Also, the room and facilities were dungy and only warm water came out of the faucet. I won't stay there again.

Great location!!! Great rooms!
- 5/5
Everything was perfect

Additional fees to park, min $45/day Additional fees for breakfast, $18 Chair was stained in suite Air conditioning made rumbling noise each time it turned on
- 5/5
Hilton properties are consistently solid places to stay. This one didn’t disappoint.
- 4/5
The staff was amazing! However for the price I was surprised that I had lights out in a suite and I had a bucket catching water from the ceiling outside my room. The bed and couch were excellent. Breakfast was standard that a lot of hotels give away for $20.00 per person and parking was $45.00 per night for self parking. So they do have some updates

Well the elevator to parking garage out for a month at least they stayed , someone with Asthma that is very difficult . Kiosk for food at front not working . Only 1 key to room available . Same bottle cap on floor in hall there for 3 straight days . Breakfast milk was sour . When I questioned the bacon I was told it was fresh ! I know when bacon is bad . bartender was great on Saturday night . Check in and check out staff ? Great Restaurant staff not the best .

The staff make it personal in the best ways. My son talked nonstop to the receptionist at check-in. When we checked out, she remembered his name. He was delighted! We will be back.

Star at the front desk was amazing!!!! We were there for 12 nights and our room was cleaned once and we had to ask for it to be done. Shower was dirty, had to go to front desk for towels and toilet paper.
- 4/5
Micah was awesome! He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The only constructive feedback is some of the lights in the room didn’t work so it was quite dark in there.
- 5/5
Great place to stay out would definitely book again
- 5/5
they changed the rate after i booked thru booking and charged me 90$ more
- 4/5
The room and service was great. However charging $45 a night for parking was a bit much. Especially when an adjacent lot was only $4!

- 4/5
It was clean and decent but when we got there I had to pay 51 dollars for parking and that was not mentioned to me the breakfast was not included that was not true and the elevator to the garage were broke but everyone was very kind and polite and the room was clean and nice
- 3/5
Furnisher I’m the lobby was stained. Parking rate was charges higher than what was posted on the valet stand and higher than what the front desk said. They promised we would be credited it back and did do it. Came in late and door said you have to use a key. They have luggage carts and junk in front of the key pad activator. So I wave at them showing my key to let me in and said no. So I sit down and wait doe my husband to park the car so I can let him in. Meanwhile they let two others in and door dash. Parking lot elevator was out of commission. Not good when you come To Nashville to be out late. Very unsafe. Some cars were on the top of the ramp reving their motors at midnight.
- 4/5
Parking is expensive, as it is everywhere in Nashville. But $45 a day is a ton!
- 5/5
Room was excellent the overall hotel was outstanding downfall valet you need to pay for otherwise everything else is perfect. There’s a bar and restaurant in the hotel. You’re greeted with very nice staff and they are quick to check you in and accommodate you needs quickly. Highly recommend this hotel.

- 5/5
Great experience!
- 3/5
Staff was great. Hotel needed to be remade about 15 years ago. Parking deck is like a movie set for a disaster movie.
- 5/5
Room was clean and roomy, staff were so friendly and helpful. The bar was very nice and well lit. Perfect spot for everything.
- 5/5
All around great experience
- 4/5
Great location to walk into downtown Nashville, clean room and bathroom
- 5/5
Front desk staff was awesome. The whole hotel was nice and had great easy spots to walk to for restaurants.
- 4/5
Solid 1 mile walk to broadway, center of everything kinda, Chill spot.
- 3/5
First, the staff was great. There was an issue of us being locked out of our room since we had 2 reservations and the girl checking us in didn’t do both. Four of u girls went for a girls trip, first night, one of us didn’t shower due to no towels being brought up. We grabbed them ourselves the next day. Saturday, none of us could shower since something happened with the pipes and they turned the water off without letting us know. It’s a good location but parking sucks with no garage elevator working. Would I stay here again? Probably not due to the issues being such major ones. We even got breakfast at the hotel since we couldn’t shower to go out hoping it would be fixed but nope.
- 2/5
Our room wasn’t ready until after 4:30. I told them we had a dinner reservation at 5, the staff did nothing to accommodate this. There were no sheets/blankets for pull out couch, had to get them at 1 am myself in the lobby. The woman at the desk when I went down was talking into her airpods and not acknowledging me. I asked for one more pillow as she gave me one, flat out told me there are no more pillows. Also the TV didn’t work in the room. Not a great stay.
- 5/5
The staff were extremely friendly, no issues whatsoever.
- 5/5
Beautiful room and close commute to lower broadway
- 4/5
Super close to music row, condition of the room not so great but it was clean and staff was nice.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good ,fitness's room small
- 3/5
Beat up room
- 4/5
There was no safe in the room. No access to be able to download streaming services on TV. Water pressure in shower was poor.
- 4/5
Nice place. Desk staff is awesome. "Restaurant " food choice is horrible and service not good. Bartender is fun but language very inappropriate for a hotel setting.
- 4/5
Great stay minus the elevator in the parking garage not working.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, carpet looks old in hotel, outlets in room were loose to plug in phone chargers
- 4/5
The elevator for the garage was broken the entire time of my stay--5 days. The iron in my room leaked. As for the conference floor, the women's bathroom lacked soap at some sinks as well as water. Hardly the Hilton experience. Staff were amiable.
- 3/5
We arrived in Nashville 4 hours before check in, but decided to pop by by to see how the room was looking. It wasn’t ready, but that wasn’t a big deal. Asked for some info for a fam of 4 four with 2 young kids to kill some time for a few hours. We were told not much other than a children’s museum nearby. So, we went downtown for a bit and came back at 3:30. The elevator was broken for self-parking - I realized this was on a tiny sign, but I wish this was on a bigger sign or was told by the staff, but not too big of a deal. It’s now, 4:15 and still did not have a room. There a whole lobby of people waiting now. I could tell the front desk felt bad about the rooms not being ready, but it’s hard when I have 2 little ones and we’d already been driving from Cleveland to stop here. Finally got the room key and up into the room at about 4:30. The comforter and sheets were extremely wrinkled, there were no sheets on the pullout bed, and the room just had a bit of a funky smell. I could not tell if that was from the prior guest or just the shower being run the whole time while it was being cleaned, but I had absolutely no energy/did not have the will to ask for a different room at that point.
- 3/5
Amanda at the bar was great but our room had a dog pee smell to it
- 3/5
Be prepared to pay $50 nightly for parking...oh and to carry your luggage thru the stairs as the parking elevator was out of service. Outrageous!!
- 5/5
Clean room, kind staff!
- 3/5
Elevator broken in parking garage. Refrigerator door cabinet door looks like a dog chewed on it for a day. Rust on mental in bathroom

- 5/5
Breakfast was great, so was dinner. Restaurants near by for lunch were great.
- 2/5
Elevator was broken. Parking was $50 and had to climb up 5 floors. Carpet was stained and property had a overall need-of-repair feel.
- 4/5
Breakfast could have been a lot better... watery eggs, greasy burnt tasting bacon, which you have to pay extra for. Stick with the free continental breakfast.
- 3/5
Parking is horrible no elevator from Parking garage
- 5/5
Great location! Clean room and nice staff!
- 3/5
Parking and breakfast to expensive
- 4/5
Had a small gym and decent breakfast
- 3/5
Staff could not answer almost every question we had. How to get around etc. $45 per night for parking in connected hotel parking lot without a reasonable alternative was an un-welcomed surprise. Would not visit this property again or recommend it
- 4/5
The pool had no towels
- 1/5
Had reservation for two months and arrived to the property and they had overbooked hotel and had no room for me, took an hour to find another hotel with a room. Horrible practice of overbooking. very disappointed.
- 5/5
Did not eat breakfast or park
- 3/5
I booked a room that had a sofa bed and when we went to set up the bed there was no bedding in the room and when I called down to have some brought up they forgot about it and then when I called down a second time to check on where it was they told me housekeeping was gone and I would have to come down and get it.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Great food
- 4/5
Fruit selection not replenished. Definitely an older hotel, showing its age, but comfortable.
- 4/5
Would have been nice to know that you will have to pay $50 to park at the hotel for the night. I feel like this should be included with your hotel stay.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfy bed
- 5/5
Nicest front desk staff ever!
- 4/5
It was a decent place
- 5/5

- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 1/5
The toilet had rust drain streaks. The room smelled bad when we entered. It needed to be aired out.
- 5/5
Nice location and live music
- 3/5
Location was great for where we needed to go. Rooms were average. We thought breakfast was included in price and wasn't. Parking was not free and the garage elevator was not working. Staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Convenient location to attractions and restaurants. Staff were courteous and efficient.
- 4/5
Had to use Uber occasionally as its an upward walk from downtown and after a day walking its tough on the legs! Its a clean hotel, room smaller than normal US Hotels but ok. Bar was small and closed too early in my opinion. Not much around the hotel in the way of restaurants and bars. You can fins some up near Vanderbilt University but best is to go into Downtown. Probably being harsh on the hotel - it was the least convenient of our trip. If I had my time again and wanted to use Hilton I would go Downtown!
- 1/5
The block in front of the resort was closed. After trying to find a way in we called and corporate didn't want to transfer call but finally did to a rude desk clerk who thought we should know there was connecting hotel on back side. This hotel is also not close to very much.
- 5/5
Room was amazing no issues at all!
- 4/5
The room overall was very clean but the shower heads in the bathroom could have been cleaner.
- 5/5
Good rates. Clean room. Good location
- 3/5
good
- 2/5
This hotel was dingy and our room was honestly filthy. The sink faucet was broken(very hard to pull upward to put the water on) and when I asked what could be done I was told that I had to stay in the same room. The carpet floor was sticky by the counter area in the room. There was bodily substances on the mattress. The a/c unit had white substance all of it. The room wouldn’t cool down below 70. In 84 100% humidity Nashville weather it was miserable to sleep. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, the location was pretty far from downtown and required uber rides. It was within walking distance of Music Row, but there were only a few restaurants near that area.
- 1/5
The room they gave me was run down and the hot water never worked
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay
- 5/5

- 1/5
No! First thing, the waiter stated was we have no wings and we have no tea!
- 3/5
This hotel was pretty beat. It's really ready for a renovation. Staff was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
The staff were really nice i loved the area of the place
- 5/5
Excellent location. Awesome staff. Nice hotel
- 1/5
The rooms were outdated and it was extremely noisy the whole night. The air conditioner didn’t work and we were offered no assistance with this. Very uncomfortable stay the two nights we were there.
- 3/5
Room was not cleaned for 2 days, they tried to charge for breakfast after giving vouchers, the staff was not that friendly and the garage parking was almost 50.00 a night and the elevator was broken. Place needs a good cleaning too. Won’t be staying there again.
- 1/5
Had to switch rooms 3 times due to cleanliness. The second room had sex items in it, probably from Valentine's Day. I'm never one to complain about fraudulent acts but this hotel looks nothing like the photos either. Extremely disappointed in my stay here.
- 1/5
The reason for my bad review is because we used the valet service and they lost my key ring which included my car fob and my house key. I was not charged the for the valet parking for the three days we stayed at the hotel but the valet manager wanted me to pay to replace my key fob and to put replace the locks on my home. I did not think this was fair so they then agreed to file a claim. Nothing has been resolved as of the time of this review.
- 2/5
Room was clean but toilet ran constant, texture falling from ceiling in main room, shower head sprayed every direction other than where you were standing. Parking was $45 and in a small parking garage. Location was great and staff were friendly. For price expected a nicer maintained property.
- 4/5
Exoensive to park. Staff was nice. Room was clean.
- 3/5
Had a weird smell
- 3/5
Our stay was honestly very disappointing. We arrived early because of a morning flight and understood that we might have to wait. However, the front desk told us housekeeping would be there around 8–9 a.m. and they could get a room ready for us. They also said we were first to arrive and would call us when it was ready. We waited about six hours and never received a call. We were so exhausted that we ended up paying for a room at another hotel just to get some sleep. Around 2 p.m., we finally called them ourselves and were told our room was ready — even though they had said they would contact us. That lack of communication cost us extra money and was extremely frustrating. Things didn’t improve during our stay. The front desk staff were rude and made us feel like we were bothering them. Even though we requested no housekeeping, they kept knocking to clean the room and woke us up. Then on checkout day, someone knocked at 9 a.m. asking if we had already left, which woke us up again. Overall, it felt disorganized and unprofessional. We expected much better.
- 1/5
could have started a fire. Thankfully we brought a drop cord for our CPAP. We did tell MGT about that issue. Our room was extremely outdated. The Valet parking is too expensive. Charging 104 for 2 days is rediculous. I wouldnot recommend this motel. When coming back to Nashville we will stay somewhere else.
- 5/5

The valet, Kendrick, was so great!
- 2/5
Sheets did not fit the bed. The total room needed attention! Carpet, seams. wallpaper.
- 3/5
The cooked to order breakfast servers were not clear on using the breakfast voucher.
- 5/5
staff great room nice
- 2/5
Computer problems when we checked in, which wasn't terrible. I provided my name and the front desk checked my off a printed list and gave me a room key. I reserved 2 queen beds, but got a room with 1 king. Fine. Settled in for the night and went to sleep. 2 hours later I was suddenly awoken by someone entering the room. The front desk had given a key to the room to another guest. I deadbolted the door and went back to sleep. Then about 20 minutes later, the front desk called the room to have me verify who I was. In the morning, there was no regular coffee, so I went to the lobby at 0530 to get some to be told coffee wasnt available until 0700. The front desk clerk did give me 2 pods of regular coffee for my room. When I went back to my room, the key card wouldn't work, so I had to go back down to the lobby to have it re-keyed. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.
- 4/5
This is my go-to spot in Nashvegas. Clean room, central location, in-house pub, valet services, indoor pool - what more do you need? Thanks for another great visit to your city!
- 5/5
We had a great time! I think the rooms could use a refresh at some point but nothing to decrease our overall experience. Super friendly staff all around. Great pool that is big enough to have fun in. Appreciate the evening live music downstairs if you don’t want to head back out. Free breakfast would be great but can’t have it all! We didn’t have a car but parking seemed pricey to me so look at your options first.
- 4/5
Would recommend to others
- 5/5
Room was very nice
- 5/5
The breakfast each morning was terrific as well.
- 4/5
Everything was clean
- 5/5
The hotel and room were very clean. The surrounding area was also very nice and easy to get to various attractions.
- 3/5
Room was outdated.Elevator from parking garage to hotel was not working. A blow dryer and extra toilet paper would be great to have. The staff on there cell phones during check in was frustrating.
- 5/5
Great convenient clean place to stay. A little bit of a walk to the bars but did it may times. Short Uber Ride home late at night. Ok breakfast, had better.
- 5/5
All clean, was very good
- 5/5
Room was excellent food was good staff was friendly and despite the bed's being comfortable I was too excited about the event to sleep that's not on them though its just how I am I will definetely be booking them again for the next convention!
- 1/5
This hotel charged you for everything except breathing. First it was $97 to park for two days at the hotel we were paying to stay at. I have never ever had to pay to stay at a motel. The little quick food amenities was poorly stocked. There no free continental breakfast like was listed when we rented the room. They charged you $19.00 for a terrible buffet with limited poorly made food options. The we're next to no dinner options and the ones they had were not very good. The only thing enjoyable about our stay was the French fries. Worst hilton and worst stay I've every had in any hotel and I've stayed in some very very cheap motels in my travels. If i could rate this hotel a zero I would!
- 5/5
The Best! The room was so incredible! The food is great! The pool was so warm, I’ve always loved to swim in the local hot springs! Excellent Hotel! Thank you so much for letting me stay at this Hotel!
- 5/5
Friendly staff and very clean rooms.
- 3/5
The check in guy Michael was super friendly and welcoming ! The parking garage which doesn’t belong to Hilton had an elevator that didn’t work and the pool wasn’t working either . Still would stay at Hilton chains .
- 3/5
Elevators. Better direction about the parking.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel, staff were fantastic!! They decorated the room for me for my partner’s 30th birthday, we also arrived during the storm where houses were without power, I emailed them the day before (as this happened whilst heading there ) they were very quick to respond! Very helpful
- 5/5

- 4/5
Only issue was never clear where outside pet area was, even after asking at front desk. Kept trying to locate it but cold, icy weather created problems walking anywhere.
- 5/5

Been here several times. Nothing fancy, but great locations and very walkable to all things Midtown.
- 1/5
Cleaning carpets outside our room was noisy and the fumes were terrible. We actually left a day early even though we had paid for the room with no refund. I would love a refund.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Everything was great. Clean room. Good food at restaurant and excellent service from Michael at check in
- 4/5
Clean room , comfortable bed
- 4/5
The heat in my room wasn't working properly and the toilet kept getting stuck and ran a lot until I went in and jiggled the handle. I absolutely hate the parking charges and those who propose that crap.
- 4/5
We didn’t eat breakfast or use the business center. We do use their recommendations for breakfast outside of the hotel.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was excellent. Unfortunately, housekeeping locked our bathroom door and we had to call maintenance. Walls are SUPER THIN. You can hear every conversation in the hall and every door close. I understand it’s Nashville and on Broadway and people are coming in late. But, if you want peace and quiet, this isn’t the place. Probably would not stay at this exact location again. But would stay at Hilton.
- 3/5
Missing storage to take out the clothing. The linen of the beds were wrinkled! The parking elevators were out of order!
- 5/5
Staff was great rooms were great.

A great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville. The hotel is beautiful, and we absolutely liked our room—very comfortable and quite spacious. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the city.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Location was good. Bed was a tad uncomfortable, but good overall.
- 5/5
Amazing! Will stay again!
- 3/5
discount on parking free breakfast
- 2/5
The room was good but parking was expensive breakfast was expensive and it was only for scrambled eggs bacon sausage or potatoes if I ordered a waffle that was extra and the juice bar was bad
- 4/5
Room was clean, but very humid. Had to cut air way down to stop that BUT at least the air did work quickly! Would stay again but really wish they would have let us know parking was $45 to self park or $50 for valet ahead of time!
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 1/5
Once in our room, it was obvious it hadn’t been well maintained. The tap was very hard to open which we reported. The blinds were broken, the door was badly scratched, and the next morning while brushing our teeth, gray water began coming from the tap. This was alarming. When we contacted the front desk, staff appeared surprised and unsure of the cause, showing little concern or urgency, which made us uncomfortable. When we asked about breakfast and pool hours, the front desk could not provide clear answers. Breakfast itself was frustrating—half of our order was forgotten, and by the time I reminded staff, I had already finished eating. The missing food arrived too late and went to waste. The biggest disappointment was the pool. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the indoor heated pool. Instead, the pool was freezing cold, with a hose running cold water into it. When we asked about it, staff seemed unaware and surprised. Overall, what should have been a relaxing stay turned into a series of frustrations. We left feeling stressed and disappointed rather than rested.

The old AC unit was on and so loud it woke us up every 20 minutes the first night. We shut it off for the rest of our stay and we were comfortable and it was quite. Wish we figured that out sooner
- 5/5
I had a great stay! I like the small convenient store items in the lobby to get a couple snacks and the self checkout. The cafe was pretty good too! I would highly recommend a stay here!
- 5/5
Staff was great and I will say the wings from the hotel restaurant were a BIG hit!

Everyone is very helpful. Great location, close to all the entertainment. But far enough for a quiet night of sleep.

I wish there were a hot tub. My furnace was incredibly loud but they gave me breakfast vouchers for compensation. Great staff! Comfy bed and great room!
- 1/5
We Paid up Front for the Breakfast Buffet. They never told us it included Waffles & Omelets On Thanksgiving No Hot Breakfast even though we Paid for it. On Thursday night the Restaurant Staff managed by Amber wanted to close at 8:30 with no warning. Before they left they served us uncooked chicken salads. I still have diarrhea from that. Unfortunately some of the Staff have not been Trained to take care of Customers or Hilton Awards Members like us. We asked for late Check out & were granted it by Breonna only to be Surprised by the Front Desk Mgr Amelia Schook who could not care less about all of our concerns. Our problem is we tried to cope & not complain. The Lesson we learned is to complain loudly @ the first sign of problems. The motto we saw @ the Hilton is we Gurantee to make things Better. Amelia did not care to know what went wrong to fix anything Breonna failed to tell her we had late check out & she was very Rude to us! I look forward to informing the GM of how we were treated. I run a real estate business & my wife runs an Insurance company. We know the value of Customer Service! We Regret choosing this Hilton Garden!
- 1/5
Water pressure was really bad. Toilet would not flush properly. No included parking with hotel reservation.

- 4/5
Pros - This hotel is in the perfect location in Mid-town, comfortable bed, and the staff was amazing. Cons - The room was a bit dated, bathroom did not appear clean, and construction noise was nonstop during the day.
- 5/5
I was in town for a dental appointment, the staff was amazing, got me checked in early, had a fantastic breakfast, and enjoyed my short stay. Room was clean and modern, and I appreciate the hospitality
- 1/5
No towels coffee never cleaned our room language barrier no housekeeping available Sunday morning
- 5/5
Very clean. Great location. Helpful staff.
- 5/5
Staff was very welcoming and professional. Nice bar and live music at the lobby. Place was only one mile from downtown area.
- 3/5
When we arrived the girl at the front desk was ok not, real friendly although she did take all of our bags since we landed before check in. The staff the other days following were more pleasant. It took all day to get 2 more pillows my husband finally went down to the lobby to get them. Our room was ok there were 4 of us and only 3 bath towels and one wasn't completely folded so it looked like they weren't touched since the last stay. The water in the lobby was awesome and, the bathrooms in the lobby were nice. The coffee was good but we didn't know it was free until the last day. Check in could do better about letting us know the perks also the sign in our rooms said check out was 12:00 PM and the website said 11:00 AM we had to call to confirm.
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was nice
- 5/5
Nice staff. Good location.
- 3/5
Staff and breakfast were great but price wasn't so much lower to justify the dingy old decor and general feel of the hotel
- 4/5
Courteous staff. Comfy bed and pillows.
- 1/5
The property is in a good location but the hotel has clearly seen better days. The hallway carpets look dirty and the room smelled musky. The staff is not properly trained. We arrived 10 hours late because of the flight cancellations nationwide and the person at the front desk simply told us that because we did not arrive earlier, they had given our room to someone. else and had canceled our prepaid (fully paid) reservation. We contacted Expedia and they were able to correct with the hotel; if the staff cannot correct something as simple and need a third party to fix the issue, there is a real issue with training. We were mistreated for what should have been a romantic gateway. Buffet is overpriced at $19 but that is normal with hotels. The healthy option, a yogurt parfait is well presented but that was not Greek yogurt (as described in the menu) and it was too sweet.
- 5/5
A great location, decent amenities, clean room, nice staff.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful! It is in a great location too!
- 4/5
Everything was good. The staffs was very friendly and helpfull.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
The room was amazing. The staff was so polite and very welcoming. My friend and I loved it!
- 2/5
The room was very outdated, though the bed was comfortable. The hotel isn’t close to anything, so be prepared to walk a lot if you plan on sightseeing. The second-shift staff were friendly and helpful, but the third-shift worker was rude and didn’t seem interested in assisting guests. The gym was disappointing since none of the equipment worked except the free weights. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this Hilton again when visiting Nashville, which is disappointing because I’ve always had positive experiences with Hilton hotels in the past in other areas.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet hotel. Perfect for our stay and within walking distance of places we wanted to see! The staff was really nice!
- 3/5
The room was pretty run down. We thought moving to a Garden Inn from a DoubleTree (we stayed 2 nights at a Double Tree first) would be a step up but we were very wrong. Upon checking in I was asked if I would like housekeeping the next day (we were staying 2 nights), and I said yes. Housekeeping never came although they were in our hallway most of the day and very loud. Them upon checkout, the desk receptionist could barely look up and acknowledge me. I stood there waiting and finally I asked if I would at least get a receipt emailed to me. Her response was yes. I then left the hotel only to realize I left something in the room. When I came back I heard her ask 2 other guests if they would like a receipt. Next time we will stay further away for less money, and spend the extra for Ubers.
- 1/5
The hotel was overbooked and they do not have a room for me
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
The staff was kind and responsive. The pool looked very nice although we didn’t use it.
- 1/5
Carpets throughout the hotel were dirty. Seating in the lobby was stained. Shower head was broken. Toilet bowl was cracked. Good location, great staff, but the condition of the facility was abismal.
- 3/5
The hotel is dated back to the 70’s but under they are updating the main floor where you check in. I hope this will continue to all of the rooms. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. If something is wrong it’s fixed immediately.
- 4/5
Room was neat, bed was fine, spacious as well. Bathroom can do with some upgrades like removing old bath tub and installing a shower room instead.
- 5/5
Convenient and clean!!
- 5/5
Great location and rooms were spacious
- 5/5
Comfortable bed. Very nice room
- 3/5
Just ok - there were certain areas of the hotel that were old and shabby, holes in the arm chairs, worn carpet, wallpaper. Bed was comfy and staff at check in were welcoming.
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 5/5
Management was excellent staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable.
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing staff and clean room! Beds were great as well!
- 5/5
Great location, very clean area , friendly staff enjoyed very much the business stay .
- 4/5
Great facility! My only complaint is the parking was a little steep. But it was very clean and the employees were very nice.
- 2/5
Not ready for check in. We stayed here December 2024 and rooms not ready
- 5/5
Check-in and out was easy and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Staff was all amazingly friendly and courteous.
- 4/5
Very nice staff
- 4/5
We only ate there once for breakfast and it was a pretty typical hotel buffet style food, (we ordered the buffet) but for the price I think there were definitely better options nearby. Overall it was a safe, clean place to sleep and priced well.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and the location was convenient and very close to everything.
- 1/5
Close to many things
- 4/5
My fault not the hotels.
- 5/5
Nice place and really nice staff
- 5/5
This location was very convenient for college visits and sightseeing. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to offer some gluten free foods for breakfast. Otherwise, it was great.
- 5/5
Everything was fine
- 2/5
Not a good experience. Ran out of complimentary water. Was difficult to get the room made. One day we left do not disturb in door because we did not want room made up but the other days room was not made up even though we had asked. Will not go back to this location and would only go to higher end Hiltons if I ever was to go to a Hilton again
- 4/5
Staff was very kind and helpful
- 2/5
Time was 9:08pm He answered What Restaurant I replied The Restaurant here in the hotel He replied “I think it closed at 9PM I replied “i read online that it is open until 10pm I then asked if he could confirm if the restaurant was open He replied “It is not my job” Bottomline Is this what I should expect at Hilton???
- 5/5
Great location, nice and clean. Very pleasant staff.
- 3/5
Asked for an extra pillow and a clean blanket twice, never got them. AC unit in room was broken & loud, woke us up every time it ran. Toilet drained very slow. Valet and breakfast staff were great
- 3/5
Had continuous problems with room keys not working. The comforter on our bed had holes in the fabric and some of the waitresses had attitude and it was clear they didn’t want to be there working. Won’t stay there again.
- 3/5
Just needs a little bit of updating. Clean, friendly, convent location.
- 2/5
AC unit in room was very loud when it came on Ceiling in room 205 had many spider webs and black marks on ceiling We noticed The sink handle in the bathroom is hard to turn water on As mentioned lots of construction noise as well as workers applying wallpaper and fixing walls within the breakfast space
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was nice.
- 4/5
Great location away from Broadway but very close!
- 3/5
Staff at time of check in not friendly. Room that we reserved was not given at check in. We were told that there was no guarantee for a certain type of room. We were still charged the same amount for a different room. It was $60 a day to park even though you are staying at the hotel and they have their own parking lot. Breakfast bar was not worth $20, food was overcooked, and options were very limited.
- 2/5
Dumpster pickup at 3:30am. Holes in door frame. Sliding shower door doesn’t slide. No complimentary water bottles in room which really didn’t matter too much because Kuerig didn’t work anyway. Ambulance running by all through the night. Room service knocking on the door at 8am to clean. Luckily they dont bother cleaning the room other than every other day. I expect more from a Hilton.
- 5/5
Room clean with a comfortable bed. Hotel is in a good location approximately a mile walk to the strip. We walked to and from the strip everyday and at no time did we feel unsafe. Breakfast service if you wanted eggs cooked fresh was slow on the weekend and I found the poached eggs to be undercooked (still slimy) I would not have breakfast if I stayed here again. Indoor pool is nice with towels provided. Would I stay here again? Yes Would I recommend to a friend? Definitely.
- 3/5
This property is not up to par with other Hiltons.
- 3/5
Construction
- 5/5
good place
- 5/5
Each staff member I interacted with. Were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable with friendly staff, they even have a sundry shop in the lobby
- 5/5
My daughter loved her stay. She felt safe and well-accommodated. We will always choose this location for our trips to Nashvegas! Highly recommended.
- 5/5
The location is very close to the airport and a mile away from all the traffic and downtown bars and live music. Would go there again.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, Live Music and great food in house. We had a great experience.
- 5/5
Everything was walking distance from the hotel. Broadway down the road. Mall , shops, all easily accessible
- 4/5
I found the room less clean than desired. The floor needed vacuuming and the bathtub’s drain was slow. There were several strands of hair found in the bathroom.
- 2/5
The hotel needs updates.
- 1/5
Sadly there was a line up of people waiting to check in after 4pm. None of the rooms were ready.
- 4/5
The staff was nice the room was ok
- 5/5
Drinks at the bar were expensive! $50 for 2 shots and 2 beers.
- 5/5
Perfect. Friendly staff. Very clean.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Great area to walk at day or night. Friendly helpful staff. Clean lobby and bar area. Had to reclean my bathroom because of hair in tub but other than that it was fine.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
One nice feature is the availability of drinks and snacks in the lobby that you can pay for at a kiosk. I recommend this hotel and would stay again on our next trip. There are many dining options nearby and close to a lively nightlife.
- 4/5
Bed was comfy. Floors were clean. I didn't realize parking was $90 for 2 nights. Ouch. All in all a good stay.
- 5/5
The staff was second to none for this property
- 5/5
As soon as we checked in Anna greeted us and was so accommodating and hospitable. As we came in and left the hotel everyone always greeted us. It was a nice clean hotel.
- 2/5
When we checked in we had to wait 10 minutes as the desk person had left. Parking is a ridiculous $45 a night and the app only lets you pay for 3 nights at a time even if you are staying for 6 nights. I had to go online 3 times to pay.
- 5/5
That front desk, the valet and kitchen personnel were very nice. Great service.
- 2/5
Room door was hard to open and staff did nothing to try and fix it. It depended on who was helping you at the front desk on whether you got good customer service or not. Eliana had zero customer service skills however LaKendrick was very friendly. The bartender Amanda was the highlight of the stay. She was funny and extremely entertaining. Managers didn’t help much either. I asked for service to the door and for extra towels and received neither. Overall I will NEVER stay here again nor recommended this hotel.
- 5/5
Would have liked airport shuttle
- 5/5
Nice property with very helpful staff.
- 5/5
Parking was expensive, but convenient. About a mile walk to the hub of Broadway and less than $10 Uber ride at 6pm. The walk felt safe at 10pm. A good option if you don’t want to pay the crazy prices near the popular Broadway bars.
- 5/5
Great for our weekend getaway to Nashville!
- 5/5
Everything is good.
- 5/5
Clean room and nice staff
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Walking distance to everything
- 5/5
Front staff were amazing! Thank you Keiren, Anna and Chantz!
- 3/5
Not worth the price I paid and poor cleaning from staff and front desk was not so friendly
- 3/5
Ok hotel but it needs updating.
- 5/5
Great location and clean , comfortable room
- 5/5
Big, clean room with towel service. Great breakfast buffet every morning. Have spare toiletries upon request. Scooters available right outside as well as bus route straight to Broadway/Downtown. 5-minute walk to Vanderbilt. They held my luggage the entire day after I checked out and allowed me to retrieve things from my bags throughout the day. Very convenient!
- 5/5
Thier American flag in front was tattered . Also not at 1/2 staff
- 5/5
Great location.
- 5/5
Great customer service.
- 2/5
The staff didn’t do a good job in cleaning the property, the carpets were dirty and there were hair on our beds.
- 5/5
I would stay here again!
- 4/5
…
- 5/5
This was a very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable!
- 5/5
Would recommend for sure.
- 5/5
Front desk was accommodating checking in us early rooms were nice close to everything
- 2/5
$50 for parking. Ridiculous
- 3/5
The staff was the best part of this property. I feel like the property was misrepresented online. I would recommend updating pictures and making sure people know that the balcony with the view of Nashville is blocked by construction and the complete setup was very different than what was advertised.
- 4/5
I stayed overnight while my granddaughter was at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. Convenience of location perfect. The valet parking was perfect. Staff great and friendly. Room was clean and fresh. I had two issues with noise. The traffic outside was very loud on occasion and a group of guest came in late (11:30) hollering and screaming and turned their music and television up super loud.
- 5/5
Super staff and great location
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly on all shifts, Rooms were clean and equipped with all of our needs especially Coffee! We went for a girls trip and would definitely book here again.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Close to Downtown.
- 5/5
The staff were very polite and helpful
- 1/5
0/10 would not recommend this place.
- 3/5
I was kept up throughout the stay with loud banging I assume from construction on a parking garage. I'll. Never stay there again
- 3/5
Everything was great!!! I feel that continental breakfast and parking should be included with your stay.
- 2/5
My premium corner room on the 2nd floor had a view of a wall - certainly not worth paying extra for! Also I was charged $50/day for self parking, which is exorbitant
- 4/5
Warning; I was charged for an extra night of valet parking ($50).
- 3/5
Staff was great. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain & door to room took several times to get it to latch. Breakfast is $20 per person & parking was $45. Probably wouldn't return
- 5/5
All perfect
- 2/5
In 4 days, they only clean our room one time, unbelievable. In the cafeteria eggs, sausage and bacon recipients were not very clean.
- 5/5
Valet was $50 a night and was really easy to use. Longest wait for car was about 2 mins. Staff was friendly and room was clean.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay, but there was construction going on next door
- 5/5
This property was very nice. Quick under ride to nearby attractions. Staff was wonderful. The only quirky thing was no hairdryer in the bathroom. Very rare these days for places like this not to have one.
- 3/5
Great location near Vanderbilt University. Lots of restaurants in easy walking distance. This hotel is in need of updates! The bedding was decent but carpet, walls, bathroom all screamed “update me!”
- 4/5
I reserved a king size bedroom 2 days before I got there and receive a 2 Queen Bedroom, because my reserved room had water damage. They should have upgraded me to a better room for the same rate since mine was unavailable. It was a alright stay. Breakfast could have been a little better!
- 4/5
Great location, awesome staff, clean and big pool. The only thing that was off-putting was hidden costs. The onsite self parking (huge attached parking garage) is $45/d, valet $50/d and the daily breakfast is $19/ person (not included with the stay).
- 4/5
Mid City property. Did the job well.
- 3/5
Beds were comfortable. Our refrigerator was leaking and we only realized it 2 days in. Also the drain in the shower didn’t work. So basically you’re showering in a few inches of water around your feet.
- 3/5
The staff, with Austin prominent, were friendly and efficient; the image of Southern welcome. But… early check-in fee; no complimentary breakfast (not even Continental); $45 a day for parking plus $5 more for a valet. Great location and, again, great staff but $180 for four days’ parking? Ouch
- 4/5
The hotel was fine, but Hilton seriously screwed up my 4 day visit. You can NOT name all three hotels the same. All the rest of the group was 1.3 miles away downtown. I may never book another Hilton for this reason. This is ridiculous and stupid
- 3/5
Close to Universities but parking is a private company and we were not told that upon check in. We did not pay that night but planned to pay the next moring and payed more than double the nightly rate, the hotel should of warned up of the charges. Will never stay in this hotel again as most hotels have free parking and for the price of Hilton this is terrible to not have their own parking rules worked out.
- 3/5
We had to pay for parking in addition to the room charge. There are no smart tvs in the rooms. We did not get clean towels or washcloths and when we asked for them, we were told there was no one to bring them up to the room and we would have to walk down to get them.
- 3/5
Valet parking is atrocious.
- 1/5
Property is dirty and smells. No real restaurant. Staff is indifferent and rude. Lots of excuses but no real problem solving. Would never stay there again.
- 5/5
Very nice facility
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Very nice hotel , super staff just all around great experience friendly staff they were very happy and eager to help
- 5/5
Centrally located, economical, and clean updated rooms.
- 5/5
The rooms feel a bit dated, and some bathroom fixtures can be tricky to use, but the hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk to bars and restaurants. The concierge staff were wonderful; both ladies I spoke with were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful.
- 5/5
Food was great and the workers were amazing! Hotel was clean and everything worked great, highly recommend to all.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and accommodating, really cared about the comfort of our stay. The beds were super comfy and the room was very clean.
- 2/5
If you like sound sleep this property is not a right fit for you! It’s right on the street. A lots of rooms ( one side of the hotel) are next to the street. Nights are very noisy from ambulances, police cars sirens etc . Also it sounds like someone are racing at high speed and you can’t avoid those noise pollution. Bathroom curtains need a change, it smells like a pee. Carpet seems older. Air conditioning is good. Beds and pillows are good. Cleaning is done every other day.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful
- 5/5
Its was great
- 4/5
The location was great, but there were no luggage acarys available, the one of the elevators was broken and they were out of some food in the restaurant.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Just fine!
- 5/5
Staff are extremely thoughtful!
- 3/5
The room I reserved wasn’t available so front desk clerk put us in a smaller room Parking fee is a ripoff
- 4/5
Nice property, however the shower wasn’t working good, very few water pressure flowing and not heating up properly.
