The room was very clean and quite large for a for two double beds. The staff that I interacted with were all cheerful and very helpful. The breakfast had quite a good variety and everything that I tried was very good. I did not have time to use the pool or spa, however, when I peaked in there, everything looked very clean and tidy. Great place to stay, and I will be doing so again on my next visit to Cle Elum.

Convenient hotel for my one night stay. Staff were pleasant with my quick efficient check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Food offerings were various standard continental breakfast.

We stayed in Monroe while we went to visit family in Snohomish and this hotel was so worth it! I’d definitely stay here again. I loved how clean the room and hotel were. The staff was nice. The free continental breakfast was great and clean. The pool and hot tub looked great but I didn’t get a chance to use them.

It was only 30 mins away from where I needed to be for a rock climbing course I was taking in Index. The pool was out of order the day I was there.

The rooms were clean but the sleep wasn't great. The beds were quite hard and the pillows are pretty much flat.

Great choice for one night, clean room and convenient location.

Staff was ok. Kim was awesome. During breakfast a teenage girl went to make waffles and the spout for the batter came off. Totally not the girls fault but the staff member sure made it seem that way. Internet was almost unusable. Locked out of room multiple times due to bad key? Every once in a while of leaving the room the electronic lock would beep about 7 times. Staff didn't know why. 2 TV remotes per room, one of which did nothing. Batteries on my remote held in by a lot of electrical tape. Dirty sock found behind bed. 4 outlets that had usb ports did not work. Desk chair was so low that I had to reach up to use the desk. Mini fridge was too big for cabinet it was in so it would not close. Pillows really thin. Dad's room smelled heavily of body odor. Hangars were too large closet, had to turn them sideways to close the door. Dad's room was missing the closet door completely. Bath tub had heavy ring around it along with being completely rounded at the bottom which made it uncomfortable to shower in. Street noise was very loud. Dust all over fixtures and really dirty bathroom grout. According to staff you got basic TV only despite apps being on TV which previous guests forgot to log out of. For $129-$199 a night, Netflix would have been nice. The breakfast was good though.

It's an older building But the rooms were redone and it was done very well. It's very quiet, we had a really pretty view from the third floor. It is in an area that has grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. It's just a few blocks from the main highway, US2 . We have to travel to the area occasionally to visit our son so this will be our place to stay.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are courteous and welcoming. We spent the night here so that we could arrive at Evergreen Hospital for an early check-in. It's located close by. We'll be back if the need arises again.

Breakfast was very good, hot and fresh. Coffee was the best I've ever had at a hotel. The indoor hot tub was awesome. Also the best I've ever seen at a hotel! We have our own and typically, nothing comes close!

Pros: comfy, clean, professional and friendly staff. Lots of charging ports in the room. Breakfast is awesome; yogurt, pastries, waffles, whole fruit, biscuits and gravy, eggs, chicken sausage, cold cereal, toast, flavored coffee creamers and juice! So many options, I may have missed something. Cons: Bathtub wasn’t flat on the bottom so it was a little hard to stand and not fall. The hotel was at capacity full, it was very difficult to find parking in the dark and rain, which was stressful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The location, price, pool and hot tub were all decent but the breakfast was subpar as was the sketchy and cramped parking situation, also there were homeless people coming in and out of the lobby on their bikes which made me feel unsafe as a solo female traveler especially at night walking to my car alone with a sketchy blacked out van parked next to me and the front desk lady on her phone ignoring the homeless guy on the bike. They should have had more parking, better lighting in the parking lot, and better security for the saftey of guests. But worst of all was the hotel room and the bedding reeking of cigarette smoke so strongly that i had a migraine, sore throat, chest pain, stuffy nose and felt nauseous and dizzy and could not sleep the entire trip because it was like laying in an ash tray even tho it said it was non smoking.

Staff is always wonderful, the rate has increased and we cannot to stay there as often as we would like.

The pool was a little chilly at 73 degrees but the hot tub was nice at 102. Great breakfast variety. There was some noise from passing trains, FYI. Otherwise, nice hotel in a convenient location.

1 - The television system wouldn't allow us to watch live TV and each channel asked us to download an app in order to watch something. As we were from another country, we weren't able to do this. 2- We tried to call the front desk to ask about this, but the phone didn't work. 3- In the morning, the hairdryer didn't work. We tried everything we could to make it work with no luck. 4 - When we came back from breakfast, the toilet wouldn't flush. We had to remove the lid from the tank and lift the bar in the tank. 5- We were packing up and getting ready to leave when the housekeeping staff knocked on our door at 11:02 am and asked if we were checking out as they were there to clean the room. To say we were shocked was an understatement as the front desk told us check out was Noon. 6- When checking out at the front desk, we informed the front desk person of all the issues that we encountered and she just appeared to be apathetic about it. I reiterated the issues and again she didn't seem to take it seriously. When we mentioned that housekeeping knocked on our door an hour earlier than check-out time, she said they had changed it from 11 am to Noon a few weeks ago. I questionned why the staff didn't know this and she just repeated what she said. We travel quite a lot and were disappointed by the issues we encountered and the lack of customer service when we reported this.

Continental breakfast was the usual - cold cereal, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, coffee and tea. This is an older hotel that needs some TLC. Some new paint and furniture, drapes and decorations would help. It was clean and safe which is really the important part of any hotel. I will stay here again if I have further business in the area.

Friendly staff, nice place, clean room

This property is excellent and has great staff. The breakfast was good. There is an indoor pool that many visitors were using. Parking was ample and accessible to two different doors. Rooms are appointed with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. TVs are smart and you can access your own accounts for streaming. Hallway is wide and makes it easy to get to your room when carrying bags. Highly recommend!

The property was tastefully decorated and well maintained. We enjoyed our breakfast and the room was comfortable. The only negative about our stay had nothing directly having to do with the property. Our stay was hampered by inconsiderate neighbors above us that banged around their room until midnight, then began banging again beginning at 6:00AM. A classic example of why we seek to request a room on the top floor.

For an out of the way place the hotel was better than expected.

We have stayed here several times because we enjoy the pool/hot tub, and the breakfast options are very good. The staff at the counter are always very pleasant. Our last stay housekeeping tried to walk into out room twice (once without knocking) before the noon checkout time. Thankfully after the first time we put the bar across so they could not walk right in the second time. There needs to be better communication about which rooms are vacated.

The room smelled like mold. Homeless in the parking lot loitering around my car. Random phone call at 5am and no one was on the other line.

I called a few days ahead and asked for a room near the lobby or just not a long walk down a lonely hall as I am female, over 65, and mobility-impaired. When I checked in the desk clerk asked her supervisor about the request and the supervisor told her, without looking at me, that they "could do that" but usually didn't accommodate such requests. I feel that it was a reasonable request. Some hotels even have handicap suites or rooms. If she had just looked at me and been nice about it, I wouldn't have minded. but she made me feel demanding and unreasonable. Sorry, but I don't want to get raped. I know how to be safe, and asking for a room that isn't in Timbuktu is part of my strategy. The hotel was clean and they made an extra effort to have the room ready as I was early. I have no other complaints except that the supervisor needs a little training in customer relations.

The bed was great, the breakfast was your average buffet breakfast, but only served until 9:30 am.

They missed our room one day for towels, but we left later that morning and the Do Not Disturb sign was still on the door.

Just a way stop for us, but there were plenty of places to eat or drink, and walking around town was easy.

The mattress is firm so that was unusual. You only get 2 pillows on a queen bed which are 50% air but stacking the pillows gave me enough support. Bathroom was average and towels were soft. Not very warm sheets but you do control your room temp. Family owned rather than chain hotel. I don’t think they were used to being busy because they ran out of scrambled eggs one morning but I did see them replenishing them 10 mins later but by then i was done. Also juice machine ran out of orange juice concentrate.

Food was good. They had a little bit of everything. I was very pleased. The beds were very comfortable. There were many restaurants within a few blocks to choose from as well

First time to Washington for a wedding.. hotel waa very clean.. comfy beds.. well kept grounds.. and delicious hot breakfast every morning! Many restaurants and stores within walking distance.. highly recommend this hotel if visiting Monroe!!

Is it to cover up the pet's odor? I have decided not to stay in a pet-friendly hotel anymore.

All aspects were very good.

The room was clean overall and it was comfortable. One of the sockets on the side of the bed was not working. On my second night I woke up with a few bed bug bites. I noticed that the bedsheets and mattress cover have slipped off the mattress at the head of the bed, so it was probably coming from the mattress.

I frequently make trips to Monroe and always stay at the Evergreen Inn. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping and easy freeway access. The room decor has been updated and is very pleasant, t.he bed is comfortable and the bathroom very roomy. The provided breakfast goes far beyond the usual continental breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, fresh pastries and my favorite, Belgian waffles. Service is always pleasant and helpful.

Still, the location is good. There’s a big Fred Meyer a couple blocks away, Starbucks, and plenty of other eateries close by. If you’re just looking for a spot to sleep, it’s just fine. Lady at the front desk was kind and helpful, also.

Room was clean, not a fan of hardwood floors in room. Breakfast was good. Walls seemed thin could hear neighbors turning on hair dryer. Seems to lack small amenities that other large chain hotels provide such as makeup wipes, body wash, etc. Very welcoming for pets! Outside area was clean and a nice area to take pets outside. Nothing that ruined our stay tho.
