthey live in thier cars). I ended up taking my things out of the room and slept in my car at the mall which was close by. I let security at the mall know of my situation and they actually let me stay in there parking lot because they are aware of this troubled motel. This really needs to be condemned- this is a health hazard and a very bad place where prostitution, human trafficking and drugs are definitely a thing here.

Only 1 towel, not even folded. It was actually the rug for the floor. The heater button would not go beyond 70 degrees. Water pressure is weak and not hot enough. Microwave is ancient and not digital, spin it as a clock and can’t tell how much time you’re setting it on. Noise get in the room easily.

The price was really good. The place is a little old. A bit run down. The towels were old. There was a stain on the ceiling. The cleaning crew were very nice. We asked for hangers , and an iron, they quickly gave us the items with a friendly warm smile.

Room was okay. Only one pillow person and it was flat hard. I recommend to bring your own. I woke up with a neck ache. Neighborhood was quiet until Saturday night. You can hear guests walking around late at night and someone tried to open our door. Luckily my boyfriend got up to tell them that they had the wrong room. Bed was comfortable. Shower was okay. Our room never got clean. I had to ask for toilet paper twice. And had the maid come by and exchange dirty towels for clean ones, plus take the trash out. Won’t recommend staying here unless you’re on a budget.

Tub was nasty dirty we had a roach climbing up blankets into the bed and it had a very bad smell when we walked in to room and there was no smoke detector on our room and 1 towel a 1 wash cloth for 4 people isnt going to work.

Floor looks nothing like in the pictures. It is a thick rubber that smelled like oil. The entire room was dirty. Hair, dust RABBITS everywhere & the walls stained with who knows what. The pillow cases stained, towels stained, shower stained. I don’t think bleach is used to clean. The room just stunk. So bad we left after one night. Not booking again.

The worst hotel i’ve ever been too. condom wrappers on the floor walking up to the rooms, rooms weren’t even cleaned prior to checking in. Lots of men going in and out very unsafe and dirty. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only thing good about this property was the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to change our room after our first one was absolutely filthy and smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. After moving to our next room, the smell subsided a bit but the overall cleanliness was still terrible as there was stains on the comforter, sheets, and the pillow cases were visibly brown and dirty. The area surrounding this place is also bad as there are many abandoned cars in their parking lot. Would never recommend.

When we got here the front desk agent wasn’t there. The fire alarm thing was not intact instead it was sitting on refrigerator. Found dirt on ground this is only good for travelers flying out early only stayed 1 night and it’s just awful.

No microwave. No coffee maker. Keycard didn’t work and it’s not working now. Will be back to fix my door lock because it was out of batteries and he never came back. It’s now 1 o’clock in the morning going to bed.

The 5 person bedroom was 2 queens or really double size beds with a closet like room attached. The closet room had no ac and a door with no handle only a lock. The pading of the room was rubber which downstairs they had giants rolls of that stuff outside so who know how long that stuff has been out there. In the bathroom there was a lot of black mold.

We were there for less than 30 minutes. The floors were disgusting and The sheets on ALL beds had stains along with the pillow cases. The room smelled of weed and cigerette smoke. The bathroom was dirty and was not cleaned. The front offered to change rooms and when we went to the other room we had the same issues. The front desk lady was very confrontational and said we "we used the room". We had pulled the sheets back to look at the beds. We did not stay and requested a refund due to the severely unsanitsry conditions of the room.

I liked the rooms were recently remodeled, newer furniture and newer fixtures. The bathroom had quite a bit of mold in the shower, but that is an easy fix with some bleach and water mixture spray. Everything else was fine.

Easy check in quiet and clean

The only food options available are 2 drink vending machines outside the hotel. They don’t offer continental breakfast as stated on the hotel description. They don’t have coffee or tea or even water available in the lobby. There is a coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room. The housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and polite. They went above and beyond. The parking spots are rather small so parking can be a bit tricky if you have a larger vehicle. There is a big mall nearby which was great. You can always get food delivered to the hotel which is a good option. They do have a good selection of informational pamphlets in the lobby if you are looking for something to do. Hotel is a bit outdated, but overall a good place to stay at and get some rest.

Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, however there wasn’t adequate lighting in the room, except for one over head light from a ceiling lamp. The two lamps on either side of the bed didn’t work, due to the outlets not working. Won’t stay there again.

Dirty sock and it was dirty. The floor was so dirty that my kids white socks were left black there was stains in the floor and room smell. The employee Mike took pictures of everything that was dirty and stated that we will be receiving a refund.

There was bed bugs , spiders , floor are extremely dirty and we even found sock on bed !!! Overall this place is DISGUSTING! If I can rate a -00000 I would we couldn’t even spend the night we got home from our event and inspect the space and terribly disappointed. Can’t even request a refund till the morning because they don’t have a manager available. Paid over $100 for this place and literally not worth a penny

The toilet seat had hairs, didn't look too clean. A towel looked not too clean either with long blonde and brunette hairs before even getting to use it. And they said a no smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes as soon as we walked in. I have asthma and didn't appreciate that. Also lots of sketchy people.

Very affordable motel and fairly safe

We stayed here for 2 nights in 2 different rooms (different reservations). Both rooms were clean and comfortable. First room’s AC was very noisy and while it did not bother us, it will be an issue if someone is light sleeper. Second room had newer AC unit so it was better. We checked in at night after 8.30 pm and the area was very quiet so can’t say about noise from outside. Harsh at front desk was friendly, polite and helpful . He was there both days when we checked in at night as well as early in morning at 5.45am when we checked out. We will stay here again.

Faced room issues couple of times in 3 days and need to change room every time. Owner is co operative and make sure room availability but every other and then having room issue is problematic.

We are a family of 6 and stayed in a family suite which offered 3 double beds so it worked perfectly for us. Room was clean and affordable. We travelled to the area to go to a San Fransisco 49ers game and it was very conveniently located.

Room was fascing freeway and street. Windows are not noise reduction. The window in the room did not lock. Had a plastic small rod to secure. Bathroom needs to be deep cleaned and walls bleached. Had to cut my trip short due to my work schedule changing. Hotel clerk said it was okay and that I would get a full refund for second reservation. Didnt happen. Definitely won't be staying there again.
