Super 8 by Wyndham Morris

It was close to the location that was bringing me to Morris in the first place.

The pictures online made the property look a lot more appealing than it actually is. Breakfast was disappointing. There isn’t any beverages to drink. (Juices) It was not worth the price that was charged. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The place is run down and disgusting. Its almost as if they have blind people doing their cleaning.

Pretty decent room for the price. The parking lot is lit up well and numerous stores in the area also

The hotel needs many repairs. The carpet on the stairs is ripped in several places. The floors were dirty. There was a hole in the wall of our room. And other signs of neglect. On the positive, the room smelled clean and the receptionists were very nice and helpful.

Upon arrival I was told and up charge applied to my visit for a deposit because I had two small dogs, as well as a charge (more than the website stated) for each pet. After getting into room , stains on carpet. Window was wide open , toilet had to be flushed twice. Room appeared dirty and not cleaned. Shower was clogged and barely drained, towel rack and lock on door were broken. I got a room with two full size beds, not a queen bed like I originally booked. Not worth the hassle or money

Snow was all over parking lot, not plowed or shoveled. The room did not appear to be cleaned, everything was dusty and smoky. The bathtub had a crack in it and a big hump in the floor, nasty curtains, it smelled stale and a bag of popcorn hanging in the window

It seems like it is a couple doing it cause there are some very creative touches and then a cheap compromise not done or sloppily done. A beautifully decorated breakfast bar but a very boring all carbohydrate breakfast.

The Staff said my original payment through Bookings.com was declined So I had to pay there He said he had to cancel my bookings.com reservation and make a new one. I was charged twice for 1 room. The next morning when I asked for a receipt I was told the internet is down and to leave my contact information. The room was horrible and did not even have a knob on the tub to adjust the water temp I was told I had to wait until 8am for someone to come fix it (I was on the road by 8 am I could not wait) The guy was rude and walked away from me several times while I was trying to talk to him. it is now 5 days later and I am still trying to dispute the extra charge. They are canceling my reservations to try and say I did not stay there. I will NEVER stay a a SUPER 8 and I will avoid any contact with people like him!!!

Nothing It was very dirty in the room, mirrors and tv was smeared with something and under construction however never seen anyone working on it. Stinky and creepy

The shower drain is bad.

Remodeled room, quiet They pulled breakfast at 9am, if you would even call that breakfast. They are in the middle of remodel which I understand but there was garbage everywhere. Dangerous if small children were traveling. Room wasn't as described . Staff wasn't very nice

Old, like 90 pro-cent hotel in USA Dirty

Location- right off I 80. Driving from NY to Omaha and needed to stop. Found it quickly and it had availability. The lobby reeked of pot. Made me nauseous, but it was late and I figured once we got to the room it would be fine. It turned out the room was close to the lobby and it smelled too. We had been driving all day and it was after midnight so we were just too tired to find another place. I do need to say the room was super cheap, and the place was clean. Definitely needs updating though.

The staff was very polite. However, the room had no place to hang any clothing/coats. There was also no chair. It was indicated at check-in that the room had a walk-in shower, but it wasn't. It was a regular tub with a shower.

Even though they were doing a renovation it was still clean and quiet rooms were pretty nice needs more storage like closets but other than that it was a nice stay

I was unable to stay after they did not have the wheelchair accessible room available that I had called ahead to ensure was available. I paid ahead of time, got the insurance and am being told I cannot get my money back.

I liked the area because there's lots of stores and restaurants, but i want stay here again because we stood in the waiting room 20 minutes because no one was at the front desk and there was no bell to ring. There was mold and mildew in and around the tub, especially to the top of the shower head. The floors in the room were dirty and looked like a mop haven't touched them in months, and socks were under the bed, who knows how long they've been there. Will I stay here again? No way I can do better and so can you motel eight.

Attendant would be better described as pet tolerant instead of pet friendly. The only thing he got excited about was charging me for the pet fee when he saw the pet. No plea

Very convenient. Room was poorly equipped. No place to hang clothes, no hangers, no hooks, no closet. Hall way was lined with mattresses, looked terrible. Son and wife rented a 2nd room, they are profoundly deaf, tv didn't have closed caption, office staff checked it and said they couldn't help. We switched our TV with theirs.

Unfortunately the room did not have a closet of any kind or a luggage rack. There were some drawers but nowhere to hang anything

The cleaning smell or something set off my asthma. Essentially no breakfast..no juice. A few pieces of bread for toast, cereal. Assume you could make a waffle. About 4 pieces of fruit. Also no elevator so had to carry suitcase up stairs.

Not clean very bad cigarette smell in the room

The location was great for us but the check in person was terrible, he acted like we were disturbing him for checking in. He also did it again on the second day when I had to tell him our room key stopped working

The front deck person was not friendly at all. When I checked in he acted like I was bothering just to check in. My room key was turned off after the first night even though I had paid for the second night. The morning gentleman was a little more friendly when checking out.

The shower/tub area had attempted to be painted with an epoxy. It was unbelievably terrifying at first sight. When I showered it was stable, but WOW! I pre-registered online, provided a CC, picture of my ID, pre-paid for the room and still needed to show proof, I was told I did not complete the pre-registration process. It was difficult to understand the attendant at the desk as he was Middle Eastern, Could use an ESL class.

Property was a dump, stuff torn apart and laying everywhere. Dirty. Walls half painted. Truly just a dump. Staff unfriendly. Never say there again.

This place is disgusting was trash left in room stayed multiple nights house keeping didnt come and tidy up stains on the head boards mold in shower. Night worker was barefoot with his feet up in the lobby when we came to check in

The room had a terrible smell to it. It was very uncomfortable to be in the room. Very musty smelling. Bathroom walls were dirty as they had bugs splatter on them.

Supposed to have a free breakfast but this part of the property is under construction! This should have been noted in the booking as we would not of stayed here! Rooms were dirty & need to be remodeled!

I’ll preface by saying they are under renovation. But there’s no excuse for how dirty our room was. If we could have afforded to stay elsewhere we would have. Pay extra and go elsewhere. The pics are the tub, by microwave wall, across toilet and my favorite-blood stains by sink.

Not so good. Definitely went down in quality in less than 2 years. Dirty, moldy A/C. The rooms had a bad body odor smell permeated throughout. Had to switch rooms dues to cleanliness issues. Very disappointing and we left a day early to pay more somewhere else. Will never go back

Being remodeled.

Knowing the hotel we booked, we were not expecting a great deal. We had no surprises. The lobby was under construction and when complete will look beautiful! Our hope is what is done with the lobby will be done to each room.

They are remodeling downstairs so we walked into a ton of dust. The rooms were old and there was hole in the curtains and cigarette hole in the blankets. The sink had a big hole where the tissues was suppose to be. I was weird out to even take a shower. We would have left if I wasn’t wore out from driving all day!

Full Damp Rid containers in the room. Non bed bug insects alive and dead carcasses piled up. They are not deep cleaning the rooms. Hotel looks like the started to renovate and ran out of money. I will not be staying here again. Bathroom shower so nasty I didn’t use it.

The lady was friendly enough, but the rooms were not very clean. It was not at all like other Wyndham properties

I had mold on my shower curtain and burn holes inside my bed covers. House keeping came to service the room and did not take out trash nor did they make the bed, they did however replace the towels for the bathroom and that was it. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and the carpet was dirty to walk on. The staff has poor English so any problems or concerns they're unable to help and the hall way has a foul odor. I deserve a full refund, I had to check out early and due to how nasty it was and go back and forth with the owner DANNY to get a refund since I booked with Expedia.

It smelled so strongly of smoke

This hotel is beyond filthy. It smelled. The floor was sticky. The towels were thread bare. The pillows were tiny and few. There was dirt in the bathrooms. We were in one room but had electrical problems with a bedside light. They put us in a different room that was worse. There was only 1 light that worked in this room. We were to stay 2 nights. We checked out early and went to a different hotel.

I did request to borrow cleaning supplies to clean myself. They offered housekeeping but I like privacy after I check in.

When I checked in staff was very pleasant. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Faucets on sink could have been cleaner and mirror was not clean above the sink. The shower was very old looking. Overall, for the price it was a decent place to stay.

Refrigerator nasty. Bed hard. Probably worst place we’ve ever stayed at. Stained sheets and towels. Not a decent breakfast. Door keys didn’t work.

Very clean grounds around the motel, my room could have been a bit cleaner.

I would love to say my stay was terrible. But it was so dirty we didn’t even stay. They refused to give me my money back saying there was nothing wrong with the room. To start, the room smelled so musty that it seemed like the door hadn’t been opened in months. There was a big stain of what looked like mustard on the wall. Stains that looked like blood on the floor. Both comforters had stains on them. Dirty Q tips on the floor. And the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes.

I have low standards, and this still couldn't meet them! The room was filthy: the carpet clearly had not been vacuumed in many days or weeks, and there had clearly been a pet in there because there was dog hair all over the floor. The desk chair had literal dirt on it, and the towels were very stained. There was no breakfast in the morning, as advertised, but I wouldn't have eaten it if it had been there. For whatever it's worth, the staff was friendly.

This place is terrible! The rooms were dirty, smelled extremely bad, and it's falling apart. Everything about it was nasty! I turned on the light in the bathroom and got shocked. If I wouldn't have lost $200 for two rooms to leave I would have been gone! My recommendations would be to stay as far away from this place as possible!

I asked for non-smoking room and the room they gave me smelled like cigarettes and I when to tell the front desk and he when to check and said it smelled fine

Needed an inexpensive place to stay. You get what you pay for. No complaints but don’t stay here if you’re looking for any amenities.

Very dirt and Smelly

Our family likes staying here when visiting. It’s not anything special, but we literally are only here to sleep at night so it works for us! The location is great: Starbucks, Walmart, gas stations, and fast food options are all right next to it.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I WOULD NOT LET MY DOG SLEEP THERE

It was clean and the beds were comfortable; the shower worked. TV worked well. Safe place. Staff is nice. That’s it for nice: Place is run down. Overpriced, (but other hotels are overpriced too). No breakfast.

I could not even stay in this Crack-Hotel!!! The man was eating food when he greeted me and had a mouth full while trying to talk to me. He tried to charge me extra than what I already paid for on the website. I paid for a double bed room and he told me I could only have a one bed because I booked for two people. I was there with my adult son and did not find it appropriate that I sleep in one bed when I paid for a two bed, regardless of who I had with me it wasn’t his place to decide. I paid for and reserved the beds that I wanted. He then wanted to charge me because I had a child with me. The child wasn’t even staying with us! The grounds were horrible and there was obvious drug users that were smoking in the lounge area. Disgusting!!!

I will never book a room here again. I booked through Hotels.com and when the person that I got the room for got there they told her they were only paid for one night and made her pay for another night. After logging into my account I saw they were paid for both nights and the transaction did go through on my credit card. After calling Hotels.com they contacted the hotel which agreed to refund my card. Great, except they charged my employee more for the room than what I originally paid so when all was said and done they made an extra $25 on the room. The room was also not the cleanest, carpeting was quite dirty and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Their employees could use some etiquette training too, the gentleman behind the desk on Saturday night was on his phone with his bare feet on the desk when she came down to ask a question. Overall not a good impression, won't be booking here again.

Paint on the walls don't match , They have NO breakfast ! Breakfast is NOT coffee in your room . The room smelled bad , I had to buy febreze an spray the room 3 times . Let the drug addicts have this place ! Days Inn cost me 13 dollars more .

The room itself was dated yet nicely furnished. The bathroom was very clean. The shower was great! The bed were comfortable. No complaints there! I slept like a rock! Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there was no breakfast but in the room was a coffeemaker. Lots of near-by choices for food and gasoline. All in all, this property met and exceeded our expectations.

I broke down nearby and had to spend the night here and wait for a package to be overnighted to get me back on the road. These folks were accommodating in the fact that they accepted the package and notified me of its arrival. Knowing my situation however they also did not hesitate to call my room at 10:55 to remind me of checkout time.
