    The receptionist was very helpful with extra toiletries we needed, but our room had a very strong odor (humid) and it the restroom was poorly maintained. If you are in a budget this is it but if you are looking for comfortable stay I do not recommend especially with little ones.

    We overall enjoyed our stay, it was a busy holiday weekend night in the hotel but in some ways you might not know people were staying due to the overall quietness but breakfast was busy. The night staff gentleman was very pleasant and full of interesting stories of his travels. The areas has amenities around it for sure but really we see the location as a single night cross state/country overnight. We didn't enjoy being on the 1st floor due to the tiled floor outside and the door to the gym. Both of these elements in a small way added to elements of sound coming into our room but once asleep it didn't affect us anymore. I also didn't appreciate the staff adding my email as an IHG member, I booked indirectly and since then I am getting nuisance emails from IHG.

    My husband & I recently stayed 2 nights here & was very happy with our stay. The staff were all friendly & helpful, everything was clean & comfortable. If we come back to the area we’re definitely staying here again. Our favorite part was the indoor pool. We went to the pool once & were the only ones in it. It was relaxing which was our whole reason for being there, a relaxing getaway.

    Our room had ants everywhere. They were coming out of the air conditioning unit. I complained to the front desk staff and asked if we could switch rooms and was told they were fully booked. They were nonchalant about it and said they didn’t have any maintenance staff available to come to the room and spray. We end up having to purchase Raid to spray for the ants. I asked the following day if they had maintenance available to come to the room and spray and was told they did come to the room and sprayed while we were away. Not sure if that was true or not since we still saw ants crawling everywhere. I have pictures to prove it. I also asked if we could get a discount and was told by the front desk staff they would ask the manager about it and I never heard anything else about it. I feel we were owed something for having to go through this experience. I will never book a room at this hotel again and will be taking my complaints further.

    The rooms seemed okay. Nothing special. There was a wasp in there when I first got there but they took care of it quickly. The bad thing is the breakfast. The eggs awarded down. Pancakes really didn't taste good. Sausages would dry. Overall not that good. The coffee was decent.

    Really enjoyed this place. They were having problems with their TV service so it didn't work during our stay. Everything was really nice. The breakfast was really good. Each day had different options for eggs, which was really nice.

    4 nights/5 days, the TV/cable service only worked the first night we were there. I called front desk and they assured me service would be available on 4/25 by 3pm. We had to use our cell phones to watch shows which was very annoying. Our key cards would not allow us access to the pool even after we addressed the issue with front desk. The ladies servicing the breakfast area were not friendly and seemed to be annoyed by all the people eating or serving themselves. House keeping were very nice and very quick to tidy up our room. We asked for additional items and they provided them promptly. No management on site our entire stay. Young kids managing the front desk and they didn’t not know how to deal with customers concerns. The TV/cable service was still out of service when we departed property. I called Tuesday to speak to management and they said she is still not available. They said they would give me points for all the inconveniences, I have yet to receive the points. Very disappointed with hotel. Will not be staying there again.

    Lovely and kind staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that wasn't great was the elevator, when you selected the third floor it would highlight 2 for the second floor. It took a minute for it to work. However, I would definitely recommend staying here just for the location. It's located near a shopping center so it's super convenient.

    Our problem is not with the hotel itself it is with the fact that we were double charged for a room. When we checked in on April 5, 2026 the front desk person not only charged us for the room but also for the deposit. After explained that we had already paid through hotels.com she said she had made a mistake she either did not know how or did not have the authority to cancel our credit card charge but said she would leave a note to have it fixed. We met with the front desk person and manager the next morning they assured us that it had been corrected. It has not been corrected and I am now having to dispute the amount with our bank. I have no problems with mistakes being made, the problem is their inability or unwillingness to correct the mistake.

    Well, to start off, when I booked through Expedia I paid a deposit towards my room, leaving only a small amount due at the property. After getting to the property and the front desk running my card they charged the full amount with zero records of my deposit that I paid. After speaking with them and Expedia back and forth, NOBODY knows where my money went nor will anyone refund my money. I have made several calls and spoke with several people with zero luck or help. Hotel said Expedia owes me and Expedia says the hotel owes me!! Absolutely in shock that not one trace of my money can be found. And yes, I showed proof of the deposit being taken out of my account weeks before the stay. Both Expedia and Hotel at this point are at fault, one of them needs to make this right.

    When we arrived, we had a room that was supposed to have a sleeper sofa for a liver transplant patient at Vanderbilt Hospital. When we got there, there was no mattress in the sofa. We were offered a rollaway bed that is a twin size. In the early morning hours of 3:00, the person sleeping on the rollaway was getting bitten by bed bugs. When we brought this to their attention, the hotel would not give us a refund other than a little over $20. We did not even get to sleep in the place that we paid for. Through Hotels.com, the hotel said they refused to give us our money back because of policy. This is not over. I do not put up with companies that bully their customers and don't take care of them. I will not accept any motel that has bed bugs and then does not take care of the customers. We had to get up as of 3:00 A.M. in the morning and get all of our stuff together. Do not stay here. You will not be taken care of if there is a problem. This reservation was put through Hotels.com. They didn't do any better for us than what the hotel did. I've always thought of Holiday Inn as a respectable property. We have been using Hotels.com for the last year multiple times to take a friend to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville for a liver transplant. Not anymore. She is the one that got attacked by the bed bugs. This is the kind of service you can expect if you have a problem through Hotels.com and the Holiday Inn Express in Mount Juliet.

    The room was gross. I always lift the mattress to check for bed bugs and there was a big stain on the mattress. There was mold in the shower. The indoor pool had tiles hanging down and sagging/water damage. When I mentioned it to the front desk, she told me the manager would be in Monday.

    Staff was kind. Good location. Facilities are struggling. Our HVAC unit did not work and said it was 66 in the room and would not stay on when it was at least 72! I woke up sweating at midnight. They did move us to another room. But not fun in the middle of the night. Housekeeping knocked quickly and then walked into our room around 7:30 am. Thankfully I was awake and stopped them. They said they thought we were gone. Breakfast area coffee machines not working at 6:30 am so I had to walk to Starbucks.

    The room was nice. There was a bad smell in the lobby as they were air drying out a room it smelled like old urine . The elevator was dirty. Our room was comfortable and clean .

    We have stayed here many of times and as always it was 5 stars. We were there when a bad rain storm hit ,the internet went down but the staff was great and kept us informed. A great clean hotel, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was pretty good as well just need to add bacon. We will be returning in November to visit family. This is our go to hotel when we visit Mount Juliet, a home from home.

    Was looking for a place to stay relatively close to Nashville for after we went to a concert. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very nice and clean. Also stocked appropriately, everything you’d want for a nights stay! Would 100% stay again.

    The property is standard for a 3-Star hotel. If you are looking for a good place to rest your head, have a little light breakfast in the am (because the food was alright but not fantastic) then you have found your place. The hotel is located close to the highway. The only thing was that the gym was a bit small, could maybe only fit about 2-3 people max.

    Great experience at this location. I stayed 3 nights during 4th of July week. The infrastructure is updated — not old at all — very quiet, clean, and the staff was friendly, free parking and breakfast. Bathrooms were clean, and the mattress was good. About 15–20 minutes from Downtown Nashville, with plenty of shops nearby. I will definitely stay here again.

    I was charged the wrong amount and also they charged my card for the “hold” and said that is the way they do it. I have never stayed at a hotel that actually charged my card for the incidental hold. They said they fixed the pricing but it has not been given back to me and. They said could take a week!! The room was good for older hotel but the Wi-Fi never worked, I told them several times but they never fixed it. I was told by the night person that no one else complained but then the day person said they have had complaints. Breakfast was usual for a hotel but really didn’t like one of the workers had told me they cut their hand the night before and hand it bandaged up but was not wearing gloves while serving the breakfast area. I will not stay their again.

    The property was ok. There were several things wrong though. For example, no placard in the elevator, no inspection, duct taped button and dirty floor. Our bathroom had cobwebs in it, dirty finger prints all over the wall and what looked like blood drops on the floor. Door was stripped and had spray paint on it. Hallways seemed dirty. Lint from the dryers on the outside and not cleaned up.

    When making deposits are held for week and if you don't call them never refunded ive been waiting ten days for 7 day hold last was two plus then called them and they refunded but I don't have time for the calls every time my ladt stay there

    Very poor breakfast. No muffins available. Sweet roles only one of four mornings and then stale. Sausage overcooked and dried out. No bananas. Hot breakfast dishes mediocre at best.

    We were staying for four night, on Saturday April 26. Housekeeping came much earlier than the previous days. 10 am & knock couple times. We had not left our any earlier in previous days. Upon our return Saturday evening, we find housekeeping never did check our room. I had go to front desk and get fresh towels.

    The staff is what makes this location so great. I don't remember everyone's name. I do remeber Rodney at the front desk, greets you every time with a big smile and a can do attitude. Then there was Renee and Ward who controlled the breakfast area. Damn they worked hard. Renee kept everything stocked in the kitchen area and the cleanest I've seen of one of these free breakfast. Ward kept things moving in the dining area. The rest of the staff was no exception. All of the people I saw (and many more I'm sure I didn't) and briefly interacted with, we're cheerful and welcoming as well as hard working. This location has become my standard for motel stays of this kind.

    While eating breakfast hotel staff entered our room and started cleaning before we even checked out. All of our stuff even our valuables were out. If you stay here don’t leave valuables out because the staff has no issues entering your room without your permission. When confronting the managers they say sorry that it’s happened before. Just beware and lock valuables in your vehicle.

    Our stay would have been okay if they would have made us aware of the pool renovations happening which left a terrible smell through the whole facility. Had I known any of this, I would not of booked my stay here, I would like a refund of some sort for not properly making people aware of your renovations and the. Having the hotel app say your pool is fine.
