Excellent customer service by Jay and PJ at front desk, Carlos in maintenance and Johana at the room service . Thank you guys for making my stay very comfortable.

The rooms are consistently clean and are maintained well on a daily basis. The bed is comfortable, which makes longer stays easier and more restful. The location is also very convenient for my needs, and the pricing is reasonable for the area. During this stay, there were a couple of maintenance issues in my room—the microwave and hair dryer were not working. Additionally, while a basic breakfast is provided, this time there were no granola bars available for the entire stay, and fruit was also not replenished, which had been available on previous visits. Despite these issues, the overall experience remains positive due to the cleanliness, comfort, and location. I would still choose to stay here again for future visits.

Room was clean, a little old in the bathroom, dark spots in the bath, around the bath mat and the grout on the walls. They didn’t keep the yard clean, dried leaves and other small debris in the parking lots in front of the rooms

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. I didn’t get to use it but the pool looked great. The air conditioner buttons were all messed up, room was stuffy. The “breakfast” was not a real breakfast. No hot water, no tea, nothing warm to eat, frankly not my idea of breakfast, should be labeled differently.

Clean, location was close to everything, staff was nice. Accommodated my request to be on a 2nd floor since it was two women staying there. Barebones. Neighborhood is a little more iffy than I expected-daytime is fine, but night was a little sketchy.

My company booked several rooms at the hotel. The rooms were all very dirty, the refrigerator, which was an amenity we paid extra for, was not working. We requested a room change with a refrigerator that would work and the staff said no.

I would have given a positive review until I found bed bugs on my pillow and was bitten by bed bugs. The area is nice with a CVS nearby and the hotel has a refridgerator.

From the outside and the neighborhood I was expecting like a drug / prostitute / by the hour type of place. Instead if was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the place was very quiet. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

My room was a tad bit warm because I refuse to use the air conditioner. I turned it on and the smell was really bad. I thought I'd let it burn off a little, nope there was no improvement. Between that and the weed smell permeating my room, it made me wish I'd went ahead and took the second floor room. The individual a few doors down smoked in his door way ALL NIGHT, well at least until 1230am. The check in person was very nice, and I do realize its not their fault who rents rooms and refuses to follow hotel policy.

The staff are not friendly at all. They do not care about anyone and talked I. Their language while laughing at your face.

The bed is hard and pillows are hard. I’d like the hotel to compensate waiting that long . and bed was very inconvenient. Didn’t sleep well!!!

I booked this hotel for my friend sometimes because it is near my house. We like the price and the room size. Howerver, the hotel service is bad. The check out time of the hotel is 11am, but at 10 am the house keeping people already coming from door to door and knock on the your door. When i did not reply because i am still sleepping. They open the door to ready to go inside made me feel frustrated. The hotel does not have a sign to let house keeping know that they should not bother you anymore. At 10:30am, when i was in the bath enjoy my hot tub. The house keeper opened my room door one more time. I felf very bad about that. If i did not use another lock inside my room, i think the house keeper already can walk inside and look for me when i was in the restroom. I know the house keeper would have not done that alone. They did that maybe because they are ordered to do so. If you want a more polite hotel. Go defferent hotel. Not this one. Do you recommended this hotel.

We were there for 9 days. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful, but mattress was very firm, and I am used to something much softer. Couch was a fold out bed that we didn’t use for that, but as such was very noisy to sit on, making it a problem for a couple that don’t wake up at the same time. There was an office chair with the desk, but the chair was completely worn out and uncomfortable. The tv worked fine, and had a good selection of channels,, but the program guide always showed unavailable so you couldn’t tell what was on, or when a movie was going to start or end. We reported that, but it wasn’t fixed, and other guests reported the same.A light breakfast was provided. At the start they had good strong coffee, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, pre packaged pastries, toasted bagels with cream cheese, cereal and milk. Unfortunately toward the end of the stay, they had run out of most everything but coffee, milk and bagels and didn’t replenish supplies. The hotel has a nice clean pool that my wife enjoyed. The room was quiet, we were on the third floor back by the parking lot which was a good location. The cleaning staff was helpful, but did not speak English. At around $80 a night, the price was good considering this is the Bay Area. No coffee in room. So the basics were “ok”, but a lot could be better. Pillows were good!

The room itself was standard. It had a fridge, microwave, and functional AC, though the AC unit was loud. The bathroom fan was also noisy. Street noise was constant in the morning, especially from construction crews getting ready to work (temporary living in hotel during project?), which made it difficult to rest. At 9:00 am, housekeeping knocked to offer a sheet change, which, while thoughtful, was far too early. Noise isolation overall was poor; I could hear staff rolling carts on the floor above and plenty of hallway noise. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and had to be lifted to slide shut. The main door looked brittle and patched over multiple times with paint. At least it locked and worked as intended. Overall, this is a barebones hotel in an arid area. It technically functions, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone expecting a smooth check-in or a comfortable, quiet stay.

It’s was very nice and quiet, very accessible to dining places and entertainment. This place was perfect for all of the plans we had for our trip.

The vending machines were broken. I had to ask the front desk where to find them. They directed me to them, knowing they were broken which was really annoying since we got in late and had been traveling all day. Not the best, not the worst. Good for a night if you're passing through.

My stay was amazing!!! I arrived 10pm on 04/25/2025 and the young lady who checked me in was friendly and welcoming to my daughter and I. The room was very clean and I enjoyed my night stay throughout the night. There was breakfast in the morning which I loved and the two gentlemen at the front desk in the morning were also friendly 04/26/2025. I will keep this hotel in mind

Looks like rooms and furnishings haven't been updated in over 20 years. Breakfasts doesn't include any juice or water? - was told to go use the vending machine to buy water if I wanted any water!? Checkin person was very nice and courteous. Didn't expect an upscale place; but expected a little better.

We did have ants around the sink - not a lot, but 8-12 in the morning after we arrived. We told them. The number of ants was reduced for the rest of the stay, but we frequently had 1-3 ants around the sink. I've certainly been in worse places and for the price, i would be fine staying here again.

The front desk guy will ask you for $25 “cleaning fee”. Refused to give me extra pillows or towels. Pretty clean. No coffee in the room but microwave and fridge work. Water was warm. Nothing stolen. Parking seems safe.

Recently improved on decor, tv, beds, showers.

The TV didn't turn on, which was the biggest issue. Since I was only really there to have somewhere to sleep, I didn't bother complaining. There was also a bug in the bathroom.

The stay was overall good. But its been over a week and i still have not received my deposit refund even though there was no damage to the room

It did the job for a one night. However when I went to take a shower, the shower didn't work. So I basically had to wash up with the washcloth. At least the water at the sink was working. I was very disappointed but I didn't have time to get to the front desk since I had to be on the road at a certain time.

The breakfast was extremely limited. Just packaged pastries, yogurt and coffee. They ran out of juice and milk, never brought out more. The two three mornings I checked. Same old stuff. My key never worked when I was there. I had to get help every time I left my room. Never going back.

My room is on the ground floor, it has ants on my bed table. I so switch to a second floor. But I still see ants at the door
