- Friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Tommi
- Clean, comfortable rooms and amenities

Great location, close to Broadway St., and all the action.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room was nice, clean and it was a very quiet. would have liked if the breakfast had a waffle bar included, but other than that, it was good.
- 4/5
The property was nice, but the drapes and carpet were very dirty.
- 4.5/5
Great stay away from the Main Street of bars.
- 5/5
My wife and I were at the hotel for 10 days and nights. It was ample time to get to know the staff and enjoy the facilities. Everything was excellent. Hospitality, food, gym, swimming pool, laundry room, fantastic bed, large room, great breakfast. There was nothing that I can fault. It was a very pleasant hotel for our comfort and relaxed stay. There was nothing that I did not like.
- 5/5
I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out, with plenty of room to relax and work. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
clean room, pool nice
- 4.5/5
This place is fabulous. The water pressure was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. I love that they lock the entrance and you have to use your key card to get in and out late at night. Parking was a little bit confusing, but it was a one time charge of less than $40 to go in and out as many times as you want. Was pretty close to the main strip. That being said Uber ride worthy versus walking. The staff was very helpful. and the breakfast was great. It was a tad bit expensive, but definitely worth it. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

- 5/5
Welcoming staff, great clean spacious rooms. Convenient location to Vanderbilt schools/hospitals.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms , and competitive price. Will stay again.
- 5/5
The breakfast bar was not as good as other Springfield Suites we have stayed at. We were put in a handicap room which we didn’t ask for. The extra room was nice. There was a $38 a day parking fee that we weren’t told about in advance. The lighting needs to be updated in the bathroom areas.
- 4/5
Close to walk to dinning options and clean and friendly

Clean room, excellent staff, no time for shopping because of quick trip but the restaurant choices nearby were good.
- 5/5
Clean room good breakfast
- 5/5
We had a little trouble finding the building due to it being late at night after a family member was seen at Vanderbilt Hospital and we were exhausted. The desk associate helped me over the phone find the place to park and check in. The associate was very nice and welcoming. Great service.

Staff and the room was all great

Room had sticky stain on carpet and smelled weird. Hotel staff was great and wanted to fix problems, but we were in ada room and switching rooms would have been hard. Worse thing was LOUD street racing all night.

They were very snobby and the room was not even very nice I was surprised I expected better and there was a lot of hidden charges
- 4.5/5
Enjoyed the hotel and the location
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was average
- 4.5/5
Facilities were great as was the hospitality Paying $35.00 a day for parking which was not protected at all because of construction on going anybody could park there, there was no need to charge for parking.
- 3/5
I liked the location and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Check in is at 3pm according to the website. We arrived at 3pm and were told the rooms were not done yet and to give them 5-10mins. No big deal, we could spare 10mins. 30 minutes later we asked them for an update because we had reservations at 4pm and were told by the lady at the desk “well it’s not 4 yet.” excuse me?? so rude and we did not get our key until right at 4pm so we missed our reservation which was one of the main reasons we were even traveling to nashville. If they would have been honest about it being another hour we would have just gotten ready in the car or the lobby bathroom and there wouldn’t have been a problem. really disappointed in that employee. and it wasn’t just us waiting, there were 3 other groups that had to wait on rooms to be done. i understand things happen but be honest and don’t be rude to your customers.
- 5/5
Breakfast had many choices
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and fresh. The staff was so ery helpful all through out our stay.
- 5/5
I received extra charges on my card for parking and parking tax. Bill ended up being $76 higher than expected. I didn’t like the room setup. Thank you!
- 4/5
Having never been to Nashville before, we were happy to see we were in a great location! The facility was clean, comfortable, and had a great staff- Very welcoming and helpful! No complaints. We were satisfied with our stay!
- 5/5
No breakfast was seen in the food area so none served
- 5/5
Great location. Comfortable beds. Great staff.
- 4.5/5
Good breakfast, egg white spinach quiche was delicious. The sofa bed was actually comfortable (for a sofa bed). Staff was friendly and responsive to requests. I would (and probably will) stay here again. $43 a night parking. It was $35, but there were $8 in taxes and surcharges. That was the only down side to the experience.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
Nice suites, fantastic breakfast No restaurant, bar, or room service available
- 3/5
I lost all my fruits because cooler, freze fruits like a rock
- 5/5
Friendly staff, very helpful when asking questions, place, spelt, very clean, good complementary, breakfast, and good price
- 5/5
Not a good selection
- 5/5
Downtown Nashville at a fraction of the price - walk 1 mile’ish and all the things of interest are around
- 5/5
We had a great experience at this hotel. Our suite was the perfect size for my family. It was very clean and spotless. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Will definitely visit again!
- 2.5/5
It was close to downtown It has a funny smell and the parking horrible they are so cheap they squeeze u in between cars and have hidden fees from booking.com
- 4.5/5
Clean hotel
- 2/5
Black mold in bathroom, big stain on carpet, Bed gard as a rock, Reserved a king size bed got a queen.
- 5/5
Everything about the Hotel was very Nice and the Customer service was Excellent I would stay there again if I could and Thank U
- 5/5
It was great place
- 5/5
The room I stayed in had some wear and tear on the walls and cob webs on the ceilings. It also had an odd odor. Overall it was a comfortable stay and the stay so friendly.
- 4/5
🌸
- 4.5/5
Rooms were spacious Bed comfortable Breakfast options great No hot tub
- 4/5
Warm welcome on arrival. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from. Location was good as not far from Music Row with its bars and restaurants. Also within walking distance to Broadway and the other sights. Bar staff and reception staff very friendly.
- 5/5
Kind and friendly staff, great location. The indoor pool is nice and clean.
- 3/5
Busy street very loud all hours of the night, terrible parking
- 5/5
Breakfast and convenience. Enjoyed everything.
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Location was good and just a short drive to downtown We only stayed 1 night and shower broke
- 5/5
Everything in our room was good. The hotel was close to where we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again. I can't think of anything.
- 3/5
The receptionist accommodated my early arrival although she ignored my request for a quiet room as I found out that first Saturday night. Overlooking Broadway, I felt like I was sleeping on a NASCAR racetrack where cars with sirens were also allowed until 2am. Sunday night was the same thing although for not as late into the night. At the very least, provide earplugs for your guests.
- 5/5
Great for staying near downtown Nashville. I only wish they'd offer a shuttle servce for downtown, like some of other Hotels.
- 5/5
Excellent room. Only problem was shower door didn't close completely. so water went onto the floor outside of the shower.
- 5/5
Room was clean and bed was comfortable!Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great too! Thank you! Na
- 5/5
Staff was great, hotel was clean & we felt safe.
- 5/5
Staff was great, hotel was clean and we felt safe.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 1/5
Front desk staff was great- this review is not based on them. We were informed AFTER arriving to the property for check-in that the water would be turned off due to a mandatory “maintenance issue”. A “maintenance issue” they knew about a few days beforehand. Instead of contacting guests BEFORE check-in, they sprang this on us during when we got there. They then asked if we would like to stay somewhere else. Keep in mind, there were two sold out concerts that weekend. In addition to losing the money on this room (it was a non refundable reservation), I would then spend another $400+ on a room at another hotel (if we could find one). There was no choice. Once going into the room, there was a weird smell, hair in the sink and the television was on. I was so upset I ended up driving 3 hours back to Memphis after leaving the concert. I will never stay at another SpringHill Suites again and will be disputing this transaction.
- 5/5
Great location, close to Patheron
- 5/5
The staff was welcoming and caring. Super kind. The room was nice and big. The pool nice and cool in the humid heat. Break selection was decent, though I wish there was better waffles or pancakes.
- 5/5
Excellent staff and breakfast!! Loved the prepackaged waffles and pound cake!!! Great location to everything!!!
- 5/5
Delayed check in due to rooms being overly messy after July 4th weekend. We were supposed to get a call when room was ready but we never received it. There is quite a bit of construction going on within lobby. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was yummy.
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful and accommodating
- 5/5
5 star hotel for sure! We loved it there and highly recommend Springhill Suites!
- 5/5
We love this hotel! Has a beautiful lobby and spacious rooms and wonderful location to lots of great places!
- 4/5
Check in was at 3 so i waited until 3 to check in and get the day started only to be told to return in 30 minutes because room wasn't ready. Also the whole place is under major construction . Didn't have to hear it but everything was a work zone and not a beautiful $220 per night hotel. Not to mention the waterbottle in our room was $6 lol. And parking was $35 nightly with broken entrance gates
- 4/5
Comfortable beds, very clean, and the staff was great!
- 5/5
Good location. Nice hotel. Would stay here afain
- 5/5
Great stay, some things needed fixed.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
This places had the best front desk staff and managers. They went above and beyond to make our stay wodnerful. We arrived early and instead of blowing us off they let us do an early check in since they had a room ready. Was perfect !!!!!
- 4/5
Clean ,good location ,close to downtown
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay! First, very friendly staff! We got there very early and they were able to accommodate us by getting us into a room early. The rooms were VERY clean, breakfast was great, the location is fantastic. It's a short walk to all the bars on broadway. We will definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Walking distance to and from the university.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and comfortable and we enjoyed the included breakfast in the morning. It was great that they had a parking garage but thought it would be free or discounted for the guests.
- 5/5
Liked the area. Plenty of bar and restaurants in the area, Reasonable priced, and easy to walk too. The Hotel give us a map of restaurant in the area which was helpful. Downtown was a good mile but easy to walk to. We are used to having a car but we mange just fine with out one. Breakfast was a plus we eat there every morning. Never used the pool but the gym. Staff was friendly we would stay there again..... the only thing was missing was a outside space.
- 4/5
It was clean and breakfast was pretty good. The only thing that didn't work during our stay was the internet connection to the room's TV which was quite disappointing. I did ask the front desk for help, and they sent an IT guy, but he wasn't very helpful so during our stay we weren't able to access Netflix or other apps. Another thing was that housekeeping threw away one of our hair products which was kind of pricey, it was on the counter of the bathroom.
- 5/5
We’ve been to this property twice know love it.
- 5/5
Loved that there were 2 queens and 1 pullout so my whole family fit comfortably. Also had separate toilet and shower with 2 sinks. Good breakfast! Easy parking connected!
- 4/5
It was a nice hotel.
- 5/5
This place should be the template for what an amazing hotel should look and feel like. Truly remarkable place.
- 5/5
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Great value for location and accommodations.
- 5/5
Smelled amazing. Loved this place. Will stay again.
- 5/5
everything
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Its a little far from Demonbrau Street if your a partier, but lots of bars close by.
- 5/5
Room was great with fridge and microwave. Nice large room, separate toilet and shower, great water pressure. Breakfast with cold options, belgium prepackaged waffles, fresh scramlbed eggs, chicken and regular sausage patties, yogurts, hot and cold cereal, and the spinach and egg quiches were delicious.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, good location
- 5/5
I liked how close it was to restaurants and shops
- 5/5
Short 1 mile walk to many Nashville sights. Very good stay experience.
- 4/5
Not a bad hotel, parking is outrageous, park across the street its a lot cheaper.
- 4/5
Very clean property with friendly staff. Breakfast mediocre at best. Difficult location to find if not familiar with Nashville West End. Terrible signage. Fee to park was ridiculous, $35 per night. Paying for parking in Nashville seems to have become a "thing" which in y opinion is crazy unless in the heart of downtown...which this location was not.
- 5/5
Affordable. Great service and very clean / cozy room.
- 2/5
Hotel was very loud also.
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 5/5
Room was extremely clean and never heard our neighbors
- 5/5
Great. Loved the workout center
- 4/5
Overall, a decent hotel. Staff was great. Rooms were fine. One elevator was broken so that was a little inconvenient. There’s an attached parking deck but it’s a bit of a hot mess in how it was designed. If you have a bigger vehicle, good luck. Major positive: Short drive to all the fun spots on Broadway. And there’s a Parlor Doughnuts just a 2 min walk away.
- 5/5
Nice suite. Love when toilet is seperate from shower. Good enough breakfast. Nice people! easy stop of 30.
- 5/5
The beds and pillows were wonderful!
- 2/5
All was very nice. However, there was a $39 dollar per day parking charge that was not mentioned when I made the reservation. I do not like hidden charges. And $5 for a bottle of water is a bit much. Otherwise, very nice and staff was great.
- 5/5
Great hotel for our first trip to Nashville! The staff were extremely friendly & the hotel was in a great location with many places within walking distance.
- 3/5
There were a few issues with some of our group
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 4/5
Dining options around hotel were plentiful.
- 5/5
Very comfortable beds. Clean. Lobby always smelled really good. Nice breakfast. Quiet area. Room set up with bathroom was a little weird with the shower and toilet being separated. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Walked 1 mile to Ryman Auditorium. Clean and nice place to stay.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
SpringHill Suites Vanderbilt/WestEnd earns 5 stars for this trip. The hotel was in a good location - removed from all the noise on lower Broadway, but still convenient to downtown locations. It was a block walk to the bus stop, so very convenient. And was near many restaurants. The room (king suite) was quite large, well appointed, and clean. The breakfast was very good; a good variety of offerings, with scrambled eggs and some kind of breakfast meat every day. The only fresh fruit was bananas or tangelos. Beware that parking is $35 per day plus tax, but this is clearly spelled out on the website and the hotel description, so no surprise.
- 5/5
Nice spot and very clean!
- 5/5
I enjoyed staying at the Marriott. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous with quite a few options. I would highly recommend. Walkable to Broadway strip.
- 4/5
GPS took us to Residence inn! Parking was very confusing! Room was nice! About a mile to the bars! Be ready to walk, no shuttle!
- 5/5
This hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and provided service with a smile. Clean bright hotel with great security to get in. Convenient in and out parking area and a central location to Vanderbilt for tournaments.
- 5/5
Very helpful and friendly staff, Hard to find from West End but the folks at Residence Inn helped us out!
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. The fact that neither the bathroom or the shower areas didn't have a fan was unusual. The towels were not very pleasant smelling. The shower door wouldn't close all the way. Even though I arrived on Wednesday at 2:30 pm and left Saturday by 11 am I was still charged for 4 days worth of parking at basically $40 a day.
- 3/5
Overall our stay was fine. Staff was nice, room was clean the ONE thing I am very upset about is what I ended up paying for this room for two nights. I booked it through here (Expedia) reserved it for $480ish bucks and end up paying for $680. I have booked through here many many times over the years but I will not book at Springhill by Marriott ever again!!
- 5/5
Amazing staff
- 5/5
Just an all around nice place to stay!
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, onsite bar with some evening entertainment. Parking is an extra fee, but it's charged everywhere in Nashville. Only about a mile from music row which was walkable.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect!!
- 4/5
The breakfast was decent, and the location is convenient. Parking is available next to the building for $35 per day. The only downside was the nighttime noise. Cars were drifting and playing loud music on the main street, causing our windows to shake with every bass hit. Despite this, it was a good choice for us overall.
- 3/5
Decent, needs a bit of a refresh
- 5/5
The bathrooms was a hit with my kids!
- 4/5
Good stay, easy check in, and a clean room. Only complaints would be the bathroom. Shower and toilet were in 2 separate rooms with a large closet in between. Made very little sense.
- 5/5
My family and I were in town for a college visit. The location, value and quality of this hotel were wonderful! We loved the two separate spaces for bathroom and shower for getting ready in the morning. Loved the front desk staff as well! Would definitely purely stay here again.
- 1/5
There were multiple things wrong with our stay. Before even leaving for the trip, I had called ahead of time to ask about the incidentals. I was told they only put a card on file but upon arriving at the hotel, I was charged 240 extra for incidentals. Also, both of the sinks in our rooms Very slow draining.
- 5/5
Uber was able to get right up to the entrance on a very busy weekend to pick us up every time
- 5/5
Staff were very nice and cooperative
- 5/5
The only thing that I didn't care for was the parking for a large SUV in the parking garage is very very tight!!
- 5/5
Great location and very clean
- 5/5
A best ever experience! Great room layout, very quiet, great breakfast, all positive!!!! Front desk verry helpful, friendly, and welcoming.
- 5/5
Homeless man asleep on curb at front door.
- 4/5
The service was great and the room was very nice. Unfortunately, there were racers reving down the strip most of the night and it was very loud. Thankfully we had ear plugs, but it could still be heard. If it wasn't for that, I would love to stay there again. Due to that, we probably never will.
- 5/5
In summation, the location, cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff and amenities, like the awesome breakfast every morning, was over the top!! Springhill, was a great place to stay and was situated near some good restaurants and popular sites. Customer service provided by Ms Tommi was the best, I have seen in such a long while!! Thank you Ms Tommi for showing the guests, that customer service reigns!!
- 5/5
This property was a 15 min walk to downtown, the breakfast was ok, same scrambles eggs everyday, with meat patties, but decent
- 1/5
Room was not clean(couch had stains all over it). Bathroom toilet runs constantly day and night.
- 2/5
Elevators are rickity and rattle. No outdoor space.
- 4/5
I booked this hotel because I was attending an event at Nissan Staudium and on the website it lists this property as being .5 miles away. This is incorrect information. Although the stadium is close at 1.7 miles, it is definitely not in walking distance of the stadium. Also, the parking garage leaves a lot to be desired. Otherwise, the rooms were nice and clean and it was close to restaurants.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Good location with a decent price tag
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 3/5
This felt like it could do with an update. No usb outlets. Large charge for room water (haven’t people stopped that these days?) misinformation from front desk regarding EV charging (told to go over a mile away, when it turns out there were 250kW chargers <.1 miles away). And the room was a little noisy between the street and the elevator. But it was conveniently located for the Bridgestone arena, which was the main purpose.
- 5/5
Friendly and quick check in process, rooms spacious and clean, great recommendations on a family friendly place to eat with live music and also within walking distance of the hotel. Great stay and would stay again!
- 5/5
Nice rooms and friendly staff
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
It was a great stay and wonderful location. Walking distance to everything. The staff was so helpful in recommending places to eat that were walking distance.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, good dining options close by and close enough to Broadway.
- 5/5
It's our go to place whenever we stay in Nashville. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to the bars and restaurants we love.
- 4/5
Good experience
- 4/5
I t was a challenge to find entrance to parking garage. Also a challenge to find breakfast on the residence inn side. Both times staff were there to help.
- 4/5
Because it's a downtown hotel there is a $30 parking charge. If you're just passing through, you may want to stay somewhere else to avoid the charge.
- 4/5
The staff was excellent. The breakfast options were good but bland.
- 1/5
Great yummy breakfast and friendly staff. Clean. Small hotel rooms Didn’t use indoor pool but it looked nice. Would have been better if it was closer to the Main Street with all of the bars and live music.
- 5/5
clean and good breakfast
- 5/5
Everything good.
- 5/5
Do not believe a word the desk clerks say. After two pieces of wrong advice, I just did the opposite and came out way ahead.
- 5/5
Great stay. Nice folks at the desk. Cookout restaurant next door was delicious. 5 stars.
- 3/5
Not worth the amount I paid
- 3/5
There was lots of spiderwebs on patio and the shower products aren't labeled so you don't know what you are using.
- 5/5
The staff was courteous and efficient. Clean suites with comfortable arrangement. Competitive pricing. Great location to visit Nashville from. The included breakfast is not just "continental ", including many options for everyone.
- 5/5
Front desk employees were so helpful, friendly and professional
- 5/5
Excellent facility for a handicap person to stay. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating to our needs.
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay just a couple minutes from Bridgestone Arena and the honky-tonk bars of Broadway Ave. And it's within a block of a great burger place, a Hattie B's location, and a cool donut place. The room was clean and spacious -- pristine, really, other than wallpaper starting to curl a little on the edges in the lavatory. The lobby was well kept and inviting. Exercise room had mostly aerobic machines, and some dumbbells with one bench. They keep the exercise room WARM, so one guest had propped open the locked door. I spoke with several of the staff during my stay, and all of them were friendly, respectful, and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent location and very mice rooms. The staff was on point with any questions we had.
- 4/5
Parking was a bit difficult. Great location. Pool was not really super clean. Breakfast was nice. Front desk is why they got 4s. They seemed too busy to help.
- 4/5
Good location, friendly staff. Could use some updating of rooms. Overall I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Great location for local attractions
- 3/5
The boiler went out at the hotel and they had no water for most of the day we were in the hotel. It was very inconvenient since we had to shower to get ready for a family dinner. Our only option was to jump into the pool to rinse off. It was a bad experience, no toilets, no sink, no shower and the temperature was in the high 90's. The folks behind the desk were very apologetic, but management wasn't even there. To make matters worse, there was no compensation or even consideration for guest who were inconvenienced. Very disappointing.
