The hotel is very nice . The staff is excellent for the price of the room you cant bear staying here . They have a great continental breakfast. Ive had to extend my stay and they have been so accommodating to me . I will definitely be back

check in staff and check out staff didn't seem interested in helping someone. Only interest in their games on their phones. also there was no hot water in the room they didn't care said maybee someone used it all and it had to catch up. Still no hot water

Nothing The room had roaches . The room was ran down. Definitely over priced for the condition of the room. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep there

Convenience to highway -Staff was inattentive and too busy taking care of family things amongst themselves -room was nasty. Sticky floors. Someone had laid on the bed before I got there -damage and sloppy repairs in the room -tiny rooms -they forgot my wake-up call -was trying to check out and the only staff was on their phone being oblivious to me standing there even though I rang the bell. -these people should not be running this place

Room was clean. Building was overall clean. The exterior had a welcoming appearance. The ceiling vent in the bathroom was very rusty and halfway falling off. There was no hot water. Was unable to shower. Water only got luke warm at best. I informed the housekeeper. No one as at the front desk.
