    The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was $14 for the same thing you get at lesser hotels, free with your stay. Room and Check In Staff were wonderful, breakfast I could have gone the street at a drive thru for more selection.

    Fully Paid for a room and booked it for my husband and son, and they couldn’t check in because I had paid for it. The staff was no help even after I called. They ended up having to go somewhere else to get a room and I didn’t get a refund. So we had to pay for a room we couldn’t use.

    We booked 2 rooms With 2 queen beds each through hotels.com but when we checked in we were given 2 rooms with king size bed. They gave us roll away beds that was all metal and when we asked for extra beddings to Make it softer, they never gave it to us. The mananger is more confrontational than helpful. The front desk workers are extremely nice and welcoming.

    I called ahead to inquire about the pool hours. They told me pool was open. When I arrived the first room assigned to me was not clean, towels were everywhere. They gave me a different room. We went to the pool and all the towels were dirty and piled up

    Was there two nights. We had no service while we were gone and it was disheartening to arrive to a dirty room. Had to ask front desk for tea and clean cups. I asked if our price included service and she said it did indeed include service. She apologized and brought what we needed up in spite of her working by herself. The website indicated sound proof rooms and we could hear everything in the hallway, we were next to the ice machine in room 400. This was the first time at a Double Tree as it was closer to my destination as we usually stay at IHG hotels. We thought it was an upgrade and it was not.

    Stayed for one night was really good. The lady at the front desk was really nice. Room was clean. Shower pressure was amazing. Noticed there was a pool, totally forgot about it. Free water and a cookie at check in was a delight. Just wished they had a free complimentary breakfast. I believe a breakfast buffet was available for $14. Hotel location was nice as well.

    Our family was in town for soccer. The Doubletree provided excellent service at the front desk. Our front desk customer rep. Was very welcoming and accommodating. The indoor outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean! We enjoyed a nice dinner at their restaurant on the premises which was also very good along with excellent service.

    Front desk gave wrong room number, causing me to go back and forth. The “indoor” pool was connected to the outdoor pool. Therefore it was too cold to swim in. Our TV didn’t work, so we had to wait an hour on maintenance to fix it. There was no hair dryer, and the front desk could not locate one for me. Worst of all, when we turned on the shower, the water flowing off the wall was brown as can be. Unpleasant stay.

    Heated pool..freezing. Pool was the main reason we booked hotel & too cold to use. Room had dry dog food on floor, used discarded condom beside bed, not enough hot water for showers/baths. Staff was very nice & tried to make amends. Received a free breakfast that was cold and also disgusting. Again, staff at least was pleasant. Will not stay again.

    The Doubletree in Murfreesboro was a wonderful stay for us. Our premium bedding and pillows were a welcome nights sleep. Very comfortable bedding. We slept like babies. The room itself was very nice, all modern decorations. The hotel staff were all super. We'll stay again when we're up this way.

    With the cost of the room, the hotel failed to meet anly of our expectations. The hotel was very loud, hard time to sleep. The room had table and chair pushed in an area too small. hThere was no clock, how to you tell time. TEh toilet paper was located in a place that you had to reach behind you. The sheet was not properly placed on the bed and the corner of the sheet came up. Very uncomfortabe. Based on our firs stay at a double tree, it will be our last.

    I had to book a last minute hotel room because of poor weeather and car issues. I checked in at 2am and had to wait about 2 hours to get a room. Staff said there was a system issue... but why would there not be another optionto check in customers late at night? I shouldnt have to wait in the lobbybthe long after a brutal drive. Plusbi was charged lotsbof money for a brief stay. I was told by management that they couldn't offer me partial refund. Im not happy at all.

    Friendly & efficient staff at the front desk at both check in & check out. One of the 2 elevators was out of order so we sometimes had a long wait to go up or down. Also, it would be nice if they had more luggage carts available. We were unable to secure one when we were checking out so we had to make multiple trips from our room down to the car. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

    Manager was rude indignant and unhelpful. I was told it was under construction but was not told in the even of a storm the indoor Pool would not be available because it connects to the outdoor pool. It’s stormed the evening we checked in. Pool is open till 11 which is why I booked the hotel so we were unable to use it. I asked for a late checkout at 12 which I was granted. I need to find out that the water was gonna be shut off at 11 am till 4 pm which meant I could not shower neither could my three children who I was travelling with at 10:30 before I knew this. I went to the bathroom and there were no lights but the door shut it’s pitch black in that bathroom. There were also no lights in the room. I called the front desk to say I thought they had shut the breaker off by mistake nearing 11 o’clock knowing I had a 12 pm checkout and the girls wanted to use the pool, they offered to move my room. My child is type one diabetic. I had insulin in the fridge and her snacks. It was a lot to move by myself. I mentioned this would take up time that we would not be able to use the pool because we will be moving but I would move so I could showersince I couldn’t shower with the lights off when I went down to the front desk to get the new keys I saw the new signs that had been put up that were not there the night before saying there would be no water from 11 to 4 which meant that the whole moving of the rooms and packing up all my stuff and the children’s stuff had wasted time.

    Came in late with our dogs, she wouldn't give me a 1st Floor room to accommodate us, gave us a 3rd floor room, the keys wouldn't work so thank God for Don who moved us to room 114, by a side door, which is where we should've been to start. Other than that, things are fine

    Hotel was doing remodeling which had a little noise. Took 3 stars because housekeeping entered the room without knocking and I was standing there in my birthday suit about to get in the shower. We even had the do not disturb sign on the door. Very embarrassing and humiliating.

    Our stay was good. The construction nosies going on during the day made it hard to really relax. Did have a few bed bugs of some kind in the bed while we were there. Rhe pool was nice but would have been nicer if it had a hot tub also. Angle, the front desk associates, and the bar/restaurant manager and server were great 10/10 for helping us out.

    You double charged me u tried 7 times to cancel because we had 2 reservations. You over charged mea one night stay. And you were chargibg the room rates. per night. Your front desk staff wouldn’t cancel. The other reservation was pad in full. You are a poor company. I would never patronize you sgsin snd would not recommend. Not only was the room in less than ideal condition (worn furniture and construction), the bathroom was filthy (hair in tub, stains on the floor, grimy tub, grout that looked like it hasn't been cleaned ever) and the walls were so thin that my neighbors kept me up most of the night. It took an act of God just to get some extra toilet paper, because none was left by housekeeping.

    The staff was great. We were disappointed that the restaurant was under renovation. When we got to our room door lock was broken, had to wait for maintenance man to fix it! They gave us complimentary breakfast for our inconvenience, that was nice!

    The girl who checked us in was amazing! Very friendly.. asked what floor we wanted… gave us water.. even asked if we wanted it chilled or room temperature and warm cookies. We went to breakfast ( she told us it was a limited menu because of remodeling ). We pre-paid $10/person. It was VERY limited. The lady working the breakfast bar later said they could make us eggs/omlettes but we were finished with our bagel and needed to leave

    My entire floor smelled the entire time of marijuana. I had a drunk woman open my door and if it had not been locked, she would have come in. The air was hardly circulating in the room. The lighting was terrible. House keeping just comes in and didn’t knock. I was just done getting dressed. I won’t stay here again.

    Steph was very friendly. The pool area was very nice, indoor and outdoor pools are connected, there was no eating or drinking in the pool area. Would have liked to enjoy some snacks. Rooms are very dated but as usual with Hilton, beds were VERY comfortable.

    for a price I don’t see it why it’s so expensive when the room is very small and how it seems from the picture they show it’s not wet to be expected, but however, the front desk was nice. The inside of the hotel was nice and I really enjoyed myself, but to stay an extra night for 100 and some dollars is outrageous to me.

    The hotel is close to multiple dining options and in a (what felt like) safe location. Our room was quiet. However, the sink drained very slow and the toilet was sensitive. Very little toilet paper and liquid only (if you know what I mean). The pool is indoor and outdoor. We did notice a very large spider in the pool near a drain. Overall, the stay was pleasant and we would stay there again.

    Upon arrival my bed sheets were nasty. I asked the front desk to have my bed sheets changed and the housekeeping just dumped the new linen on the dirty bed. The iron did not work and it took house keeping 12 hours just to bring me a new iron. Needless to say I had a terrible experience.

    Room was clean but thermostat was set at 62 degrees. Took awhile for room to warm up. Breakfast was very good and worth extra ten dollars per person charge. Recommend purchasing breakfast with hotel.com. Otherwise cost was fourteen dollars per person on site.
