We would not even open our door without our gun. We paid for 3 nights but on night 2 the law was everywhere and Crack head kept knocking on our door so we left so we lost little over $100 because we just did not feel safe being their. I would not recommend to even my worst enemy. Absolutely nothing

Well well the room I booked with Expedia for 2 days they only had me booked for 1 day . Then I had to prove I already paid for the day they didn’t have me booked. Had homeless people sleeping 5 feet from my room door alnight. Had people talk loud outside my door all night Had call girls trying to start conversations with me every-time I walked by one . Killed 5 roaches while I was there . So there you have it .

The hotel is not too far from the city center. It already made me absolutely not want to stay there. It's right next to the highway. The previous occupant had smoked inside, so it smelled of cigarettes; my clothes still smell of it. The cleanliness was just catastrophic: the floor was sticky, the bed was filthy. The fan was running all night; it was impossible to sleep. Given the price, it's absolutely not worth it. Definitely don't go. Next time I'd rather pay a little more.

ALMOST NONE OF THE AMENITIES LISTED WERE AVAILABLE (except for the hair dryer). No breakfast (except a pack of donuts). Outside property was rundown, in an unsafe, transient area that may or may not have featured sex workers trolling about. Window curtains and lamps broken. Bathroom fan broken with motor bits (filthy) exposed. Microwave glass plate missing. Only good parts of the room, the mattress seemed new and linens were clean. Why did we stay? Because we prepaid and because EXPEDIA OFFERED IT AND WE TRUSTED EXPEDIA!

The good, my room was clean. The bad, crackheads all over the property, the plumbing was was in disrepair. Thankfully the 3 policemen showed to deter the problem for a little bit, but like flies, they all came back.

Area is not safe, a lot of crazy people with color. We have to leave the property after checking in. The pictures of the bedroom in their website are not true.

Don’t go there it’s a drug dealer place, this is new jack city. This is a very dangerous place with hookers and all. The owner knows too they live at the property. The owner Mrs. Patel knows about everything and might be involved in the criminal activity. This place needs shutting down the Nashville police should be ashamed of themselves knowing this place is a public nuisance. I have more to say but not enough room for this bad hotel.

The room was awful no fire alarm in the room, the door latch was hanging on by a thread and the towels was folded up with yellow stains my daughter used her shirt to dry off.. lots of crazy going on around the area all through the night homeless walking back and forth around and up to hotel.. The worst part was we noticed a car hatch to a person suv was opened for hours and went to let a staff member know and they said pretty much not there problem…

First i reserved a king room recieved a double. I checked in soon as i get settled a knock at door asking was i knew and what was my going rate. I was so confused 😕 a 2nd knock at door thats when i realized i was at a hotel where women were turning tricks. Im alone my fiance is 3 hrs out until he arrived i felt unsafe i checked out. A manager was suppose to contact me i booked for 3 noghts was there 12 .i s max up until this ti.e still have not recieved call back or refund.i understand the first night no

The environment felt unsafe. There was obvious suspicious activity going on around the property, including what appeared to be drug activity and inappropriate behavior happening openly. It was loud, disruptive, and not a place where I felt comfortable or secure. For the price I paid, this was absolutely not worth it. The condition of the room, the atmosphere, and overall experience were unacceptable and far below standard expectations. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you are looking for a safe, clean, and peaceful environment. This stay felt overpriced and like a complete rip-off.

The room was terrible. I felt unsafe in the area and the room had no deadbolt no fire alarm which is illegal. It said no smoking but it was very evident that this was a smoking room. There were stains on the walls, the doors, the bed. I told the clerk I felt unsafe and he didn’t offer a refund. I will be reporting to the better business bureau. Please don’t stay here.

Upon calling to inform them of our delay due to traffic, the man we spoke with was veryunderstanding and accommodating during our check-in process. Our stay was highly unsatisfactory due to several issues. The room appeared unclean, with dirty bed covers and cigarette burns on the top comfort sheet. Additionally, there were signs of possible forced entry, making us feel unsafe. We also discovered bed bugs in the room. Upon reporting this to the front desk, we were informed that no action could be taken until after 10 a.m. We explained that we were on a business trip and that these conditions were unacceptable and unprofessional, as they prevented us from sleeping. Consequently, we received no sleep and were charged an additional $30 for another room. This entire experience caused us to miss our morning meeting.

The WiFi was was good, the bed was comfortable the staff were friendly enough but that's the only good thing to say about the location. The area around the hotel didn't feel safe. The door to my room didn't have a latch, I think someone stole the desk chair before I came here, certain parts of the room looked close to the point of falling apart. Expedia said they would have a continental breakfast but all I got was a small package of mini doughnuts and a cup of coffee. The smoke detector probably needed a battery replacement.

I did not feel safe or comfortable staying over night. Though I understand that it was a cheap motel, I’ve been stayed in much nicer motels than this. I would not recommend staying here to anybody.

This place is a dump. Crime ridden area of town. The only pictures that are close to accurate is the outside. My door rattled due to being kicked in (i assume), so many times. The inside security lock was sheared off the door. The curtains have never been washed. The room smelled like it was smoked in for 100 years. I lasted an hour there. Checked out and they wouldnt give mebmy money back! 450 bucks down the toilet. I'd give it negative stars if i could.

Room bedsheets were stained and dirty looking including the pillow cases. One bed looked like someone had slept in it and just put comforter back over. Door was unsecureable. Curtain had MOLD. Bathroom had holes in wall.My daughter had to plug holes with tissue. At this point I decided not to stay. While I was at the Office explaining to the Clerk at the beginning that I had reservation for 2 double beds. He was trying to give a King an insisted I had reserved a King. After showing him my reservation of 2 double he finally gave me the room. But we encountered all the problems. I asked for a total refund but stated that the Manager would call me. As of 13 October 2025 I have not received a call. My daughter to pictures and am trying to download them to this site.

This has to be the worst hotel i have ever seen . I have traveled to 3rd world countries with better hotels. First off the photos that you see about the property are all false and down right lies. You get what you pay for. Room did not look like photo many broken and unkept items in room. However it was bug free, great bed, good shower, safe parking and good staff.

You get less than what you pay for. DO NOT BELIEVE the pictures on the website. Its basically an extended stay filled with prostitutes, dealers and hoodlems. Plus, they took my deposit and never returned itnas promised. Said they would call me back within 35 minutes and this is 3 days later. No call or refund.

The television did not work properly

The carpet under the AC was completely soaked in water, the ac didn’t work and there was cockroaches. Breakfast was supposed to be included and there was no breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and even gave me extra pillows when I asked. Our king bed was one of the most comfortable I had slept on in a hotel. Not bad at all for the price. Lots of restaurants and a Dollar General very close by.

It appears to be an area where truckers search for company during nights. Since I arrived late and was leaving early, this didn’t really bother me. I was however worried that someone would break in my room and rob me. Maybe this was just a me thing.

This place is terrible

The staff are always polite and friendly. Though not in the best area, definitely comfortable and close to where my work books their people. Will definitely use them again as they are budget friendly and staff is polite.

The Good: EXCELLENT front desk service at check in. Small issue with smoke detector, addressed immediately, no big deal! Also, comfy bed and no bugs (: A/C, fridge, and TV worked great. Overall, my impression was that the property is very old and maintained the best it can be without making costly renovations. Everything was as clean as it could be & the tub was pretty spotless. My biggest issue was the misrepresentation of what the property really was based on the photos presented at the time of reservation.

You get what you pay for. We needed a place to stay just to grab a few hours of sleep before driving home after CMA Fest ended later than planned and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a room we’d be in for 5 hours. This place was ok for that. Probably wouldn’t recommend it with kids, definitely not in a great area of town. Less than 10 minutes from downtown at least tho. We didn’t see any bugs, but there were ‘cigarette’ burns all over the tub, I couldn’t tell if the sheets were dirty or just permanently stained, dirty towel left on bathroom floor.

Really awful experience, from the beginning to the end. The room was shabby, there were holes in the beds, dimly lit, water was leaking from the refrigerator and the pipe underneath the sink, no smoke detector/alarm (a genuine health concern), no exhaust fan in the washroom. We were promised free breakfast on the website, but got nothing.

This was a nightmare scam. Take this off your site. No smoke detectors. Curtains ripped off the window's. Sheets were dirty. Toilet area had blood and feces behind on the wall. Smelled like smoke. About 6pm the homeless and cash paying customers started coming off the street. NOT SAFE.

The area didn't seem very safe. It was noisy, with people walking around and talking loudly, late at night/early morning. Was worried about my room and car getting broken into. The ice machine was broken. Also, our "non-smoking" room smelled strongly of cigarettes.

Do not stay here. This is a hotel with drugs, long term rentals, and the guests look in the hotel windows. The staff took the items out of the refrigerator when I was out for the day. In addition they didn’t want to give me a basic blanket and extra towels. Do not stay here, the staff doesn’t care about your wellbeing.

They advertise free breakfast and only offered coffee and Twinkies. Yeah I said that right a grown man offered me Twinkies for breakfast. Then after looking at it, it was expired. McDonald's is right next door. You get what you pay for. I did get a room that had a bug in it but they did change my room without a problem. They try. My bed was comfortable and I got three pillows instead of two on the bed so I like that. Microwave refrigerators in the rooms and they were relatively clean

Terrible! Extremely unsafe, especially if you’re a woman. The area is extremely dangerous, I woke up in the middle of the night with 3 police cars on the building. I wouldn’t recommend not even for my worst enemy. I had to contact Expedia for safety reasons and it wouldn’t help me AT ALL and I ended up having to stay in the hotel. Although, the man from the staff was courteous.

Rooms are absolutely nasty. Found a roach in the bathroom. The place is also loud. From the looks of the place there are people who actually live there in some of the rooms. A gentleman approached my mom outside and ask her if she was available for the night. I will not stay here ever again. I have stayed here 2 or 4 times with no problem. I stayes in room 203 last night and got bitten by bes bugs

1st room was hot aircon did not work and staff said it was working. I asked her to go look, she refused and then gave us this terrible room, with ripped sheets, smoke smell, flies, awful bedding, remote had only TV channel,sink was coming off the wall. Sink faucet leaked. Bed was lumpy. The worst place I have ever stayed in. Guy next door was smoking. Over charged.

They charge my card even before I got there, don't even asking if that was the one I was going to use, room was dirty, smell like cigarettes, bed was wet, curtain broken anddirty like car oil. At 11 pm when I get there I have to look for another place to stay I don't even take my bag out of the car.

Check in was a bit shady - the worker told me hotels.com doesnt take payment so she wanted me to pay there. When i showed her my receipt she wanted to refund/cancel that payment and have me pay her. When i said no, she just gave me my room key and told me how to get to the room. The room was dirty, towels were stained and bed linens looked dirty. There was no breakfast here. Disappointing overall.

They were friendly but the air was broke. Had to change rooms. It stunk really really bad. Had leaks so the carpet was wet through the whole room.

The smoke detector was ripped and hanging from the ceiling, and refrigerator was broken, drapes and curtains were ripped and hanging from the rod! Overall, the Inn is in a horrible condition!

The building is old and somewhat rundown. It is not very well lit and felt slightly unsafe after dark. Inside the room there were dents, scrapes, and patched areas. The walls and doors appeared stained with years of grime. The bed was good. The bathroom light was out. There was a tobacco smell in this no smoking room. There was no roller bar for the toilet paper. The office attendant was friendly enough, but gave me the wrong Wi-Fi password. I arrived at the end of breakfast. There were some hostess style buns, mini doughnuts, and Twinkies. No yogurts left.

My 1st night I walked to a nearby gas station for refreshments I was approached by a drug dealer The next morning a homeless man was rifling through the dumpster, loudly. The second morning, as I waited for an Uber ride in front of the office, I was approached by a homeless women asking to buy cigarettes from me. Later that night, when my Uber dropped me off, the 1st homeless man was loitering with his cart mumbling to himself.

This was the most terrible place I have ever been. The location was convenient because it was Close to downtown, but the hotel was disgusting too many people are standing out doing drugs and other things. Room didn’t look anything like the pictures had too many holes in the covers. Mold going up the wall plus in the bathroom all over the tub and toilet. It was highly disgusting. I even had to argue with the manager about getting my money back. He wouldn’t let me get the money back so I end up leaving for the night going Somewhere else I don’t understand how is this hotel on Hotels.com but it is one of the worst I have ever seen

The worst place we have came across. The reviews were all great! But then when we got into our room and examined everything, there were bugs in the bathroom. The bed lines were sooo dirty had to ask for new ones. We were also given a smoking room when we booked a non smoking room. He just kept saying there was no way to changed but he saw on my receipt that I paid for a non smoking. We decided against staying for all those reason asked for a refund they told us no so we left not pleased at all. And last but not least in our way to there when we called to book we told him what time he proceed to call every 20 mins asking if we were coming.

It was a very convenient location for ubering to downtown nashville and ubering back. Now the rooms really need some work. The sheets were clean but probably needed replacing and the room was cleanish but needed work. It was not the safest area of nashville either but we survived.

This place is disgusting, had bugs on bed, AC unit was filthy covered in dust without the cover on, sheets were stained, patches on the wall, and should be shut down! It’s a shame this place is even allowed to rent rooms to the public. This was a health and safety hazard to my family, we did not even stay!

I chose this property according to convenience, free breakfast, and a suite, to where I drove 8 hours to attend a charity event, and it would be close by! Luckily I didn't go alone, as I had first set out to do. I go to office to check in to my suite. A suite in non existent on this property, even though that is what I "PAID" for! So I ask, what time is breakfast, "we DON'T" serve breakfast, but was advertised as you did! I asked if the price would be lowered, since a 'suite' is what i was charged for. I was told 'no', because I would not find a better rate at any other property. (Note:) My credit card has already been charged!!! There was one room available, (outside stairs) that was given, so dead tired from the long drive, went up to the room, being told, I could change rooms the next day. 1 (ONE) towel, I kid you not, in the room, ONE! Rested for about 3 ours, then went out to explore Nashville. Came back about 3pm to check into the downstairs room, I was promised the night before. Was then told there was none available. So was sent to an upstairs room, the key would not work, and the door handle was broke. Went back down to get more keys. Back up the stairs, opened door, Security lock is gone, totally! After changing rooms 3 times, and a long wait, I was given a downstairs room. No deadbolt, door had been previously broke into, with what looked like a crowbar! People having sex on outside stairs, transients digging in trash for hours, I have more to say, not enough room!

The man at the hotel tried to charge my card once I told him that I wouldn’t be able to make my reservation. When I pulled on the lot it looked very unsafe and I informed him that I wouldn’t be interested in making my reservation he said he would take to him manager and give me a call back then proceeded to charge my card which didn’t go through because I removed the funds. Also I never received a call back!!

Okay. The customer service was EXCELLENT. the counter guy was super nice and accommodating. But man. I couldn’t stay. The smell of smoke and chemicals was very strong. The room was falling apart pretty badly. Bed was pretty unpleasant as well. I shall be skipping this hotel chain from today on. Too many bad experiences

I look for clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient and cost effective. It looked clean but after walking around I noticed that the bottom of my feet were black. Wonder when the last time the floor was mopped. Bed WAS comfortable. Noisy road outside as some cars like to see how fast they can race up the hill. Upstairs occupant walked around at all times at night. 3, 5:00 in the morning, sounding like they were coming through the ceiling. Don’t like when motels stretch the truth or outright LIE. This hotel is NOT downtown. And their breakfast consisted of ONLY coffee. That’s NOT a breakfast!!! Checking price with the BW next door there was not much of a difference. So I would say that this place is not even cost effective. I learned one thing, though, READ the reviews before booking.

The room smelled terrible. It smelled like mold. There were wires in front of the tv and bed sheets were not changed. Went to the lobby and told them that I was not staying and the worker was barefoot and playing with his toes! I wish I could make this up. Couldn’t get a refund.

Looks like a place for transients. I haven’t stayed at a place so off putting since 1995. Room smelled bad. Was assured is was a non smoking room … that’s highly unlikely. Black mold like stuff on the ceiling in the bathroom. Tried to turn on the in wall heater. Had to turn it off immediately as it started to smell like an electrical fire about to happen… maybe worth 0.5 star

Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and sewage. Bathtub, floor tiles, carpet, curtains, and bed covers had brown/red burn marks all over them. Floor tile was cracked and lifting. Carpet was sticky or oily. Mattress had holes in it. Bathroom door did not close because it had been kicked in and half the frame was broken off. Unknown residue all over walls and window. $400 CAD a night after taxes, paid for two nights. Could not get a refund since we arrived to check in after 4pm. Informed the front desk and all they could say was “sorry”. No other rooms available. Do not waste your money. stay ANYWHERE else.

The rooms could, perhaps, do with an upgrade but it was perfectly adequate for our stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The only thing I would have liked would be a kettle in the room and, maybe, a fridge but mainly the kettle. We were perfectly happy there - it served our purposes.

Room smelled like smoke so bad my Asthma kick in as soon as I walked in the room, and there was no lock on the door for extra security and I was a woman alone, I didn't end up staying got a room somewhere else but the lady behind the counter was very nice she tried

Terrible for good this property

The place is apparently being remodeled but our room had stained sheets and a drain pipe hole in the bathtub. We ended up staying somewhere else. This place should be shut dowb until the remodel is complete.

Disgusting room stains all over everything bugs and practically no one working.

Average 2 star Motel , close to downtown Nashville. Would stay here again . NO FRILLS Motel and price was good . Definitely reccomended

The room was clean but bedding was stained. Asked attendant in office for a second towel and was told they were all in the dryer and i could have one at 9 am. I told her i was checking out before 7 am and she again said come back at 9 am for a second towel. The room had one towel total. People fighting downstairs and smoking right outside the room. Grateful to have had a place to stay. Will not stay again. Don’t stay if you are a woman alone unless you have a gun. Would not recommend.

Motel is right on the street. Very noisy. The floor above our room is creaking. The room is not kept properly. The bathroom door won't close, the cable box is hanging from the TV, the lights flicker, etc. It is not something I would recommend, nor do I think it was worth the price I paid.

Everything had stain shower had black mold growing. Room was a non smoking but smells like smoke we did not stay and decided to find a new property.

Our visit to Nashville was great but that motel was the worst .

The bed spread and sheets were dirty. Horrible neighborhood. Could tell our door was broke down before.

Overall my stay has been comfortable and quiet regardless of it's location. The check in is always fast and uncomplicated. The staff are polite and friendly and accommodating. I say this is one of Nashville's diamonds in the rough.

The room was nasty, stunk, I wouldn’t have kept my Dog in there, Bathroom faucet in tub about to fall off, leaking all over the floor. There was screaming all nite, we slept horrible, bc of getting woke up every few hrs. I’m demanding a refund bc of it. My granddaughter is up here for a medical appt and her health should not have been compromised

Very shady. Blood on pillows and sheets. Toilet spraying water out the back of the toilet. Microwave would need a tetanus shot if used.

Worst place ever...place is a dump, cigarette holes in comforters, carpet sticky. Stains on pillowcases and sheets, faucets handle broken falls right off when you move it, toilet seat not secure and will slide around cause only one screw. Hole in bathroom wall. Rust around microwave door, no iron. Close rack feel down off wall when i hung up a pair of pants.

Neighborhood is sketchy, front desk lady didn’t saw a single word to me, outside very noisy because there is drag racing happening on the street in front of the hotel, rust on everything in the room, found a cockroach in the bathroom. Those are the main things

This room was last minute and I wish I had book another room in advance. I feel like I’m in the hood and I’m sleeping with my gun next to me .

When we got to the hotel, the clerk was very friendly. When we got to the room, it looked like it had been broken into. As soon as we walked in, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though i asked for non-smoking. I have asthma and cigarette smoke is a trigger. The door wouldnt lick. We opted not to even stay and just call the money a loss.

It was a bad part of town to stay in. The hotel was not helpful with anything. Housekeeping never came. Had to produce own toilet paper. Bed covers stank. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone

Property was clean but much street noise and noise from adjoining rooms.

The room was filthy and there were narcotics deals happening around the property all night. The pictures online are complete lies.

The photos online doesn’t look anything like the place when you arrive. We had to pay for rooms we didn’t even stay in cause the outside of the place was nasty and run down looking and I wasn’t staying in a place that looked like that I couldn’t imagine what the rooms looked like.

We were promised a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. After we ran the AC for a while things were better, but our clothes smelled like smoke after we checked out the next morning.

This place is a dump. I wouldn’t let a homeless person stay there. They lie in your face. Drug infested, transactions are made in broad daylight. I have videos of transactions between made. The first room they gave me was ridiculous. The bed was sunken and dirt on the floor. Requested another room, not much better. Then drug transactions started. At that point I was furious. Booked the room for 2 nights. I told the desk manager I was checking out. He stated that I would have to pay for one night and would refund the second night. Well that was a lie. Now I’m out of money for the refund. Someone overdosed but someone revived that person. Please if that’s your last resort, sleep in your car.

You shouldn’t list this property on your website. We arrived and we’re afraid to get out of the car. It’s a disaster. We drove to a different hotel and rebooked a stay with a different hotel.

There was some needed repairs, Requested a iron, never got one. Noise from the second floor all night.

Room was very rundown and a huge disappointment!

We checked in, went to the room then left keys at counter and left. Curtains ripped and hanging so zero privacy, sink had no handles to turn on, open filthy hole in tub, phone dead, security lock broken, security fence broken, area was in disrepair. We felt unsafe.

So we had no room, the staff was rude and unhelpful. This was awful. Rooms everywhere were sold out. So stressful

The first room had a malfunctioning air conditioner and the room smelled of weed and cigarettes. The room were moved to was missing its smoke detector. Just wires hanging from the ceiling! It’s under new ownership and they claim to be renovating it but they have a long way to go before it should be used by guests, in my opinion.

Hotels & Motels are expensive in Nashville. So for the price I knew what I was getting. It’s an older Motel but it was clean. It is near the interstate so there is a lot of traffic noise. We wer we so tired so it didn’t really matter too much

The way breakfeast works. Poor and strange.

The "Continental breadfast" was a snack cake and coffee. Random people constantly hang out outside my room smoking all night. Holes in the walls. Black mold in the room. Sink faucet was broken. Poorly lit. No chair for the desk. You can hear people walking above you and everything going on outside.
