The hotel is well kept and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. The hot tub is no longer available.

The hot was out of use. The washer did not spin the water out of my clothes. (Small load). After 2 cycles of the dryer, my clothes were still very damp

The staff was wonderful. Hot tub was not in use. The room was warm even with turning the thermostat down. The beds are way too soft with springs poking when you move around. Saturday morning the pancake machine was out of order.

Needed a last minute stay due to home repair. Special request was honored kindly. Polite staff. Will be back!

Disappointed that the pool was not available. Breakfast was not so great -- powdered eggs. The Holiday Inn is the most expensive option in Morris and breakfast should reflect that.

Service was very friendly and happy. The breakfast biscuits and gravy were excellent, not dried out like many others. But the room had a broken privacy shade that had no strings to open it,and clearly hadn’t been opened in a long time as there was a big spider web between it and the window. Nice bed, clean room otherwise.

We love staying at Holiday Inn for the breakfast and pool. However we had no idea the pool was down andhas been all summer until we checked in. So we were disappointed about that. Otherwise are stay was great.

I was greeted and checked in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, great bed, pillows, comfortable lounge chair to watch tv. Used the fridge to store travel food overnight. Morning breakfast on Sunday was good, the lady working it was very friendly. I had an egg white veggie omelet and a buscuit and gravy.

Quickest check in I ever had with the nicest front desk agent! I would give a complete 5 stars nut the hot tub was closed for maintenance and I usually book a hotel based on having a hot tub. Overall, still a great experience

Dont call and ask about availability. Lady will tell you it must be booked on phone or online. I was sitting in parking lot. Walked in and got my room easy peasy.

Needed a hotel off the highway. Beds were the most comfortable on the trip. Hotel was quiet. We felt very rested and had a great breakfast. Enjoyed visiting the quaint downtown for a sushi dinner.

Breakfast ended at 10:30, at 9:30 there was nothing left. I did like the coffee in the lobby. Early check in was great, as my son was getting married that day.

The hotels are always clean and the staff is very friendly. The only complaint we have is the breakfast...the food looks under cooked and is only lukewarm. This is the 3rd Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in...and the breakfast all had the same problem.

The only thing you should know about this hotel is that this should be the standard of Excellence in every Hotel. From top to bottom the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are Beyond relaxing which is exactly what I did. The only thing I would do different is show up earlier so I could get that relaxing Spa experience. LOL I've never been to a spa but I can only imagine the atmosphere being exactly as it is in this hotel.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean and plenty of room. There were 5 of us together, and we all had enough space. The children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. For us, the location of the hotel was ideal

The only complaint is they do not have enough handicap parking only 4 for the entire hotel Also they forgot to put my rewards in for the second time and I am unsure how to add them. The room and bath layout was very good for my wife who has a limp and balance problem. The shower had multiple grab bars which made it very safe.

I noticed some steps toward being eco-friendly, like toiletry dispensers, but they have a ways to go. Would love to see all hotels provide a water bottle filling station like you see at airports - could be right by the ice machines?

We booked this property at the last minute as we were just passing through. The property was clean, well lit and the staff was kind and helpful. I’m typically easy to wake but I didn’t hear anyone else and I slept soundly all night on the comfortable bed. The breakfast was good for what you get in a free continental breakfast.

Canceled by Manager Mike. Not sure why a hotel would cancel the stay of a guest they had not talked to especially after they called and left a message asking me if we still needed our room and if we did we didn't need to do anything further. I get a call at 8 pm as we are driving to our hotel from hotels.com letting us know that the hotel canceled our reservation. We had our confirmed reservation a while before our stay. I checked right before we left home that all was good. Is it normal practice for a hotel to cancel reservations of someone they had not talked to and on the night of the stay. It was cold out and 8 pm when we were notified we had no place to stay by hotels.com. Fortunately there was a hotel nearby that had a room. I was shocked that a supposed reputable hotel would do that. We tried to reach the manager but he was gone for the day. We left our phone # and asked the clerk there to have him call us to let us know why. He called the next morning and blamed the over booking on Expedia and told me I needed to talk to them. I said we had this reservation for a while so my room was not the one over booked. Also if it is Expedias fault then why was the hotel leaving a voicemail to see if i still needed my room? Now when I book through hotels.com I am not able to trust that it wont be canceled on me. Also hotels.com could not remove the booking from my account so I had to be concerned that I might get charged for a stay that never happened due to the hotels fault.

There needs to be a better sign for the driveway entrance. It is very difficult to see and is easy to miss the driveway.
