I liked the pool area a.d the service from the reception. I didn't like that they didn't have any extra blankets. The windows are so thin you can hear everything. I couldn't even sleep.

The phone in my room did not work. The jacuzzi tub did not work the first night. Was told I would get a $50 credit which I never got. I think they adjusted the room rate to try and say I got the discount.

Very friendly staff and great location of hotel

Loved the staff and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Room was awesome. Got one with a jacuzzi tub. Only wish was that the water got a little hotter for the tub. But was still relaxing. Staff was very friendly .

The heater quit working and the room got cold. We tried to get it to work, but it wouldn't heat. The staff gave me a portable heater I could use until another room could be freed up, but after turning it off, the heater reset and came on and worked as it should overnight.

Great staff, very welcoming towards pets. Pool and hot tub were not in working condition and looked like it had not been maintained for years. Should not be listed as an amenity.

the room was fine staff was fine we checked in and got ready for our show came back after dinner put our stuff in the refrigerator we turned off tv to go to sleep and there was a really loud noise coming from the entertainment center but we had to be up early Saturday to work our show Saturday morning everything was warm in the fridge and water on the floor we had to toss out all our food into the garbage had to stop at a store to replace what we lost when we got back from our show i went to the front desk to see what they could do about it I had to help the gal to pull out the entertainment center to unplug the fridge she offered to put our stuff in the staff fridge instead of replacing the fridge we also had a leak in the bathroom celling and they could not fix it at that time we were charged full price for the room and had to replace our food that was bad from sitting in a fridge that should have been replaced way before we got there everything else was good

Everything was exceptional for the 3rd time. Can't wait to stay again. The staff, the breakfast, the room (in bath jacuzzi), the cleanliness..... this is the best hotel I have stayed in in 4 different states. I love it.

The entire stay was wonderful, especially the staff. The room was clean, the breakfast was fresh, the whole place felt welcoming. The only complaint is the vending machine is a little cryptic on how exactly it is supposed to work…but with a little bit of random button pressing I finally won.

It was convenient place to stay to visit family. It was not the nicest place we stayed in on our 10 nights out, but was the 2nd most expensive. Thanks to Hotels.com we saved about 70$ from their price quote.

I missed the waffles that Best Western is known for, maybe it a Canadian thing we usually stay at BW but we are from Canadian

Perfect location for a small town. Everything was within walking distance. Ladies at the front desk were super sweet

Close to race track, but not very sound proof

Family and friends stayed here with us for our wedding weekend. The staff was so kind and on top of everything. They allowed us to use the dining room for a family pizza party the evening before our wedding. Breakfast was delicious and consistently refreshed. They are in the process of updates so it looks a little rough. But everything is clean and the live plants are a great touch.

We had a lovely stay and largely because this hotel has the most friendly, accommodating staff I have ever experienced! And a tasty breakfast buffet as well. I highly recommend it!

Had some difficulties from Orbitz, but the staff was amazing and figured out how to solve the problem promptly.

There were a couple items not working in our room the bathroom fan, the electricity hick- upped about every 10 mins. The lights and tv would go dark and then start back up, the toilet bowl was leaking into itself so it would randomly fill up the toilet bowl couple times an hour. But, otherwise it was fine. The staff was nice but nothing special. Just disappointed.

Obvious pride of ownership with this Best Western hotel. Decorated very cheerily. Extra touches and decorative lights around. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff (we had a family wedding in town and they helped accomodate our family with extra needs cheerily). Very clean, near walking trail and restaurants. I would definitely stay again. Old school charm here (rare these days).

The suburban area had convenient access to stores and gas stations.

What a lovely place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We used the grill by the pool and had a wonderful bbq which we enjoyed poolside. The staff was absolutely incredible. Beyond helpful, and just wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Walls are paper thin, can hear everything in the other rooms. Didn't sleep while I was there as room ne t door watch tv all night. Requested a room change and front desk clerk was combative and got angry at me for requesting. Poor customer service.

My reservations for last Thursday through Expedia was my worse reservations. They only had one room and it had plumbing issues that were suppose to have been fixed that morning. I wait 20 minutes for them to clean the room. After checking in I went to wash up and the drain wasn't draining. I left without breakfast and no shower.

We were told there was no housekeeping unless by request and since we didn't want to spend our time chasing down our needs we were running short of everything by the end of our stay -- towels, toilet paper, etc. Definitely not the level of service I would expect staying at a big name hotel, so I will not choose not to stay here again since now I have to deal with replacing my driver's license, and overall it was just not an enjoyable place to stay. The rooms were functional but not fancy and sheets were a bit ragged, rough.

Having hot coffee available 24/7 is so very nice and the breakfast options are good as well (please be aware the do not change daily so if you are there any length of time it will be the same every day). We enjoyed our remodeled room, it was spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is thin walls, you can definitely hear the tv and convo in the neighboring room/s. It's not very quiet unless you're staying on a light mid week day. Other than that things were strangely pulled away from the wall and when we pushed them back it was dirty underneath. On the last day of our stay the power went out while in the shower, it was a city issue but they did their best to manage that. We'll definitely stay again, overall we appreciate the fun decor, comfy rooms, and friendly staff.

Our room was a corner room above the designated smoking spot outside. Workers and people were out throughout the night and early morning talking that we were up most of the nights we stayed there from it.

Probably one of the nicest best westerns I’ve been to in a long time front desk, staff where amazing so accommodating the rooms were beautifully made. It was quiet very well taken care of, and the breakfast was spot on.

On our first night a strong chemical odor at midnight awoke us. After checking with the front desk we were informed the stairwell was being painted. The premises as well as our room very clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was excellent, housekeeping very helpful and friendly. My friend and I had a wonderful stay and will stay there again.

cute hotel. All decorated for the holidays. Older but the charm from the staff takes it over the top. They make you feel like this is a B&B and they are hosting you. Rooms are big and the breakfast is good. Hot food and lots of other choices.

The jetted tubs are extremely loud so you hear them through the walls when other guests are using them while trying to sleep but besides that it's daily quiet

I liked that it was very near where i needed to go

We had the room with a small kitchen and it was generous in size, and comfortable for our stay. We ran into some issues with the breakfast- the first morning I went down at 8am, and they were out of eggs and said they would not be making any more. The second morning there were no eggs, and when asked about it, they said they would only make them as ordered. This was very odd, and super frustrating. Also the breakfast had no fresh fruit.

Rooms were dated and sink was loose and spraying water out. Enamel of the tub was peeling just not very attractive.

The hotel is still decorated for the holidays which is beautiful. The walls are very, very thin though and the noises from guests above us and next to us were very loud. Good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed.

Our stay at the BW Sky Valley Inn was a great experience. It was clean and friendly staff. The Christmas decorations were so warm and welcoming. I felt like I was a part of the family here. The breakfast was always hot and fresh too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit the area.

I was disappointed when we came back on the second day, late afternoon to find that our room had not been cleaned, bed not made, no new towels, etc. When I complained, they told me that ever since Covid that they only clean those staying more than one night if requested. I have never heard of this. I’ve never experienced that before. Apparently they were supposed to tell us.

Enjoyed the Christmas decor.

Parking was sprawled.

The washroom shower is in need for an upgrade, shampoo, conditioner, lotion were only for 1 use only. No recycle bins. Had to ask for a Do not Disturb sugn for the door. We did mot get any rewards for our stay and/ or a Senior's discount. Overal we had a pleasant stay.

Excellent property. Friendly staff and warmly decorated for the season. Clean comfortable rooms and a great breakfast.

1. Property had lots of places near by on driving distance to eat. 2. Property was clean Cons 1. Overpriced for the services or amenities they provide. 2. Swimming pool was freaking cold and dirty, water tempurature was not regulated. We were there on a sunny day on long weekend when tempurature was 85f but could not use the pool. Whats the point of having this ammenity when people cannot use it. 3. They keep giving weried colorful candies to toddlers on reception but for breakfast they don't stock enough milk, yogurt or fruits that kids can consume. 4. I did not the options in breakfast either. Who eats burrito for breakfast crazy. 5. No breakout activities for kids.

We had to make a last second swap to this hotel after we booked one across the street and had to leave immediately. My only complaint is that the common areas all smell of smoke, I think it's just carried in from the employees after their smoke breaks.

The staff at the property are exceptional. The front desk provided professional, friendly service from day one and throughout the stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Housekeeping is respectful and efficient. The complementary breakfast service provides a variety of thoughtful choices. The parking lot and amenities are well maintain. I would definitely choose to stay at this location in the future.
