    The Conrad is a beautifully designed, well appointed hotel in a great location. However, the staff sets it apart from the other luxury hotels in Nashville. One person was more engaged and dedicated to creating an exceptional experience than the next, from the front desk to late night bar service. Everyone was fun and memorable. Thank you!

    The hotel staff were extremely rude as well! When the porter helped us with our luggage, he had a door stop that kept the main door open. If you’ve stayed at the Conrad before, you know that the room doors are extremely heavy. He said he’d go check to see if there were any extra. HE NEVER CAME BACK! When we went down to the lobby, we asked the front desk for door stops and they said they didn’t have any to let us use. The porter that helped us, wouldn’t even acknowledge us! What the heck?! The cleaning staff were rude to my niece and mom who got stuck outside of their room. There was an extra door that we had to go thru to get to our “suite” and we were told by the front desk that the key would work on the door. It did not. They saw my mom and niece come out, but they forgot something and had to go back in… they wouldn’t let them in!

    The Conrad Nashville is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in because the room was excellent in every way, the staff, especially the valets were outstanding and the location of this hotel made all of our other destinations in and around Nashville seem very close. We look forward to coming back.

    The Conrad Hotel was beautiful. The lobby and bar areas were decorated exquisitely. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The interior of the hotel was very quiet and well maintained. The pool was closed due to poor weather but it looked wonderful. The noise from the street late at night was a slight issue- even on the 10th floor but I would still highly recommend the Conrad for a special stay in Nashville- away from the loud streets of downtown.

    The only issue was on check in. The guy who checked is in ( long black hair in a ponytail ) initially booked us into the wrong room. ( 10pm on 5th ). When we went back down to get checked into the right room it looked to be a huge inconvenience for him to sort. Plus the refund of the deposit taken on my card for this room has not been paid back yet - 2 x 98.78 on to card no 5384 2300 8037 2376. I’m still waiting on this to be paid back . I’ve spoken to hotel staff who said they would get it sorted for me.

    We continue to stay at Conrad Nashville because the prices are worth the stay. Very clean, quiet, attentive staff & valet services. Late night dinning/food was definitely not the best and not edible. We know not to order that for future stays. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to be back.

    I was really happy with our decision to stay at the Conrad. It does require a bit of walking but that was not a problem for us and, you can grab an uber or even take the complementary car if it is available (really great to have this as an option). I can’t imagine staying right downtown. And we were there in a far less busy time (November). The hotel itself is lovely - very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, good customer service, quiet and generally friendly staff, especially the bar and restaurant and the bell/concierge staff . I would definitely return.

    Conrad Nashville is spectacular! It is luxurious, immaculately spotless, and very well maintained. It also had an amazing city view from the 8th floor. Every single staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. When we first arrived, we had a small issue with the TV, but they quickly fixed it within minutes AND followed up with us later to make sure it was still working. Five stars, we have already recommended it to friends! :)

    The room was perfect. We had dinner at the Blue Aster and that was excellent too. Only minor quibble is the room was not ready at 3 PM when we arrived, and we had to wait an hour to get our room.

    not clean room. did not sleep both nights b/c of the loud noise coming from the street due to people drag racing. I have stayed there before and the rooms, front desk and noise was great. I am disappointed by the service which was not very professional when I checked in. The bed was made but they did not provide clean coffee cup or replenish the coffee pods. again, disappointing. I would like not stay there again most specially because of the horrible noise. when I checked out the front desk lady acknowledged the issue with the drag racing and basically said they are "working on it". had I known that, I would not have stayed.

    This is a 4 and 1/2 star hotel expected the beds to actually be comfortable. If you have back problems do not book this hotel. Most hotels will use a firm to medium for mattresses. These mattresses feel like they are 20 years old and totally worn out, divots in the mattresses along with them being super soft leads to a terrible night's sleep and many back problems. Expected so much more out of a four and a half star hotel very disappointed.

    The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were super clean with a big bathroom, nice couch for lounging, and a very comfortable bed. The only thing I wish the room had was a refrigerator instead of the pay for mini bar. All the staff I encountered was extremely friendly And I enjoyed seeing the bellman.     We had a very good experience with the room, staff accommodations, bell hop, valet, onsite amenities, etc.. This may be our regular stop for weekends in Nashville in the future. I like the location since it’s away from downtown Broadway just enough to be quiet but easily accessed on foot or Uber if you like bar hopping. The only reason I only have 4 stars on the area is due to the views of downtown. There is a tall building blocking the view for 80% of the rooms. But the room comfort and the rest of the Conrad makes us want to come back. Kudos to the staff!

    The rooftop pool area felt like a hidden oasis in the city, the perfect place to relax and recharge. Location-wise, the Conrad couldn’t be better: tucked far enough away from the chaos of Broadway to enjoy peace and quiet, yet still within easy walking distance to both Broadway and The Gulch. Highly recommend!

    Will preface by saying that I was able to get a refund for one night. Overall, check in was terrible, Mohammed who checked us in at 10 am stated that our room was not ready which is fine. Upon the return to the hotel at 4:30 we received our keys to the room which we did not book which was in lower category. Mohammed did not indicate that they were oversold, nor disclose that he is putting us in a different room which is not a good look for Hilton. At 4:30 pm he was not there and another gentleman tried to solve the problem but going back 6x to speak to your manager is a poor reflection on Hilton. Clearly we are unhappy and a manager can’t come out to speak to us is not a good image for Hilton again. We were standing for over an hour bargaining as if were in a market for a mistake that Hilton made blatantly. Also, the rooms are run down, paint chipping on doors and we had a flood in the room from the leaking shower. The crew arrived quickly to mop but that was in the middle of us getting ready for dinner which is an inconvenience. Make sure to triple check that you are getting the room that you booked.

    I didn’t appreciate my booking being canceled 10 minutes after my wife and I landed. That was not followed up by a good experience with customer service. The entire experience was beyond disappointing. I’ve never had a worst experience as a customer of any brand in my life. So thank you for that experience.

    Everything was great except for the bathtub. The tub sits above the surrounding tile and when you shower water stands on the tile and runs down the side of the tub onto the floor. Had to use towels to sop up the water.

    The staff were very friendly and professional. It started with the door /valet attendants who went above and beyond to make you feel welcome to the check in staff. The property is clean and the rooms were perfect. The overall ambience of the bar , restaurants and pool area made us feel welcome and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was upscale with high tech controls . All in all this is definitely a spot we will come back to when visiting Nashville . Note it’s far enough for quiet yet close enough to all the restaurants , bars and live music.

    When we did get to the room, we immediately encountered an AC issue. Fortunately, maintenance responded quickly, and Steve was outstanding—kind, courteous, and determined to resolve the problem. We appreciated his professionalism and effort, though it meant we were preparing for our evening while the repair was underway. The following morning at breakfast, the hostess staff was warm and welcoming, and the food was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the waitress never returned to check on me during the meal, only reappearing when it was time to present the check. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-kept. We would love to return in the future, but our concern is that the service may not meet the high standards we’ve come to expect at Conrad properties.

    I stayed at the Conrad following a surgery. They could not have been more accommodating from the time I arrived. Offering wheelchair and assistance to the room. The rooms were very nice and clean, housekeeping was always respectful to get in and get what we needed the stay out of the way. Truly no complaints from our stay here! We will be back!

    The hotel suite offered a view of the cityscape. Nevertheless, despite being on the tenth floor, the traffic noise was incessant, making it difficult to sleep on the busy Friday night. When I reported the noise issue, I was informed that the windows were soundproof. However, this assertion was contradicted by the persistent sound of vehicles and engines. While I appreciated the manager’s attempt to relocate us to another room, the additional $250 per night before taxes was unacceptable. It is perplexing how a patron who has paid for a bedroom suite with the expectation of a quiet environment can be subjected to such noise. On Friday evening, I indulged in a luxurious bath. Despite two days of cleaning, the bathtub remained uncleaned until Monday after another request. Many of the housekeeping staff don’t speak English and this might be why my request went unfulfilled.

    This is a no go for me. Left things in the room from previous stay. Food in the fridge from whomever. Tobacco “snuff? In the bathroom. No and no. Will never go back . valet were adamant about tipping and no share tip. Could not wait to leave. Restaurant… breakfast. Arrived at 6:59. Did not open until 7 am.     The Conrad was a beautiful hotel! I watched the sunset from the pool, which was lovely. My room was large, elegant and the bathtub was spa-like. I chose to stay in for room service than go out to enjoy my room.

    Great hotel and staff. However, local groups use the intersection outside of the hotel to rev their engines, blare their bass, and drift across the streets. The noise from the engines didn’t stop until 4am. The hotel and local police need to get a hold of this situation before I could recommend. I was on 7th floor but it wouldn’t have mattered if I was at the top. Unbelievably loud.

    The hotel is new and clean. Expensive valet but fast to get your car. Mini bar was locked when I arrived in the room and TV/remote for the room control did not work. Both issues were addressed the second morning. Gym is adequate.

    Room was a little weathered, carpet stains, marks on walls. Bed was uncomfortable, all four of us thought so. 2 doubles in room. There should be a little table on the left side of the bed just like the one on the right side of the other bed. Both beds share the table in the middle and the bed to the right side has a little table on the right side of the bed and the bed on the left side of room does not have a little table on the left side of bed. If they are two people in the bed one person does not have anywhere to put things. It was annoying. Food service very slow but food was good. I did not like the server giving me everything a la cart one morning and making the bill higher. I also asked for a splash of soda water in my juice and he brought me a 7.00 bottle of club soda seperately. So he

    The Blue Aster restaurant was fine..the food was heavily salted, perhaps in an attempt to be “Mediterranean “, but it did spoil a few of the dishes I tried. Ordering coffee and still water for breakfast led to bottled water instead of the filtered tap water that was available…I misspoke apparently and was not queried to ascertain which I wanted so paid a rather exorbitant amount for a bottle of water..be careful there! It was an exceptionally hot weekend so the pool was very busy with limited access to chairs and umbrellas. Not sure there is a solution to that, but it was rather frustrating. The traffic noise was pretty intense on Saturday night which was surprising…maybe opt for a room on one of the upper floors. All that aside, everyone on staff was unfailingly polite and the hotel was lovely.

    Love the friendliness of all staff. From the valet employees and front desk. Our check in and check out was easy. The pool was also a great add on to our stay as last year we did not have the chance to stop by! Room service was ok for the most part. We did not get the mini-bar Icelandic water/beer stocked but it’s ok. Overall, our stay was worth the price. Can’t wait to stay here again.

    The property is beautiful. However, the pool is atrocious. We were there for 3 days and on no given day, even getting to the pool as early as 10am were there available seats. There was 1 server. There were no available chairs and children with water guns and splashing everywhere. Nobody was in charge. It really ruined the stay.

    The pool was absolutely disgusting. Thick layer of scum on top and hairs everywhere. Felt super sticky after getting in. Stained carpets, peeling paint in ceilings. Some staff really nice, others not so much. They don’t allow longer than half hour grace period when checking out unless you pay more. Area next to hotel is shady, abandoned car park, lots of homeless people.

    Very comfortable and upscale hotel within a 15 minute walking distance of downtown. Nice pool with cabanas. Very stylish restaurant with some extraordinary dishes (the lamb lasagna was especially delicious). Above all, the service was outstanding. Very welcoming and efficient.

    Very nice and clean very upscale and fancy I did not like that 2 drinks cost $75 that’s ridiculous. The same 2 drinks here in Texas are $20 bucks. Some didn’t not drink at the hotel but for one drink and we were done.

    We loved the location and view from our room. Gosh there were a couple of items; Room service food came up cold. A manager, Maryellen and her assistant left several voice messages during the day stating my check out time had passed Sun 6/30. However we had planned to go to Nascar race at the Superspeedway track in Murfreesboro all day so I specifically booked for check out and our flight out for Monday 7/1. Upon leaving that day said goodbye to the front desk mentioning this as well which think helped all our personal effects to remain in the room. Arriving exhausted after the race we land at the front deck to meet Maryellen face to face which she promptly mentioned in particular, doesn't like 3rd party vendors like bookings.com because of some office nuisance, which hardly seemed to be my problem. Moreover, she was showing me charges for another rooms pool bar charge when we were out all day early morning at the Nascar race and back to our room late. Maryellen then made me pay for another night for our room because it didn't show check out for us Monday, her side showed Sunday. Mind you, it was near 100 degrees out in the sun and flash rain storm for an hour for over 10 hours that day to want to come back to the room to shower, eat, and sleep. It was unfortunate to be treated the way we were by Maryellen who scooted us off with a kind escort so tall and handsome, calmly to guide us through the hiccup. Customer service and just being heard as a customer was not exercised that last evening of our 1st couples trip together to Nashville.
