I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms as well as the updated amenities. We were staying after moving out of our home with our family and dogs. First had a 2 bedroom and, wow, it was awesome! Decided to extend our stay before beginning our cross country drive so moved to 2 studios. Again, large, clean, nice kitchen space, highly recommend! The staff were all phenomenal! Will definitely recommend this to others. Not using booking.com! Nothing to do with the hotel…this hotel has more than I expected.

Just issue with sofa bed when we full it they were nuts all over and missing hair dryer. But over all its good and we will come back and i will recommend to family and friends.

The room was smelling bad. They cane to spray but it didn’t work. Also, air conditioning wasn’t working. Not well kept.

Yes they charged me twice for the deposit & then you have to wait for them to fix the problem..Ridiculous

Only we had an issue was the breakfast that was provided each morning is was kinda limited not much variety, the bacon was good but the eggs were really dry. Even though with this issue we would definitely consider staying here again. Loved how closed everything was within walking distance like great mall and Milpitas bart, the bus and light rail.

It says two bedrooms suite and I thought there were two bathrooms. There were two bedrooms and one bathroom. I wish it stated clearly on the description as we were looking for one more bathroom in the suite with the size of our family. Other than that, it's a nice suite. I like the small kitchen in the suite. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The rooms were very clean. There was ample space for three guests with the dining area and kitchen. Parking was plentiful. Staff at the front desk and at the breakfast provided good customer service. The breakfast sitting area is very small and could get crowded if you went later in the morning to eat.

Beautiful room! And in a great location!! I will definitely return. I had no idea we were right next to the Great Mall. Which included , Marshalls, Burlington, Olive Garden/Outback, Dave n Busters, Theater, McDonald’s, Chipotle and Gas station close (15mins) to San Jose State University. Awesome Awesome Awesome!!

Property has a covenient location.Staff are friendly ,they made you feel welcome,breakfast need a little work out though,dining staff should be refilling the food often so that guest wont be standing and waiting for the food to come.

It should have been a good stay if we were able to have a nice warm water shower. We had a long day driving with the summer weather so expecting to get warm shower but unfortunate water was cold. We were told they will fix within an hour but we have to check out early for our next destination. Cold Shower!!!

It was quiet, comfy, and clean. Also, conveniently located, and staff was nice. Kitchenette was cute, but we only used some dishes for cereal, and the frig. Breakfast was good, but it was crowded and had to wait for them to refill stuff.

Hotels are in a safe area, right next to a mall. Parking isn't for bigger vehicles, but there are plenty of spots. It's gated. The rooms are decent. Bedding can be better. I would stay again.

Perfectly fine for a couple of days only issue was the bathroom shower was only hot for one shower and drained really slow

My room was not clean. They allow pets but I'm allergic to cats and dogs and i was itchy the whole time. I took benadryl , cleaned the shower myself so i could take a quick shower and rinse off and because of the crowdstrike incident they wrote down everyone's information and got me confused with someone else and are trying to charge me for someone elses $$$EXPENSIVE ROOM

Water was cutoff from 1-3pm on July 11 and when it got back, there was clogging in the toilet and water came out/splashed out of the toilet bowl when they tried to flash the toilet. Since they were going out, they just cleaned the floor without calling Housekeeping. The next day, the shower was flooded when they were showering and water did not drain. It was unpleasant.

Unfortunately, we discovered bed bugs in our room, on our bed, after we had slept in the bed one night. Front desk personnel were very friendly! But management did not reach out as we had been promised. When we followed up with management in person, they agreed to refund one night of our stay only. But they have not been responsive to hotels.com efforts to reach them to authorize the refund. So issue is still unresolved. Unfortunately, very much do not recommend.

Clean, large rooms with good desks and kitchenettes. The provided continental breakfast was average, and the soap dispensers in the bathroom required replacement. Excellent deal for the money overall.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

The location is perfect because it is very near to the great mall. The people are friendly and the place is clean. The only thing that I noticed is that there are only a few options for the breakfast so i ended up eating brunch outside after checking out. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I had travelled to this place after a 5 hour long flight, was tired and this is what I was doing for almost 1.5 hours after reaching the hotel. The elevator suddenly stopped working and I had to climb the stairs to the 4th floor along with my luggage.

Old dirty carpets, old dirty fabric furniture,” hammocky” beds, clean bedding, quiet, kitchen is a major convenience! Big refrigerator is a plus, big TV with Netflix plus also. Convenient location, free parking .

No doubt the hotel is dated but is kept in nice condition and location is very good. is ok for couple of days.

My room had a broken air-conditioning unit and the hallway smelled of Marijuana. Kept a 100 dollar deposit without explanation of why they kept it. Will never stay there again.

I had a bad check in experience. I checked in and found the drainage of lavabo gets stuck There was no body to fix it. The guys at front desk gave me a device to drain by myself but i cannot do it. We stayed a night without lavabo.

Place is clean and convenient. Staff are friendly. Easy to reach staff when I had question. The only thing that bothered me was the alarm clock. It started to make noisy at 6:15 AM and waked me up unexpectedly. It continues to pipe after a while. I could not turn it off.

Hotel facility is an excellent location and extremely convenient to just about anything you will need including a shopping mall right across the street. Fitness facilities were also excellent and very complete or I was able to work out every day. Staff was extremely friendly.

I've stayed in more expensive hotels and been less satisfied. For what this hotel is, it outperforms its niche, and the staff is as friendly as you'll ever come across.

Staffs are nice and friendly. Property is right next to a mall. Few cops were on and inside of the hotel because of an unwanted trespassing when we check-in. Feel unsafe. Room is good but feeling some kind of invisible bugs that made us itching. So we need to spray alcohol on our skins to take away the itchiness sensation.

Great host’s, very accommodating. I loved having the luggage carts in the building. Very helpful. The room itself was completely enjoyable from beginning to end. The bed and bedding were above average and extra comfortable. Kitchenette was fine for me, made many meals. However, having it fully stocked with cups, plates, utensils, and cookware just made it even better. I would highly recommend this location.

One of the house keeper was rude.

The front desk people were nice although they were overwhelmed at times. I found it odd that no one was at the front desk at 11pm but they were at 5am. Neighbors were loud but that's fine, and the universal remote did not work with any HDMI device so that was a little annoying. Otherwise the place was great and I enjoyed the stay.

We stayed for 8 days and struggled to get room service to come and empty the trash. I asked multiple times at the front desk when housekeeping would come, the lady was pretty rude about it, and she told me every 3 days (it did not come every 3 days)

Having the kitcheen was beneficial

If you’re looking for a place where you can drink all night and do drugs this is the place to be even the security that’s supposed to be securing will hang out with you and talk with you at two 3 o’clock in the morning in the parking lot and let people drink in the hallways the staff doesn’t give a damn so if you want to party and drink and get high this is the place to go

The most dirtiest hotel i have stayed at so far. I have a newborn and a 5 year old. My hotel was dirty greasy finger prints from the last person who stayed was all over the door the handles couch. Socks were under the couch cushion and in the room their was a plate hiding under the bed along with clothing and cans. Hair and dead tiny bugs were in the drawers. Stayed over the weekend did not have sheets for the pull out bed in the living room i had to call. Also only had less than half of toilet paper for the whole weekend. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Will not be returning to this hotel again. Very disappointing

This was a family get away. Two adults one child. The room was spacious, with a separate room for the bed room (very comfortable bed!) , a living room area, a dining area and a fully stocked kitchenette. Everything was very clean and comfrtable. Plenty of drawers and cabinets/closet space. The sofa bed was a bit thin though. Otherwise, this has become my favorite place to stay.

The rooms were clean. The staff was exceedingly friendly. They had breakfast options. And there was free parking at the hotel. Hotel was right across from a large mall with multiple restaurants and shops. This hotel allowed animals with a pet fee that I thought was reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Our extended (almost 3 weeks) visit was comfortable. The staff was professional and responsive with any requests or needs. The kitchenette was sufficiently stocked with basic supplies.Having a clean, well maintained property is appreciated, particularly while staying healthy and socially distancing. I recommend Marriott Towneplace Suites enthusiastically!

Everything was super clean. Kitchen had everything you need, so you don't have to ask for anything. Including pots and pans, storage containers, dishware, etc. We had a 1 bedroom and it was basically like a furnished apartment. Was honestly sad that we couldn't stay longer! Looking forward to staying again.

My daughter, dog & I usually stay with family for Thanksgiving but we didn’t want to do that this year with COVID. This property was perfect for what we needed - studio apartment with a small but full kitchen & full bath. The windows opened so that we could air the room out. The only thing was the noise from the Bart line but we got used to that after the 1st night.

Gentlemen in the front desk. Super professional kind and efficient. Didn't like the layout of the hotel. One way in and out made me feel uncomfortable 2 person capacity on the elevator made it feel old and outdated. Room was very outdated as well. Had a 2 bed suite bed were comfortable however white sheets had visible stains. Towels also felt old. Great side the place was quiet and was able to get a good night sleep.

Quiet easy go get food relaxation I like stay again

I was able to reserve a suite that fit my needs perfectly. My extended family was able to reserve a suite right next to us and was great to have a kitchenette in our rooms and cook a family meal together. We had a wonderful time in a quiet end of the hotel. We look forward to reserving both suites again!

Front desk reception was friendly and speedy. The room was nice but when we first arrived, the tv set was on full blast so that was weird. It was almost as if we just missed someone hanging out in the room. Because of Covid, we sanitized everything - bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen. We brought our own sanitizer and disinfectant sprays/wipes. Kitchen was clean but coffee machine was dirty. Bathroom was clean but water pressure was very low. I have super long hair so it took forever to shower. Bed was comfy and a/c worked great. I recommend this hotel.

The pluming in my room was horrible. I had to request a staff member to fix it not once but twice. The 2nd time he was not able to until the next morning for he needed a snake but he did let us use the room next to it to use the restroom and let us know that we may sleep in there as well
