    LOCATION WAS GREAT AND EASY TO ACCESS. THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND FRIENDLY, VERY ACCOMODATING TO OUR NEEDS. THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK TO STAY AGAIN. I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

    Great location. Staff was very friendly. We had the King Suite. Extremely large room. I felt the AC didn’t keep it as cool as we like. The hallway was colder than our room. The bed was really firm. I am not a fan of overly firm beds. Pillows not good in my opinion. The bathroom was on a motion sensor. While showering the light would turn off. Was disappointed with the continental breakfast. Very limited. Ice machine on the second floor wasn’t working. I just felt like it was subpar. Expected better.

    The hotel was a nice hotel, but the pool was not open. It did not say that when I booked it and I was very disappointed because the whole purpose of booking my stay at that hotel was so that my grandson could swim in their pool so I was very disappointed and very upset that I paid that much money for a hotel room with no pool.

    We enjoyed a nice room with 2 queen beds, unfortunately I killed a roach in the bathroom, and the bathroom wasn’t really sufficiently clean. And thankfully that was the only roach we saw. We were sad that we were told the day of check in that the pool was unavailable due to renovations. I would’ve booked elsewhere had we known about that. That was an important part of our stay. The coffee in the morning was delicious and I believe it is available at all times in the lobby which I think was nice. Overall I would give it a 7 out of 10. The staff at check in were very kind. The breakfast was your normal continental breakfast and very well attended.

    The reception was amazing. The staff was super helpful, the rooms were clean and well maintained, I mostly love the location. it was near everything right out of the parking lot. we had an amazing 3 night stay and def will return and only use this property while we are visiting Nashville!

    The staff at this property are wonderful. It is in great condition. Occasionally I like room service delivered to the room. They have an attached restaurant and you can pick food up. That worked for us. It has a resort feel around the pool. Lovely fire pits.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. The hotel is in a great, safe location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean, the property well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value as well - we will return to this hotel on our next visit to the Nashville area.

    After the first 2 night, I found out the door to the room was not locking when we left. After I brought to the GM attention, she upgraded us to a different room immediately. Staff is top notch, definitely recommend staying here. Traffic a little congested, but we will be back again.

    The property was very nice and convenient to many eating establishments and shopping. Our room was clean and quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and each morning there’s a free breakfast offered to guests. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I dont recommend the buffalo wild wings next door as i recieved food poinoning from this place as well as poor service ! The warffle house across the stress is where to go! The hotel is amazing and location is right across from the mall!

    Breakfast amazing as always. Beds where great. Room need a bit of help ceiling was cracked a little with what looked to be dark spots not sure if it was mold or not. Room according to booking.com was 100$. Total cost for a double queen was 165$ ( Cost breakdown $100 room, $40 in fees/taxes plus the $25 for any damage to the room.)

    Breakfast was lacking. Meh... Seems last time I stayed it was better. Need some real food. Bacon, sausage, eggs. Potatoes tasted like lemon... not good. Add some onion. The room was great but the carpets are actually sticky, need cleaning. The staff was helpful and professional... great! However, when I tried to call downstairs, housekeeping, wake up call, menu... all gave a busy signal, constantly, so I had to walk downstairs a couple of times. Inconvenient. Parking, on site, was great.

    Rooms were clean, beds comfortable , sheets and pillows had nice linens. biggest drawback was on Nov. 11 at 7:30 pm when we checked in the person at the front desk was not the slghtest bit friendly nor professional. It was clear she did not want to be at work. There was a container of snacks on the counter that I asked about and she said in a brust manner " those are for the club members" I said fine well could I purchase one of the items and she responed " those are for Club members! I them asked If she carried the particular item in her snack supply and her reply was " I dont Know!. End of conversation. You hotel is nice but she is not helpingyour business.

    Have stayed here multiple times prior to Covid. Always enjoyed the stay. I think the site needs renovated. We had issues with the plumbing in our first room was backed up. The room was our choice. First floor by the exit. They had us to move to the second floor opposite end of the building. But they took a nights charges off of our bill. But it was a huge hassle. Floors were sticky. Corners in the bathroom were dirty. Carpet in the first room was dirty. Large stain by the bed. We stayed there because we have family in Mt Juliet. May look elsewhere next time

    The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had a hotel. This hotel was much nicer than the Holiday Inn Express across the street that I stayed at last time I was in this area. I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool, but it was closed due to renovations. That should have been posted on Expedia before I booked the room.

    I booked this hotel and when I arrived they were unable to find my reservation. After about 5-7 minutes she finally found it by pulling it up by my confirmation number. The receptionist groaned and said “it’s my fault”, but refused to tell me what was “her fault”. She wrote down a completely different name than mine on a piece of paper and spent the next probably 20 minutes typing on the computer to try and fix whatever the issue was. She said she would get with the manager about taking off the first night’s stay because it took so long. The next morning when I went downstairs to follow up with the manager, the receptionist (who was not the manager) compromised my room number so I just decided to just check out instead of trying to move rooms because of the compromised information.     Could not get anyone to clean the room or give us fresh towels. Toilet lip was not fitting on toilet to make a hell of a bang. TV and refrig unplugged. When we plugged it in theres a short in the wiring. Breakfast was very limited for what you you pay for room is not worth the price. Pool under construction. Would not stay at a Hampton again.

    Good location. Close to chopping and dining. Room was clean and lobby was clean. The pool was closed for renovations which we didn’t know about until we checked in. That was disappointing. The light in our bathroom went out the first night. We requested maintenance. They never showed so the first day we showered in the dark. That was fun. When we got back that evening, it still wasn’t fixed. We ended up fixing it ourselves so we could shower with some lights.

    Most of the staff were unprofessional. My daughter found a pill near the bed, thankfully giving it to us. I will never stay at a Hampton inn again, it was my first and last experience.

    The rooms were okay, but you can tell it’s old because of the water damage in the bathrooms and the dirty look and feel of the carpets. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows are very small. There was not enough room to put our large suitcases except right on the floor in the walkway. It’s very loud here as well, you can hear all the traffic outside because it’s right next to an intersection. The pool is down for renovations, which was a bummer for the kids. It was convenient to be near a restaurant within walking distance and a short drive to stores but I would trade that for the noise of the place.

    I reserved the room for three days during the Thanksgiving weekend because a friend and her daughter were coming to visit and thought the pool would give us something to do in the cold, but when I got there, the pool was closed due to maintenance. We expressed my concerns and were told it was on their website, but it wasn't on Hotels.com, where I booked the room! Wasn't able to get a refund. The hotel was very loud at all hours of the day and night! When I checked it, the lady never asked me for my ID, and I thought that was weird.

    Very clean hotel. Appeared to be newer or recently renovated. Helpful staff. Beautiful room with plenty of towels. Hotel was quiet but had some street noise that was to be expected with the location. Ample parking. Laundry facility is always nice on a long trip. Recycling bins in the lobby. Breakfast was exceptional. They also provide, on the go bags if you are not able to sit down for breakfast.

    Everything was ok,but I got there late that night and I was tired. The bathroom light wasnt working, but I was too tired to call the front desk. The next morning I wanted to get an early start, so I still didn't call the front desk. I wasn't able to take a shower it was so dark in the bathroom. To me I should not have had to call the front desk about this, It should have already been fixed. I didn't eat breakfast either, it did not look very appetizing. but the bed was comfortable and I slept very good that night.

    We learned that if you don’t arrive before a certain time, they give the room you paid for away. We checked in three hours after the earliest check-in time which was 3:00. We were told that there was nothing they could do since the hotel was “completely booked.” Our room sprung a leak in the floor which soaked the carpet, but magically at 11:00 at night the original we had paid for became available. Our family was asleep so we didn’t move. Not coming back.
