The location was close to where the family lives and was easy to get to the freeway. The front desk was very accommodating in moving us up to another floor. We were put on the ground floor and I asked if we can move up to a different floor and we were moved up without any hesitation. We enjoyed our stay including the complimentary breakfast. No complimentary bottle water in the room. We didn't mind buying our bottle water but was surprised none was in the room.

Great location. Friendly staff. Shower was covered in mold. Mattress had multiple areas where the springs were poking through. The AC only worked 1/2 of the time. Coffee maker had mold inside of it that spit into the cup when it first started brewing.

Breakfast was really good, hotel seems a bit dated, bathroom was extremely small. Aside from that, really glad to see a fridge in the room and a full sink with glasses, silverware, etc.

We stayed at this hotel when we moved from Florida for a couple of days. This is a pet friendly hotel, which was nice. The location is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The hotel is a bit outdated and you can see the wear and tear on the walls and floors. The bedding does not have any protectors and there were stains on the mattress. The staff at the front counter were very nice, but the people running the breakfast were not able to keep that area clean and there was little food available and the apple juice was just coming out like water.

Location was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The in room TV experience was very good. The staff is friendly and check-in process was very efficient. The kitchen area in the room is good and would be useful if we had an extended stay. The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. It’s very small, the shower doors are difficult to slide and the toilet needs to be updated to comfort height. The breakfast was good but not great.

Great time with my grandchildren! The refrigerator made a loud noise.

The check in and food was great. When we went to bed, we were so tired, we didn’t realize that our “coverlet” was a mattress pad/dust ruffle. No wonder we were uncomfortable!

The staff did not clean the room daily has requested. There was trash sitting on top of the trash bin near the elevator that remained for more than 24 hours.

Beautiful and modern look. I don’t think anything was negative. We did get a call about the children being too loud (8:30 or so) but we thought “quiet time” started at 10pm.

During our entire stay, the staff was extremely friendly and wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. We had a suite with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. However, both of the queen beds were very uncomfortable and the sofa sleeper was even worse. All the food at the continental breakfast was terrible, which was very disappointing. Overall, we would not return to this hotel.

There are many options in the area and I have stayed in many of them. This being a newer hotel, I had high hopes. The staff was great, but unfortunately the room was not up to any standard I had hoped for. We found several dead cockroaches, the blinds had a disgusting stain, the vents were filthy, the floors sticky and stain-ridden, every surface felt gross. My family and I were very dissatisfied with our stay and I can’t imagine we will be back.

Housekeeping sure wants you out at 8:30am all kept asking if I was leaving in the hall as I carried a couple bags out and then got breakfast and knocking on door that’s not okay when checkout is 11. I informed them I’m not leaving right now they continued to ask. Was still getting my child who’s handicap ready.

Good hotel with easy I-40 access. Room was nicely setup. Shower was a bit dated and showing its age. Bed was much too firm.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the carpets were a little bit worn. There was a coffee stain on the steps from the night we got in till the morning we left and the area was a little bit sketchy, and there were no kinds of restaurants anywhere around.

The staff upon checking in was friendly. The room was just okay. The bathroom door would close on its own. There was no water pressure which was the absolute worst. Mr Robertson the night front desk was a bit strange and not very friendly. The bed was a bit lumpy.

Good location. Did not get suite I booked they had to give me 2 rooms instead due to overbooking so we had to split up. Was told I could do online check in for the second room (only one was ready early but it was early so no problem) but online wasn’t available and was then told I had to come inside to check in. The pull out sofa was nasty with crumbs. Had to literally shake and clean it off. Lobby restroom was very dirty our whole stay. Dogs barking all night. Probably won’t stay again. Workers were very polite and friendly.

The suite was very spacious and very clean. Lots of towels and being a longer stay facility it had a lot of room amenities like pots, pans, flatware, etc. The free breakfast was nice as well. Lots of options for your yogurt and oatmeal. Overall a good overnight stay.

There are four hotels all in a direct row. I've stayed at the mall. This one has an indoor pool. The staff is very friendly and it has the best breakfast overall

Very pretty and the rooms were great but the TV was going out so we couldn’t watch tv. When the clerk was informed he just said they are aware and all the tvs are going out in the hotel.

Room was nice. Microwave didn’t work, the cold water didn’t work on the kitchen sink. The body wash was empty in the shower. The hotel staff was very friendly and gave us a key to use another room’s microwave.

The overall experience was good. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room and property appeared well maintained and clean. The room was well appointed and there were sufficient towels and amenities. Breakfast was good and check out was simple.

I have family in the assisted living facility next door. I have stayed in all of the hotels on this row. My room was clean and quiet and Home2 has the best breakfast of them all. While I prefer outdoor pools i never tried this indoor pool. I did use the laundry.

Didn't have housekeeping my entire stay. Front desk staff wasn't well trained. WiFi is absolutely pathetic, can't stream any kind of video, had to use my personal cell service to attend work meetings.

Was initially pleased until we got into our room. Dishes were put away wet. Dirty spoon in the silverware drawer. One big complaint is how dirty the floors were. Our feet were black. Even after showering the night before and again in the am our feet were dirty just from the floor.

Room was not clean, left over food still in fridge, toilet did not flush properly. At breakfast the waffle mix ran out and the staff member looked at me while talking on her personal phone and walked off.

Hotel was very nice, service was nice. Overall very nice place to stay area is good. Only one small thing, I feel like house keeping need to do more detail cleaning when it comes to bathrooms. Wasn't dirty, just lots of loose hairs on the floor and face bowl was dirty under the rim.

Our room was not ready. The front desk manager said it was not ready because we weee in a different category having rented from hotels.com. Someone had to go check to see if the room was clean. It was semi clean. Dirty build up around the bottom of the shower. Crumbs in the entry way. And an unfresh smell. Breakfast area floor was really dirty and sticky. Poor management.

Doors slammed loudly all night long. Maybe a noose buffer. Mattress on bed was cheap and horrible to sleep on. Woke up with a backache and headache. On a positive note…. The A/C was wonderful. It was the best temperature experience we have ever had at a hotel stay. Breakfast was AMAZING!! Compliments to whoever cooked the breakfast! Such a wonderful variety of breakfast sandwiches/biscuits. Coffee was great and appreciated especially being available 24/7 and fresh.

Everything was good, except when we went to use the microwave we plugged it in it worked for 10 seconds then stopped working no matter what we tried. The person at the front desk was very helpful and let us use their microwave. Overall it was a great experience, if I'm ever in the area I'd stay again.

The TV in the room only got a few channels and was not a smart TV so there was no option besides the local channels which worked intermittently. It was clean however the shower and sink were not as clean as I have seen. It’s a smaller room considering what’s in it. If you are staying any length of time with two smaller children I suggest a large room with two beds and not the king with a pull out. They offer pack and plays but it was very dirty so we did not use it. Kitchen area is nice but right in the narrow hall so hard to use. Bathroom was TINY my husband is 6’9” and had a hard time getting around the door into the shower and so did I.

Parking lot was really full. Had to park at the opposite side of building from where the room was and no available carts to put luggage on for transporting to room. Otherwise a really pleasant experience. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Nashville

New facility but some of the linens and bathroom fixtures showed wear beyond what it should for the age of the facility.

Our weekend stay was wonderful!! It's a very clean place, the room was nice, the breakfast and coffee was absolutely amazing!! The location is excellent. We arrived late for check in, and the gentleman at the front desk, (David M) was very helpful and friendly during our check in process. We will definitely be staying again in the future!!

I love the location of this hotel and stayed here two years ago. We mostly stay at Home 2 Suites when traveling, but unfortunately we will not stay in Mt Juliet again. Home 2 Suites has a sleeping option that best fits our family, but their staff and dining have gone downhill especially at this location. Their coffee is not as good so I am assuming they've changed it, and that's a big money saver for me. Their breakfast was improved in one way, they don't have the individual frozen breakfast item that would be hard as a rock. Unfortunately, their waffle station was closed the entire 5 days we stayed there. They didn't have milk half of the time for cereal. In hindsight I should have gone to the grocery store for a few things, but we ended up getting breakfast everyday except the first day as they ran out of more each day and didn't restock. When looking for a breakfast included hotel to save money, you want to have good options for everyone. This isn't t. Its practically inedible. Also, I don't know what that lofetime of a bed is in an hotel, but when we stayed here 2 years ago it was new and the beds were comfortable, but 2 years later and we all slept poorly. Also every kids channel was blocked on the TV. The front desk said they couldn't do anything about it. House keeping staff was friendly, and one of the kitchen/dining was sweet and kind. All of the front desk employees we met were first greeted by us with our question or hello, they definitely don't want to be there

The pool was closed last week due to maintenance issues. I expressed my annoyance with that as I’d purposefully booked a hotel with an indoor pool. Then when we passed back through Mt Juliet on our way back home the indoor pool had been reopened but should NOT have been. It was freezing and green and dirty. Just a huge disappointment for a family traveling with kids.

We booked this hotel based on it having an indoor pool for my child. Pool= broken. Both waffle makers= broken. Thermostat in our room- wouldn’t even turn on, pretty uncomfortable night. TV in main room= broken. Repeat stay= no chance.

Stayed in the premium studio with 5 teenagers. Loved the curtain partition! They had their space and I had mine. We all had a great time. The breakfast was good and even though it was supposed to be over at 10, it was out until at least 11. The staff was excellent and very helpful with whatever I needed. The room wasn’t ready at check in time and they gave me an additional hour of check out time and a reduced rate.

The bathroom door in our room was loose on its hinges and therefore sagged and rubbed on the frame which was very noisy. The screws for the security lock in our door were loose so it wiggled quite a bit. If I had been traveling alone that would have made me nervous. Overall our stay was great.

Front desk computer is down, wait 15 minutes. Got a room with King bed instead of 2 Queen beds which I reserved. They said Expedia gave the King bed info and hotel is fully booked so no other room to switch. Bad checkin.

We really enjoyed our stay. I wanted to rate only 4 stars, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. Everything about this place was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got there a bit early before check in and our room wasnt ready yet. We were just going to wait out in the car, but they switched our room so that we could get situated and get some much needed relaxation after an 8 hour car ride. The free breakfast was typical of a hotel breakfast, but each of us was able to find something to enjoy every morning. This is saying a lot when you have 4 picky kids that all like different things. The pool was a bit cold, but the kids enjoyed it. Everything you need is nearby. We spent a day in Nashville which was only about a 25 minute car ride away. We also went to Gatlinburg, which i would strongly recommend for any family with children as it seemed that we were the only family with kids in Nashville. This hotel had everything we needed to keep the kids busy and allow the adults to relax between our travels to and from various places in Tennessee. The only issue we had was that we did not receive basic room service. We were running out of supplies such as TP and towels despute there being a notice in the room that they would restock, make the beds, etc every other day. That being said, they were quick to remedy the issue when we brought it up. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel. Its very clean, and the staff is very friendly.

We were traveling for my son to have a surgery done close by, when he had some issues come up from the surgery and we needed to go home early, the property and expedia both worked with us to allow us to check out early! Will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.
