Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful! Great location in its hidden cove! Loved the indoor pool!! Has an outdoor, outback smoking area or a place to just enjoy a breath of fresh air! Rooms are sound proof, so you don’t hear the nearby traffic! Thank you for your hospitality and a great place to stay!! Very convenient if you’re visiting Nashville with short commute! Only thing is the handicap lift at the pool side is non accessible! And rusty like it has never been used! The pool does have steps, just hard if you’ve recently had knee surgery and other handicap problems! Overall excellent!

Our stay was nice and the room was comfortable. Our daughter slept on the pull out couch and it was comfortable too. We would stay here again for sure. We met friends for breakfast so we didn’t go to the breakfast so we have no comment on that.

Very clean and spacious room. Check in was okay but difficulty to understand at times because of accent of clerk. Asked her to repeat information a couple of times. Breakfast only served til 9 am but ran out of several items (including waffle batter), which were not refilled, before 9. Staff started restocking prepacked items and paper goods and cleaning up before 9. But then staff abruptly at 9 am turned off TV and cleared away or covered serving containers (both empty and some with some food left) as people were still eating at tables. This rudely indicated breakfast time was over as they hurried to empty the space regardless of those who had not finished eating and others trying to watch TV as they ate. No warning that food, utensils and entertainment would all be taken away promptly at 9.

The staff were great, check in to check out. They were helpful, attentive and very polite. The breakfast was a great buffet style breakfast. I travel a bit for work and the room we were in was probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in so far this year. Great experience.

Every thing was super clean and the staff were super friendly. The pool was nice it was heated.

Breakfast was cold, kitchen staff also set out molded bread. Was charged $461.30 when the room was supposed to be $310.90, the service desk worker(s) guaranteed that $150.00 would be refunded on 5/16 however the $150.00 was never refunded, taking additional money from someone is unprofessional & in return I will most likely not give this company my business again nor would I refer them to anyone UNLESS I receive the refund that I was guaranteed. It is beyond unprofessional & immoral to list a room at $310.90 & charge an additional $150.00.

I visited with my father who is a double amputee. We stayed in separate rooms because he lives by himself. He stayed in a handicapped room. No handicapped rooms are on the first floor. If there was a fire, how would he get down the stairs when the sign on the back of the door says “in case of fire, use the stairs.” Also the doors were so heavy he could barely get in and out of his room by himself. Next time we go to Nashville we will find a more handicapped accessible hotel.

Floors of the room were in desperate need of mopping. It had been vacuumed and or swept, but they were grimy and caked with dirt that came off my feet only in the shower. It was nasty.

This is my third time staying at this property. My first two were great except the cleanliness of my room and the bed comfort. This time everything was great. The staff is always friendly welcoming and efficient. The property is convenient to the interstate with food and shopping very close by. We used the pool this time, no complaints. The breakfast is decent considering. I’m not sure what people are expecting for a lobby breakfast but what they offer will do the job. I’m sure we’ll stay again.

Bathroom was nasty, water would not leave out of the tub,I had to alert the manager to let the water out of the tub, no clean x, it was piss on the floor.

Breakfast had a nice selection of items such as eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, bagels, croissants Waffle maker, fruit muffins m, cereal. Machine with varieties of juices and another very very good coffee. I had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

We loved the place, but hated Mt Juliet Road that it was by. So busy and very hard to turn left.

Property was clean and safe. Front desk staff was awesome. Breakfast was so so and could use improvement but hey it was free. Breakfast staff very rude. Needs daily room service without requesting it. All in all it was ok. I would stay there again if I had too.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! It is kept clean and has a cute breakfast for the family! The pool is the perfect size for kiddos. The cleaning crew were so kind! A few of the front desk ladies were quite rude and made it very uncomfortable to ask for anything. Everything else was absolutely perfect and we would most definitely return!

The Hotel and room were clean. The staff wasn’t very welcoming. The front desk attendant seemed annoyed upon my check in. Even after check out I wasn’t asked how was the stay, only if I needed a receipt. One of the housekeepers wanted to go back and forth about towels after I told her she didn’t give me enough per the number of people in the room. I normally pack my own towels but forgot them, there was a Walmart very close so my issue was resolved.

We stayed 2 nights it was comfortable and efficient and clean.

The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. My only complaint is the hotel is still working on Covid protocols. So you don’t get the daily cleaning. However you do get fresh towels from the hotel desk.

Room was smelly and floor wasn’t clean. I went to take a shower and the bottles on the wall of body wash and conditioner were completely empty. Breakfast was mediocre compared to another Comfort Inn and Suites I had stayed at the previous night.

This was my second stay. I’ll just get to it…Staff very friendly and welcoming the property is well kept great location breakfast is ok the stay is reasonably priced and I feel safe here. However, the bed was terrible. It felt like I was laying on a pile of clothes, very uncomfortable. I grabbed a folded towel that was in a stack with others and noticed dry blood and what appeared to be green mucous. That…that was disgusting. My first stay my bed was great but I had an issue with cleanliness of the room. I’m not a picky person but I do not want feel like I’m laying and showering in someone else’s filth. I feel the PROS out weigh the CONS but I just don’t know if I’ll stay here again.

Already stated- False Advertisement- saying there was shuttle service to CAE and there isn’t any. No apology, no reporting to supervisor to rectify problem to help other travelers!

Check in was easy and the gal was very pleasant. The building is kinda dated however it looks like they’ve painted recently and it’s clean. Safe parking very lit and right off the interstate. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. The bed cover and some of the pillows had black smudges. Also there was dust, crumbs, and hair on the dresser and the “nightstand” next to the bed. Maybe the room had not been used for some time. I can say I was very hesitant about getting into the bed. I had to keep telling myself it was clean. Said that to say I would stay here again but next time I will speak up so I’m comfortable and able to rest.

As you walked in it was very clean and the staff friendly greeted us and was very helpful and patient with our big family with young kids. We stayed one night it was our halfway point for our trip. Breakfast was decent. The hotel did have a heated pool we were told when we were checking in. Rooms were clean and smelled freash upon walking in. Wll stay again on our way back through.

The rooms were clean, most of the staff was polite but not overly friendly. The breakfast was mediocre… but not terrible. The worst part was trying to leave the property at the entrance. There is a terrible blind spot and made it unsafe to pull out during higher traffic times.

Parking was easy and secure. Continental brrakfast was hot. The hotel was close to our event. Be aware there is only one way in and one way out to the hotel. Due to the high level of traffic, accessing the interstate from the hotel is a challenge.

Every thing was great. I had grandkids on the trip and they moved us to the first floor from the fourth. I knew it would be hard to keep the kids quiet and I didn’t want to bother the ones below use. Great stay.

On two different occasions, during regular business hours, there was nobody at the front desk to assist guests, with a line of people waiting. Our room was not cleaned or refreshed at all either.

The place was nice. Folks at the front desk were nice. The issue we had was that we did not have room service. We stayed for 6days, did not have any room service. We asked at the front desk for toilet paper and fresh towel, but never received them. We had to supply buy toilet paper and tissues.

The pillows were not comfortable to sleep with at all. The floor in the room was extremely dirty, my socks were black after wearing them for 30 mins.

We didn’t even try the breakfast our first room was nasty it had hair in the sheets and bed stains all over the floor molding was peeling off the walls and they had thumb tacks holding it up our bathroom had stains around the toilet then we got another room one of the beds had a bunch of what looked like pee stains in the sheets there was only two pillows per bed we had no soap and only two towels I had 5 people with me in a room that slept 6 it was 12 am and after the second room and trying to look for another place to stay we gave up I have 3 little children and it was a lot just to get them into another room after starting to settle down for the night after being in the car all day I would have rather just slept in our vehicle

Everything was good. People at front desk were very rude except the morning front desk girl. They night girls were very rude. I ask for new towels and toilet paper one of the ladies ask me to bring down the dirty towels and they would give me clean clothes one. I thought that was an odd request but I did it anyways. I bring them down and ash for 3 new towels she told me I was only to have 4 towels but I had 5 family members and she didn’t won’t to give me anymore but 3 wired. But anyways it was ok. I don’t think I would stay there again.

Like new room. Bed great, liked the king with 5 pillows. Bath all new fixtures claen and worked great. Only con is the poor air conditioner worked but made loud noises like it was being tortured. They can fix that easy. All else was great. Experience was commensurate with the moderate price.

The whole time we tried to use the pool, around 5-7 pm, there was someone doing swimming lessons. There was a steady stream of little kids and their families coming in the pool area. We had to leave after one kid got sick in the water.

The room was nicely furnished and very clean. However, the air conditioner didn't seem adequate for the very hot and humid conditions. Breakfast was decent, but we would prefer a higher grade coffee choice. Overall, very good and reasonably priced.

Super clean room with comfortable beds. They have complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby all day. There was also complimentary chocolate chip cookies at the front desk. My kids were so happy for the hot chocolate and cookies.

Our only complaint is the air conditioning did not work correctly. It would let you adjust to a cooler temp but within a short time would automatically return to the original setting. We did not sleep well as it was warm in the room and I literally had to take a shower at 1a.m. because I was sweating. Front dest and mgmt was notified.

Very thankful for the lady working check in Saturday afternoon. I told her the reason for my stay and she asked a few questions. Next think I knew she handed me a map to my destination high lighting the route. It was most definitely appreciated given the downtown Nashville traffic. It was my first time staying at a choice property and I loved it. My only concern was the small parking lot and the hotel fully booked. I ended up parking on the side of the road to the hotel. Getting to see the deer in the field just before 3 am was a nice sight.

The room was really nice. The bed was comfortable enough. I was disappointed that I couldn't access YouTube as that's how I get weather information, and we were under tornado watch.

I'm giving 2 stars only because the staff was extremely nice and helpful. However, when we arrived our room had trash all over the floor and i had to request for it be swept which told me it hadn't been mopped either. Both of our comforters had serveal tiny holes and each had bigger holes in them. At breakfast it was extremely crowded for the space they have and we were left to try and sit at hightops with children. However the floor and table had ants all over it. I informed the staff and she came and cleaned them up. Our room you can tell hasn't been properly cleaned in a while with all the dust built up and if theyre willing to allow someone to stay in a room that hasnt been swept or mopped. Upon arriving it smelled of bleach which i was fine with due to i was like oh it's so clean. This wasn't the caae for our room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were absolutely horrible. They were like half pillows and although they look fluffy once laid in were flat as a board. The breakfast staff was nice but it's your normal hotel breakfast. We skipped it after our first day. I wish i could post pictures but i don't see an option. The pool waa indoor and nice.

Met three staff members. Two were very rude, the other was nice. Coffee maker was not working on the morning we were leaving. Everyone who was having breakfast were complaining about this. Your staff should have come up with a solution, possibly bringing in coffee from Starbucks or some other nearby coffee shop. You appear to have serious morale problems with your employees at this location.

This was an easy place to stay after flying all day. We had 4 adults and 2 little kids in one room and it was plenty big.

It looked neat and clean. The rooms were well appointed. Something at the breakfast buffet made me violently ill. I told the staff about it but not much was said. I suggested they check their food service procedures. Would not wish this on anyone.

The room could have been cleaned before we arrived. There were hairs in the bathroom shower and around the toilet, corn kernels under the coffee table, and the furniture was dusty. The halls were very loud! The good thing was the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is fine. Not the worst, not the best. Pool was really great for the kids. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean , both our room and all the common areas. The water pressure is nearly zero though. There is no traffic light to the hotel. It is in an extremely congested area and we had a very hard time turning out of the hotel.
