The girls working the front desk were extremely friendly and ask me how I was doing every time I entered the hotel.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately I left before breakfast was completely set up but it smelled amazing. I definitely will stay here again.

I was acknowledged immediately by the staff once I arrived to the hotel. Check in was a breeze, I simply didn’t understand not receiving any Bonvoy point. Our room was clean and peaceful. The breakfast bar was very clean and welcoming.

I had a really bad experience last December at this location but went back because the property is so nice, easy to navigate for an 85 year old that travels with me and it’s a a great location. I had a really good experience this time!

No vent in the bathrooms, so my blowdryer making my hair steam (heat protective products!) made the smoke alarm go off 3 times. Otherwise the bed was comfy, full kitchen, room was spacious & clean. Staff was so nice!

The young lady who checked us in was so nice and so professional. My requests had been taken care of. Room was in perfect condition but I do have one suggestion: it was an accessible room and the bed was tall for someone using a walker or wheelchair. Just something to think about. We have already booked to come back at Christmas!

Everything was excellent. Only think didn’t like was check in and checkout for a crib at the front desk. The first hotel where I had to do that.

Room was spotless. Bed was perfect. Nice pillows and extra cover and sheets if you need them. No odors other than fresh. Very quiet and peaceful. My only criticism would be the shower took awhile to warm up and didn't get very hot. I would definitely stay again!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious. Felt like a home away from home. I wish there was a jacuzzi but overall, everyone was wonderful and we will definitely stay here in the future.

This is a very nice hotel! Quiet, safe, clean and with spacious rooms with full kitchen, I enjoyed my 1 night stay during my business trip. It is close to food as well.

Just what we expected from a Residence Inn by Marriott - which is why we chose this hotel when visiting relatives in Mt. Juliet. The in-room kitchen and dining equipment were adequate - especially since we largely ate out at one of the many local restaurants. Well pleased.

Very well maintained, this is the second year in a row we have stayed and will stay again next year!

We let the front desk know when we returned but they said the cleaning staff was gone and offered to move us to another room. We were traveling with family with a 4 month old in the adjacent room so we needed to be close to them and we had already unpacked everything. The cleaning staff did not show until Sunday morning at 11:40AM. We were only staying until Monday. Not acceptable, but at check out the staff was nice and offered points for the inconveniences. However, the hotel breakfast was really nice the chairs and tables again could have been cleaned better as well.

The property is one of our favorites and have stayed there several times. The room (suite) they put us in at this time is disappointing! Far from elevator contrary to my request due to knee problems (lied to at check in by young man who checked us in that the room he assigned was close to the elevator!) we had to go 2 hallways to the last room on the floor!!! Bathroom has permanent black area and dots (maybe mold?). Door knob is extremely difficult to open. Opened drywall in the hallway between our room and the one before us. Looks like dungeon at night!

2. The layout of the room was changed by a previous guest apparently and it was very uncomfortable to navigate with TV cabinet moved up close to the bed. 3. Shower water was always lukewarm and never hot.

The room and breakfast were perfect for what I needed for the week we stayed there. My only issue and its a small one, is that the indoor pool is not heated. We couldn't relax in a warm pool at the end of a long day. Other than that, it was perfect.

Unfortunately we had ants in the bed (a lot of ants) and, while the front desk person was as kind and helpful as she could possibly be, the Manager took about 10 hours to respond to offer some Marriott points. Certainly a missed opportunity at hospitality and genuine concern for a guest experience. The hotel is nice and the staff tried to help with a fully sold out hotel- there was not much they could offer.

Your staff at check in were very polite and helpful. Could not have been better. The fire alarm and evacuaiton seemed a bit excessive for someone having caused smoke 3 floors below us but we respect the need to be safe than sorry. I was mostly surprised to hear the fire department was there long before the alarm and evacuation order. Seems a bit odd they would delay in making the decision. We were awaken at 11:00pm and looked out the window to see the parking lot full of fire depart. resoponse equipment and manpower.

The hotel was updated and was nice. However, the shower water never get over luke warm, bath sink was clogged and slowly drained, the room was extremely hot even after we turned it down. The pool was described as heated but was very cold. The staff said they turned up the heat for it and even over night was never warm. The hotel doors to the rooms were dirty.

My stay here was amazing, it’s going to be my new go-to hotel when I travel to Nashville. The room was very spacious, especially for the price I paid. The breakfast had a decent spread with all the usual options. It was a lovely, quiet stay and there are plenty of dining and shopping options just across the street. I highly recommend staying here!

The staff was excellent throughout my stay. However, the hotel itself has a poor cleaning system. I found myself requesting towels and garbage removal often. I was informed that they clean every other day but even on the day that I was supposed to get room service it was not provided. During my 5 day stay they only cleaned once. What put the icing on the cake was the roach I found in the room. I suggest for the leadership team to revisit their processes to develop a proactive approach in anticipating the needs of their guest. I don’t recommend this hotel for extended stay.

The staff is amazing, they will go above and beyond to please and follow up on any issue. This is our 2nd time staying here and would highly recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable, however, I did not get much sleep due to the noise that was coming from the room under our room. Room 214 was directly above an equipment room or air conditioner system that sounded like a truck reveing its engine every 30 to 45 mins. I wish I had asked to be moved but I was in bed before I realized the noise was irritating.

New and clean property

No room service as a four nite stay. Had to get our towels at desk everyday. Pool water temp was 70 degrees, too cold even for penguins. Toilet was making rushing water sounds every 10 mins. On positive note, breakfast was good, parking was easy, location was good. Everyone seemed friendly, just not motivated to accommodate their clients.

We spent a three day weekend in Nashville. With us making several road trips a year this hotel was definitely our favorite! It was so clean. The room had everything! Breakfast was good! Everyone was so nice. One thing-we tried to reheat something in the microwave-it runs but doesn’t seem to heat up food at all. We only tried once and didn’t report it since we weren’t going to really ise it( So that’s why we didn’t count that against the hotel in the rating. Just s pleasant positive experience!

Very nice hotel. Could be 5* if stovetop and or microwave in each room are in working condition. We were checked in to one room where we had unpacked and settled only to discover the next day afternoon when we were ready to cook that the stove is not working! They decided to move us because it was Sunday, no maintenance man. Moved from 6th to 5th floor to a room with non working microwave and we have to manage a smaller one on the counter for the duration of our stay. It was much of a hustle for our age. Otherwise, staff was great!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. The 1st time was amazing, which is why we returned. This time the room we stayed in was not as great as the first time. There was wall paper coming off in the bathroom. Some white drip spots running down the wall. The drawer under the bathroom sink was also coming apart. Last thing, they have signs posted about not smoking and there being a fine if you are caught. Ironically, my kids and I were reading this sign as we exited and we walked into a cloud of smoke. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is newer and nice. The area is wonderful.

These people came in clutch — Maddie and Bree were incredible and helped me even when they didn’t need to. I will always be grateful for them and their help when I was running on two hours of sleep.

The pool was a bust. It opened one night then the next day it was closed again. It was closed pretty much our entire week stay. Clearly the pool needed actual maintenance that the hotel isn’t doing. They offer a fire pit outside but that also is out of order. The room itself was nice and the beds were great. We had requested housekeeping, they never showed up, so we asked to be put on the next day. Housekeeping once again didn’t show up. This happened as well to others we were traveling with.

Good location

We had a good stay. Beautiful room. Our shower water pressure was too high. We tried to adjust it but sprayed so hard it would mist the wall and toilet/floor area. Needed to use bath towels on the floor to prevent too much water everywhere when showering. Our fridge was a bit noisy at night but otherwise it was a nice stay. Very comfortable bed/pillows and AC worked great :) Did like the Keurig in the room, but lids were too small for cups and no cup coozys like the ones downstairs so too hot to hold.
