Don’t be fooled by photos. Absolute junk. Rooms are falling apart, everything is filthy, tv is very limited and I think I got more dirty taking a shower. Toilet even had unflushed toilet paper when checking in. Zero stars

I booked my trip prior, but payment had not been met upon arrival. The television screen was extremely blurry. Furniture had seen better days, at some point; but not my visit. It definitely could use an update. Towels were clean.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. No hair dryer, no shampoo, and no racks to hang even a towel or toilet paper. Bedspread was covered in cigarette burns. The drawers had some kind of bug remains so I kept everything in my suitcase. Bugs in the sink and bathtub. Soap from the last person to stay here was still in the bathtub. Entire room was dirty. I doubt the bathtub was ever cleaned. The power outlets were all burned out. The bed sheet was tied to the bed. Would never go back here.

The room looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long time. Bed sheets were stained bathroom door with hole cut in it to clear toilet to shut door. No interior safety lock. Door to room had a gap all around the door.

Bugs in the room, not best condition. Bathroom old.

Because I had my son with me who had stayed there before they refused our reservation and told me to cancel my reservation. Still waiting on my refund. If I was Hotel.com I would remove them from my list. It’s disgusting there.

Well my wife and i checked in was easy to do . When we got to the room we wanred to shower obviously from traveling . Bath tubs were filthy and the floors were gross. After reluctantly showering we pulled the bed sheets back to find womans underwear tucked into the sheets.. it was like a crack head motel or a tweakers paridise. No joke disgusting!!!!

Very DIRTY. Used bandaid on floor by sink. Killed a roach on the shower curtain. Floors were FILTHY. I guess you get what you pay for.

First of all the towels were stained black showers were dirty walls were falling apart chipped everywhere and looked just plain nasty than the front desk just opens our door at 9:50 saying are you staying or checking out check outs at 11:00 who the hell just opens the door clearly it’s locked and heard the tv on

Bed cover had cigarette burns, toilet seat broken, towels were old and were gray (supposed to be white), floors had cracks, and tv didn't work when I got there.

There were bugs in the room we got and it seemed super sketchy and unsafe in the area. The room seemed unclean and had a weird smell and the bathroom door had a hole cut in it to be able to go around the toilet.

I didnt even stay there i spent money for no reason literally checked in had to go back to work didnt get to look at the room cause of having to go straight back to work. Got off at 2am and the bathroom sink was nasty it smelled the sheets had blook stains on them or coffee and to be honest it didnt look like stains it look lik they just remade the bed without changing the sheets. Called the office i was told they was full and to call the company i book threw its there problem i would never again. I toom picturez wish i could post them

The worst place I have ever attempted to stay at. I checked in and the manager was very rude, telling me their system was down and he couldn’t check me in but as a favor would let me in my room just once. I got to the room, the floor is completely stained with who knows what, bedspread is burned and stained, sheet under it is stained with someone’s blood. I left and went to another hotel, manager was even ruder when I came down to show him this. DO NOT STAY HERE THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. CHECK OUT THE PICTURES

Not the best part of town. The room was ok but could have been cleaner. Only half a roll of toilet paper. Even being a smoking room there was a oder that was unusual about it. It's ok just to come in and sleep shower etc etc

Upon checkin, the clerk actively tried to discourage me from checking in. He made me incredibly uncomfortable. We were there for a concert at Nissan Stadium and needed to leave early the next day, so I didn’t need or expect luxury, but come on. The bathroom door didn’t close at all. It’s put on wrong. There was no shampoo, just hand soap. It was quiet and functional but I’m just so weirded out by the way the clerk acted when we arrived. Also I didn’t know but this is not a great area of town. You get what you pay for.

I had received a statement from hotels.com to be checked by 2pm or my reservation would be canceled. When I arrived at the hotel the man working said i couldn't check in till 3 and all the rooms had been booked. I came back closer to 2pm and i did get checked. Before he would let me check in i was told i had to inspect the room i was staying in. We checked the room everything looked OK except the bathroom door couldn't shut due to poor design, not a problem it's just me and my hubby. We agree to the room and go back to the office to get the room key, then we're told that room we looked at was not the room we were getting. Wish i could have found another hotel at that point. We didn't know the hotel has a giant roach problem till later that night. We came in from dinner and found a 3 to 4 inch roach on the sink and at 3am there's really no but to stay the rest of the morning hoping that was the only one.
